My order of Samsung s9 was to be delivered on 10 October yesterday on 9 October the delivery agent call that he is not able to come due to rain then he inform me that he will deliver it by tomorrow that is 10 october.But Suddenly on 9 octoberi got emaill about ccancellation of my order and the reason was delivery agent was unable to reach... after that i contact to the customer care they they told us that the order as been cancelled by the seller or logistics and they don't have any contact detail them about seller or logistics...
What kind service is this.. is this way you satisfy your customer.. i needed a new phone .My anger will be raised on Flipkart because we ass customer are unkowm about the seller and logistics services...
Such a bad experience was not excepting for the flipkart..
If your seller and delivery service can't provide the service they offer then take strict action them or else some strict action will be taken flipkart is same continues and again seller can't provide the product please dont't sell that product online...disappointment from flipkart...

    I have ordered a Mobile with order number OD[protected] on 4th October which was committed for the delivery by today(10th Oct 2019).
    This has not been delivered to me as promised today.
    Need to mentioned that I will be out of town for few days from yesterday and the purpose of purchasing the device would be useless for me because of the false commitment given to me by flipkart.
    Although other online stores was delivering the products in less than 2 days, I trusted flipkart and waited for 7 days for the delivery.I would have purchased other device from other stores if I would have known the type of worst service that flipkart is providing.

    Please do let me know:
    1.Why the product was not delivered on the committed date(10-Oct-2019).
    2.How will you compensate for my losses as now I can't purchase the device in few hours from now.I need this very urgently today.

    I have followed two times with customer care executive and also raised a complaint with number - In[protected] but all this was in vain since the executive failed to give me the reason for delay and was not able to provide the seller name whom I could contact.

      I ordered a product from flipkart on 28th September and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd October.. but its been a week since i haven't received the product n i am constantly being given wrong information and I'm being misguided. i cannot even track my order, the executives are of no help. my tracking id is Myntra - FDSP[protected]. now it's saying the order is rejected.. Such heights o[censored]nprofessionalism.

        I ordered lotto running shoes from flipkart. And i did prepayment online. The shoes i ordered were lotto running shoes in white color. But when the delivery came and i opened the product it was worst black color shoes of some local brand and even old and used ones. The package was pasted with cello tape from side (Which was bot even of flipkart). I have already put the complaint 4 times to refund but when the delivery person comes to pick up the product he always denies to take the product. It has been high time now. No sense of working. This company do fraud in the name of sale.
        And now i am going to take legal action against flipkart or refund the money. Worst online shopping website. I highly recommend not to use it.

          I ordered new phone and exchange my old mobile phone on Flipkart. The E-kart delivery boy taken my old phone and gave me new phone. Now Flipkart says I didn't gave old phone and I pay remaining amount. What I to do I delivery boy take my mobile and he didn't submit to Flipkart.
          The Flipkart didn't understand my issue. I continuously touch with Flipkart customer care executive from last 3 week. First they said they mistakenly marked order cancelled Instead of picked. Now after two weeks they said I didn't gave my old mobile phone. Who is responsible if anyone is misuse my mobile.
          Please suggest me.

            I had ordered a product (Realme 5) phone on 3rd of october and i have given last date of delivery 6th october, then on 6th october it posted to 8th october and on 8th october it posted 10th october and even on 10th october it is saying by flipkart it will deliver 11th october. Whereas i paid the amount prepaid. I fully dissatisfied the date which going posted. This kind of service will be drastically for flipkart from next i never be choose the option flipkart to purchase any product from flipkart.

              I recently ordered TV online, but Ekart delivery team made, delivery status as customer rejected. They have not delivered the product.
              It seems they want to fake selling to compete with amazon.

              They do not have support team, they do not send Invoice via mail. It is utter fraud company.

                I ordered a mobile Realme C2 on 02 oct 2019 and paid via online payment PhonePe. The product was to be delivered by Oct 15. But, on Oct 06, while I was checking Flipkart website, it was showing that the product has been delivered. But actually, i have not received the product or any messages regarding the product to be out for delivery. I raised an issue for that on Oct 07, but till date, no proper action has been taken. I am getting regular calls and messages from Flipkart executives but none of them are providing the actual status of the order. They are just telling that the team is working on this. I am a regular customer of Flipkart, was never hoping this kind of an issue. Hoping that the issue will be resolved soon.

