I purchase product on flipkart delivered me 22 sep19 now return request for product on 26 sep 19 they reject my request. And again i request return for product on 27 sep 19. Talk with rohit on help centre he also told me seller reject my request. Rohit also don't give me solution on this prblm and arguing me regarding my prblm. Pls solve my problem and provide my full refund amount.

    I had ordered oppo reno 2 from flipkart in emi on 11 september and the expected delivery date was 21 september and now its 27 september, they are saying that there is some seller (Flashtech retail) issue.. They said they will provide me the resolution by today 27/09/19.
    But i have not got the resolution, and not even my product got delivered to me.
    My 1st emi statement has recieved to me
    And i have to pay in some days
    But i have not got my ordered product.

    I had pre ordered oppo reno 2 from flipkart in EMI on 11 September, which was successfully transferred to merchant by 14 September and my product expected delivery date was 21 September and now its 27 September, they are saying that there is some seller(Flashtech Retail) issue.but many customers are recieving oppo reno 2, customers are posting review in flipkart because they are recieving their order from flipkart.and even i can see in flipkart that if i order same phone to my delivery address it is showing delivery will be by next day
    but flipkart they said they will provide me the resolution by today 27/09/19.
    But i have not got the resolution, and not even my product got delivered to me.
    My 1st EMI statement has recieved to me
    And i have to pay in some days
    But i have not got my ordered product.

      I am not allowed to change my mobile number. I have no access to my old mobile number and I'm required to enter an OTP sent to that number.
      How in the actual world am I supposed to do that? The previous number has been reassigned to some stranger who I'm sure won't share an OTP with me. And I sure don't want to create a new email id just to accommodate my new number.
      Also, I'll lose my Plus membership if I create a new account.
      My old phone number was 8805***959.

        I have placed an order of redmi k20 mobile which is priced as 21999/-. I observed that the product is a used one. And i called the customer support of flipkart and asked for a refund, but i came to know that it was under replacement policy. So i agreed for a replacement as secondary option. But i was promised to get a resolution by 26th sep. But the return request was cancelled by flipkart and placed a new request without my interference on 26th and provided another resolution date on 29th sep. Without even any further assurance of getting my issue resolved. When i called customer support 10's of times they are only trying to make me anger and hangup the call every single time as they don't have proper answer to cover-up even i was talking in a polite manner they are hanging up the call. And if i try again to call them they are saying that it's due to some network issues. Network issue may be real but not every time i call and ask for a reason this is happening 😡. I can't get my money back, i can't get my replacement for a used product and i can't get a proper answer for this delay happened for the mistake flipkart has made. And even now the first return was cancelled saying that it was invalid return request. Even now the request was placed with same reason. I asked that both are same why it got cancelled in first place, flipkart don't have an answer. As per policy i gave 72 hrs of time for this. But i didn't get any answer. And they are saying i was asked for return cancellation which i haven't done.

        Whenever i am asking for assurance or reason they are hanging up my call. I have some names of senior explanation department from hyderabad, aditya and chandra mohan. I remember only these persons. They don't have answer for my questions and they hung up my call.

        Please take this into consideration and help me with this as soon as possible

        And adding to my above complaint now Flipkart is asking for my personal details such as aadhar, PAN and voter ID and I am not ready to share these things with Flipkart I don't believe anymore. And the product not even checked by the Flipkart technician after the complaint raised that I got a used device and Flipkart has no right of asking these things of my personal. And they have all the necessary details such as registered mobile number, alternative mobile number and my email id my bank details which I have made transaction and a Flipkart account with all details. And I have also sent the consent report or FIR report to Flipkart and more than that I am not ready share any of the details. So please consider these things and help me with this.

                I am successfully completed this condition and in may 2019 we have earned 6000/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in august 2019 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account in august 2019.
                Till now september end not get amount.
                We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                  I had purchased memory card in flipkart, after 12 days it stopped working, flipkart customer service informed that it is out of return policy since returns are covered only till 10 days, and asked me to talk to sandisk customer service, when i spoke to the sandisk customer care, they took all the serial no's and confirmed it is not a genuine sandisk memory card, and asked me to get in touch with flipkart itself for replacement, flipkart also isn't that welcoming on the same, we as an individual trust flipkart as a one stop shopping application but of they don't sell original products who takes care of it, i have attached the invoice and also the email print which i got from sandisk for the reference, please help me on this.

