I bought google pixel 6a from Flipkart. But I received old product from them which had scratches in it. I tried to raise this concern multiple times through their customer care service and even by attaching images. But every time they are rejecting it and not taking any action. Through their email service I tried to add images but I am getting error which I already communicated multiple times.

Till now no action taken from their side. I am really getting frustrated.

      Order ID-OD[protected] is marked as delivered. But courier person did not call me or not come to my address. I have called and raised a complaint 5 times all the times they updated as delivery partner confirmed that product is delivered and closing the complaint. I need a help to give a refund for this order since i paid as prepaid and not received the product.

                I've recently made a purchase from Flipkart of a laptop from Asus (Asus ROG Strix G15) on 9th May, 2023, which was delivered to me with some software malfunctions like certain keys were not working and had startup issues. Flipkart had arranged an on-demand service check with an Asus certified service centre, namely F1 Infosolutions and services Pvt Ltd. The technician assigned by them, approved this product for the replacement along with the DOA certificate. A package containing my laptop was sealed again and was prepared for the replacement on 27th May, 2023 but Flipkart has now cancelled my replacement request and is not providing me a clear status of my replacement. I have all the call recordings, necessary documents, bills, and proof of product in the malfunctioning stage.

                    Dear sir/mam,
                    I Rakesh Chand gupta purchase a phone Realme narzo 30 pro 5g on Flipkart smart upgrade plan where I purchase my phone by pay later method.But I forget that I didn't not paid my due money 5400 to Flipkart and suddenly my phone got locked by Flipkart . Then I call to Flipkart customer care they told me that we will sending you a gmail of payment link. Then I payment the due money by the link but my phone was still not opened by Flipkart. Then I again call to Flipkart customer care about the problem but they always tell me that after 2 days your phone will open but the problem was still was not solve by Flipkart. The customer care were not helping me to solve my problem. My phone was locked since 1 month. Kindly help me to solve my problem.

                      Purchased a laptop on 09/04/23 worth 57740 but the serial number mentioned in the invoice is wrong and so I cant claim the warranty. they are refusing to give the correct invoice as well. Tried replacing the product but the seller rejected the replacement and Flipkart is also not doing anything.

                          I ordered a product on Flipkart, after getting delivered. The quality of the product is not good so i kept a return request on the same day. The return was scheduled after 5 days, on 4th day the pickup person came at 7:00pm and by looking at the size of the product he said “I can’t take it on the bike, i will get back to you tomorrow morning with a mini-van, so that they can take it” and went off. But the pickup person is not showing up for more 3 days and the return period is nearing; it is for 10days, on 7th day i called the Flipkart customer support team and told about the issue. They raised a request to escalate the issue and resolve it on or before 10th day after putting the return request of the product, but they haven’t resolved anything and I didn’t get any call regarding the issue. Now the return window is closed as the 10days return period has passed after the product being delivered. When i again contact Flipkart support team, they again raising a request to their senior team to escalate the issue and telling it will be resolved in more 4days but I don’t trust them as I didn’t get any call earlier.

