I received a call from delivery person regarding my product delivery and told me that he was trying to call me but my number was not reachable so he will deliver the product tomorrow. And even he asked me that i should come to the delivery office in the area and collect the product, i told him that i am not available and you should deliver product on my delivery address. After the call he changed the delivery status to delivered. I called him again and again but his number is either busy or not reachable. I spoke to flipkart customer care and executive registered the incident : in[protected] but that customer care executive was also not ready to escalate the call to supervisor. This is very pathetic; i haven't expected such service from flipkart.

    I ordered a product from flipkart with a promise to deliver by 15th october. The product is yet to be packed and shipped. Everytime i put up a message asking for expediting, just get a mail deferring the possible date of delivery by 2 days.

    Today, at even 12:00 noon the status is seller is processing the order, not yet packed or shipped.

    It seems flipkart representatives have no value for commitment or have no control over the sellers who use this platform. Otherwise they are taking us for granted as they already paid so can't go anywhere. Cancelling the order would mean the money being blocked at their end and they will be earning interest over our hard earned money.

      I ordered sansui pro view 32 inch tv from flipkart on 30sep2019 delivered on 12oct2019 after lot of rufusement to home delivery by gati courier service boy. Till date 17sep2019 product status showing cancelled. Flipcart giving date on date to resolve issue. Bad response from customer care. Until product status can't show delivered, i can't install tv myself without service engineer visit. Here by inclosing photo of product delivered.

          Seller is vision star
          Flipkart is hiding the seller information and not giving the contact details of vision star.
          Don't buy any products from flipkart especially mobiles as their refund policy is very bad.
          Buy grocery and day to day items as the refund policy is good.
          Well i bought on 13th and lodged a complaint on 14th for a refund or upgraded product ie., 128gb with 8gb ram. On behalf of flipkart they send jeeve's their technical support staff decides whether the product is good or not. For flipkart customer feedback is not required. Before buying any product check the refund policy
          I have even written a letter to [protected]@flipkart.com (Quality head of flipkart) but no response.

            I purchased marq by flipkart 1.5 ton 3 star split ac - white (Fkac153sfa, copper condenser) thru online on 1st week of may 2019. It was running ok for 2 months but after that the chillness slowly deteriorated and completely nil, only fan is functioning. As i was travelling for some time could not register the complaint immediately. Even the remote control does not work.
            Feeling very unhappy by the performance of this ac, as i normally go for branded stuff which is running without any issue till date.
            I solicit an immediate attention, if possible replace the machine.

              Dear team,

              I would like to register a complaint against flipkart services, i booked a dove shampoo during the big billion days and the delivery date was 5th october 2019. The order was not delivered to me nor even attempted to be delivered, when i raised this concern with flipkart they asked me to cancel this product as it was placed at very lowest price and seller is denying to ship the product. It was not my mistake at all and it was completely flipkarts error for agreeing the order while placing it.

              As a customer i am eligible for a compensation for experiencing these losses and facing this damage caused by flipkart. I need full refund of my money and the product must be delivered to me asap.

                I have been continously calling flipkadt for my order delivery but its more than 15 days order is not delivery neither any executive is responsive nor they are following up. Just mam we will let u know and then no follow ups. If they cant deliver a product kindly dnt take orders since 4oct my order is made. And it is 17 oct 2019 no resolution nethier order notification when will be delivered is told. Pathetic service. Flipkart no delivery executive picking up the call only no. Provided. No executive have the kboweldege neither their service is good... Pathatic. Make it soon my order delivery order no. Od[protected].

                  This is regarding the order id - od[protected], which has been ordered on 1st oct 2019 and expected to deliver on 3rd oct 2019. As today is 17 oct, still showing same status as product is not processed by seller.

                  However i have raised the concern 7-8 times to customer care. They have done 3 promises 11oct, 12 oct and 15 oct, all promises has been breached.

                  It is big question mark on flipkart service, why you are not able to deliver my product on time, which is 15 days over from expected delivery date. That's not acceptable at all.

                  Because of this pain, i demand the compensation of same amount of product on which customer care executive was agreed.

                  Would you please let me, when my product would be delivered to me with compensation amount. Please share the real date on which it can be done (Product and compensation amount). Kindly keep your promise this time.

