I ordered a vivo book, delivered on 13th sep 2019, it didnt started even after charging. On complaint customer care executive said technician will visit.
Till date the product is lying with me but no solution has been taken yet. On asked for refund customer care executive said it can only b exchanged not refund. I hv to forcefully buy the product that too is not delivered yet. I have been myself calling the customer care team but again and again i got once answer that after technician visit only they can decide.
What kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is this. Customer is getting troubled.. These guys donot have any courtesy to solve the problem.
The commitments shown on tv adds are different and the reality is different. This is the last order from flipkart. Would suggest people to not go for online shopping.

      My name is shafi ahamad and i have been a regular shopper at flipkart and buy products for personal use. I chose flipkart as they provided me products at lower prices then the market but little did i knew that this saving regime will make me loose my hard earned money. I have called for so many products from flipkart out of which couple of products were defective and had to be returned. Flipkart has a system called smart app check for electronics and they will only accept ur returns when the system gets the error so there is no chance that flipkart will accept it without checking the defect and after checking the defects flipkart accepted my return and informed me that the money can only be transferred to the wallet. To which i agreed and kept the money in the wallet of flipkart with utmost faith but they have now blocked my account and are not ready to refund my rs 12548. If flipkart thought that my returns are more first of all they should not accept it and secondly they could send me a warning letter stating about my returns so i would have been a little more careful in returning. But let me make one point clear it's not that i have returned everything only couple of products which were defective and were accepted by their smart app check. Now flipkart is not taking my calls and today when i called up to their customer care number i spoke to their floor supervisor ms. Pooja vaisht who straight forwardly denied to refund my wallet money. Even my request were not considered and when i told them i will lodge a complaint against them i was told sir u can do what u think is right but your wallet amount of 12548 will not be refunded. Please help me get my hard earned money back. Block my acc

        I have ordered a product "kurlon dream sleep 6 inch king bonnell spring mattress" on aug10th 2019 and promised date to deliver the product is on aug25th but till now i didnot get any response and registed complaint also and called many times to the customer care, every is telling wait for 72 hrs issue get resolve and after 72 hrs if i call some other person will pick the call they will say again 72hrs waiting time. This happening from past one month. I am not able to cancel the product and requested flipkart to take the action again these issues. I am paying one month intereset also but product didnot come. I didnot expect such big indian organization do such silly things. I sincerely dont recommenced flipkart.

          I'm unable to login to my account and unable to pay my pay later dues since 3rd september. Despite writing in several times, the horrible customer service, escalations team behave like #. They promised to fix the issue within 3 days but couldn't fix the damn thing. Have been reaching out everyday since then, these # don't even reply and close the complaints without even giving a #.

            I purchased product - flipkart smartbuy pr-1971 cordless trimmer for men on 25th oct 2018 by order id - od[protected] and received on 30th oct 2018, which stopped working on 27th april 2019 with in less than 6 months where 2 years of warranty given on flipkart own smart buy product stopped working, i did complaint flipkart.com customer support email id [protected]@flipkart.com of which after waiting for 48 hours i got reply from them on 3 may 2019 at 11:41 am i got email “ we apologise for the inconvenience we would request you to kindly visit our authorized service centre for further assistance. We have shared the service centre contact details via sms on your registered mobile number ([protected]) timing - monday to saturday 10am to 6pm., complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected].
            On 8 may 2019 at 3:36 pm i sent email to know status my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected] “till today i didn’t got any update or reply about my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected] of flipkart smart buy pr-1971 after all on same day 3rd may 2019 i visited to your shared service center with product
            On 10may2019 15.01 pm i got again reply from them we would like to inform you that we are still working on your issue. So, i kindly request you to wait for another 48 hours for further assistance.
            On 13 may 2019 at 8:21 pm i sent them email again to know status of my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected] as its 13th may day and still my complaint is pending in between i got 2 messages

            From your service company which i am sharing with you, but after sending 2 messages on same day no one did contact to me or no one come to give service, then i contact to service center about messages they told me its routine messages, i have to visit to their service center for my complaint

