    I won a motorola g13 smartphone from flipkart predict and win game at Rs. 1. I ordered the phone and it was processed by you(the seller) and It was shipped also and the phone reached the hub nearest to me but then it got cancelled automatically . I called the flipkart customer care but they said it was cancelled by you because there was a price error.

    If there was a price error then why you processed the order and shipped the product say?you didn't saw at that time?

    I don't know what was the issue but I want my phone delivered because I didn't cancelled.You gave the offer I ordered the product now I want my order back.

    And I paid the amount which was asked to be paid @ Rs.41 (Rs. 1 for phone +40 delivery charge) through upi.Now I want my order delivered .or else I will go legally and I will register a case against you in consumers court

    If there was a price error then why you processed the order and shipped, it's not my fault I want my order and nothing else or else give my coupon of Rs.9998.As the offer was given by your side I didn't asked for it. You gave I took and ordered I want my phone.Its my humble request.

    If you don't wanted to give the phone then why you gave me the free phone or launched the contest.

    Reply as sone as possible and deliver my product or else I will go legally.

      Greetings of the day!
      I am very much suffered and trouble from this problem and that is as I purchased Daikin AC from Flipkart platform but Flipkart customer care is not supporting and not resolved my complain. purchased details as below.
      Incident date 31.05.2023

      Invoice Date: 13.04.2023
      Product Details: Daikin ton 5-star split inverter AC
      product amount: 30, 999/-

      Now, I am going to explain my issue. I had talked with flipkart customer care before purchased Daikin AC and they told you can purchase now and you can installation anytime (example for after 15days 1month etc.). I ordered on 13.04.2023 and at during installation time (31.05.2023) product box open by Authorized Executive of Daikin Service Centre. All damage product photos and video attached herewith this complain.
      All my Issue in brief:
      When I tried complain in Flipkart they answered again and again that please contact Daikin Service Centre. After that when I Contact Daikin, they replied you have to contact flipkart.
      Again, I contact back to Flipkart, they asked authorized Service Centre letter or job card and should be mentioned all damage details on there.
      After that I received job card of Daikin and sent to flipkart. After that again flipkart told that handwritten job card is not acceptable, we required only computerized job card but issued that Authorized Service Centre of Daikin is not providing computerized job card.
      In this whole rounding situation, which I facing troubling and suffering problem from both companies Since last week and when I talked with flipkart and said that I am going to case file against flipkart in consumer complaint but after that they will not ready to resolve this serious issue. I request to filipkart that I want only replace this product.
      I want only replace this damage product immediately I am going to case file against this mentioned companies through Consumer Complaints hope, will getting resolve my issued as soon

        So yestardy my flipkart aacount was blocked with reason that i return too many products so i return only 3 products and and i am plus member of flipkart for years and also flipkart pay later user and i have to pay my emi but now flipkart blocked my aacount i can’t pay and this cause penalties and mental traumas for me so please help me

            Hi Team,

            I purchased a realme tech life refrigerator from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 29/05/2023 worth INR 46, 990.The order was delivered on the very next day i.e. 30/05/2023.

            At the time of delivery i found that the product was damaged and broken. I raise the request to the customer support. they schedule a tech visit and tech visitor told me that its a normal one and they wont be provide you replacement and gave response unhappy with product and my return request closed. After that i raised a return request again it goes to the seller and now that was also closed.

            This seams that the flipkart dont want to follow their policies and he has no any wish to process my replacement of the product. Again i raise a request and i found that they asking me for photos of damage product, invoice and other unnecessary things. I am going through mental harassments by flipkart and they are really wasting my time.

            I am requesting to Flipkart please dont play with the emotions of the people and their hard earning money.

            Disappointingly, till date no technician has shown up, No customer care call was done. Despite the constant follow up with the flipkart customer support and my replacement request is still not processed, due to which I am unable to use the product since the last 15 days.

            I hope this issue gets resolved with a proper action being taken against the Flipkart & Their seller OmniTechRetail who trick hardworking people into their malicious traps.

                      Dear Sir,

                      It is to be informed that the order was placed on 2nd June 2023 at 12:37 AM, which was to be delivered on 3rd June 2023 at 2:00 PM
                      But when the delivery was not done till 2:00 PM, when I called the delivery boy, he told that the mobile exchange person is on leave today and was told by the delivery boy that after going to our office and exchanging the mobile, you Received the given order as per his talk I went to Ekart office but the order was not delivered by them and I was misbehaved by Ekart office staff.

                      I humbly request please consider for the same.

                        Flipkart paylater emi option is not working and no body is ready to listen at this glitch.. i have raised multiple complaints but they only have one solution that is uninstall and re install app.

                        it is total harassment from flipkart end, may they are just giving flipkart pay later option to collect your private data and kyc as they are not letting you use this service .. it is straight out data fraud.

                        If i use browser it says your pay later limit is less for this order (order value 30K, my limit 80000, no dues)

                        if i use android app it does not show paylater option for same order and item

                        if i use IOS it provides me option to use 20000 from pay later and rest from card

                        so much problem in different platforms..

                        your system is not stable

                        and customer care is not so much equipped to handle technical glitches only devolopers can resolve this, , but your customer care does not escalate these problems and mark them resolved.

                        i can share screen shots off all different platforms

                        i am confused if it is even safe to use paylater as it has so many glitches.

                        what if i get glitch in payment and my score dips..

                        no resolution from flipkart.

                          I ordered a smart phone which is Redmi Note 11,
                          After 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚠𝚎 𝚞𝚜𝚎 the phone, there is performance issue in the phone (getting on and off continuously itself).
                          Technician never visit at my address due to which 4 times return request has been cancelled. And technician gave feedback to flipkart that I wasn't response..oopps. How a shameful.
                          I'm continue trying to contact with the customer support services but we haven't got any response from flipkart.

                            I am writing this complaint with regards to the AC installation done my your keonjhar Odisa team.

                            I have purchased my AC from flipcart and availed your installation service.
                            AC got installed on 2nd-may after installation within 2 days my AC stops colling.
                            I have raised more than 100 complaints to flipcart and your company.
                            There is no response and they are closing my request every time without resolution. Jeeves peoples are using abusing language over call.

                              I have ordered Boat Airdopes 161 with ASAP charge, from the flipkart on the date of 22 October, 2022. Due to quality issues, i've returned the product and demanded for the refund. The refund request was accepted when i returned the product on 01 November, 2022. The refund was supposed to be credited on 03 November, 2022 but it has not be credited till this date.

                                      i have ordered it on 5th of may i gat delivery on 10th of may, and I found flickering issues on its display & not satisfy with this laptop with this problem
                                      I also requested for replacement under 4 days then after 10 days technician visited us, and he seen that regarding issue on display but closed the service and flipkart contact me and said your service has been closed for any further enquiry contact to {ASUS} further i contact to ASUS and told him for replacement & they further send a technician and then technician said this flickering issues are common in oled laptops of ASUS and checked something for it, they also said we are also working something about display, And
                                      They said if there any hardware issue then we can replace it and told that we can repair for it. lastly they said a mail will be sent to you for further process but no mails recieved and not any contact to seller. they denied the request for the replacement... and now not any option is available for any further problems, they passed 15 out of 7 replacement days...
                                      What I should say for all the team they are selling defected laptops openly and how they got license of it & not taking any complaint seriously.
                                      how big a scam it is for those buyers . If your display has problem then you should replace it for those who are facing difficulties with this laptop, I'm not satisfied with your service
