I have raised a return request more than 4 time. And my product had not been replaced. Nor i have got any call for my escalation.
My phone which i received have got scratches on it. And want to replace it asap.
It's been more than 20 days now. But still no response. Every 3days have to raise an escalation. Still no help found. Please help

    Unable to play the games in flipkart from past three months. I have reinstalled the application more than the 10-15 times but still the issue is not yet been resolved. I tried of calling so many times to flipkart customer care but they use to say only that we have noted your issue and already escalated this to the technical team but i don’t know how long these guys are taking to resolve this. Useless application to offer this kind of options to play the games that to what they are offering just to grow the business and for the sake of playstore downloads.

      For order od[protected] the refund amount of rs 1868 has not yet been credited to my flipkart wallet balance. I have paid through flipkart wallet balance and despite getting sms and email from your company that refund has been done successfully, there is no credit of the amount to my flipkart balance, which is the same as before the refund was initiated. I have raised multiple complaints via flipkart website as well as on their facebook page, they have promised that i will get the refund yesterday by night on 17th but nothing yet, its 18th. All they say when i contact is, refund has been made, if its made why is it not yet credited to my flipkart balance?

      These representatives dont even have the basic way of checking my flipkart balance first before saying something stupid like the refund has been done, if it was done, my balance would have been changed and amount would be added, but nothing like that. So why do you lie or why are you being ignorant? I would want the refund at the earliest because i have paid through your own instrument i. E. Wallet balance, so there is no reason for these kind of harassment and delay.

        I purchase ac through flipkart on 28th of september at first i received damaged ac there are yellow spots on the inside panel of indoor unit so i placed replacement request and when i receive my replacement of 10th of october i have faced the same issue and i put a return request this time but till now they didn't even accepted the return equest and just wasting the time. Whenever i contact them they mention please wait for 24 to 48 hours but till now in the last day no one contacted me once. Now they are wasting the return deadline please help me. Please suggest what should i do in this case? Thank you so much

          Waiting foe the mi tv product which i ordered on 3rd october, the promised delivery date being today.
          Resolve an issue when teh issue is already escalated. I recieved a message saying my issue will be resolved by 18th and on 18th i received a message saying it will be resolved by 22nd. Why do you guys keep a sw if you can't resolve it on time? Maybe stop spending on bringing celebrities and invest in your logistics and website.

          If the product is not delivered even after 15 days, what will someone do other than cancelling the order ?
          Hence, I cancelled the order and this should not have been an 'unforeseen reasons' for you Flipkart. I did order TV again from MI store because they are a lot more sincere and empathetic towards their customers apparent from how good they have been doing in Indian market unlike others.
          On one hand where you needed 11 days to deliver TV, MI store did it in 3 days. And they had the same offer as you did for Rs. 2000 off on HDFC credit card. Because of you I lost the offer and after the promised delivery date I had to call your customer care and Jeeves so many times, every time I was asked me to be patient and no solution was reached not even the delivery status.
          I am so frustrated by this savage behavior I had to delete my Flipkart account.

            I purchased asus 6z mobile from flipkart. Within two days it started malfunctioning. I was supposed to get a replacement on 16th oct. Which i didn't get. Now i m told to file a fresh request of return and cancel the previous one. I have cancelled the previous request of replacement but now they are not initiating new request. All i get is calls from flipkart customer care that my issue will be resolved in three day. But nothing is actually being done. Please help.

            Regarding my complain, all I am getting is calls from Flipkart customer service, that they will resolve my issue by so and so date.But nothing actually is being done .All they are doing is delaying the process.

              Hi sir, ma'am,

              I have ordered a real me c2 from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 5999 on 7thof october 2019. Because of delivery issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. After that, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in 16th oct 2019.

              I waited till 16th of oct but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I visited to hdfc bank and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask the arn number from flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system.

              Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the arn number. On that they said that they are not having any arn number since i have done the payment through debit card. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

              I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. When i say raise a ticket regaring my issue to your higher management,. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end.

              Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:

              I have received a call from flipkart regarding this issue.. That person could not understand what I'm telling.. He asked the debit card hdfc card number pin number etc, so I said I didn't give the details i[censored] need these details u can collect from flipkart.. Suddenly he said delete the complaint and cut the call.. Here with I attached latest received mail from flipkart. Kindly do the needful..

              Today mrng I received a call from flipkart.. That person didn't understood what I'm speaking. She said only refund completed by our side i[censored] not received contact concern branch. She doesn't listen my opinion who cut the call without complete the conversation..

              Help to solve my issue nd refund the amount soon..

              I have recently received the mail from flipkart regarding about my mobile refund process. In that mail, mentioned order I'd and product name is drastically different. Is this the way to handelling the customer queries and complaints?Till now I didn't get any cause of the refund money. Is this a online shopping? A great applause to you for making fun of everyone's money! I have follow up on 7th Oct 19 to till now but always you gave a fraudulent mail only.

                Respected sir/mam, i have ordered a shoes and deliver date are 16 oct.2019 but after 48hrs. My product not delivered, i cant trust on flipkart and registered mob.                   Ordered a redmi 7s on big billion sale, but the item received was having gps and network connectivity issues, immediately requested replacement. They said a technician will visit, but no further response was from them. And now the status is showing 'replacement rejected, issue resolved'.
                  What to do now, flipkart is not showing any response now. I have lost my money.

                    Order id: od[protected]. My issue with flipkart has started from 23rd sept when i returned a faulty piece, which was received by them however they have not yet refunded my money of 1531 rs. They have only refunded 600 smthing rs, major ammt still remains pending. I have called their cust care team more than 15 times, also emailed cs - head team who in return called me on 13th oct and infmred me to wait for 72 hours however yet nothing has been done. Now they dont even bother replying back. I have called over 15 times and every time their inefficient team asks me to wait for 24 or 48 or 72 hours and absolutely nothing is done about it. Their seller 24seven india has even deleted my comments abou the product and not bothering to refund the money. Kindly assist in this matter.

                      Complained multiple. Time. For my order but not a single update on my query in last 10 days. Every time when i call customer care they just say within 24 hrs issue will be resolved but it's long days waiting no reaolution.
                      Some rules and regulations needed for these online industry where there is no service commitment as if they can't manage it why they take money for plus membership. There should be compensation for this late delivery as they tool huge sum of money from customer in prepaid order and chanalize for theri business needs and keep the customer suffering.

                          Order id - od[protected] the product realme 5 has been ordered on 30th sept the order has to be delivered before 14 oct 2019 still no processing is done on the order each time i call the customer care they say you will get a resolution soon first they said 14th then 16th then 17 thn 18 thn 19 no resolution and answers are given i have to pay the emi and can't even cancel the order as the emi provider will charge me for canceling the agreemnt as loan has been approved the seller is not processing the order

                            I bought a new bicycle in the big billion sales.. Bought the cycle on 29 sep, item should have been delivered by 7th oct.. But since then every day they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow..

                            They revised the date to 11 oct, then 14 oct, then to 16 oct, later to 17 oct and now to 22 oct.. It's a never ending story..

                            I have made 15 online complaints via flipkart app, but all these cases were closed auto without my knowledge, i think they are thinking customers as #..

                            I have all the complain records and called customer care more than 15 times, no body solved, instead asked me to wait endless days.. I have more than 8 call conversation records with flipkart executives.. Tomorrow i am going to consumer court to file a case against them and sue them for 15 lakh rupees..

                            Everyday I open a complaint and every day they close it as re solved with out solving it. 12 days 12 complaints closed without my knowledge..