            I gone to their service center and shown them product and they did full examine of product and told me that this is unrepairable product so we are updating our investigation about this product to replace it and within 7 to 10 working days you will get replaced items but nothing happened in such days so on i sent them email to know my complaint status again
            On 15 may 2019 at 2:37 pm i got email to contact our brand hotline number [protected] for further assistance.
            On 27 may 2019 at 2:26 pm i sent them email again after talk with their hotline number about my complaint
            “its very sad to write you again this email about my pending my complaint id - 9e3-36110chgsc[protected], as per your reply to contact our brand hotline number [protected], i talked on this number on 15th may 2019 at 4.32 pm and they told me to talk to local service center to told them to move on my issue, i talked at local service center number [protected] at 4 52 pm on same 15th may 2019, and they told me that they already had moved up my complaint back to company and as its 27th may almost 12 days passed and still no solution i got of my complaint, i want to know is it flip kart smart buy product quality and service where from last 2 months approx i am trying to get solution of my problem again and again by emailing and contact you on phone numbers?
            On 28 may at 2:30 pm i got replay from flipkart about my complaint that we apologies for the inconvenience, we would like to inform you that we are still working on your issue. So, i kindly request you to wait for another 5 to 7 working days to get the update.
            On 4 jul 2019 at 3:12 pm i sent email again about my case concern that it’s not 5 to 7 working days passed its almost 1 months passed and no solution occur of my problem which i raised to you on 28 april 2019
            On 6 jul at 9:45 am i got email with new complaint id that “ we apologise for the inconvenience we would request you to kindly visit our authorised service centre for further assistance. Complaint id - 9g6-34091chgsc[protected] and sms to contact their service center once again
            On 16 jul at 12:09 am i sent them email again to know my complaint status after visiting their service center 2 time again “on 9th of july i visited your authorized service center for further assistance as per your guidance 2nd time (First time already about my problem with old complaint number) and this time with new compliant number, i asked them what happened with my old complaint id they told me, they don’t know how my old complaint closed off by them and, they told me to give my trimmer packet to them and come back day after tomorrow we will solve your problem, 3rd day i visited again authorized service center for further assistance of my problem they given me back my trimmer that it’s not possible to repair, we had updated your complaint to our office they will send you replacement

            But after my vist on 9th july after 5 days passed out i didn't got any update or replay of my visit and solution of my problem

            On 25 july 19 9 17 pm i sent them email again to know my complaint please update me my complaint status its already 2 and half month passed but still my complaint is pending

            On 2nd aug at 10 30 pm i got replay by email sorry, the email id [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use. Please visit our help centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us. As flipkart already blocked my account because of my product complaint i am not able to login to my account then how i can contact help center? To get answer or replay about my complaint
            Its clear cut fraud doing by flipkart, first selling such cheap qualty of product on high rates and when complaint occur by blocking their account and harrsing us to take leave from work and visit again and again their hier service center to solve issue where service center person clear cut knows that this product is not repairable at their service center then why flipkart playing game and wasting our precious time from our working schedule.

            So please take action on my complaint and solve my issue and replaced my trimmer as well as restore my flipkart account which they blocked because of my product complaint

            Its almost one month passed but my problem is still due and not resolved, this shows how poor flipkart have customer service to solve genuine problem of their client, feeling very bad doing comment of my complaint one month ago, if problem not solved out than i have only one single option left to go to local consumer court with all these details
            How and where my Complaint Resolved ??, Till today 18 may 2020 I didn't get any support, replay, repair or change of my defective trimmer, then how my Complaint marked as Resolved on Oct 26, 2019
            Its clear cut cheating by flipkart on a government portal my giving false reply, government have to take action on it
            please take action on my complaint which is still pending and solve my matter

              Grocery order from smartmartbnot delivered and amount deducted from bank account. No refund provided despite more than 50 calls and mails in 3 weeks. Customer service executives just ask to wait for another 48 hours and assure refund will be provided but nothing happened in last 3 weeks. Feeling cheated and harassed. Checked bank account thoroughly and can't find refund. They say team is working on issue but no resolution has been provided.

                Hello team,
                I orderded a product lg tv from flipkart. It was damaged i raised issue to flipkart to replace/return but after soo many call and emails still the issue is not resolved. It has been over a month. Fade up from flipkart customer care service. Seller is cancelling the replacement/return request again and again, flipkart team is doing nothing. Didn't expected this kind of poor service from flipkart.
                The tv set is uninstalled and kept with proper packing still the courier guys haven't showed up yet.

                    Flipkart has rejected my return of kurti twice. I have ordered more than 25000 but it's just not accepting the return. Very poor customer service. I don't know what's wrong with the seller, he is rejecting my return request for no reason. I have image of the product it's same as that of what's in the website the only problem is it's loose.. Flipkart service is worst these days

                      It has nearly been an year and i had previously complained on the same but no action was taken. As soon as i try and access any game provided in the game zone, i recieve a pop up saying 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions' even though i had not violated any of the said terms and conditions. This has been the problem on both my devices and would like to get to an end of this problem as soon as possible.

                        We have orderd woodman 7 inch full hd led monitor (Usb & bluetooth) black led of ₹2, 609. But it was complaint. We have returned the item but no responce from your side. Delivery boy came to check the item and say that "this is a complaint product if we have taken this our company have to return the product". We have called your customer care office but there is no response from their side. This is our last step to return the product. If there is no further steps from your side we will definitly complaint to the consumer forum also we will show to the social media. So please take the matter seriously and take the product back and refund our money

                            Flipkart sent me a mail on 20 september 2019 that you account has been block. Flipkart says that we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.
                            When i contact with customer suppot then they told me our system have anaylsis that those product i was purchase in flipkart to resell in other. But i have bought for my self and my family members and not someone else to resell.

