But they deliver the product when i am not available at time of delivery and they updated that confirmed delivery for same order.                   On cancellation of order for mobile poco f1 cost ₹18999.
                  Flipkart company using consumer money on long term profit trade business for thier benefits into market.

                  Last or maximum time period provided for refund amount was 14th september 2019, and still they lack to provide accurate results.
                  And ask for more time validity for refunding my amount.

                  This is against company law for using consumer money without permission.

                  Would request to take immediate action against such service.

                    I had ordered hp pendrive order id-od[protected]Seller-retail net) for rs. 1099, which was delivered on 28.08.2019 i. E. Within 3-4 days. However, it was damaged as it was not getting connected to any pc or laptop. So requested for return and refund. The pick up promise date was 30 august, 2019 through ecom express. However, i received call from ecom for confirmation of my address. But no one came up for pick up. Then i received message from ecom that pick up has cancelled because i have asked to reschedule. I made complain at flipkart, they gave me 5.9.2019 as promise date, again.. No call from courier agency and received same message. Then i was given promise date of 10.09.2019, then again same message and no pick up. Then rescheduled date was 11.09.2019. Again same message and no pick up made. Then i was given promise date of 12.09.2019. Then again same message, no call and no pick up. Again i was given promise date of 14.09.2019. And the same thing happened. Again i have been provided with false promise date of 19.09.2019. I seriously don't understand, if the delivery can be made at the address in 3-4 days, why pick up has taken 3 weeks and still not made. I asked them to give me address where i can send back the product, if ecom express or seller or flipkart is unable to pick, but the resolution i have been given is just a new promise date. I want this product to send back and my refund.

                      Greetings,

                      I have received a oppo f7 phone on sep 11th from flipkart and when i opened it i could see someone else photos in the gallary (A person in a store room with lots of phones, 2) a person taking a selfee photo) i raised a return request which was rejected by the seller, secondly the call centre has raised a fir on the complaint after i gave my confirmation through email but again the seller has rejected. Am not able to get my amount refund back and this a bad service from the team. Please assist.

                        I ordered this tommy hilfiger bag on 9th september from flipkart and it’s been more than the time frame now that i’ve not received my order yet.
                        My bag got torn off and i was expecting it on urgent basis. But as mentioned the delivery date was 12th september and i guess it has already been passed. Right?

                        Now this is what i would called hell pathetic and insanely unexpected from such a company. I ordered this bag on 9th sep and as per these people and their so called system it shows the promised delivery date to be on 12th sep.
                        Hope they clearly know what exactly promised date stands for? It’s been more 2 days now and none of their agents are helping me out. Instead said to me that they will cancel my order and re-order it again. Am i a fool over here who’s all idle in this world that i’m going to wait for freaking so long to get that goddamn bag! Their agents are extremely unhelpful and logistics team is ever worse. I think i did a big mistake switching from myntra and amazon by buying gift cards here and doing the shopping stuff. Hell frustrated i am right now.
                        They have ruined my day like anything!!! Please help me in getting my product delivered by today or refund my amount.
                        I can’t believe that they sent me this message today ‘order update: sorry, your order for tommy h... Has been delayed and will be delivered by thursday sep 26, 2019. Please check email for more details.’

                        I mean, it’s totally insane, now i’ve to wait for freaking 17 days to get a goddamn bag!?? Seriously!!!
                        They are actually the nightmare for me these days. I don’t know what’s wrong with them..
                        I’m attaching few screenshots below just to confirm things

                        Please please help me regarding the same. Enough of hassle i’ve taken, i would rather have gone to a store and bought the product already.

                                  I had ordered shoe of size 9 however i got right leg shoe of size 9 and left of size 8. Hence i returned the same on 23rd aug but still i haven't received the refund till now and whenever i call the cc they say it will take 1 bsns day... Really disappointed with the refund process.. More surprisingly it's just a refund of rs.429. Thank god it's not a big amount and i got to see such a phase with flipkart.

                                    2) i have ordered a cashew nut (Rs.106) in flipkart supermarket, then after three hours item was cancelled from ur side. This totally irresponsible.

                                      I had purchased items worth 6497 in flipkart in july 19 month and used flipkart pay later option.

                                      However flipkart has blocked my account stating the reason that "system detected these items were not bought for personal use".

                                      How can system give such non sense reason and block my account.

                                      Now since account is blocked i was unable to pay the "pay later amount".

                                      I requested multiple times (More than 10 times) to different flipkart executives to unblock the account but still they did not resolve this.

                                      Now i get many voice call announcements to clear the same which has become a harassment. Can i get some type of relief and compensation from this harassment.

                                      As now this has become harassement i need flipkart to stiop these calls and also compesate me suitably for irritating and harassing me.

                                      I have also posted this in consumer grievance portal using umang app - ref number 1596327.
