Tothe ceo, flipkart. Kind attention sachin bansal sirbinny bansal sir, dear sir, i, am suffering with a exchange related issue since 1st october 2019, no resolution provided and false commitment dates are provided every time, 1st it was 3rd october, then extended to 4th then 5th the 7th. why i am suffering so much and why your company is playing with me like this. if you are not accepting any old phone without any defect why are you offering exchange?? Why are you cheating like this? Being a flipkart customer i am shocked and irritated abt this matter. Please provide me my product without further delay. Thanking you sarit sekharsent

    Pathetic service, please compensate for this service. I lost my project, i lost one of my sources through which i could have earned a bit. Ordered a lapop and waited 3 days for it to be delivered, you guys sent me a faulty product and now i will have to wait for another 10 days to get it replaced. This is not done, pathetic. Why should i suffer the pain, you guys do not have an email where i can send my queries, customer care agents not even expedite my requests. All i can do is wait for flipkart to call me and that's all. We live in a world where technology is booming and these guys cannot even send a replacement as per customers need. Why would some one wait for 14 days? C'mon guys. Your app doesn't work at times, i was not able to give you guys a feedback because of your stupid application.

    I still do not have any response from flipkart, however technician visit done today and he said it will be approved for replacement. Guys please update the status om your application. How many times I have to take the follow up. Why no one is looking at these notes.

    No update as of now. Not here not on the app itself.
    Technician visited and confirmed that the laptop is faulty and flipkart is going to replace it. His name was Drhuv and came from nehru place asus centre delhi.

    I on the other hand cannot see any update regarding that visit in the app. When I call flipkart they do not have any update as well. All I am doing is nothing, all they are doing is nothing. They told me to wait for 24 hours and now its been 48 with no update or call from flipkart regarding replacement of that laptop.

    After these many days, flipkart agent called me and asked if there was a technician visit. Bravo, they still do not have an update who visited and what all has happened.

    Still delaying the process, agent mentioned now a different person will come from flipkart side and tape /seal pack the product only then flipkart will approve the replacement.

    They did not know this before, all of sudden after the technician visit and before the replacement they will waste my time and send some one just to seal the laptop.

    No one is maintaining these services, no one has replied to my issues so far. Good job everyone.

    I ordered this laptop in big bilian sale on oct 1. I recieved a faulty laptop on oct 4. Now all m i doing is nothing, I wasted my time, I lost my projects and I suffer the torture. Thank you flipkart.

    Received another call with Same question - What is it that you arr facing. Wow

    Wasted another 10 minutes explaining my concerns. They still do not have an idea if the technician visited or not. Both of these last calls were different, both those agents had different statement. Can some one please tell me if I should log a proper FIR now? This seems to going too far for Flipkart to resolve.

      I placed a order for redmi note 7 pro, which was successfully accepted and placed by flipkart on 04/10/2019 and i alao received the confirmation sms. I paid inr 8009 through axis bank debit card for that order after applying discount and giving a phone in exchange during big billon sales. They provided tracking id and said to deliver the order by 10/10/2019. Next day the seller cancelled the order and refunded the amount!

        I've ordered iphone 7 32 gb from flipkart on 30th sept 2019 through big billion days sales @26999/- and amount paid already through net banking.

        Item was shipped from seller on 30th sept as seen in flipkart tracking and it was showing that it will be delivered on 4th october 2019. Later it got delayed thus after contact with flipkart chart support services got confirmation that it will be delivered by 7th october then after little while it changed to 9th october.

        Just a while ago in the app it showed order is cancelled and refund is initiated and will be processed by 12th october 19.

        Flipkart is cheating with customer. They have those item in stock why can't they give instead of refund. Why they processed refund. (No justification nothing).

        I've ordered lots of product from flipkart since 2012. But i think this would be my last purchase after this # service of flipkart.

        Flipkart has not communicated of any sort after they fail to deliver on multiple dates . They didn't even called me regarding what customer wanted neither they informed me . When I open the app to track the status it was showing there order has been cancelled and refund will be process by Saturday October 12 I don't know I will get the refund or not after reading here lots of complain of people that they didn't got anyrefund from Flipkart. But the problem is why they cancel the order by themselves after taking my money they are taking the order on the sales day to show that they have booked lot of orders and in actual scenario they are unable to deliver the products thus they are cancelling the order later . Below is the mail I receive from Flipkart few minutes ago "Hi, We're writing in continuation to your last contact to know the status of your order with order id OD116666147360210000. While we were tracking your order to make sure that it reaches you on time, we see that it has been cancelled. If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you. Please use the survey below to tell us about your experience with us. Have a nice day! Thanks, Flipkart " Now they want me to purchase the phone at the new extended price. This is a cheating.

