      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Filpkart for their lack of customer service and refusal to address my issue. I purchased a product from Filpkart on[protected], but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. As per their return policy, I initiated a return request on[protected], but I have not received any response from them since then.

      I have tried reaching out to their customer service team multiple times, but they have not been able to provide any satisfactory resolution. Every time I call or send an email, I am either put on hold for an extended period or redirected to a different department without any solution to my problem.

      It has been over (21) since I initiated the return request, and I am yet to receive any update on the same. This lack of response and unprofessionalism has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

      I urge you to take swift action against Filpkart for their poor customer service and negligence towards their customers. I request you to intervene and ensure that my issue is resolved at the earliest.

      Thank you for your attention to this matter.

        On 6th I have booked a smartphone and on 7th I got it it was open box delivery the guy did not on the phone and show me when I went to home and on the device It was a mark on phone so I want to replace as the flipkart was not replacing my device and they are telling about there is only service center replacement but service center is telling flipkart will replace I am confused
        On 8th Yesterday i went to service center they took my phone to analysis the problem then they checked the problem and said they will provide DOA Dead On Arrival letter and submit this to flipkart they will replace a phone they said and they also took my device so please send m another device soon as possible i am not having an extra device and the problem is some of flipkart members dono about DOA they are not helping me properly they are telling its mention it will replace be service center but in service center they gave me a letter and took m phone and said to submit this DOA letter to flipkart they will provide m a replacement within 7 days but flipkart is not yet responding properly i am busted of flipkart its too much horrible i am trying from past 3 days i am calling customer care one person is telling something another is suggesting m something but service center they said the exange will be done only i have purchased through realme webside .
        Kindle please solve m solution
        I am subbmitting my DOA letter please send m another device soon as possible

            Flipkart Order # OD[protected]

            I purchased Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 2-Door Wardrobe
            (Order # OD[protected] using "Flipkart Pay Later" as payment option.

            The unit was delivered on 24th April 2023, and was installed by (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) a third party company, jeeves on 25th April 2023.

            As after installation I checked the Wardrobe had multiple marks on it as if someone tried to wrongly install it and before,
            so I opted to return on the 25th itself.
            After that.

            1) A direct pickup was arranged by Flipkart Representative for 26th April 2023, without getting the unit uninstalled first.

            2) As I told Flipkart pickup guy to take the Wardrobe, he cancelled the pickup on his end as the unit was not uninstalled (ready for pickup).

            3) I tried to contact with Flipkart chat support team as I needed help regarding return, and I was very badly played by the chat support. As multiple agents gave irrelevant answers and disconnected, the chat.

            4) Again, called Flipkart explained every info to the Flipkart executive,
            and a technical visit was scheduled to approve the return.
            (Note : Installation, Technical visit and uninstallation was done by same person (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves, Who was extremely rude, gave false info, cancelled appointments without confirming)

            5) Made several calls and requests to the tech visit guy (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) to do the Tech visit for uninstallation, As he cancels the visit every time due to his convince.

            6) After Tech Vist and uninstallation was finally competed on 27th April 2023, I have been waiting for the unit to get picked up.
            Next day I saw a new message that the pickup as been cancelled for some reason.

            7) Again called Flipkart and explained the whole story and was assured by the Flipkart customer support that the return will be processed soon.

            8) Again received a message for Return technical visit appointment.
            By the same person (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) for return.

            9) Since that day, I have been calling (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) every single day to do the tech visit that is required. But as per (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) as the technical visit and uninstallation has already been done before
            it is not needed again. And this is some error from Flipkart.
            And he will not waste his petrol and come to my place, he is working in this process since years, and he knows better than me.
            (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) has cancelled every appointment on his own, saying his boss (Shiva Chavan from Jeeves) do not allow him.

            10) Again called Flipkart support and informed them the same, Flipkart support team informed me as the return has been raised again a new request for tech visit is needed,
            Called (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) again and explained what I was told by Flipkart Rep.
            But (Anirudh Katre from Jeeves) will not listen to a word I say and keep cancelling for rescheduling tech visit several times saying,

            I need to again contact Flipkart support, and he can not help.

