My worse experience with flipkart.

I was their valuable client for a very long time, and i did much shopping from them. The reason behind saying these words are below -

I placed an order from flipkart on 29th sept [ prepaid order ], and that product max delivery date was 11th oct.in my given image, you can see order arrived at my nearest hub on time but not delivered to me.

They did not deliver my product in a promising time. They show me some excuse and take some extra time to deliver my product [ they mention 16th oct, means 5 # extra days]. Alright i was little unsatisfied for this reason but soon that date [ 16th oct ] over and no one contact me [ neither cs support nor delivery agent ].

So, i call them again [ cs support ] and they, take again 2 days from me and told me that, they are looking to my issue and support team will contact me soon and they will explain me the reason, why these happen. But still no one contact me [ yes no one ]. Soon the date over and when i complain tonight, again same thing happen. Again they take 2 more days from me and telling me to wait to get resolution from their team.

I contact them several time from 16 th oct, and they always told me to wait till next 24 to 48 hrs to get call back from cs support and they will resolve my issue and explain me why this happened with my order.in this long time, only one person contact me some days ago, and she told me, she will get back to me with update within 2 days but more days past and still i'm waiting for help.

These is a harassment, here my time wasted much, due to complaining several time and my trust is now broken fully.

Flipkart must provide me a compensation for this harassment and must deliver my product asap.

My problem solved. Received the product tonight. I like to request you please remove my Post Image cause there my address and phone number showing clearly and I'm receiving many fraud calls. So please remove that asap. Thank you

Someone just contact me 30 minutes ago and he introduced me that he is from Flipkart consumer forum customer support.

I want to confirm it from Flipkart support, is he really from Flipkart? Cause he know my order id and details and asking me for my bank information, upi id etc.

    Sir, i ordered the mobile 14 oct 2019. Which value rs 8298. And after sometimes about 5 minutes that order was cancelled.
    I contact to flipkart customer care. They say me, the refund send to your account by 23 october 2019. But till now i have no money received to me. And again i contact to flipkart customer care. They say me. The refund is already send to my account. But no money received to me till now. I contact with bank customer care number they tell me no money received to me.

      My order id is od[protected]. I ordered a nokia 6.1 plus black (6 gb ram, 64 gb storage). It was delivered to me at 25 september 2019. When i opened it, the product seal was broken. So i requested a replacement process through my flipkart account. Thereafter my replaced product came at 2 october 2019.
      Again the product seal was open and i received a used product. I have also attached photos of it.
      Therefore i claimed for return and refund request through my flipkart account. Within a day i received a message stating that your refund request has been cancelled. Then i called customer care and narrated about this issue but didn't solved my issue.
      Later, i claimed for refund request several times through my flipkart account but it got rejected. Due to this now my flipkart account has been blocked. Therefore i called to customer care again told about this issue and she said that i get a call from flipkart team and i didn't received. I am not not able to claim refund request of my product. I have also told her that my 10 days replacement policy is getting over. This is the 4th time.
      So please take immediate action as soon as possible. This is very frustrating if i don't get my refund soon i will log complain in consumer court.

        I bought this tv from flipkart and along with complete protection plan for 3 years by paying more. But after even 1 month my tv in not installed and liening in my house. I am facing problem at the beginning of my service and now think what sevice they will provide service for next 3 years. They service partner denied installation of tv saying you provide us with stamp paper agreement that if something happens to tv after installation he is not responsible. Flipkart why didn't you mentioned that you need stamp paper agreement for tv installation. Your partner is saying my wall is not appropriate for tv installation. I have bought the letv tv from flipkart and it was wallmount on the same wall from last 3 years. After i faced issue with the levv tv i puchased this tv and now wall became inappropriate for this tv. I don't understand if levv tv was fine on my wall and they what is problem with motorola tv and what so special in this tv. And more over your telephone executive are giving me suggestion to give another address for tv installation. Really cool suggestion. I am common man not tata, birla or ambani. I have only one small house and one wall for 65 inch monster. If you can't install tv here, then take your tv back and return my money. More over your app work for purchases and have bug for creating return request it gives error.

