I had first ordered a phone named as oppo reno 10x zoom on flipkart and purchased it vide order id - od[protected] along with a buyback policy. Buyback policy amount = rs 36000. Buyback policy was covered for 3 months valid from 10th june 2019 till 10 th sept 2019 (Both dates inclusive). However the policy got expired before due date and i had first raised concern on 12th sept 2019. After repeated follow up and raising the concern on facebook and twitter official page of flipkart, a lady named sitara huilagol from the social media gave me a resolution on 26th sept 2019 to place fresh mobile order by exchange offer and seller will refund the difference amount to source on call and email ([protected]@flipkart.com) on 27th sept 2019 i raised a concern again as i was unable to find oppo reno 10 x zoom mobile under exchange option of any mobile. On 1st oct issue was resolved and i placed fresh order for redmi k20 pro under exchange option. And then again i had sent email/call to confirm whether i would get the difference amount (Buyback value - exchange value) for any ph or not before delivery of the ph, on 2nd oct 2019, siatar huilagol at around 4.30-5.30 pm called me from[protected] and informed me that i have to place atleast 1rs more than the buyback value and redmi k20 pro would not be eligible. Accordingly i placed new order for oppo reno 2 under exchange option on 3rd oct 19 vide order id-od[protected] wherein exchange value offered was rs 13250. And pick up charge was collected rs 100. Accordingly there should be refund for rs 22850. So i sent an email to [protected]@flipkart.com and on flipkart facebook and twitter pages twitted, flipkart informed me that once the product will be delivered i will get the refund. I also did not want to take a chance if this product will be eligible or not, hence i requested flipkart to arrange a call for me from sitara who was handling my case. And sitara on 4th oct 2019 called me from [protected] at around 6-7pm and confirmed that this product is eligible and i will get the refund difference after the product is being delivered. The product was finally delivered on 13.10.2019 and then immediately i mailed to flipkart along with all details and the amount of rs 22850 which should be returned back to me. On 13th oct 2019 aditya mahapatra from the grievance dept called me around 4:57 pm from[protected] and informed me that seller would not process the difference amount as i got rs 2000 bank discount and product value was reduced below rs 36000. I was shocked to note that and then i told that i had accepted delivery of the product as sitara had confirmed on call on 4th oct 2019 that i will get the difference amount for oppo reno 2 which i had ordered. Then aditya told me he shall get back to me within 24hours and drop me an email stating the same. After repeated mails and post on flipkart facebook page and twitter page, aditya again contacted me on 16th oct 2019 at 8.39pm from [protected] and informed me that seller will refund the difference amount of rs 22850, however he will deduct rs 2000 which i got bank discount on placing oppo reno 2 mobile. I told him that discount was provided by bank and not by seller, and also it was not my fault as sitara had earlier confirmed me that i will get the refund difference amount,. Since already more than 1.5 m had passed with regard to this issue, i told aditya that even if i consider rs 2000 discount which reduced the product price to rs 34990 which is rs 1010 less from the buyback value of rs 36000. I then told aditya ok refund me rs[protected]= rs 21840. Aditya confirmed from seller and told me that either this amount will be refunded back to my original mode of payment when i had placed order for oppo reno 10 x zoom (Which was hdfc credit card) or to bank account after obtaining details from me. However after that even after posting on facebook and twitter reaching out on [protected] and replying mail to same email id which aditya had sent me and also marking a cc to [protected]@flipkart.com; [protected]@flipkart.com;kalyan. [protected]@flipkart.com; grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com no one has responded to my calls/emails/posts since 16.10.2019. Only they have mentioned to wait. I am following up for my refund since last 2months already and still they have not refunded my money. Will flipkart me compensation for this delay. Now i want my full rs 22850 along with delayed interest @6.5% from 19/10/2019 till the day of actual credit to my flipkart account.
Please help me to recover my money. And take strong action so that no other customers are deceived.