I want try to cancel my one product (Water heater) through mobile app but didn't expect my request in this regarding i appel to call request after that i got response from flipkart executive called to me and ask my problem then i said unfortunately i ordered 2 heaters cancel one of them then she told me to not possible after that she ask plz hold on i am on hold and she cut my call and cancelled all my order without my permission

                I have ordered my mobile realme xt on Flipkart big billion day. Firstly the date of delivery was 3 oct and when the date passed they had given me another date and that was 5th of oct. On the evening of 5th Oct I received the message in which my order was cancelled because the courier person can't deliver it to my address. It isn't like that I haven't ordered anything from Flipkart before. If they have informed me earlier then I would have ordered mobile from realme store where the offers were going on or I could have changed the address. But after the sale period is over why I am getting this kind of message. What kind of service is this by Flipkart

                    My order (Order id - od[protected] was to be delivered yesterday by flipkart's assigned delivery agent. Flipkart services don't deliver products at my home, so i have to provide an address which is about 7 kms away from my home. They messaged me at 11.47 am yesterday which was about the delivery of the product (Yesterday). At 6.24 pm, i received a message that i have requested to postpone the delivery to the next day. I never spoke to any delivery agent, there was not a single call, not even a message for the delivery but they told me that i have requested to reschedule. I called the agent on the given number ([protected]). The delivery guy confirmed that he will deliver next day. There are network issues in my area, so i went to the delivery address at the time consulted with the delivery agent. I got a call from another number ([protected]) who had no idea where to deliver the package. I told him the address and he assured me that he would deliver the order by 4-5 pm. I again reached the address at 4 pm. Then he said that he will be there at 5. I returned home. There was no call, or anything else even though i was in a network accessible area. At 5.22 pm, i received a message that i have requested to reschedule the delivery. You are just doing any stuff without any authority. I requested the delivery agent yesterday that the order is very valuable to me. And i requested again after receiving the message. He told me that the message was by mistake and he will be reaching at the delivery address in 5 minutes. I told him that i live far away from the given address, so please be sure you will reach in 5 minutes. He assures me that he will be there on time. For a whole hour, i called him where he is, but he didn't picked my phone. I realised that flipkart, the so-called indian's number one online shoping agency, has made a fool out of its customer. Not once, not twice, but thrice it they made me to come at the delivery spot. One round cost me 14 kms and the messed up traffic. And they made me do 3 rounds. For what? The most horrendous experience of online shopping. I went to the office of your delivery partner. The guy told me that he will get the package by monday and i can pick that from their office. This was beyond limits. I don't know about my order and its delivery but flipkart has successfully delivered me two things for sure - the consumer harassment and the never forgiving worst of the worst experience. Thanks to flipkart for that. I want the two delivery agent ([protected] and especially [protected]) to be handled with strict measures. And i want update on them and the action taken against them. Flipkart should deliver my order to me as soon as possible if it is finally satisfied with harassing me in such a disgusting manner.
                    To flipkart - call me at my number - [protected] only when you have taken care of those two delivery agents.
                    My email id - bh. [protected]@gmail.com is only available to you when you have any news good enough to give an aggrieved customer some satisfaction. Thank you for the expirience flipkart. I can send you the call recordings and the messages of the agents as well as the proof of my numerous call to them.

                      I have purchased few items, including 3 mobiles from 2-oct to 4 oct during big billion day sale one for my wife, father and for me from my account number associated with mobile number :- [protected]
                      All purchased were prepaid order i have made payment through my credit card.

                      Out of 3, 2 mobile phone which i have ordered cancelled by the seller without any reason, now today when i asked why they did so, today evening they revert that the items i purchased are usually not intended for personal use and block my flipkart account... Now i am in depression since there are other items like toys for my kid and other things. I am a honest person working with mnc company i will give you all the proof that purchased which i have made purely for my personal use... You cannot humiliate common person like this

                        First they have increased my delivery date. After that flipkart cancelled my order when the wish master came and checked my laptop in buy back offer he refused instantaneously that my order is damaged and it is damaged from no where and he prosperously removed my lamination and damaged the laptop personally. After that wish master told me that i can afford the laptop only after paying the full amount. I immediately lodge a complaint on their portal and they asked me to wait for 48 hours to reconfirm my order but after that they cancelled my order and returning my money late so that they can make interest. They harassed me for around 4 days and they are harassing now also. I literary beg to consumer forum to help me out and provide me justice

                          I satish kumar singh, i ordered 2 phones on flipkart on 30 september 12 am at the time when the flash sell was running and my order was placed, and its delivery date was on 5 august but on 5 august i received a call from flipkart asking that we are unable deliver your product of some reason and we want more time. I am unable to cancel my product and order again and i was harassed from 30th sep to 5 august.