                    My flipkart affiliate payment is pending. I want flipkart payment in gift voucher.
                    As per flipkart affiliates select payment via gift voucher, flipkart will accrue and withhold referral fees until the total amount due is at least rs 2500.00.

                    Now i have more then 3000 but they its 4th month they didn't give me my payment. Please help me

                      I have to file a complaint against flipkart for selling fake indulekha products. I ordered indulekha hair oil (100ml) on 9th july, 2019 which was delivered on 16th july 2019 (Order id - od[protected]. It was the first time i was using indulekha hair oil because of which i didn't have any doubt as to its originality. After using it for 3 months i ordered once again indulekha hair oil from flipkart on 10th september2019 which was delivered on 12th september 2019. On the usage of it, i found difference in the smell as well as the color and texture of the hair oil than of the indulekha hair oil delivered on july 16th. Out of doubt i googled about it and found out that there are many instances of flipkart selling fake indulekha hair oil and i also found it in the comments of the product which i hadn't noticed earlier. I also found out that the smell of original indulekha hair oil should be of herbs and what i received on july 16th was totally different from it. It had a pleasant smell and also it increased my hairfall excessively. I found out that i had received a fake indulekha hair oil from flipkart on july 16 on the delivery of the same item on september 12 (Which had a code and is a original one). Also when i checked there is color difference in both the packages and the fake package looks of very cheap quality. I have the picture of both of them. When i contacted flipkart customer care on 24th september 2019, first customer care executive hanged up my call when i informed this complaint showing very unprofessional attitude. When i called back it was received by another executive who being a lady was kind enough to listen to my issue. She assured me that she will file a complaint on behalf of me of which i shall receive an acknowledgement in mail. I waited for 3days i did not receive any mail from flipkart so i am writing this complaint to this forum. I have been using that fake indulekha hair oil sold by flipkart for 3 months not knowing it to be fake. I have excess hairball and the quality of my hair has depleted in the last 3 months due to the usage of the fake indulekha hair oil sold by flipkart. I want a refund from flipkart for the fake product sold by them. I have excess hair loss because of the usage of fake oil. So at least i want the fund of the indulekha hair oil for which i had paid rs. 447/-. The order id of it is od[protected]. Flipkart customer care gave a deaf ear to my issue so i have filed this complaint before consumer redressal forum. Kindly go through this complaint and do the needful. I am attaching the photo of both fake and original products i received.

I searched for it on the internet and saw that some other people also had the same problem some time back due to using two different accounts from the same ip address.                                 flipkart does not recognise my phone imei number when I enter the same for exchange

                                Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                                I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not...

                                I have created flipkart account three years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number. This no is deactivated now.

                                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                    I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message. My registered id is sharma. [protected]@yahoo.com.

                                      It means some sorts of fairplay violation against the mention terms and condition in flipkart gamezone.. I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message..

                                      Neither the customer care could understand what the error is all about..

                                      Please be resolve this issue asap.

                                      It's not fair ..u should enable terms before entering to game so that one can read and do not do what u mention in tnc ..

                                      I m playing from last 2 month nothing happened ..and now u just make changes in your terms ..u should notify once ..I'm totally unaware of this fairplay I swear ..

                                      Even all my id get stuck like this screen ..without warning and proper notification u can't just disqualify anyone ..I being a plus member ..please undo my account ..n allow me to play games ..I will not do anything against tnc further ...hope be it a possitive consideration.. thank you

                                      Well we understand your terms and conditions but was it mentioned that we cant play with different accounts. I used only my both valid account. Atleast you people should make terms like we can play in limit with 2 or 3 accounts but you cant do that.
                                      There has been a fairplay error from last 4 months i have contacted the customer care no. and complained about it many times..it was not my fault due to some network issue i have re-entered the game 2-3 times and after that this fairplay issue persists.. please consider it as a mistake and block only genuine frauds..