                  On 1st October i placed an order on flipkart but flipkart cancelled my order and told me to wait till 9th October for refund...but refund is not received yet and now flipkart is not responding me... please lodge a complaint against flipkart...its a fraud company

                    I have ordered a TDS & PH meter at the time when flipkart was providing discount on many products.

                    But to my surprise seller only send me a TDS meter. I just want my PH meter also. I don't want to return it for refund. Otherwise I will have to pay a lot more than what I pay if I place a new order.

                    They are just making a fool of people I hate this kind of things

                        I had received defective laptop from flipkart on 3rd october 2019, I had raised a replacement request regarding the same. Technician visit was carried out by Flipkart and Asus on 8th october 2019 and the technician has acknowledged the problem and gave the DO. However since then no update from the part of flipkart has been done. Neither the status of my complain is changed nor did they acknowledged the technician visit.
                        Flipkart is the worst e commerce site when it comes to customer support.

                            flipkart - tv installation delay and the subsequent loss

                            I ordered 43 inch tv from flipkart for which 12th aug 2019, 7pm was the installation time.

                            There is no phone on who the service guy is. After 3 calls, flipkart gave
                            Me a phone number and that person picked once and told he will get back to
                            Me. After 2 hrs, the phone itself is switched off.

                            Since then 5 escalations, 1 top up, 3 twitter social media requests, even
                            Now, 1 phone to danish and...

                            I sent you the following mail a few days back,

                            (I ordered an MI led tv last year. I was experiencing some problem in it and it was in the warranty period so i contacted customer care when i found out that the serial no. on the invoice of the tv is incorrect . It doesn't match with the serial no. of television. So there is no evidence that the tv is original. There is no record of the tv although i bought it from such a trusted website. The flipkart team assured that they will take it back and refund the amount. The Tv was uninstalled and packed on 13.09.2019 but has not been picked up till date. Its almost a month now and no further action is being taken. I have contacted the team hundreds of times but all in vain. They have been just giving me dates for the pickup which never occurs. I have been experiencing a lot of difficulty. Also at least one person has to stay at the house in the hope of pickup. I am just fed up now. Kindly take an action as soon as possible.

                            Either pick it up
                            or
                            If not, provide me with some satisfactory compensation
                            Otherwise i will have to go to consumer court for customer harassment and wrong product delivered. )

                            The next day I received a call from Rakesh R (customer support team). He assured me that my problem would be solved by 5 October but still there is no progress. I have never experienced such a disappointment from any online website except flipkart. You are just pushing me to raise this issue in the Consumer court.

                              My brother order samsung s9+ phone from his account. There is a line shown inside the screen. They arranged two technical visits but every time they closed my request by saying that software is working good. I always told them this is a hardware issue but they are not listening to me and they again arranged a technical visit 3rd time by saying that unless technical says phone is not good they can't replace it.
                              Technical always provided false update to them and now again they are trusting seller to define the real condition.
                              Why they are not taking any action against these false technical engineer??
                              I need this phone to get replace. I need value for my hard earned money.

                                I am order a mixie in flip cart on september 29, 2019 & Rs.999 transferred in my city union bank debit card. Then i was cancel my order. But flip cart not refund the amount in my city union bank account. Flip cart send me the message. Amount was refund wrongly to other persons karur vysya bank master card. Please take necessary action.

                                  I ordered one phone from flipkart under exchange policy but the delivery refused the delivery of my existing phone saying that my phone is damaged which was total lie.
                                  I went to ekart hub contacted the manager who told me to repair that 0.5cm gap from market.
                                  I completely changed the touch id which costed me 1500 rupees.
                                  But flipkart never rescheduled the delivery.
                                  I registered 9-10 complaints but all were neglected.

                                  I want that 1500 rupees compensation from flipkart.

                                      As i was expected to received my order on 9 th oct 10 but due to technical issue the delivery boy told me that your order will be dispatched on 10th oct 19 that was manageable for me but no next day i am trying to call him, he is not picking up my call i have taken leave for the day for exchange my old with new one but there is nothing to be suggest when it will be come to my home i can sit idiol in home and waiting my product without any information... Thats is too much... I am very dispointed with this kind of services...!!!
