I have purchased a Redmi Mobile Phone 3gb 32gb Ruby Red on 10th August under Independence Day sale.

I got the product on 14th August. There was fault in the product so I have made the return request.

A technician came and checked the mobile on 22nd August and agreed on my point that there is problem in phone's speaker. He told me that he will forward my message ahead....

At the time of booking, Flipkart has given me No-cost EMI option for payment using my HDFC credit card. I have used the same option. With a lot of pain and agony i am writing this complaint, i have order few items (Groceries) on 3rd august 2019. Till date the order is not deleivered and the date of delivery is being extended indefinetly. Today the delivery date is mentioned as 3rd sept 2019. You can understand no consumer can wait till one month to get their groceries.

Flipkart has banned my game zone. I contacted their costumer care they said since i used on same device they blocked it they won't activate again. But they should warn the user before blocking. My first sim card was lost due to which i had to make new account as zone as i opened the game zone a message flashed on the screen stating something is wrong here, so i thought there must be some technical fault so i deactivating the account and reactivate...

Shivonic mop was delivered on 24th.

Part was broken so immediately return request was send. Your exe came & said color mismatch so cant take back, put same in new request & mentioned brand name missing also.

So i did same, also contacted on social media, received call & was told it will be solved. Again nothing happened & request cancelled.

Again got a call that we cant credit...
