I have order vico v15 on 15-oct and it has to delivery on 19-oct but till 25-oct it is no delivery. I have called to flikart so many time there not able to give the information and they tell it will come on 22-oct after 24-oct. I was waited t ill 25-oct no body as resoling my issue so i have cancelled my order, they told it will refund more than 15-day but that also not sure. They did fraud transaction with customer money and not able to resolve the thing. Please anyone help how to raise the complaint on the same to get my money 14500/-

    I baught a black rucsack from flipkart on 09.10.2019. Advance payment is also done with debit card. I enquire about the track package of my rucksack again and again. I also talk with your customer care/customer service on 25.10.2019 and on 29.10.2019 expressing with my urgent need of rucksack bag. But unfortunately it is cancelled without my knowledge. Whats the wrong? Please enquire about it. Please treat it my serious complaint against flipkart.

        Flipkart is having worst service, service provider and customer support team ever i have seen.
        I had ordered one product and there was delay in delivering the product and when i saw the status it was showing delivery delyed. Then i raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 2day will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from support team. I raised one more complaint on that same issue then i got call from flipkart backend team and they asked me to cancle the order.
        Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but they dinied to help me with that. This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issue.
        Could anyone please let me know how can i forward my concern to the higher level of flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these frontend, backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.

          I had a due of amount 3266₹ on flipkart pay later.

          I paid that due amount on 8/10/19 2:03pm.

          My two orders got cancelled of which i had already escalated an issue with flipkart's support team.

          Now, i should get refund of those two orders.

          But, instead flipkart is asking me to pay 2172₹ which is incompressible to me.

          I have talked with countless of their representatives and everyone assures me that they will resolve this but it gets nowhere after the call ends and everytime they have the same excuse that they couldn't reach me. Ofcourse i am not able to pickup your call in the middle of the day.

          They've blocked my account and on top of that this messages, emails and calls about the unpaid due amount which i've already paid feels like i'm being harassed.

          Is flipkart doing this intentionally with multiple people to earn additional profit?! Not an accusation just a thought.

          Can anybody tell what steps can i take from here to solve this issue?

          I have them the transaction id's multiple times as well.

          One thing I am not hoping for is another conversation with your executive because even after sharing entire thing multiple times I've explain everything from the beginning.

                I had ordered realme xt 8gb 128gb variant mobile (Order id - od[protected] from flipkart.

                Received it on 3rd october 2019, on inspection i found that the in display finger print sensor was defective and i raised a return request that day itself. The technicians who visited me for verification at the time of visit say that they could see that the defect existed but after they leave i get the update that "return request has been cancelled as issue is resolved and customer happy"

                My return request was rejected 8 times. Flipkart initiated 7 tech visit, they had completed 3 tech visits (Done by jeeves consumer services pvt ltd) and for the remaining 4 no one showed up (Each tech visit expiry period is 72 hrs ie 3 days and thus in total for 12 days i was given false update that they would visit me causing me serious time loss), and for the 3 tech visits completed all of them gave false updates that the issue was resolved. On the last tech visit done on 27 the oct i received mail that the return has been rejected even before the technician submitted his inspection report to the main office in bangalore i. E they rejected my request before receiving an update from the technician. It's 30th oct today 27th day from date of delivery which is way more than the promised 10 day replacement guarantee.

                I had raised a return request within 10 days of purchase(on the same day of purchase) as the product was defective which makes me eligible for a replacement.

                The technicians gave false updates that the issue has been resolved as the defect was never resolved, the issue is a hardware issue for which the entire display needs to be replaced which is a major part of the phone. I don't want a defective product as I had raised a genuine replacement request with the prescribed timeline. The technician/the Jeeves consumer services giving Flipkart false updates points to your inefficiency to delegate the tech visit to a credible team. Denying me of replacement would be a clear violation of the policy promised by Flipkart amounting to fraud.

