    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and raise a grievance regarding [Order ID OD[protected]] related to my recent purchase from Flipkart. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for 6 years and have always appreciated the quality of service provided by your platform. However, my recent experience has left me disappointed and compelled me to bring this matter to your attention. I would like to outline the details of my grievance: Order Details: [Order ID OD[protected]], Exchange date of order May 12, 2023, and the product is shoe (Nexxon trendy Women’s Casuals Sport Running Shoes (Pink), Size 6. Description of the Issue: I have ordered a shoe (Nexxon trendy Women’s Casuals Sport Running Shoes (Pink), Size 8 from Flipkart as on 7 May 2023. They Delivered as on 12 May 2023. Then I have to exchange these Shoes as on 12 May 2023, and order a small size 6. The Delivery date is 17 May 2023. After the Day is Coming on 17 May 2023, one Message came to me out of Delivery in Morning but till last 9 P.M. no one comes for Pickup or Delivery. After that I show that the Delivery is completed, at night 9 P.M. as on 17.05.2023 a message also came to me that your delivery is done, but no one has come for delivery to me. Then I go to Flipkart Apps and go to the Help us section to get Delivery Boy Mobile number and after that I call that Delivery boy, the Delivery boy name is Akshay Mali, and the Mobile number is [protected] as on 17 May 2023 at 9 P.m. they told me that I had delivered your parcel to someone else at 9 P.M. So, I ask Questions they Abuse me and talk very badly. On that day I called the Flipkart Delivery number in the evening but given on Tracking then did not pick up my call. They do not call me or message me without a message or call when they deliver a parcel to someone else. After that I call to Flipkart Customer Service as on 17 May 2023 at 9:44 P.M. and told them all the Situation. They said that your Query is a high priority. They also said to me that your problem will be solved as soon as possible till 20 May 2023. Then I show in Flipkart Apps there is show your Query is resolved as on 18.05.2023. Then I called Customer Service on 18.05.2023, at 10:40 P.M. They told me that your delivery is delivered on 17.05.2023 and the Query is resolved. No Query is there to show to me. Then I told all the Same Situation of the day 17.05.2023. Then They check in the system and tell you that your Pickup and Return is not done. So, I made a Complaint on high priority. Your Query is resolved as soon as possible till 22 May 2023. First day on 17.05.2023 they told me that the Query is Solved on 20 May 2023, After I called 18.05.2023 they tell me that I do a Complaint in high priority and your Query was Solved till 22 May 2023. They all do Fraud and Scam. Supporting Evidence: I am Attaching supporting evidence, such as order confirmation emails, product photos, screenshots of conversations and other Relevant documents. I request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to restore my faith in Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe that by addressing this issue effectively, Flipkart can reaffirm its position as a trusted online marketplace.

      Subject: Complaint: False Promises and Delayed Delivery on Flipkart

      Hello fellow online shoppers,

      I wanted to share a frustrating experience I recently had with Flipkart, and I hope some of you can relate. On May 18th, I placed an order on Flipkart with the expectation of receiving it the next day, as they advertised their "next day delivery" service. I specifically filtered my search to ensure that I would get my hands on the product within 24 hours, as I needed it urgently.

      However, to my disappointment, Flipkart failed to deliver on their promise. The delivery did not arrive on May 19th as expected, and I was informed that the new estimated delivery date is May 21st. That's a total delay of three days!

      What irks me the most is that if I had known the product wouldn't be delivered on time, I would have chosen a different option without filtering for next day delivery. Flipkart's false promises regarding delivery timeframes have left me feeling deceived and frustrated. It's unacceptable to mislead customers with claims that they cannot fulfill.

      I sincerely hope that Flipkart addresses this issue promptly. I expect an explanation for the delay and an assurance that such incidents won't happen again in the future. Moreover, I believe it's only fair to receive compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay. Flipkart needs to reevaluate their delivery timeframes and provide accurate information to customers to avoid such disappointments.

      I've been a loyal customer of Flipkart for quite some time, and I always had high expectations for their service. However, this recent experience has severely shattered my confidence in their ability to deliver on their promises.

