Hi team,
This is regarding the order id - od[protected], which has been ordered on 1st oct 2019 and expected to deliver on 3rd oct 2019. As today is 17 oct, still showing same status as product is not processed by seller.
However i have raised the concern 7-8 times to customer care. They have done 3 promises 11oct, 12 oct and 15 oct, all promises has been breached.
It is big question mark on flipkart service, why you are not able to deliver my product on time, which is 15 days over from expected delivery date. That's not acceptable at all.
Because of this pain, i demand the compensation of same amount of product on which customer care executive was agreed.
Would you please let me, when my product would be delivered to me with compensation amount. Please share the real date on which it can be done (Product and compensation amount). Kindly keep your promise this time.

Updated by rehan_789 Hi Team, I have not received any update so far on this request. However I have to call to customer care, I think it was 10 times to call them. After discussion with floor supervisor, flipkart is not able to deliver my product, so I have to cancel the product on 18th Oct'19. I am very much surprised that flipkart took 18 days to confirm that seller is unbale to deliver the product. I wish, I should order this product from Amazon. It was worse experience with flipkart.
I demand the compensation of equal amount of product, as I have took so much pain to chase for my product and at last I have to cancel the product. Flipkart has been waste my 18 days, and my money was blocked for 18 days.
So would you please let me know, when I can get the compensation?