                              मैंने 10 मई को Flipkart से एक लैपटॉप आर्डर किया था [ASUS Vivobook 15 Core i3 11th Gen]। उस समय लैपटॉप का मूल्य 31, 999 था और SBI बैंक के काफ़ी सारे ऑफर चल रहे थे। मैंने सभी ऑफर्स का उपयोग कर इस लैपटॉप को 25, 740 रुपया में आर्डर कर दिया। आर्डर को सेलर द्वारा 24 घंटे के लिए होल्ड में रखा गया फिर इसे 11 मई को शिप्ट कर दिया गया, यह मुझे 14 मई को प्राप्त होने वाला था लकिन 13 मई शाम 4:30 को मुझे मेसेज आता है कि मेरा आर्डर कैंसिल हो गया है। मैंने कस्टमर केयर को फ़ोन किया तो वो बोले कि मेरा आर्डर unknown कारणों से सेलेर द्वारा कैंसिल कर दिया गया है। मुझे इस बात पर संतुष्टि नहीं हुई तो कुछ देर बाद मैंने फिर से कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया तब वो बताने लगे कि आपका पिन गलत था, इस तरह कर के मैंने 4-5 बार कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया तो वो अलग अलग कारण बताने लगे और वो बोलने लगे कि आपको आपके प्रोडक्ट का रिफंड रिक्वेस्ट भेज दिया गया है आप पुनः इसे आर्डर कर लें। लेकिन मैंने इस लैपटॉप को उस समय ऑफर मैं ख़रीदा था जो ₹25, 740 था और अब इसका मूल्य 34, 999 है। मुझे अब ₹9, 259‬ अधिक देकर इसे खरीदने को बोला जा रहा है लेकिन यहाँ मेरा कुछ भी दोष नहीं है क्योंकि सेलर या Flipkart ने आर्डर कैंसिल किया और एक्स्ट्रा पैसे मुझे भरने को बोल रहे हैं। मैं अपने मोबाइल से हर दिन ऑर्डर को ट्रैक कर रहा था और लैपटॉप ekart ऑफिस पहुँच गया था जो मेरे घर से 3 KM दूर है, मैं ekart ऑफिस गया तो वो बोलने लगे कि मेरा लैपटॉप वहीं है लेकिन वो मुझे नहीं दे सकते क्योंकि आर्डर सैलेर द्वारा कैंसिल कर दिया है। मैंने सेलेर को भी कांटेक्ट किया वो बोलने लगे कि आप Flipkart को ही कॉल करें हमने कुछ नहीं किया है। अब मुझे वो प्रोडक्ट चाहिए उसी कीमत में क्योंकि मैंने ऑफर में ख़रीदा था और पेमेंट भी कर दिया था। अगर आप कुछ कर सकते हैं तो बहुत कृपया होगी। माध्यम - Flipkart सेलेर - TBL Online (TIRUPATI BIZ LINK LLP) My Orders - OD[protected] Tracking ID - FMPP[protected]

                              I ordered a laptop on 10th May when summer sale was going on, so I bought that laptop using a credit card for 25, 740 on offer. (Actual price 32, 000) My laptop was supposed to be delivered on 14th May and today i.e. 13th May my order has been cancelled by the seller. When I am calling customer care they are saying order again but for this I have to pay an extra 6000. But I didn't cancel the order so why should I pay extra money. Can I get this product at the same price? Because it's not my fault.

                                Myself Dipankar Purkait, purchased one LED TV Thomson Alfa 80 cm( Order No.-OD[protected] TV from Flipkart on 22nd Jan, 2023 along with Complete TV Protection policy for 3 years( Policy No.-CPFKYA[protected]. It provides accidental protection such as 1.Accidental damage resulting functional issue, 2.Liquid damage resulting functional issue, 3.Damage due to voltage fluctuation ).
                                Now due to some unavoidable circumstances my TV got damaged on 1st May, 2023. That's while I am raising a complaint to the adjuvant authority by calling the helpline number[protected] & [protected] both in Jeeves and Flipkart, they are not even hearing my plea from the same date of the accident. They are only enlarging the process timing by saying your matter will be solved, but no positive action has been taken till now.

                                  This is regarding the missing items from the order. Please find the details below.

                                  Order amount: ₹6, 705
                                  Order delivered: 24th March 2023

                                  Issue: I should have received 3 luggage bag however I received only 1 bag

                                  As soon as I received the product I informed Flipkart about the missing items. To that they said they will arrange pickup and will provide me the refund.

                                  I am still waiting for them to arrange the pickup. I kept on following up with them but they are not taking this seriously. They always say that they have arranged the pickup but their pick up delivery guy never shows up and later on they close the issue from their side.

                                  If they don't want to pick up their product they should provide me the refund.

                                  Could you please help me here.

                                    OD[protected] Company had mentioned a larger size for the bed on the product description page but the received product is way smaller and they have even rejected my Refund request once. Flipkart and Bharat Lifestyle both are bunch of cheaters with no focus on customer satisfaction. The bed has bottom made up of Cardboard and is not all durable. Initiate refund ASAP.