                  Hi Team, I have not received any update so far on this request. However I have to call to customer care, I think it was 10 times to call them. After discussion with floor supervisor, flipkart is not able to deliver my product, so I have to cancel the product on 18th Oct'19. I am very much surprised that flipkart took 18 days to confirm that seller is unbale to deliver the product. I wish, I should order this product from Amazon. It was worse experience with flipkart.
                  I demand the compensation of equal amount of product, as I have took so much pain to chase for my product and at last I have to cancel the product. Flipkart has been waste my 18 days, and my money was blocked for 18 days.
                  So would you please let me know, when I can get the compensation?

                    Only thing i did was switched my account to my other number account.
                    Is it wrong in doing so?

                        I purchased a laptop and the bill had my name on it, i need it to be in my father's name. He gets reimbursement.
                        They are telling me the order can't be replaced, so that rules out the possibility of ordering the product again.
                        Customer care executives were of no help.
                        Changing name on the invoice is not a bad practice and still flipkart is refusing to help.

                        Kindly provide me a solution for this....

                        I had ordered watch of fast track and it was paid before from my account 15days gone not received my product i had called and msg several time day 16th ur logistics team called me to cancel the product and she has done cancellation from ur side now it's showing ur product is delivered she assure me after cancellation u will get ur refund and after 24hrs i haven't recovered my amount this is totally fraud what u people are doing if this is the thing i need to go to consumer court it's matter of trust people buy things from y'all this is serious matter u need to take look in to it and refund my money or else i will file a police complaint and file a case in consumer forum.

                          A delivery boy he's name is keshav with phone number [protected] works in bluedart service (Devanahalli). He missleaded me saying that some technical issue, he was supposed to pick up one return product but he told some technical issue and took the other product too which i had placed a return request.
                          Since i never had any problem with delivery boys from other websites like myntra, jabong and amazon, i gave him both the products which i had placed for return. I got refund to only one product but the other product which he had collected dint get updated in app n he had cheated me n made money out of that product. I lost rs 1000 because of that rascal, he had come to return pickup a few days later then i asked him about this issue and told him not to cheat common people, issue went to nearby police station but still i dint get my refund bcoz he had not reached that product to return instead he kept it himself and i had no proof to prove in police station because he had cheated me technically with no proof. After this experience i decided not to buy anything from flipkart and i can never forget this wrost experience in my lifetime. Enough i have struggled a lot from flipkart, finally i only wish flipkart takes a strong step against this issue. That rascal should be fired, one such bad experience can definitely brings down a company name. Plz other common be aware of this kind of delivery boys.

                            I ordered one vacuum cleaner and mi power back to different place to my cousin brother and sister and also orders mobiles 3 for myself, my brother, my father and now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work in govt service. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank you

                              I have cancelled mobile of cost 10799 on oct 1st but i didn't got refund money till now when i call flipkart they are saying money is credited what i have to do.                                 I have ordered realme xt on 2nd oct 2019 and same supposed to be delivered by oct 7 2019. The same was delivered on said date and its showing that this item got shipped through ekart logistics with courier details fmpp[protected] with dtd 2nd oct 2019.
                                On 5th i have received a call from delivery person for delivery but the same date i am not available so i requested for very next date same was accepted by courier person. After that i am doing regular followup with you people but no one has responded properly and i didn't get any resolution till 16th oct 2019.in between i am doing continuous followup with flipkart they are telling that by end of the day it will get delivered and disconnect the call. Finally on 16th oct 2019 i got a message stating that your order got cancelled thank you with flipkart. Now i want to know that without customer concern how can you cancel my order.
                                You team is telling that stock is not available so the order got cancelled but stock is available and same is available in your website.
                                Now my concern is without customer concern how can you cancel the order and at the time of purchasing i have opted emi now who will bear all these issues.
                                Now i want compensation from flipkart or else i will escalate the same to next level.

                                  When we complain their costumer care they misbehave with me and say they not delivered my product.
                                  I am ordered that product on big billion day but today price will high & they say me to place a new order with a new price.

                                    I have ordered laptop from flipkart on big billion sell it was showing its been delayed because of overwhelming response and will be delivered soon and i have been calling for customers care support but now i got message that seller has cancelled your order, i m not going to get it. Very dispositing service from flipkart. And customer support saying it's was flipkart mistake, they don't have any solution regarding it.

                                      I ordered 2bras red and black combo of approx 150/- with delivery charges 204 /- suddenly it was showing other 3 combo bras of 250/- with delivery charges approx 300/-. Why this is happnd? I have proof of what i ordered and later what they have shown. Is it their wish change the product. Iam not worried about money but why they changed product as per their wish. And in 2017 i purchased mobile moto e3 in flipkart that i also worst piece it used hang from 1st day onwords. I need answer why they changed my order?.
