During BIG Billion day sale I ordered a hp laptop with an exchange of my personal hp laptop. my laptop was working fine and while placing order it showed exchange discount of Rs-10200/-. however at the time of delivery the delivery guy said my laptop has some scratches and selected body damage. the exchange price reduced by Rs.6560/-. so he asked me to pay this amount to get delivery. I don't understand for such a minor scratch I have to pay 6560 Rs. is flipkart expecting brand new laptop in replacement.
however I contacted support team on 14th oct. the support guy after explaining the entire story said that the refund of Rs. 6560/- is accepted by seller and it will be added in my giftcard account within 48hrs and gave me reference number IN[protected].
I have attached the chat script below.
after not receiving the giftcard I contacted the support team again after two days. the support guy Anurag rejected my request and said this incident id is wrong, and I will not get any refund. since then I am doing regular followup.

this is pure cheating...
got Rs- 3500/- for working laptop my mobile exchange will give me more than that. offline store were giving Rs. 9000/- for my old laptop.

please look into this.

Also warranty of the hp laptop which I have received shows extended warranty and not manufactures warranty.

deeply disappointed with flipkart. buying such a costly item from flipkart is risky. people can get fooled

    I have made payment to flipkart by using paytm UPI and it was successful from my end but flipkart denying that they havent recieved any payment and they even not providing me proper information neither they are responding me on email. I ahve called them alot of times but they are telling me every time that email us and i have emailed them alot of times but they are not replying. Kindly help me out with this issue

      Flipkart is having worst Service, service provider and customer support team ever i have seen.

      I had ordered Vu Premium Andriod 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD(4K) LED Smart Andriod TV product and there was delay in delivering the product and when i saw the status it was showing Delivery shipped since 2nd October.Then i raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs and will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from support team. I raised many complaint on that same issue then i got call from flipkart backend team and they asked me to cancle the order. Even though i am a Flipkart Plus member, but still coming across this issue again and again. This is 7th time happened with me.

      Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but from the senior team also denied to help me with that. This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issue.

      Could anyone please let me know how can i forward my concern to the higher level of flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these Frontend, Backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.

            Hi,
            I have ordered a wrist watch with order id- OD[protected]but I have received wrong product.

            My query is regarding different model that i have received.And i had conversation with your executive for refund and he agrees for the refund of the watch as its amount is Rs 4495.The watch that i have received is useless for me and its costing is Rs 5300.

            For that i want my Rs 4495 refund in my account as soon as possible.As I am your prime customer this much you can do for your plus members customers.

            Please look towards my case and solve it as soon as possible as amount is too high. want my refund but Flipkart has blocked my account as i am prime customer

            So, look into the matter and resolve this problem.

            Its more than a week but they are only extending days

            I have received wrong ptoduct and thats your fault.When i have received that product at that time i have raise a complaint and one of your executive told me that there will be pick up on or before 15th oct.And now you are saying it will not be returned.and there was policy of refund i jave seen.
            Amount is Rs 4495 then why i will prefer wrong product.

            I want my refund only.

              The product delivered in 1 week and I have to pick that from the Delhivery warehouse center 20 km away from my place because they didn't care to deliver the product on time.

              The packaging of the Drill was damaged and it looked like someone was using it for months. The drill bits, screw bits, and battery were all damaged and worn out and you won't believe how the case looked like. (check pictures)
              The delivery center guy raised a return request as the product packaging was also damaged.
              Flipkart return guy came the next day and REFUSED my return, he simply said contact customer care.

              Customer care is canceling my return request again and again.

              They are canceling my return again and again. My return date will be over and they are doing this every day.
              When I call the delivery boy, he just denies to pick up the product. Customer care us blaming delivery boy, the delivery boy is blaming Flipkart, nobody wants to take responsibility.
              This Scam is bigger than you think.

                I ordered remdmi 8 mobile from Flipkart and there was a exchange offer of 950 was applied and the mobile which I wanted to exchange is already in good condition only the thing was it has just lost a colour over volume buttons and deliver boy said it's a body crack and changed me extra 250/
                And most importantly Flipkart did not give me new invoice
                So it's cheating with customers and government both

                  Such unprofessional behaviour was not expected by flipkart.. First of all delivery of my product (Samsung uhd tv) was 5 days late (I. E expected before 7th oct and delivered on 13th oct 2019) and now there is no information regarding installation and demo team. According to return policy my product's return date is 22nd october 2019 and yet we haven't checked whether the product is working or not just because installation and demo team hasn't came. It was clearly written in instructions that we can not install the tv by own than how come we know the product is working or not. Please send the team to install my tv before 20th oct 2019 and i don't care whether it is sunday they have to come and install my tv otherwise flipkart are most welcome to take their product back and give our money back.

