I did many mails and calls for flipkart team but they didn't resolve my issue. They said that please wait 24 to 48 hours your issue deffenatly resolve. I have raised my complain 12th sept but they didn't give me any solution in 7 days. Flipkart team said your complain has been raised and forward to concern team. Any body didn't contact me. When i called flipkart team they said same line. Please look into it urgent basis and provide me solution. My order id is od[protected].

I have contacted about my refund more than 150 times, but no one is looking in to my complaint. Due to flipkart tech error i have to make payment of 3124 twice. When i contacted flipkart they confirmed they have received amount twice. But they are not initiating the refund. This issue is going from 3 months. I cant explain my frustation. I just want to kick flipkart like a footaball.

    I got the return that products which is not returnable,
    Can told me which company takes the return those products which is not returnable.
    While I told flip kart staff of Kolkata, under Sukhwinder ji's team.
    They don't have a knowledge about SPF, they told me its any time claimed.While I himself do this, its shown time period 14 days.
    Some of products i will claimed some products, but all you guys rejected.
    While i call customer care they behave rude and nobody helps me.
    Everyone makes fraud with me,
    My rating once in a time 3.8, now 2.8.
    I stopped working with you.Because 60 products i got return which is maximum damage, and wrong products. Customer's send wrong products.I will make a court case against flip-kart for mental torture and harassment, cheating.I need compensation for this thing you have to do.
    I really frustrated Kolkata flip-kart team which is under sukhwinder who sitting in Bangalore.
    in Kolkata flip-kart team, they don have a time to pick our call.
    everyone in flip-kart is cheater, fraud.
    You guys need a training first-for take a lesson whom call is manner.

        Hi my name is prasoon tiwari and my flipkart registered mail id is rajatdude. [protected]@gmail.com. I have ordered a product 19 aug 2019 (Msi gf core i5 9th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) gf63 thin 9rc-629in gaming laptop) from flipkart and i received the product on 22 aug 2019. But when i opened the product is defective. When i submitted the request for replacement the product but 2 times cancel my replacement request then i submitted refund request. (Return id -[protected]) i have called the support team several times but didn't get any response from their side till now. Every time i call them, i only get to hear that i'll get a call from them within 24 hours but never get a call. Please look to this issue sternly because this is ruining a lot of my time without much action taken till now. A technical visit has been confirmed by you till 8th september but no one contacted me after that, there had been no technical visit from your side. All my work is pending at this stage and it's really very irresponsible of your flipkart team to be so inactive in such scenarios. Please look into and take strick steps regarding this.

          I have purchased products from flipkart under 30 days return policy but when i return the products then they are rejected it and then i'm continue complaint to flipkart customer care and also by mail but they not respond to me and at the end flipkart is block my account. Currently also my products are into 30 days return policy but due to account issue and rejection of products return my Rs. 9000 are blocked into flipkart. Please generate the return and provide me my refund amount.

            Hi i have made purchase from flipkart on 16th sep, delivery was to happen on 17th sep!! But flipkart failed to deliver the product nor intimated me about delay in delivery!!
            Worst thing, delivery partner myntra called on 20 sep 2019 called me and asked me to pick up my order!!! Why will i pick up when flipkart charges delivery charges??? Why flipkart has partnered myntra when they refuse to deliver at delivery address?? What action flipkart has taken in this regard to address this?? I have recorded the conversation with delivery agent where he refused to deliver at address and mentioned if you need come n pick it up!!
            I need strict action to be taken against delivery partner myntra, i have ordered from flipkart expect to be delivered at mentioned address please!! I[censored] cant deliver then dont accept the order!!!

              I ordered the product on 31st august 2019. It was out for delivery on 2 nd september, but ekart logistics couldn't deliver it on that day, so i waited for the next day, that day also went in vein. Next day i called the wish master several times, he didn't pick up the call and by 7 pm of 4th september they cancelled my order saying it was rejected. How can they cancel my order if i didn't rejected it? Now i lost the offer on the headphones, and its again out of my budget. Please check this issue, how they can say the order was rejected if i haven't received even the call from wish master. Worst ever experience with flipkart.                 Hi,
                My name is tapan i have ordered a product water purifier (Prestige 49006 16 l gravity based water purifier (Yellowish) from flipkart and i received the product on 16th sep 2019. But when i opened the product is brass product where i ordered it after checked below question answer section and there is written that it is copper product.
                When i submitted the request for return the product i will re order copper product but flipkart agent (Received call at 2:55 pm 20th sept 2019). She denied to accept the return request and in between the conversation she was shouting on me.
                Same product in amazon there is mention it is brassed product but flipkart has not mention on top of product name. They are misdirecting the customers by showing different name on product.
                I need a strong action against it.

                  I had ordered for a trilingual dictionary. I was assured to receive tracking details which they didn't send me. I was informed that the consignment would be delivered on a specific date. I received a massage before the stipulated time informing that 'your product has been delivered' without delivering the product at all. Neither did i receive the consignment, nor even any tracking number. The website shows the order delivered.
                  It is very disappointing and irritating as well. The entire website doesn't have any link to reach their customer care service or place a complaint.

                    I have placed an order of oppo reno 10x zoom mobile with order id - od[protected]. I cancelled it for some reasons. As per their time the refund shuld be done on or before 12th of sep 2019. Till now no refund was done and closing the issue by simply saying refund is complete and issue resolved.
                    Attaching the screen shots for ur perusal please.