            10) everyday I call Flipkart for help and Rep give assurance that the tech visit will be done.
            Every day I get a new resolution and promise date.

            Seems like Flipkart is not aware of their working procedures.

            Meanwhile, I have been getting calls every day from "Flipkart pay later" to pay for the wardrobe, which is not getting returned.
            Flipkart pay later has also applied late penalty charges on my statement.

            Due to Flipkart's faulty procedures and unprofessional staff, I have been suffering a lot.

            Please help me, the Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 2-Door Wardrobe is ready for pickup since 27th April 2023. Please help me.

                    I ordered 2 products but I received only 1 product and I already paid the amount before the delivery only. I ordered
                    1. Coller top green-XS | style prezone casual solid women
                    2.Coller top Brown-XS | style prezone casual solid women
                    But I received only brown one. Please I need my another product too. Try to send it as soon as possible. I can't tolerate this.

                      I have ordered Apple lightning cable 1A to 3.5 mm audio jack and the order got delivered on 25th April. I received an incorrect item. I actually received Apple lightning cable to 3.5mm aux cable. I created a return request with the help of an agent on call for refund. For the first time pickup agent came and said that item doesn’t matches with the image. I told him why would it match if it wasn’t the original item. He refused to pickup. Then I called again and then created another request. Now its been 10 times I’ve called flipkart but no one is helping. Each time they just create a return for refund but no one comes to pickup the item. Its really frustrating and its been almost 15 days now. Its an expensive cable which I can’t just loose on my money. Please help.

                        I ordered a safari suitcase from Flipkart. And the company provided 3 years standard warranty and 5 years domestic warranty. I filed a complaint with Flipkart and company a few days ago. But i got very disrespectful response from safari company, they said its only covered manufacturing defects. But what does 3+5 year warranty mean?

                          I have ordered 04th May 2023 and did the payment through CC card and ordered confirmed by the “Flipkart” and seller “Vision Star” at the same day and they had given the estimated delivery date on 07th May 2023. but till the 7th May product is not shipped so we had called the customer care team they said they will deliver by the 10th May and later in the website is also changed to 11th May 2023 as of now everything is fine.

                          Today Morning (8th May) when we have checked the status of the ordered is cancelled. I called Flipkart customer care, they said seller #Vision_Star has cancelled the order.

                          If Flipkart is not delivering the ordered product. What is the need to maintain those fraud sellers like “#Vision_Star.
                          We have purchased the mobile on the Flipkart sale and we thought got the best deal on Exchange. but if I want to purchase the same product currently is not available.
                          So, I have lost the best deals and i wasted by time and hope because of the Flipkart. We had trusted only Flipkart not the seller. This is we are not expected the from your end.

                            Hi,

                            I bought a cooler Crompton greaves & it got delivered on 19th April to me & immediately within 30 min i reached out to customer care i told them that the water is leaking & spin button is not working.

                            The executive confirmed that post tehnical visit this replacement will happen however the final visit of technician happened on 1st May & he raised a request replacement. Now today the replacement suppose to happen & it was showing on track untill 12 today but sudden it got rejected & the reason saying technician was unable to visit .

                            I am surprise than who was Yogesh from jeeves to visited my place & raised complain in front of me.

                            Now again a new complain number given by flipkart when i reached out to them i.e IN[protected] & again they are saying the replace will happen on 11th may.

                            Can you pls help me understand for what i bought this product for non usage of almost 20 days with 100% payment made.

                            Request your help if they are not replacing my product in next 1 day pls help me getting my full payment refund.

                            Still no Action again been asked to wait till 14th May . I bought this cooler on 18th April & post 14th May i will probably get some solution. which is likely not happening.

                                I ordered a Realme GT NEO 3T on 4th may 2023. Order ID-OD[protected] The order was supposed to be delivered on 7th of may. It has been out for delivery since 4pm 7th of July, however i haven't been able to contact the delivery agent. On contacting the customer support they replied that the team will get back to me. The order is prepaid and i haven't received any updates so far or the reason for this delay. The app still shows that the order will be delivered on 7th may.
                                Kindly help me with the same.
