I buyed product in flipkart and its very worst. not worth for money they are not refunding the amount. i want to give back this product and need refund.

this product is not worth for 100 rupeee. shaking too much ther are describing and showing like beleivable and deliverying very worst product. n

    I ordered redmi note 7 phone on 30 sep19 vide order no od[protected], it was cancelled by wishmaster because he was asking money for old phone but i denied.
    I ordered second phone on redmi 8 on 8 oct 19 vide od 226000 which was cancelled again by wishmaster.
    I am without phone since last 20 days even after paying full amount.
    Pls take action against flipcart as well as wishmaster, also order them to pay compensation of rs 20000 for pain they have given to me

    We have shared feedback with the seller so that they can put in additional measures in place to make your shopping experience a delightful one.

    The seller has refunded Rs. 6949/- and Rs. 100/- to your credit card EMI on October 08, 2019. The amount will get credited by 6 business days as per the standard banking procedure.

    In case of any delay, please check with your bank. You can find your bank's customer care number behind your credit card EMI or on their website.

    If you still wish to buy the product, kindly place a fresh order.

      I bought a mobile phone from flipkart which brand is realme and model was realme 5 pro, this colour was blue. I bought this phone by use my debit card, but when this product delivered to me and than i unboxed the product, i saw a scratch on the screen, i immediately packed it back in and put in a request for return to flipkart. I send my return request on october 12, and no response has been received yet, and when i called, it is coming to know that my return request has been canceled, whereas told to me that i would get a call from flipkart on 15 october. You will be wait till october 15. And your product will be sent to you, but now it is being said that you will have to wait for call till october 17, because your request has been cancelled, now it is being told to me that my request has been delayed till the 19th october, no one is giving the correct information. I want to know that why did my request canceled, how much trouble am i having because of you people, what can i do now, one of you guys sent my product in 12 days and after that the product was damaged, i am upset, please send my new product and solve my problem quickly, i am waiting for your call, i want my product back with in 2 days, i think i made a big mistake by shopping with flipkart, further sector have to think it, please call me as soon as possible, i'm waiting, now i am being told that now my product will come by 1 november 2019 and at the same time i will be given a new phone after taking the phone, i feel like my joke is being made, there is no respect to the customer, how much the customer is troubled by the your services, you do not even know, i do not have a mobile, and i am not able to do my job, i am a man doing private job, i am not getting any work, nobody is doing anything for me and my problem, i am absolutely upset, please help me, and give me my new phone,
      Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but they denied to help me with that. This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issue.
      Could anyone please let me know how can i forward my concern to the higher level of flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these frontend, backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.

        I purchased muscleblaze whey gold 100% whey protein from Flipkart while purchase it it was showing that is product is non returnable. I agreed and purchasded it but when this arrived to me inside external packing product was not sealed and was having too much bad smell. I called to custumercare they told me that you cant avail refund as its non returnable but can replace this. As this product lost my faith than who can make sure that next time this will be origional. Now i want my refund and want to give this product back.

          Hi team,

          I am promoting flipkart using their affiliate program in my app. I am new to it and i have one verified payment for my account from last month which is over 8k. Despite providing all the necessary documents, the account is still not verified, so i didn't get any money as well as any type of mail from them. I also didn't get any mails from their side despite mailing them 10+ times. Could you please help me with this.

          Note:- i am big fan of flipkart's service hence promoting and will promote it.

            I have purchase one ifbv micro wave on 02/10/2019 & the product suppose to be delivered on 13/10/2019. But till date the product not delivered. Whenever i call up customer support team not getting any help from them. Every time i call up customer support team product delivery date keeps on extending. Initially it was extent till 17th then it extend till 18th now today thy are saying it will deliver by 22nd. I extremely urgent need of product but thay keeps on harassing me after getting full amount of payment from me. Request you please arrange for refund it it not deliver by tomorrow.

              1. I have purchased a product (Jeans) on 19th september 2019 using flipkart pay later of rs.1149.
              2. I cleared the pay later bill on 23rd september.
              3. I received the product on 25th sept and returned it on 26th sept due to quality issue.
              3. I have called more than 20 times to flipkart customer care but i haven’t received my refund till now.
              4. They are saying that refund was paid by the seller on 26th sept but i haven’t received it.in support of my complaint i can refer to my flipkart pay later statement. Nowhere in there is written that "refunded back to source".

              If the refund is completed then why is not it in the flipkart pay later statement? Where is it written that "refunded back to the source"?

                I will tell you the story in short, i order my real me xt phone on on 5th oct, promised delivery date on 9th oct oder id od[protected]. Firstly it said product was in transit, then after crossing the delivery date they said product mis routed to some other place by customer care executive (Reason heavy rainfall), then complain was raised (Surely of no use), after few calls they changed their reason itself n said huge success of yours big billion day make the delays, after the product being misrouted it generally takes 3 days to get it on track. It has been 10th day since the delivery date surpassed, nobody from your team has courtesy to call and make the things right.