      Has anyone else faced a similar situation with Flipkart or any other online retailer? I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences and any suggestions on how to address this issue. Let's hope Flipkart takes notice of our concerns and takes corrective measures to regain our trust.

        I had used flipkart pay later option that was of 1500 and i delayed paying back that amount. But as it is clear now then also its showing your idfc first loan is due clear it. Because of that my cibil score has gone down a lot. I am not able to take any loans every loan os getting rejected. Please help me. My contact no.           I had ordered bra COTC on line Facebook and received the same yesterday. Bra is defective. I made payment through Paytm. I called up customer care also for refund. Customer care execute was rude and dubious. He wanted me to go to paytm and then to Flipcart and write my mobile no in gift card. I found it wrong hence disconnected the call.

            At pincode 5000090 flipkart Takes orders neither delivers or take returns and cancels at their will .
            This is very rude on their part and very unprofessional approach or process with these folks.
            when they cant deliver why they take orders, who are they to cancel at their will, why they change policies on the fly . Nothing concrete on what customer service says and what happens ultimately . Returns also with same issue . Why flpkart is troubling customers not they can compensate the delays or stabilize the process and no way they can trace the orders or have resources to process the returns

              With ref. to the subject cited above, I got a different brand watch than what I actuallly ordered the FastTrack brand.

              But I didn't noticed to send the details of the data or images what u asked for validation.

              Below are the images of product What I received. (Attached with this mail).

              Please I request u to solve the issue as soon as possible. I called the helpline many a times And I seriously facing a big issue with flipkart. Am not expected this kind of response from the helpline.

              Ya it is possible to check the packaging process before shipping the product through recorded video footage. Please let me know what was packed rather than what I orderd.

                As my second return request was canceled even though technician visit was approved. After that I was made return list again on 3rd May, while there was no technician visit in it nor any technician visit request from Samsung was issued on my register no. Still rejected my third return that your problem is solved. Its flipkart team didn't even ask me about the assurance of problem solve. But neither any technician came to my place nor the problem was solved. please help me i am very upset.

                  I ordered set of three nonstick induction cookware and flipkart delivered me a single inducton stainless kadai. Which has low MRP level as compared to my orginal ordered product. I tried to return the worng product and i was logged out of my account and while trying to log in "account has been blocked" keeps on showing.
                  I already talked with customer care several times registered my complaint twice. and the resolution i got was "due to high number of returns, your account has been blocked and you wont be albe to login further". On that note, harldy i have high number of returns from my account.
                  Now i am not able to return a worng product, account blocked and unnecessary harassment from flipkart end.
                  who will answer to that?

                    I have been using Flipkart for over 3-5 years and Flipkart gave me an option for payment with Flipkart pay later lended by idfc bank. Recently from 3-5 month Flipkart blocked my paylater options without any reason after I had paid all dues clearly. I don't know why this happened. My CIBIL score is also affected because of this idfc Bank lender.

                      Recently I purchased a phone from my friend's id and the phone is dead on arrival. Flipkart is denying to return the product and whenever I am talking to their customer care support after elaborating my issue they used to cut my call. They don't want to resolve my issue. They are not supporting at all. I want my product to be returned under 7 days return policy so please help me in that.

                        I am unable to return the product as it quotes 'oops some error occured' . Have tried multiple times it's been 2 days now.
                        On talking to customer care, they are asking to wait for 48 hours.
                        I am in dilemma whether the issue will be resolved. Never had such experience with any of the product I ordered from the app.

                          I have mailed you and called many times and you always say your number was not reachable so you can call me at my alternate number [protected] which I have provided you many times. I need this to be solved today

                          I am writing to express my deep frustration with the washing machine that I recently received from your company. I had ordered a specific model, but what was delivered to me was completely different.

                          This mistake has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and wasted a lot of my time. I had to rearrange my entire schedule to be present for the delivery, and now I am left with a washing machine that I never ordered nor wanted.