                  Again flipkart has extend the date to resolve the issue first it was 19th Oct then 21st oct now its 24th October. They are of no use. Now I'm really frustrated. 22nd oct is the last date to return the product why will I wait till 24th oct. If they can't work properly then why do they sell product. And from tomorrow there will be another sale then god knows when my issue will be solved. So frustrating.

                    I had ordered Realme xt on 30th sept 2019. The order got delivered on 2nd October.

                    The smartphone had camera issues and hence I put a replacement request.

                    The technician was suppose to visit on the other day but he put up a fake message that he visited my house and smartphone was not having any issue.

                    After that I had put a return request again on 3rd October but I haven't received any updates after that

                    I received a replacement product which is again having issues.

                    The touchscreen is not working sometimes also the phone has lagging issues.

                    Also the Sim card 1 got disconnected twice automatically.

                    The troubleshooting steps provided by the expert did not work.

                    This is quite frustrating as the problems keep on relating. This happened for the older product as well as the replaced product.

                    I had called flipkart team and they told me to do the troubleshooting steps again and a return request won't to logged until the steps are performed and when I told them to transfer the call to senior they put the call on hold for 10 mins and no one answered after that. The persons name was Preeti. This is quite disappointing service from Flip kart extremely annoying service why should I do the troubleshooting steps again if the issue is observed after doing the same.

                      My flipkart account is blocked from 8 days now and whenever I call them, they keep on extending the resolution date. First it was 15th oct and then on 15th when i called them to check they said no complaint has been raised, we will raise it again. They gave me 18th oct as a new resolution date. However on 16th Oct, I received a message saying the complaint as been resolved and please provide the feedback on the below link. The link actually took me to the login page and when I entered my phone number, it again said the account is blocked please contact customer care to fix it and customer service experience is so bad that you would think twice to call them up. they can just do those things which every customer can do( not sure why they have a team)...I have purchased few product during big billion days. some of them got delivered, some of them they cancelled after keeping money for 20 days..now I want to return couple of product and I am not able to log in...not sure who is going to solve this for me.

                      My flipkart account is blocked from 8 days now and whenever I call them, they keep on extending the resolution date.                       Don't be dictator, please inform your customer first and also this should be done if there is no action pending on the account. When I was allowed to purchase during big billion, it meant that I have another 30days to return product that does not give me full satisfaction and are also within the policy of return..don't just give the general statement and try to do some research before approaching your customer..please activate my account as I need to return the item which are in policy diameter...once I settle, I myself will deactive my Flipkart account and ask my friends I and family to do that as well.

                        My order id is OD[protected]. I order redmi note 7 pro phone on 3rd oct 2019 but it did not delivered yet(18th oct) and i called several times (more than 10 to 15 times) . Every time ask me to wait for next day and they do not say valid reason and a time for delivery. I asked to transfer the call to senior authority but they did not listen me. They ask me wait for no reason, I am done with this issue. They are just taking advantage for monopoly. In compare to amazon, flipkart is worst and they make fool to customer instant of helping.
                        Please help me out.

                          Hi, I have ordered a realme 5 crystal purple from Flipkart on 13th oct'19, received a different colour shown in their website(pictures attached) and in their description it's mentioned it's a quad camera setup, received as quad setup only but the picture quality is not like a megapixel setup. It's really poor like a vga camera. I've raised the issue, they are denying to accept it that the product colour is different. They are ready for replacement but I'll be getting the same product only. So need refund for this as I'm not happy with the brand's description.

                            I bought a phone RealMe 5 Pro from Flipkart but company sent me different model RealMe C1 to me by the seller SuperComNet to me. This phone was in new condition, When I reported to company about this and applied for replacement instead after 2 days they just BLOCKED my account saying I had multiple returns but it wasn't so, it was my only return because company sent me different phone.
                            When I have reverted back to them then also they are not replying and have yet not unblocked my account.
                            I just want that replacement should be provided to me for this different phone sent to me and my account should be unblocked.