                Still no refund nor any surety of the product.
                Want my product to be delivered soon.

                  From last 5-6 days games are not working in gamezone in the application, every time when i open the any game it shows the message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". I had talked and wrote to flipkart but they are denying by saying it was limited period offer and sometimes by saying seller has right to stop, change and alter any user from playing it but you can try after some days. So please talk with flipkart about my issue.

Are the cutomer fools no followups no updates are made only extending date i have oredered on 4 oct its more than 15 days... Fooling customers. Executive dont attend call.                       My issue with flipkart has started from 4th oct when i cancelled two products on the same day when i ordered. Flipkart has not yet refunded my money of 5120 rs. And it is still pending. I have called their customer care team several times and everytime they told me to wait for 24 hours however yet nothing has been done an nobody has called me from flipkart. Now they don't even bother replying back. They also deny to give anything in written. They says there is no email or message facility with them to communicate. They just say sorry to me and ask me to wait for next 24 hours. My issue number with flipkart is in[protected].

                      Please help me to get my refund of rs. 5120 (Five thousand one hundred twenty only)

                      Today I have called Flipkart to know the status of my complain (Refund not received of Rs. 5120) and they have the same response that your issue is in process and you need to wait. I asked them to raise a fresh complain i.e. IN[protected]. CCR was Ms. Ruhi and her Team Leader name is Tanya.

                      Please expedite and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                      Please do not buy any product from Flipkart. Go with Amazon, A Global Brand.

                      Flipkart will not be like Amazon. So please Amazon.

                      I will update you once I get refund from Flipkart. If not then I will fill case against Flipkart.

                        I ordered a huami smartwatch on 17tu oct, the watch had some issue so i requested replacement, i got replacement on 26th oct, again product has some issue relatesd to charger or battery not sure which one so i requested refund. Then they gave me cutoff date 7th oct but no one came to pick the order, again i called them and again they gave cutoff date 14th oct, again pickup cancelled, again i called they gave 24th oct, now also i got messages from blue dart that ur pickup cancelled ctc to flipkart. Again i called, this pricess is repeating again and again but my product is not being picked.
                        They r just fooling. Fadeup of flipkart.

                          Expected delivery was on 10th oct 2019 but the product is not yet delivered.

                          On the vigorous conversation related to this delivery with customer care executive there is no transparent confirmation and proper detailing about the product
                          Hence from the past 6 days i was contentiously trying to get in details from flip kart executive and the post they have not given to me any acceptable answer. Now the product status is showing it is with e com logistic service, and they are denying to handover the product stated they don’t have any payment confirmation from flip kart authority

                          But no progress on it from flipkart

                            I have purchased a mobile from flipkart with buyback offer wherein from 18th oct 2019 when i purchase new mobile form flipkart i will get rs 21000 for my old mobile. Now on there flipkart website there is no offer for buyback and my mobile exchange value is reflecting as rs, 6800 and flipkart sent a mail to me for buyback gaurantee even if there is fluctuation in your old mobile value you will get assured rs 21000 as buyback. But they mentioned its on selected mobile but there is no offer on any of the mobile. They charge me for buyback gaurantee and on non of there mobile its applicable i wasted hours with flipkart agents supervisor they just a say its available on selected product but what is that product they dont know. I have search whole website for offer its not there. It means they sold me a buckback voucher which i cant use and it will get expired after 16th jan 2020.

                            Need help to whistle blow this fraud scheme flipkart use so customers get lure and buy there mobile

                              I had ordered flipkart perfect homes dalton study table on 3rd of october. Product got delivered on 11th october and installation was scheduled for 12th october with their service provider jeeves. On 12th engineer ashu from jeeves came and installed the table improperly and incompletely. He said "he doesn't have some tools so he will come next day morning (13th october) and will complete it. But he didn't come and stopped receiving my calls and updated the status as"installation completed".
                              I raised a complaint with flipkart for the same on 13th october and i got confirmation from them that my issue will get resolved on or before 17th october.
                              On 16th i got a called from flipkart escalation department and their executive asked me if my issue got resolved. When i informed him that issue is not yet resolved. He said that we have escalated this issue and it will be resolved by 17th octobet morning. But again it didn't.in the evening 6 o'clock i got call from another executive"nitika", she said is from escalation department and asked me to wait for another 24 hours as she is escalating the issue. When i told her that yesterday on of your colleague that the he has already escalated the issue then why it is not resolved? She said it was not escalated yesterday, i have now escalated and wait for 24 hrs. I asked her to connect me to the higher management but she didn't. She said you will get call from senior management. Again i didn't get any call from management. At night i got an email from flipkart asking me to wait till 19th october (Another 48 hours). When i am trying to update my comment on incident or to track the issue using my app, it is not allowing me to access incident. I am getting message" this incident doesn't belong to logged in account".