                          I would like to request an immediate replacement of the correct washing machine that I had initially ordered. I am not interested in any other model or compensation, I just want the product that I paid for.

                          I hope that you can resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I can have a properly functioning washing machine in my home. I trust that you will take swift action to rectify this mistake and ensure that it does not happen again in the future.

                                Hi Team,

                                Order ID – OD[protected]

                                I have purchased a "SAMSUNG 275 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Refrigerator" from flipkart which was delivered on 21st April . The installation executive came on 22nd April, the product was unboxed, after that the dent came out in the product(Like: Door is not opened properly, back side damage etc).

                                I was given a CSR report from their side and was told that there is a 10 days replacement policy, you can talk to Flipkart and get a replacement. Then I talked to Flipkart customer care, after that they put a return request on my behalf and told me to wait till 29th April.

                                Then I talked to Flipkart customer care, and after that they put a return request on my behalf and told me to wait till 2nd of May. Then I talked to Flipkart customer care again and told me to wait till 5th of May.

                                Then on 6th May got a mail in which it was written that the return request has been rejected due to "Shipment is cancelled by seller".So I called Flipkart customer care and asked Why it was rejected, then it was told from his side that it was rejected due to "some technical error".

                                After that, again I talked to customer care and put return request but they told me the we will contact you as soon as possible. But, Till now this issue isn't resolved. I’m totally freaked out. Don’t get any help from the Flipkart side. It have already been delayed by 25 days.

                                I had called to Flipkart customer care more than 50 times and created complaint more than 40 times. But, not getting any help from Flipkart.

                                It has already been delayed of 25 Days.

                                Technician team has shared the customer service record card copy of my refregerstor for replacement.

                                I have attached it for your reference.

                                Please look into this matter and provide me the replacement as soon as possible

                                On 31sr May, I got a call from Flipcart Backend/ Escalation team and they had requested to share with me some details like: Bank account details and others for refund of the product.
                                Ar the same time I had already given that.

                                But Today I got a message again from Flipcart that Request has been cancelled again because the seller has denied .

                                What is the happening with this?
                                It has already been delayed on 38 days.

                                Please provide me the replacement of the product or Refund it.

                                  Order ID - OD[protected]. It's omney women pyjama. On 7 May, 2023, I registered the complaint. But they are not sending the courier person for the reverse pickup. I also told them I'll not attend their calls. But by calling, they are disturbing me. Without calling, they can send the courier person for the reverse pickup.
                                  They're not giving me any information on my E mail regarding the reverse pickup.
                                  They're behaving like a fraud. I'll not attend their calls.
                                  Other online stores don't take so many days for the reverse pickup.Other online stores don't do like this.They don't call too.
                                  Return process of the Flipkart is very poor.
                                  Flipkart is not telling me when they will send the courier person for the reverse pickup.
                                  It's not a Flipkart, it's a FLOPKART.

                                      I had ordered for a full sleeve sweatshirt of cost RS 649 on flipkart on 7th may 2023. the product was delivered on 11th may 2023. When I checked, the sweatshirt size wasn't matching with the one I ordered. So when i tried to return it on the website, there wasn't any return or exchange opiton available on the website, therefore i immediately called the customer care of flipkart regarding the same. the customer care executive replied telling that i had to 24 hours before getting a return option. So i waited for 24 hours and later when i checked there wasn't any return option available, So i called the customer care executive again. the executive told that he had raised a complaint and i wud be receiving a call back by 17 may 2023. so i waited till 17 may 2023. But I didn't receive any call back. On 18th may when i checked the website, my issue was marked as resolved. So I immediately called the customer care executive, and the customer care executive said that the return policy period has been expired and i wouldn't be able to return the product. When I asked him how the issue can be marked as resolved even before it was resolved, he repeated the same thing. later when I asked him "now what am I supposed to do with the product?", the customer care replied telling that I had to throw the product away. Then I asked him to connect me to his higher authority. he transferred the call to his higher authority. later the higher authority gave me the same reply stating that nothing can be done and i had to keep the product.
