Dear Flipkart Seller,
This is sorry to inform you that I have ordered Redmi Note 7 pro three times on 23/10/2019 having ORDER ID
OD[protected], OD[protected] and OD[protected] respectively, paying through my SBI Credit Card. Twice of them were cancelled by the seller instantly but one order of them was accepted by seller and that was approved by seller on 24/11/2019 again at 07:35 AM, one SMS regarding cancellation of mobile by Seller end was sent by on my registered mobile no. My Order was showing as₹ 9799.0 as refund will be added to your SBI VISA Credit Card by Oct 25.But unfortunately I didn't get my money back. I called several times to customer care executive regarding this, they assured me for refund of my money if I consult to mobile no of credit card executive and customer grievances printed on back side of Credit Card. On talking to Credit Card executive, he asks me regarding Return Reference Number.I received call from Flipkart Executive from mobile no. [protected] DTD 28.10.2019 at 06:50 PM and inquired about the return reference no.But he didn't provide me and marked this issue as resolved from his own end, without any resolution.I once again raised this issue DTD 28.10.2019 but I have not got any resolution till now.
Kindly look into this matter and return my money back along with return reference number.
You have neither provided the product nor refunded the money.so my question to you is who will bear the interest cost involved in this credit card transaction and why?"

This is done to make sure that all customers have an equal opportunity to buy the item on Flipkart. However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 23 Oct 19 and should be reflecting in your credit card by now. Your understanding is appreciated.