                                I purchased a refrigerator which is delivered on 12 oct 19 but still no progress on installation, for that i contacted to flipkart customer care they have given me flipkart service partner jeeves customer care no, then i have called jeeves customer care they have told no information about installation of product.
                                It has been 6 days since product delivered but no installation.
                                Earlier flipkart has given 13 oct 19 for visit of technician for installation then again 16 oct 19 but still no progress.
                                Please do needful.

                                  Hi,
                                  I was suppose to get my sony bravia tv by oct 10th. Today it is 18th oct. I have still not received the product. The web site still says product will be delivered by oct 10th
                                  I called customer service 4 times so far. Everytime i hear sorry, sorry etc. They also say issue will be resolved in 3 days. And also send email that it will be resolved in 3 days. But i still do no have the product for which i paid in full upfront.
                                  What kind of service is this? I find it hard to believe that with this kind of service anyone will use flipcart, deeply disappointed.

                                    I have ordered redmi note 7s (Astro moonlight white) order id, od[protected], received on 8th october, 2019. I got a defective product. I raised for the return request but they are not solving the issue. They message me to pick the item 16th october, but pick up not done yet till now. I am trying to call flipkart but they are simply wasting my time telling me different different pickup dates again and again. I have been trying to return the item 10 days ago. I want this to be resolved.

                                      Hi sir, ma'am,

                                      I have ordered a real me c2 from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 5999 on 7thof october 2019. Because of delivery issue i didn't like the product and cancelled it. After that, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in 16th oct 2019.

                                      I waited till 16th of oct but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I visited to hdfc bank and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask the arn number from flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system.

                                      Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the arn number. On that they said that they are not having any arn number since i have done the payment through debit card. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                                      I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. When i say raise a ticket regaring my issue to your higher management,. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end.

                                      Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:

                                      i have called now to flipkart customer care..Im asking ARN number for tracking refund status but they dont give ARN number, they said ARN number is not reflecting in system and cut the call without giving solution.

                                      I have received a call from flipkart regarding this issue.. That person could not understand what I'm telling.. He asked the debit card hdfc card number pin number etc, so I said I didn't give the details i[censored] need these details u can collect from flipkart.. Suddenly he said delete the complaint and cut the call.. Here with I attached latest received mail from flipkart. Kindly do the needful

                                      Today mrng I received a call from flipkart.. That person didn't understood what I'm speaking. She said only refund completed by our side i[censored] not received contact concern branch. She doesn't listen my opinion who cut the call without complete the conversation..

                                      Help to solve my issue nd refund the amount soon..

                                      I have recently received the mail from flipkart regarding about my mobile refund process. In that mail, mentioned order I'd and product name is drastically different. Is this the way to handelling the customer queries and complaints?Till now I didn't get any cause of the refund money. Is this a online shopping? A great applause to you for making fun of everyone's money! I have follow up on 7th Oct 19 to till now but always you gave a fraudulent mail only.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 08 Oct 19.                                         We have frustrated and faced a lot of mental agony out of our interaction
                                        And dealing with flipkart and partner brand thomson. We wanted to place a
                                        Couple of facts in reference to our follow ups with flipkart and thomson
                                        All lead to pain and grief... We were also shocked to know the most
                                        Reviews on your portal are fake and paid ones.. (Evidences - exist with us)
                                        . This is against the advertisement ethics.

                                        For the last 5 days everyday someone calling and telling that thomson brand has not been not responding. We had followed with them for 3 months and had the same conclusion. However as the the transaction was made between us and flipkart (Which is face and stands for partner brands thomson) selling tvs very aggressively on its portal www.flipkart.com making huge profits out of a substandard product series.

                                        The product thomson tv sold by flipkart, communicates with a loud warranty. The fact which flipkart also knows through its reviews and hides has come out of our study. Thomson does not have any service backup. It has tie up with a third party which is also associated with many other companies and accuses thomson for nor making payments and representatives tell - do whatever you can!.in our case service person telling its common problem in thomson tvs asked for rs 5000 fixing the tv immediately... We will demand for penalty for such malpractices.

                                        We have suffered from viewing tv and phased mental truam from kids,
                                        Hassles of approaching - multiple ways to brand... Which even has arranged
                                        "auto response machine" which is. Never picked up in last 2 months in our
                                        Follow ups (Evidence exists - in call logs). We claimed not only complete
                                        Refund but also compensation of the same (Details will be part of the -
                                        Legitimate proceedings).

                                        Flipkart accepts that 'thompson' has not been responsive (Evidence exists
                                        In form tele-conversation). Seeking an immediate refund before unstalling the tv, tha thas been offererd by fellows mr. Likhit and shiv shankar.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on 20 Oct 2018, as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy, The seller shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Team also offered help to get the service don't from brand but customer denied as he wants only replacement or refund.

                                        Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