                  I have ordered a redmi note 7s from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 7779 on 30 sep 2019. Because of the some issue, i didn't like the product and cancelled it. I got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account on 8th oct."i waited till now but didn't get the money refund from my bank account. I only got rs. 100 on 10 oct. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. I called to indusind customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask the arn number from flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system. Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the arn number. On that they gave me reference no which is for only 100/- rs of payment. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They told me as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.
                  I again called to indusind customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but bank guys were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only 23-digits arn number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But flipkart.com didn't give me any arn number. After that indusind guys told me to forward the mail which i had received from flipkart.com and told me to wait for 24hrs.
                  I forwarded that mail to indusind bank cc and received a mail from them stating that bank has not received any refund from the merchant flipkart.com. They said me to contact to flipkart.com.
                  I again called them and this time they did not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. When i say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, they do that but next moment i get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com's end.

                  I had already checked the account statement what ARN No you give that is only for the 100 rs transaction, no other amount reflect in my account, i checked it with my bank also, i personally visit my bank to clear all that, i sent you my statement also, kindly you do the same how you transfer the rest of money, take statement of your seller also and show the proof of transaction then i will definitely go to the bank's grievance cell. do the needful ASAP

Then suddenly 26/1019 the item was cancelled on flipkart side I have to call flipkart 26th he will say wait sir on or before 30/1019 telling. totally flipkart was saying in fraud answer to me please sallow my problem sir.

                      By flipkart account is blocked without any prior information. And a sum of pay later amount ia due. The due date is 10th november 2019. I ready to pay the ampunt as i have a very regilar cuatomer and have never failed in paying the dues. Unblock my acc or make provisions of making the paeny asap. I am not responsible for any legal actions if taken.

                        Please check order no on attached photos. I sent return request because of quality issues and faulty item. Flipkart has closed that request without any intimation saying they are not able to reach or search my home, though flipkart has delivered 15 items on same address....

                        I had ordered a home edge bellance solid wood queen bed with online payment of rs 18, 199/-
                        Delivery was scheduled between 08:00 am - 09:00 pm on oct 18th
                        Since the 21st of october i am calling up to inquire about the bed but all that customer support tells me is the concerned team is working on it.
                        They have not given me a resolution or any update about where my bed is or when it woild be delivered and installed.
                        Nothing about the money i have paid aswell.
                        It's been more than 10 days since the promised delivery date.
                        I am very upset with flipkart service and thier customer support handicapped too unable to provide any information.

                          Hi,

                          Pls find the attach copy of the product which i have purchased from flipkart. I have given the complaint about product not working under the product warranty on 2nd september the brand which i have purchased is not supporting and additional i have purchased two years additional warranty from jeeves which is again the flipkart branch both of the team is not supporting for the product which is not working. Already two moth have been passed from the date of complaint till now no one from brand or from the insurance team has resolved the product query. I have waited two month for the support from brand and from the insurance company all thing are documented through mail only i am getting assurance but not the service for the product.

                          Required flipkart attention to get the thing resolved.
                          If flipkart is not able to solve the issue which was purchased from flipkart requesting you to return the money as i have purchased the product through flipkart. Additional i have insured the product through jeeves. Discard such brand from the flipkart platform so that customer won't suffer trusting flipkart.

                            Please take a look at this.
                            I ordered asus 6z from flipkart on 29 sep (Big billion days) and paid via axis bank. 30 sep in the morning it just got cancelled (By seller) and my money got blocked for atleast a week.
                            I then ordered again via cod and surprisingly in the evening it again got cancelled (By seller).
                            Then i called customer care and asked them about the solution they told me to order again and said it won't get cancelled this time. I arranged for money and made online payment again. Then i called the customer care again in order to get assurance, surprisingly enough he told me that someone at the flipkart end has fed me wrong info. The phone is most likely to get cancelled.
                            In order to be safe i ordered again via cod.
                            The cod got cancelled in the morning and already paid one got cancelled later on.
                            I have got my 50000+ stuck in flipkart waiting for refund how do i now buy a phone?
                            The deal will end and the price will rise again.
                            Customers are stupid and they are capitalising on it.
                            Asus please start selling your phones somewhere else.
                            I am done with flipkart
                            I called customer care several times and all they could say was we can not do anything.
                            If i am paying you the money you people are responsible for my product.