                      I pre-ordered iphone 11 on flipkart. I made he payment from my credit card but my transaction is not listed in flipkart's website order history. I am logged in to my account on my website but i have not recieved any email or notification regarding my order.
                      Please flipkart, if you're reading this, don't do business like that in india. I am already regretting my decision.

                        I have ordered for under armour t-shirt but i got different product when i returned the product flipkart person came and collected the product when asked for recpit he said i will be getting text message. This is no of pickup guy [protected]. Afterwards my return is cancelled by flipkart when asked for reason flipkart along with his representative is simply denying my return and no matter i try to followup with flipkart their are simply taking 5-6 days times and closing this issue. This issue i'm facing from 1 month their is no response from flipkart their just denying and closing issue and even worst case is that their are asking me do whatever i want but won't refund amount of rs 1610 or replace the product. I didn't expect flipkart be such a careless and fraudulent service

                          I have orderd 3 jeans on 22 nd july and paid by flipcart pay later. I have returned them within 30 days. I got refund of one jeans on 11th august. But i have not got any refunf of remaining 2 jeans. I have been contacting myntra and flipcart pay later since then. Flipkart refused to give any information and myntra is asking me to wait since then. I received mail asking me for the account details. I replied to them but still have not got any refund. Please help me out.

                            On 11th september i logged a complaint regarding the issue with my led tv. It was showing black and white vertical stripes on the tv screen, after few minutes it started showing black screen (No picture). Engineer came on 12th september and did diagnosis. He found that led panel needs to be changed. Engineer visit receipt with his remarks is attached with this email. He said that he will come tomorrow (13th september) to change the panel however he never visited again and when i called marq customer service, they said that repair part (Led panel) is not available at warehouse that's why engineer did not visit again and it will take 5-7 working days. When i told her that i can not wait for that much time, she hung up call on me.

                            My experience as of now is horrible with customer service. My product is under warranty and it is expiring next month. I was thinking to get extended warranty add on however such pathetic service changed my mind. I want to either change panel or if panel is not available, change my whole tv within next two days since it is under warranty. I am paying a fee to my dth provder to watch tv which is being wasted and being without tv for more than a week is not possible. If you will delay it, i'll not tolerate this and i'll go to court to file a case and i'll viral this on social media as well.
                            After above email they replied me that it will take 5-7 working day. When i replied that i'll go to court or social media, they replied that problem will be resolved within 48 hrs. Now 48 hrs completed on 19th sep 2019 1:00 pm but still no response no call no resolution. It nightmare for me and i'll never buy any marq product in future. Please help.

                              For a 4km delivery. I talked with flipkart executives and till now there is no resolving of this issue and one of the executives said it is not our responsibility for delay in delivery and another one said we are closely working with the delivery partners and will resolve it soon and that soon has never happened. It is not the kind of customer care i expected from one of the reputed companies like you. I am sorry to say that your delivery service has become pathetic and a traumatic experience.

                                Don't buy phone through flipkar. Seller promise that they will give replacement in 10 days but they don't give.
                                I bought vivoz1x and i am in policy. Picture coming blurred.
                                I asked for replacement and technician visited and he rectify that camera is faulty but flipkart rejected my return.
                                Flipkart and seller are making fool to the customer. I am still calling for this issue to flipkart and still waiting for revert.
                                This seller make fool. Don't buy phone through this seller if you don't want to waste your money.

                                  I ordered redmi k20 pro for myself but seller cancelled the order so i ordered again but it cancelled again by seller and after 2 days flipkart blocked my account. I have around 8k worth gv in my account i contact customer care and asked for reason they said that order you purchase was not for personal use. I asked for refund my money but they refused to give.

                                    Bought a product on 7th september order id od[protected], ever since the item was delivered i. E. On 12th september i am raising a return request. I have raised a request for return 3 times & all the time return got rejected. I have talked to the customer service representative also but each time they lodge my complaint & ask me to wait for 72 hours as it is their response time to resolve any issue & then again after contacting the customer service representative again they are lodging the complaint inspite of resolving the issue.

                                      I have ordered mi smart led tv on september 1 with order id - od[protected] and at the time of installation jeeves engineer came to install the product but when he opened the package the tv remote is missing and he forwarded the issue regarding missing parts to flipkart. But flipkart said that they will not provide replacement instead they will provide refund. The policy clearly says there is 10 days replacement. Also flipkart cheated me regarding the seller. I ordered through seller 'trucomretail" but received product from sane retail pvt. Limited. Check screenshot and you will know it. They said that they will send techician to visit regarding missing parts on or before september 19 but no technician came to visit my home. When i made call to flipkart regarding technician visit they just extended the date to september 24 and my return policy ends on september 21. They are cheating people by not providing solution but they keep extending the date. I ordered this product on september 1 but still my issue is not solved

                                      since the return is done by flipkart(not done by me) and flipkart is saying that they will provide only refund but not replacement, I am giving you two chances
                                      1) Either provide the return and refund process immediately or
                                      2) Provide me remote which is missing and install my mi smart led tv but don't extend the date saying that you will provide solution. It will be a waste of time for me. Already you have extended the technician visit date from september 19 to september 24