                            Not at all, This is my first ever account with Flipkart and worst experience too and I had no other returns with my account.
                            I didn't received the product which I ordered instead RealMe C1 was sent in box.
                            It is actually my first account and I can even send ID proof if required.
                            Provide me replacement of different product which was sent and if you want I am not going to shop with you again.
                            Please don't be a fraudulent company because of trust only I placed order with you.
                            Kindly provide me replacement or I will have to approach consumer Courts and consumer affairs.

                            It's more than a week when I filled complain here but Flipkart is not solving my issue, they didn't contacted me yet nor they provided me replacement and also they haven't unblocked my account. It is being more than control.
                            Please let me get what I ordered so that I could live peacefully.

                                On 19th aug. 2019 i purchased a new asus laptop form fleepkart vide order no. Od[protected]. On 28th sep 2019 while i was installing ms office to my new laptop it started malfunctioning. I made a complain to asus on 30th sep. 2019 vide complaint no. A[protected]. Their engineer came as asked that the hard disk of the laptop is faulty and need replacement. Since this was a complete new laptop i asked to replace the laptop; however they did not agreed.

                                After replacing the hard disk also the same problem arise in front of the asus engineer. He took my laptop to their workshop and asked some more parts need to be changed.

                                Again i requested them to replace the laptop; however, they denied.

                                I approach to the flipkart but they denied to take any responsibility. I surprised to know that flipkart do not provide any means to customer for write to them. Even when i put a complain to tweeter they did not provided any solution.

                                  I am playing Flipkart gamezone since its inception. Nothing wrong happened ever or i didn't do any unfair means or anything. Only i did one thing is that i had played my sister's flipkart gamezone in my mobile phone and they blocked me playing . Please resolve the issue. This wont happen further .                                     I have ordered "Flipkart SmartBuy XXXL Classic Tear Drop Shaped Bean Bag Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Red, Black)" in Diwali first sale Sun, 29th Sep
                                    12:34 pm and the order id is " OD[protected] " the products promised delivery date is on 12th Oct 2019 which is almost 13 days.

                                    I was waiting for the delivery on 12th Oct 2019 Usually we will get Out for delivery message in the morning but it's not happened. instead, I received a message the product was delivered @12th Oct 2019 11:59 PM,

                                    immediately raised a case in Flipkart support they said their partner will contact us immediately but I haven received any call so I contacted again then they said the same but they closed the case as resolved, I again opened the case and they requested they will resolve the case before 18-Oct-19.
                                    within the call, the support executive said we have to face the consequences coz this product was sent from 3rd party courier ( I'm not sure why we consumers should face the consequences we buying from Flipkart, not from the 3rd party)

                                    today it's 18-oct-19 I received the call and they extended the resolution time to 21-oct-19 im totally fed up with this support team, I feel like I lost my amount.

                                    I request FK team to give my money back so I will delete my Flipkart account permanently and I will buy anything I need directly don't wanna trust online anymore.

                                        I bought a mobile phone from flipkart which brand is Realme and model was Realme XT, this colour was perl White. I bought this phone by use my card, but when this product delivered to me and than I unboxed the product, i saw a Mobile is Dead, I immediately packed it back in and put in a request for return to flipkart. I send my return request on October 12, and no response has been received yet, and when I called, it is coming to know that my return request has been canceled, Whereas told to me that I would get a call from Flipkart on 15 October. You will be wait till October 15. and your product will be sent to you, but now it is being said that you will have to wait for call till October 17, because your request has been cancelled, Now it is being told to me that my request has been delayed till the 25th october, no one is giving the correct information. I want to know that Why did my request canceled, how much trouble am I having because of you people, what can I do now, one of you guys sent my product in 12 days and after that the product was damaged, I am upset, please send my new product and Solve my problem quickly, I am waiting for your call, I want my product back with in 2 days, I think I made a big mistake by shopping with Flipkart, further Sector have to think it, please call me as soon as possible, I'm waiting, Now I am being told that now my product will come by 25OCT 2019 and at the same time I will be given a new phone after taking the phone, I feel like my joke is being made, there is no respect to the customer, how much the customer is troubled by the your services, you do not even know, I do not have a mobile, and I am not able to do my job, I am a man doing private job, I am not getting any work, nobody is doing anything for me and my problem, I am absolutely upset, please help me, and give me my new phone,
                                        Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but they denied to help me with that. This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issue.
                                        Could anyone please let me know how can i forward my concern to the higher level of flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these Frontend, Backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.