                              I purchased a mediapad m5 lite on 3rd october 2019.
                              Sales package included following items,
                              1. Mediapad m5 lite tablet along with its components in a packed box
                              2. Stylus compatible pen for m5 tablet
                              I didn't receive the stylus in the sales package along with tab!!!
                              When i complained about it they promised me that they will provide me a link by 25th october 2019 where i can buy stylus for just rs. 1 inr, but no such link was provided to me.
                              Now when i checked again status of my complaint, i saw that they marked it resolved on their website/application!!!

                              Firstly, they didn't deliver the full package with all items that i purchased from flipkart.
                              Secondly, they made fake promises to get this resolved.
                              Thirdly, they cheated on me by closing the case without resolving it and giving any kind of information!!!

                                I booked two products in flipkart app paid through flipkart pay later account and i cancelled two products cost of two products is 1088 rupees. Order id od[protected] product reached the seller on 27 th september and seller initiated refund on 1 st of october but it is not reflected in my flipkart pay later account. I complained about it multiple times but they didn't not added refund to my flipkart pay later account. As i didn't get refund i haven't paid the bill of september before 10 th october for not paying bill before 10 th october they added 400 rupees as penalty. I complained about it but they are not responding to me. And their customer service representative said that it is their fault. I won't get penalized for delay of bill payment as i complained about it before 10 th october. But they added 400 as penalty and not refunded my money 1088 to my flipkart pay later account. They informed that if i don't pay the bill within 45 days they will disable cash on delivery option to my account and they will hold the money of prepaid orders and if i don't pay the bill within 24 hours they will cancel the prepaid orders also. Without doing anything wrong they are torturing me like this and indirectly blackmailing to pay penalty and bill without refunding the money. Please take care of this and provide services from them.

My onida smart tv 109 model number: 43fis/2017 screen size 109.22 tv display colors issues looks like tv flash light issues, i raised complaint on october 2nd jeeves taken 7 days to register complaint itself 7th october finally complaint registered 8th october executive captured the photos and went he said with in 1 week issues will resolved. After that no response it almost 1 month, every day even i am calling to jeeves customer care executive not responding properly every time say part pending issues. Wait for few days we will escalate the issues to extend warranty team. No response from extend warranty team. I have plans to complaint pettiation in bangalore civil court or high court

                                    Dear Flipkart Seller,
                                    This is sorry to inform you that I have ordered Redmi Note 7 pro three times on 23/10/2019 having ORDER ID
                                    OD[protected], OD[protected] and OD[protected] respectively, paying through my SBI Credit Card. Twice of them were cancelled by the seller instantly but one order of them was accepted by seller and that was approved by seller on 24/11/2019 again at 07:35 AM, one SMS regarding cancellation of mobile by Seller end was sent by on my registered mobile no. My Order was showing as₹ 9799.0 as refund will be added to your SBI VISA Credit Card by Oct 25.But unfortunately I didn't get my money back. I called several times to customer care executive regarding this, they assured me for refund of my money if I consult to mobile no of credit card executive and customer grievances printed on back side of Credit Card. On talking to Credit Card executive, he asks me regarding Return Reference Number.I received call from Flipkart Executive from mobile no. [protected] DTD 28.10.2019 at 06:50 PM and inquired about the return reference no.But he didn't provide me and marked this issue as resolved from his own end, without any resolution.I once again raised this issue DTD 28.10.2019 but I have not got any resolution till now.
                                    Kindly look into this matter and return my money back along with return reference number.
                                    You have neither provided the product nor refunded the money.so my question to you is who will bear the interest cost involved in this credit card transaction and why?"

                                      Flipkart have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed but now they are denying high numbers of return (Without mentioning exact numbers), becoz they received money from me as its all prepaid orders!! What rubbish they are talking! I am demanding from flipkart, how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders i have placed? I want exact numbers. And i want proof from their policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what flipkart buyers protection policy? How can i trust flipkart saying that all my refunds been given when their policy are only for their company oriented? They are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting any of their explanation except they better should act on what i have previously asked for; unblocking of my account so that i can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.