          I had ordered one cookware set worth ₹1499. So when my product was delivered to me i saw that product was defective so i requested for return and my product was picked up. After that i requested for refund and by mistake i was in hurry and gave my debit card number in place of account number. The issue comes here i was in touch with your customer service everyday i used to send msgs through emails to update my right account number so that the seller can refund me the money. Then i raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 3 days will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from support team and after that after so much of mailing them they updated my right bank details but till now there's no refund.. Then again i raise complaint im doing this from 26th of september till now and there is no help. When today i got a call from flipkart customer care they gave me nft number and told me to vist my bank branch like seriously this is how you are troubling your customer and you know this very well how can somone refund money on debit card i went to my bank branch also and they told me that if refund is initiated it should have shown in you bank account but it's not you can imagine how i'm going through like roaming here and there.. And then they told me to share my bank statement of 1 month i shared that also then seller is not refunding my money in my bank account this is how your customer support team is behaving with customer... If you can help then plzz do as i need my money back giving defective product and then not helping your customer is not good.
          I hope you will look into this matter and help me with this issue to get my refund.
          And also i'm not getting any help i'm writing to seniors and i'm just getting same rply again and again.. If this is the condition then seriously i will never shop from flipkart again.

          and also i went to my bank branch not once but twice also called customer care of my bank and i got only one answer that my neft number is not correct which flipkart provided me so this is how flipkart is helping their customer. I need my refund back as my money is really important to me.

            I have bought asus laptop from flipkart on 8th oct 2019, and product was defected so i have raised return request on 13th oct 2019, so they given expected technician visit date for verification on 20th oct but it was not happened on time so i called to them multiple time and after so many follow up they have raised the concern to concerned department (I don't know how many department are involved in) and given resolution time as 24th oct, but in between tech visit happened on 22th oct and found that product was detective and from tech visit side he has sent his feedback to flipkart, but flipkart executive saying that they have not received feedback and saying to wait till 24th oct eod, i have planned accordingly as per their expected dates given on flipkart and all the planned work are affecting now and till pick up date is not confirmed yet. Even customer executive does not having any update however they are serving the customer's, how the flipkart system work it is hard to understand. Very disappointed and bad experience i could ever found.

              Bad experience with call center executives :

              After having such a bad experience, your cc executives add more fuel in the
              Fire with a very bad responses and same repeating replies.
              No follow up on complaint and rude replies. We called hundreds of time and
              As a result we are yet to receive the resolution. Today again we had a
              Word with aditya gupta (Supervisor) but he was also not able to resolve the
              Query.

              What i want?

              1. I want the replacement of this product till 25th oct'19.
              Or
              2. I request you to cancel this product and initiate my refund request in 2
              Days.

                I ordered a refrigerator as part of the order no od[protected],
                I received a refrigerator which is way smaller than the pictures shown on the website, it have scratches at right side below main door, it makes weird noise.

                The order was delivered on october 17 2019 and i am continuously raising a refund request and the seller is cancelling it again and again, even though the policy says i can return it till oct 27 2019,

                The seller name is omnitechretail.

                Flipkart customer care again and again replies with an automatic reply saying

                "sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item.in case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand"

                Which has already happened thrice in last 4 days.

                Flipkart is frauding the customers by lurking them to buy crap products by showing lucrative pictures and then not accepting the returns, this is a big online scam taking place.

                Please do not buy any product from flipkart, i am filing this complaint and will definitely go ahead with the legal proceedings be required.

I am still waiting for a resolution but no one is helping me out. Whenever i use to call on flipkart helpline number the executive from customer care generally provide next deadline but nothing happened.

                    We ordered ifb washing machine with order id od[protected] on 30 sep 2019 but its more than 23 days they fail to deliver. While we call customer care they told that we are working to solve the issues but its more than 3 days they are unable to solve the issues. Each and every time they told that team are working but its more than 23 days problem not aolved. Also there is no any option of cancellation for this product. At least link of cancellation also not seen for this product so that we an cancel my order.

                      My flipkart account related with email '[protected]@gmail.com' has been blocked by flipkart & they are saying that we have blocked because of high no of returns. They need to provide total no of product ordered & returns made. What ratio is allowed? They need to unblock my account. I have even messaged them & emailed them to resolve the issue but still nothing has been done. I am getting frustrated because i have been treated wrongly by flipkart.                         We did place an order to buy 2 bottles of expensive perfume on flipkart. When order got delivered to us, we received only one bottle of the perfume. The matter was bring down flipkart customer services at the same time. I do believe that the supplier must have omitted a quantity either with or without knowledge.Â
                        We have contacted the flipkart customer service to resolve the issue, few times. I think they are very reluctant.

                          The product i received is a duplicate one, it did not come in the butterfly branded box, it does no have a user manual, it does not have a warranty card... The quality of the product is really bad... It's a duplicate.

                          Please take it back n give me the refund

                          The customer service is the worst service i have ever received... Amazon is 10000 times better...

                              Order delivered : 11th oct 2019

                              Replacement order : 12th oct. 2019

                              Replaced order : 17th oct 2019.