                              This is to inform you that i am unable to play any games on the game zone section of the application.
                              I have even read the terms and conditions of the game many times and i am very much sure that i haven't violated any of the mentioned rules of the game.
                              This issue is faced by other users too and has never been solved and has been marked as resolved falsely.
                              With so many screenshots attached (More mailed to the feedback mail id) i don't need to explain my problem and anger to you and your team, i don't want any extended mails to my mail as my problem is very clearly stated and i want an immediate action to be taken.
                              Tired to hear all your silly excuses and responses, we want a proper reason for this to happen.
                              And a kind request, if you do not have any idea regarding this major problem, please contact a knowledgeable colleague and solve this. Your response mails like... Please reinstall... This offer is not applicable for this state etc are simply showing that u just want to get rid of this issue.
                              I am using flipkart since many years now, and therefore i hope my issue will be resolved asap.
                              All the users need justice and want you to look into this matter urgently and re enable the game zone section.

                                Hello team
                                I orderded a product macbook air from flipkart that was dead on arrival i told flipkart to replace it inital they denied but after soo many call and email they said we will provide replacement for the product now ekart courier guy wants doa seal on product coz of that they are replacing the product again callled flipkart they provided anthor date for soltuion till now 22 days completed and i have not recived anything really fade up from flipkart customer promises one date and one that day they just mail you are reachable to your phone even though i have not recived any call

                                  I am a valuable flipkart plus customer of flipkart from last 6 years, where i had received a lot of good and valuable products from there.

                                  From the last 3 months i had started to purchase fashion items from there but i don't know what's going on with flipkart that they never do any quality checks before shipping fashion items to customer.

                                  I had purchased a lot of fashion items but only few were good. So i raised either exchange/return request for these defective items whether my mindset was to purchase them. But i received defective items again and again in case of exchange.

                                  Then finally i raised multiple return request.

                                  I had never missed any flipkart payment because my all orders were prepaid and in case of 'pay later' i did all the full payment on time.

                                  But now flipkart has blocked my account without any warning or prior intimation and now i am unable to do any shopping or raise any item related requests.

                                  Few latest items which were delivered to me are also defective/ size issue/ not meets my requirement. I want to return these but due to blocking of my account i am unable to do this.

                                  I am trying to follow up with flipkart cc team from last 1 week for the same issue but i am not able to get any resolution yet. Always they are providing me same repeated response which frustrates me every time.

                                  I don't know whether my account will be enable or not. But this is my worst experience with flipkart and frustrating support to a valuable customer.

                                  @higher management: please help me in that case and unblock my account.

                                  I want to return few defective items of delivered orders, so please allow me to do this.

                                  Otherwise let me know what i do for these defective or poor quality items and i will be unable to pay, pending payments of 'pay later'.

                                  And there will be my worst experience with flipkart all ever.

                                  Again i am requesting you to please enable my flipkart account.

                                    My self subhan i have ordered fossil men watch for 5706/- on 14th of september 2019 and was delivered by 16th but the pracel was packed with different watch and at the down side of packing box was damage. I have raise the refund request on the same day but till now i didn't get any update from flipkart. Coustmer service says wait for 24hr till know i have waited 96hr. Please solve my issue.

                                      I purchased a new brand product oppo f series and paid a good amount. When i received the product, there were photos o[censored]nknown person and the back side of the mobile started coming out just after 2 days of purchase. When checked the warranty online on oppo website, the warranty was already been expired just after 2 of purchase. How is it possible that the warranty is been expired until some has purchased it and then warranty gets activated. Informed flipkart about this for replacement for used and damaged product, they were just making me fool that they are investigating and finally received a mail stating that replacement has been rejected. What is all this? Spoke to the muliple agents daily but only i get resolution that i will get response by 24hrs by respective team but unfortunately didn't get any response and this being happening from the last 10 days. Every agent says the same thing and it gets extended. I am not understanding why flipkart is not providing replacement for the product. Flipkart is worst.

                                        Unfortunately i made a purchase from flipkart (Wrong decision) and the product was faulty. It was taken back by the seller and even after almost one month the amount is not refunded. When i talked to the customer care executive he asked me to wait for another four days. Till date the amount is not credited.
                                        Purchased a preeti mixer grinder by august end. Received a defective product and the refund was initiated showing amount will be credited by 16 september. On 18th i called the customer care executive and he was very rude in behavior. He told me to wait till 21st september. Till date i have not received the money. I think this is a trick by flipkart to hold the customer money for rolling. Mine was 2500 inr & imagine if they hold such funds from around 100000 customers for some months. Such fraud ant activities must be brought to public and attention of ministry of commerce asap. I would like to move legally and if any one who has similar experience can join me. Let us fight against corruption.
