I m supriya. I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 17000 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 10 pro for rs.493

I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this

    Hello,

    I ordered one kitchen chimney on 5th August 2023 with model name: "Elica EFL 108 HAC LTW VMS 90 Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney (Black 1350 CMH)" for price of Rs, 23, 715.(pls. see attached original invoice) Order id is OD[protected].

    But I received totally different model with model number "ELICA EFL 207 HAC LTW VMS 60". (pls. see attached photos of delivery box labels with actual model number and invoice that I received ) In the attached photos you can clearly see that I have received the wrong product.Now when I contacted your customer care support today 2 times they told me that I cant return the product to you as I have missed the return period from date of delivery of 7 days to retrun the product.
    But, my question is why should I take a wrong model delivered product even if I raised the concern after 7 days delivery period. So, I want to return this wrong product delivered and send me correct product otherwise I will be bound to file a legal case in consumer court.
    I request you to send the original ordered product otherwise please take this mail as legal notice and I will proceed with legal case for the fraud that you have done with me.

      My Flipkart gift voucher worth 5000 expired just 1 hour ago.. oli was in medical emergency .. so I forgot to use this gift voucher. I contacted Flipkart customer cary they said we cannot extend validity of gift voucher. I need only 1 day I'll use. Please help it's big amount for me.

            My name is priyanka and i have been using flipkart account my mobile number [protected]. I recently ordered a purepet adult dog food 9 kg from flipkart but received a wrong item instead a 1 kg dog biscuits packet. I informed flipkart about my problem and they assured me that i will be helped. So one of the executive created a return request on my behalf and told me to wait for 72 hours for return pick up. I was okay with it and patiently waited for the given timeline. But on the very same day of pick up they cancelled my return request on their own without informing me. I again contacted their team, they told me that due to some technical issues we are not able to accomodate your return request and had cancelled it. I contacted them several times but every time a new incident is created by the customer care and is closed by them on their own without any update given to me. From last fifteen days i am calling them again and again for a resolution but customer care team just don't care, they don't even listen and say we already have a complaint registered wait for next 24 hours. By doing so again and again they have wasted my fifteen days. I never expected this type of service by flipkart. It is really very sad that you are asking for help again and again on your own but no one from flipkart pays attention as if they don't even bother. I am attaching the images of the product i received along with the image of original product with order id. Please do the needful in my case and help me with the return and refund of wrong product i received. Regards.

            Invoice i received for 4 star Fridge but product i received for 3 star fridge (you can see on tax invoice with same Customer Name printed in box, image also)
            MRP: 22, 999/- MRP: 19, 999/-

            I informed flipkart several time from 05 march 2024 about my problem and they said that i no your problem but we are helpless because delivery man intact that he was delivered right items.

            So more than 7-8 time the executive created a return request on my behalf and told me to wait for 72 hours for return pick up. I was okay with it and patiently waited for the given timeline. But on the very same day of pick up they cancelled my return request on their own by massaging that the that issue resolved by troubleshooting or return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact.
            i am calling them many time for a resolution but customer care team just don't care, they don't even listen and say we already have a complaint registered wait for next 24 hours. By doing so again and again they have wasted my 28 days. I never expected this type of service by flipkart. It is really very sad that you are asking for help again and again on your own but no one from flipkart pays attention as if they don't even bother. I am attaching the images of the product i received along with the image of original product with order id. Please do the needful in my case and help me with the return and refund of wrong product i received.

              Form last 4 days continuously waiting but till date my Order show Pending and reason giving Payment not yet confirmed from the bank .

              So please resolve this Problem as earliest.

                  I have cancelled a order in flipkart for which payment was done through debit card emi. After cancellation, in flipkart portal, it is showing refunded completed. But still EMI got deducted this month from my account. When I contacted bank, they said once refund happens, EMI gets auto terminated. So flipkart says, it is done but the bank says they haven't received any refund as such .

                    I ordered Groceries worth rs 1430 (total 19 items) from Flipkart on 02/09/2023. It's was about to be delivered on 04/09/2023. It shows out for delivery since then but is undelivered till today dated 12/09/2023. I contacted their delivery partner on 08/09/2023 (number provided by Flipkart itself) and he informed me that the parcel is damaged and will not be delivered. Informed the same to Flipkart but they neither cancelled my order nor refunded yet. I contacted them by emails, calls and chats but they aren't responding properly and keeping my money. I don't have any option to cancel the order at my end and they aren't delivering or cancelling. I need my money back with interest for mental and financial harrasment from them.

                    Even after this complaint it took several calls, emails and chats to get my refund from Flipkart. They took 24 days all in total to initiate the refund. I bore loss of interest on my money and faced a lot of mental stress because of it. Finally my complaint is resolved but i deactivated my premium plus account on Flipkart. I won't be buying anything from them ever.

                    Flipkart isn't resolving the issue. Their response is just lame. They made two calls, once there was a network issue and another time I was busy. I replied to their mail instantly and even informed the right time to call me but they still called exactly at that time which i told not to. They already know the issue but are not resolving it. Not initiating my refund. Just keeping my money.

                      I ordered something around February 2023 . When I got the product, I don't find it upto the mark, so I returned it.It resulted in a scene that my account is blocked.The reason they told was that there were multiple returns .I tried several times to unblock it through customer support but they are of no use.It will be better if they write we can't return it . I suggested them to make all the orders open box delivery to ensure the customer satisfaction too. So, I want them to either re activate my account or delete all the datas in the account so that I can create a new account with the same number. Help me with it.

                        I placed in order on Flipkart on 12th September 2023 . It was going to be delivered on the very next day but my order was delayed. I gotta call from ekart logistics delivery agent and was asked about my address. I cleared it out. He kept saying it will be delivered on your address the next day as misrouted to the wrong destination. No it's been 2 days i have been taking a day off for my order to arrive, and still there is no response of where my order is.

                          This useless company has this delivery delay issue for quite a few years now. But recently I placed 5 orders in total. 3 in August and 2 in September. I ordered a smart watch and a pair of Bluetooth earbuds in August. They delayed the delivery three times and did not deliver on any of their promised dates. Then they increased the price and cancelled my already shipped product and asked me to place a new order. Which I did but even after paying more they delayed the delivery again. I had to cancel it. On September 5, I ordered a laptop whose delivery day was September 6. It arrived at my nearest delivery hub but they delayed the delivery until 9th September and did not deliver this product either. I received two other products from the same hub (one on 6th September and the other on 9th September ) but my laptop was just laying eggs in their hub. On 10th September they cancelled my order and increased the price of the product by Rs 2000 and asked me to place a new order and they will credit me with a gift card of Rs 500 after the new order is delivered and to me. I had necessity so I placed a new order paying more but they delayed the delivery again. They are wasting my time and robbing more money and not even compensating me for this kind of behavior. I’m demanding compensation because if they do their part of the job on promised time then my time won’t be wasted. I could order from Amazon and Amazon will always deliver on promised date of delivery.

                            I have downloaded the invoice from flipkart but invoice doesnt has product information. I connected to customer service but still issue didnt solve.

                                    I have recently ordered asian sneakers from flipkart and paid Rs. 559 via UPI and later on it shows that order is pending and payment is not confirmed from the bank.                                       Delivery Boy is refusing to deliver the product doorstep. When I asked him calmly to deliver it doorstep, he started talking rudely to me and without even listening to me ended the call. I called him again telling him that I'll complain on Flipkart but it looks like they're not afraid of it either. He said "Complain whoever you want".