                              The product had a clear specification that it has in built speakers

                              My actions : on 4th oct 2019 i called to flipkart customer service and spoke to “ rashmi sony” agent and took a confirmation on the product details and she confirmed me that whatever is visible and mentioned in the product specification the same would be delivered. However, on 11th of october when i checked the product it did not have the in built speakers and hence i raised a concern with the customer support team. They offered to help me out and asked for a replacement of the product and the issue will be definitely resolved. Now, on 15th the wishmaster came to collect the old product and collect the new product but due to product not just packed he did not collect the product and also took away the new replaced product. I again complained with the customer team on 15th and they said on 16th oct the product will be delivered. However, on 16th the product did not get delivered but it was delivered on the next day which was 17th oct.

                              Now, the replaced product also has same issues and does not have the right specification as described while buying the product and does not have speakers in built.
                              What i need : i just simply need my product for which i have already paid and just deliver me the product which was on display in flipkart with the specifications.

                              What i do not need : i do not need a refund and i am wanting the product. I have been waiting for almost 20 days now to get the right product and was supposed to gift to a near ones and the wait is not ending. Hence, i need the product and worth the wait.

                              Attached is the screenshot of the product specification when i brought the product and all mail of my rigorous follow up as a tiring customer.

                              Please resolve the issue for me and deliver the right product. Call me @ [protected] for any queries.

                                First of all flipkart has the worst customer care service in the world. I wish I could led flipkart to shut down. The customer care agent took call on holds for about 40-50 minutes many times and then they cut the call without answering and I have all recordings as proof. Secondly flipkart is very fake company. I am a regular membership customer of flipkart and very loyal towards them but now I am not. I won many prizes in flipkart game zone as the prizes were very attracting but I was not provided with the gifts that I won. After one month of continuously fighting with this company's executives I finally got one gift but that's also local not original and of different company. The company is liable to provide me with the gift that I won not any other. And many of my gifts I am still fighting. This is last attempt otherwise I will give this in newspaper please help me.i have not seen more worst than this. Even the supervisors and managers are fake than the executives of flipkart. They do not stand on there talks. Help me 😠😢

                                See what I recieved from the company a poor portronics power bank which the customer reviews are very poor and moreover it has only one port for charging rather the product I won has two and more charging capacity.see they provided me with this product and read the review also . How worst it is so why would I redeem the coupon. I want what I won and that's it.

                                  I have ordered "beanskart xxxl bean bag xxxl (Filled with beans) bean bag with bean filling (Tan, black)" from flipkart on dated "29-sep-2019" which was showing delivery date "13-oct-2019".

                                    This is MY order id OD[protected] which i ordered on 2nd oct . The product was delivered till 20 oct i have so much time complain about his delay delivery and also tell him that to cancel my order. I am not getting any option to cancel this because so much delay that's why i told your customer excutive to cancel this order from his side. But on 21 of oct product is showing delivery but haven't received the product. By this it means you making fool to customer who paid online. Plz check my issue and refund my amount i don't want your and also suggest all the people not to buy any product by your application

                                    Complain not resolved yet and the courier boy who called me for my address confirmation when i call him on date 25/10/2019 he told me that he is in his father in law house when he come home he will deliver the consignment. Product is showing delivered yet on flipkart but i don't get yet and now i don't want this product i want to cancel this and refund my amount. One another thing as i don't get the product and the replacement or returning last that in 1st nov. I have already complain so much time for this to flipkart customer but he is not responding .

Courier boy came and give my phone and now when i am trying to return this phone flipkart customer said that they can only replace this product they can't return this product as the time is over. What does it mean i get my product today and time is over this is his fault. I want return this product and refund my amount. My order id is OD[protected].

                                      I had brought an led of MI and contacted the installation service provider about 20-30 times but he's has not received calls and at night about 8:30pm I had received an message saying that my number was switched off so he could not reach.

                                      I had contacted Flipkart customer care and also to jeeves service provider for installation of led tv but no one replied and provided any solution ..

                                        I had ordered a trimmer on the big billion shopping days i. E. 8th october 2019 and was told the product was to be delivered by 15th october 2019.
                                        The track order status just showed shipped on 8th october and that shipment is yet to be delivered.

                                        Upon calling to check the status, i was told that the delivery will be delayed and was provided a new delivery date of 19th october 2019. I called again on 18th october 2019 to verify and was told they couldn't track the package and was told it was being escalated.

                                        I called again and was told i can expect the delivery by 22nd october 2019. This seems like a scam where they are offering big discounts but not keeping up with their promises. Any advise on raising this legally would be appreciated.
