Good day sir/madam
On 30 th september i ordered tommy hilfiger men shirt and i got that order on 2nd october. When i opened that packet and found completely duplicate copy of tommy shirt. The quality of shirt is very low grade. I am regular customer of flipkart from 4 -5 years i have only faith on flipkart. Now my faith has been broken. I will never use flipkart in future. I am going to return the product and need my money back.

    I ordered for groceries on flipkart and the bill amount was shown as ₹ 907 i paid the same through my debit card. I recieved items only for ₹662/ and flipkart unilaterally cancelled some items even without informing me, now when i trying to contact customer care of flipkart, they are not responding. I want to proceed against these cheaters. The customer care executives are lifting my call but not answering.

        To avail big billlion day offer, i ve order 2 phones. But they were cancelled by seller with out any prior notification. And i did not get refund as of now and it's been 3 days. They told that it will take atleast a week to get my refund but by the time i get refund the offer will be gone. This is the worst online issue that i encountered and please resolve the issue as soon as you can.

          Hi, i have placed order on flipkart, mobile ohone worth rs 18 thousand, on 25th sep. It was supposed to be delivered on 26 but did not. I followed customer care multiple times, wrote them email and on social media, but it did not get delivered and no update has been shared. Finally i cancelled my product on 29 and placed a new order. Now my account is blocked, no update on new order and no money refunded on previous order. Its total fraud. They cheated me for 36 thousand and blocked my account.

          I have not recieved the refund of my last two cancellations. I have cancelled first product on. 29th sep. They have refunded 599 rs from 18000 rs. What a cheat flipkart.

          I did not get ref6 for my any cancellations above two and my flipkart account has been blocked. Please dont buy from flipkart. They are cheating ccystomers wit sale. They have cheated me for 36 thousand and not refunding my money. Plaese buy from Amazon. I will take legal action against them.

            Flipkart first cancelled my order and then on the same day they blocked my account. When i called flipkart customer care and asked the reason for cancellation and blocking, they were giving false reasons and they did not have proper knowledge.
            They said logistics department cancelled my order because they find some discrepancy in product after opening it. But how can they open the package because it's been packed and shipped by seller and for blocking, they said seller blocked my account. But i opened my account on flipkart not with the seller. So how come seller blocked my account.

            So i want my account to be unblocked and i want the cancelled product delivered to me with the same price on which i ordered it.

                I have ordered a wrist watch and it's expected delivery date was 12 September 2019 but it comes to me at 15th September 2019. So that I was made to attending an interview by wearing this so that I can not bought it from any retailer or local watch shop.due to this reason my interview suffers but no one cares.Now I and also suggest others not to used this worst e-commerce online shopping sites.

                      Hi Team,
                      I bought airpods from flipkart on 29th Sept 2019 and got the product on 2nd of Oct 2019. As I had used Airpods before as soon as I saw the Box i came to know that the product is fake. So, I made a complaint to flipkart and they informed me that they will contact me till 5th of Oct 2019. I hope that they will contact and resolve my issue as soon as possible but this irresponsible behaviour of flipkart is not acceptable.

                      I got my 9k rupees stuck and I am worried a lot.

                      As promised by flipkart my product is going to get replaced tomorrow i.e, 11/10/12. I hope that the replaced one would be the original Apple product. I will post an update tomorrow.

                            I had paid for realme 5pro and realme 2pro from flipkart on 30/09/19. I already applied exchange option for this, i put both phone imei no, and conditions details after reading flipkart exchange policy. Now at the time of delivery the delivery agent come to my place and without checking my phone he refusesed to exchange the product and said previously he is sufferer/proxy for exchanging products to some other customers. The delivery guy didn't check my phone also. And his behavior too bad. I have asked him to tell me the reason for the rejection, he didn't say a single reason to me, just said i can't take this previously for some other customer i already suffered for the same. I'm attached below pictures of my phone you can check out the same. There is not a single scratch/dent or any other issue in my both phone. I didn't expect this kind of service from flipkart.

                                Flipkart manager went personal on me for the issues they had at their end and could not resolve in time. Couple of years back, their credit card payment failed, meaning the bank account was debited but at their end, it showed as payment failure.
                                I was attempting to buy 2 smartphones through this transaction, since they could not fix this, i was forced to cancel the transaction and re-ordered with cash on delivery option.

                                Still, flipkart went vindictive and blocked my account. Excuse given was that i cancelled the order, though it was due to the fact that they could not fix the issue in time, and i re-ordered.

                                Need intervention to unblock my account pls.

                                  I had ordered a phone realme 5 32 gb ram crystal blue on september 30
                                  The orders placed are -

                                  I had done full payment of the products with my debit card.
                                  The delivery date as promised by flipkart was 3 oct 2019. But they delivered the phone on 1 oct 2019 before the promised date. On the day of delivery about 4 p. M., i take delivery and open it.

                                  I deny to accept the product because the outer box was torn and having no bill on the box and box was empty.
                                  I returned it to delivery boy.
                                  The product is not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I get a fake delivery confirmation over email and messages.
                                  When i received a massage that my item was delivered, i escalated the issue. Within a few minutes, flipkart updates the status of the order on their website as 'delivered'.
                                  It is a request to you either refund or deliver the right thing
                                  I am deeply disappointed with the way flipkart has managed this order and
                                  Been through mental trauma due to the several follow ups i have done with
                                  No results.

                                      Asus laptop item no. X540ua-gq682t
                                      Order id - od[protected]
                                      Ordered on 8th september 2019. Delivered on 10th september. Damaged item (Both hardware and software) received.
                                      Replaced on 17th october (Return id -[protected]).
                                      The replaced item also had a software issue and we again complained on 18th september.
                                      The scheduled technician visit was on 23 rd of september and the refund process was expected to be completed by 26th september. But technician visit was not done in that scheduled time. Even we contacted flipkart every single day to complete the process.
                                      At last the technician visited on 28th september which is way past the scheduled refund tat. The technician said that he was informed one day earlier and he also said that the slow working of the laptop is due to the software problem of the same model but he wouldn't write it on the job sheet as it would hamper the brand name.
                                      The process of technician visit is still not updated on the order details page and there was neither any response nor mail from the customer service executives. When we called up the executive on 28th sept said that the return policy has already expired and we recorded audio of it as well.
                                      After that whenever we are calling they are asking for 1-2 days of time and the delay is exceeding such that now it will be over one month that i am running after the executives.
                                      The only thing that they say is that they are trying to contact the seller or the seller is not agreeing to take back the product.
                                      I have lost faith in flipkart which claims itself to be the best e-commerce platform. I want to return the product and the refund to be processed immediately.

                                        Dear team,

                                        This is to inform you that due to your site bug i received wrong product.

                                        I was eagerly waiting for flipkart sales, so add laptop in my wishlist. On the beginning of sale i purchase that laptop. I have not noted that there is a bug in your website. When you change a colour of laptop model get changed. You are cheating customer by giving different product.

                                        Now that model is out of stock. I explain whole case to customer care no positive response.. Even i ask of escalation email id they said they don't have it. I am shock how your customer care team work.

                                        Customer care team was no eagerness to help customer. They were just denying saying that now product is not available they can't do anything about it.

                                        Right product - acer aspire 3 pentium gold

                                        Wrong product - acer aspire 3 pentium quad core