                            Dear sir, this is to bring in your knowledge that allured by big billion day sale offer of flipkart. I ordered a realme xt mobile phone under exchange offer my order id is od[protected] and the old phone was provisionaly valued at rs-3800/- and a final value was to be derived by the company when the technical inspection was done i were very happy and confident to deal with flipkart a highly esteemed company but when the courier boy came to deliver new phone and pickup the old phone he told me he that will with the help of photos of mobile taken by him decide the value of old phone he demanded rs-1300/- after taking photos and seeing the phone said that if you want to avail the exchange offer pay the difference in exchange value, or make payment full exchange value and retain old phone, since my phone was not in bad condition and it seems to me that value was wrongly assessed. I felt cheated and paid full amount keeping the old phone, it was never stated by flipkart that delivery boy and mobile photos will derive the value of my old phone if there was such app with flipkart which could decide value of old phone why it was not made available earlier to me or these delivery boys were sent to decide value before exchange offer was accepted the cost of services could have recovered from me for the assessment of value instead of doing it afterwards with intentions of flipkart seems to be not fair. I request the concern authorities to establish an enquiry in the matter where a large number of people are made fool by flipkart.
                            The matter may be taken up as cyber crime also for giving allurement to large number of people not revealing the facts initially.
                            I request to be provided knowledge about the mobile app which derives the value of old phone and technical knowledge of delivery boy.
                            I request to be provided the technical report generated to evaluate the value of my old phone within a week else i will be compelled to take shelter of court.

                                Redmi k20 pro (Carbon black, 128 gb) delivered to me on 01.10.2019. Observed screen fixing in the device is not good. Left side edges of screen portion is not smooth and right side edges of screen have finishing gaps, which shows screen portion of mobile is replaced (Not looking like a brand new one). Return request #[protected] has been raised on 01.10.2019, based on this request technician visited my place on 02.10.2019 to check the mobileand he agreed with the remarks above mentioned, took photos on the same. But, the return request is cancelled on 02.10.2019 with out any valid solution provided. Contacted customer care on the same day, they provided me with an update stating seller is not having product now for replacement and requested me to wait for 24 hours until 03.10.2019 11.00 am ist to provide me with possible solution (Replacement (Or) refund money). I again raised an one more return request #[protected] after talking with customer care on 02.10.2019 to track my issue and expecting to solution to be provided by 3rd oct 2019 by 11.00 am as flipkart committed. But i haven't hear back by flipkart, contacted customer care on phone 3rd oct night, to check the status. On discussion, i got a second commitment from flipkart that my issue will be fixed by 5th oct 2019, by 3.30 pm. But, the second return request raised also got cancelled on 04th oct 2019 and received a notification mail at 05.37 pm without solution provided. I again reached out to customer care through phone on the same day and they said apologize, created one more return request #[protected] and provided a third commitment to me that my concern will be addressed by 7th oct 2019. I am really frustrated with flipkart in addressing the customer complaint in such a way and bluffing with customer by providing false commitments. I lost my hope with flipkart and am seeking your kind help in addressing my problem.

                                    During the big billion day sale, i ordered realme c2 via axis card to avail 10% extra discount. The order was made on 2nd october, the order was near to my delivery hub on 4th october but they updated thay due to some technical glitch they will deliver the product next day.
                                    The next day on evening i got the message that product is delivered but to my surprise i was at home whole day, so when i called the customer care they told they're forwarding to support team. They didn't help me whether it was providing the details of courier partner number. They totally messed up only mistake i made was ordering from flipkart

                                      I have ordered acer spin 1 laptop order id od[protected] on oct 04 2019 in big billions sale for 16990 i had paid the payment with my axis bank debit card. They confirmed my order and delivery date but today 05 oct 2019 i have received a sms from flipkart that your order has been cancelled, they don't inform me for that and the reason for cancelling is due to limited item availability but when i go to my orders page and open the laptop link there is available this product for 31324 rupees.. Why flipkart fraud with me i have already order the product for 16990 why they cancelled my order without my permission when i call to flipkart customer care they refused to help with that they talks that you should reorder this product for 31324 rupees.. That is totally unacceptable and it is afraudd with customer and his feelings. Because if they gdont have product why accept the payments and orders why they show us the product in list. It is totally customer loss because if they inform me immediately then i can purchase this item form anywhere else but they cheated customers in big billion sale, it is totally broke my heart now i never trust on flipkart

                                        The issue that i have experienced was: i purchased samsung refrigerator on 8th september which was faulty and initiated a replacement request on 15th. I had 3 technicians visit to my place without any prior information. Even after that my request for replacement although being accepted is delayed for so long. I was given1st oct as resolution date which was postponed to 5th but it is being postponed continuously and no support is extended by customer care team, they just forward the calls to floor manager who forwards the calls to manager who doestnt even response to the call