                              On dt.01.09.2019 i order a redmi 8a mobile order id-od[protected], but in the same day seller was cancel my order but the refund amount of rs.5399/- is not received yet i was also contact flipkart helpline no more than 50 times and also contact to my bank more than 13 times but no resolution. But they said that we are unable to help you in this txn. If flipkart refund the amount then the amont then the amount will automatically credited o your account and also contact to my bank grivance cell same resolution received. I therefore request you please send me my refund amount of rs.5399/- asap.

                                  Od[protected] as per order i'd i had purchased product worth rs 14500 under prepaid mode in big billion days and it is shipped on 5 october 2019 from farukhnagar warehouse through ekart logistics, the tragedy biggining then, after that no delivery movement till the time from farooknagar. I think it is lost at farooknagar. But every time they say it is delivery soon. First extended date of delivery is 19 october, then extended delivery date 22 october. What can i do?

                                  I want my product. Either they send new phone again or send missing phone at farooknagar

                                  Forward this condition to flipkart. I am going to cancell my order for such a bad cheating service. I want get refund money on the spot through imps or UPI because my money last 20 days in seller. So I have no any adjustment to this .

                                    Hi sir, ma'am,

                                    I have ordered real me x 128 gb polar white from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 11069 on 30th of september 2019. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. On 1st october 2019, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days
                                    My refund was in two parts i. E 10969 for mobile phone and 100 rs for. Pickup of old mobile because i have ordered the product on exchange

                                    When i checked my statement 100 rs was credited on same day i. E 1st october 2019 but the remaining amount was not credited
                                    I complained regarding this but they told me to wait till 10th october 2019 because it was the cut off date for refund but the refund was not credited to my account

                                    Then i again complaint regarding this but they said if you do not see the refund in your account by this time, you may contact the bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell
                                    So i contacted my bank regarding this and they told me that there was no such amount was credited by flipkart merchant
                                    Then they asked my bank account statement and i have sent my bank statement but they didn't help me in this regard
                                    Again and again i called flipkart they have refused to help me in this regard

                                    Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials

                                    The seller has refunded Rs. 10969/- and Rs.100/- on 01 Oct 2019 and this should have been in your debit card by now. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                                      I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 30th of september and expected delivery date was 7th of october but they have not delivered that product yet. I have mailed them at least 5 times and i don't know how much time i have chat with them but they don't even know where the product is. Whenever i talked with then they asked your problem will resolved in 24 to 48 hours but 48 hours never ends. I don't understand what is going on.

                                        With due respect i want to apprise you that i have ordered f-assured google nest hub (Order id-od[protected] on 30th sept 2019 during the big billion days sale at the price of rs. 8099/-. I have made the prepayment through icici credit card and also availed 10% instant discount available for this offer. This product was expected to be shipped by 6th oct 2019 and to be delivered by 10th oct 2019. As no updates for this order were shown i have complaint regarding delivery of this product on 09th oct 2019. Initially it was assured that the problem will be resolved by 14 oct 2019 and again it was extended by 15 oct 2019. Meanwhile a message from flipkart was received on my registered mobile no on 13th oct 2019 regarding delivery rescheduled saying that your product has been rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue faced by the seller, you can expect delivery by 14/10/2019 but instead of making prepayment 19 days ago there is no solution to my problem. Now i am being forced multiple times by the customer care executive and resolution team to cancel the order and make fresh order from yesterday else the order will be cancelled automatically. If i do so then what will be the purpose of shopping flipkart assured product in big billion days where i got discount of rs.1, 900/-. For the last 18 days i have been totally ashamed that i have done on flipkart and totally fed up useless replies that the resolution cannot be provided. It is beyond my understanding that how a product ordered under f-assured badge which is already approved by the seller cannot be delivered due to unforeseen reason. This is humiliating to see that a brand like flipkart which is the largest online platform available as of now is not able to keep its promise that too of mere rs.8, 099/-. I just want you to keep you promise and either deliver the product under the same order at the same price or a new order will have to be placed at the your end at the same price at the earliest or compensate with the amount of rs. 1900/- so i will make the fresh order. I have attached some screenshots for your reference.
