So i ordered the product on 18 April, 2023.
And as mentioned by Flipkart i received it on 24 April and because i didn't really like the product and packaging was not good, neither the product was good.
I placed a return request which got approved and the scheduled pickup was on 28 April, which due to some reason didn't happen and i called customer support of flipkart and a timeline was given to me till 2 May that my issue will be resolved.
I am writing this of 3 of may 12:45 AM my issue didn't get resolved.
What really happened is whenever logistics team sent me the text that the product is out for pickup, nobody really came and after the an hour of the text "out for pickup" a text comes to me which says "its unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances/we couldn't reach your address" and what not.
When nobody ever reached me out.
When i reached customer support for the same they kept of on repeating the same thing wait for 2 May, you issue will be resolved.
Someone said backend team will call you around evening and will give you reason with resolution, nobody really did.
Someone said rest assured it will surely happen on or before 2 May.
Someone said you have network problem or if ekart is near you reach out them for help.
Someone it may be because network were unreachable.
These someone were customer care executive of flipkart and no one really resolved my issue which was going to be resolved on or before 2 May, even in app its updated that you refund will be generated by 1 May, my issue is still not resolved and their team has already put up a message on the issue that your issue is resolved when it isn't.
It was going to resolve on 2 May, but now at 12:52 AM i can see they have updated it with your issue is resolved.
Why flipkart is fooling their customers?
That how i am a valuable customer of flipkart?
Why haven't i got my refund till now, when it was 2 May and according to Flipkart it was 1 May?
Why everyone in the Flipkart team is fooling me with the answers like please wait your issue will be resolved and they have updated the mail thread with your issue is resolved when it isn't?
Fooling their customers for real.
