The above Order no grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com,
[protected]@flipkart.com. The day the product was installed (table), the
technician (Afzal Ansari - [protected]) who came to fix it saw it was
chipped. He immediately clicked some photos and shared it with some
team. The same day I requested for a return . Since then Im waiting
for your process of the technician visit.

It was supposed to be yesterday 17th May 23: No call and no one came
home. I called up in the evening and the customer service rep told me
it will be done today on 18th.

Today is the 18th and have not recd any call or msg stating it. So i
called the customer service and the associate, Himani isnt giving me
straight answers and mentioned that I have to wait everyday at home
until 22nd cause it might happen any day.

Is this even logical as per your process. No pre defined time, No
schedule, no message. How am I supposed to know when will the
technician come. Your page says smooth 10 day return policy and this
nothing but smooth. This is seriously a very bad customer experience
for me.

After 2 days, I was told that due to technical reasons the status still shows as Technical visit pending and will be resolved in 24 hours and that I would receive the refund post pick up.

Today after apprx after 10 days 25th May (2 weeks delay in pickup) and everytime I call customer care they ask me to wait for another 2 days. This has delayed the entire process by more than 2 weeks. I really dont know do you expect customers to do.

Please check attached screenshot to understand the Unethical practices that your teams perform that cause all the delay and worsens the experience. Today I get a missed call Yes a 2 second missed call and by the time you click answer its disconnected. The 2nd time I made sure to take the screenshot so that you understand the practices that happen on ground level.
And if you try to callback and enter the pin even a 100 times, your associates dont answer. Attaching the screenshot of the associate and the screen shot showing the 1 sec missed call.

I have sent you numerous emails not once have i got a reply. Shows how much you value your customers !!

    Me (Harshit Mishra) elaborating my complete issue as :

    • I was ordered a "SONY SA-D40 80 W Bluetooth Home Theatre" on 2/04/2023 and got it delivered on 5/04/2023.

    •After delivered I unboxed it on next day 6/04/2023 and tried to use. But it was having very poor and low Sound Quality (having high distortion in its subwoofer).

    •Immediately within a few minutes I raised its return request for replacement, but it got rejected immediately.

    •Again I raised its return immediately on same day (within return policy, next day of delivered).

    •Finally technician visit was scheduled "but no technician contact me for tech visit" and technician cancelled its tech visit from its own end. Due to which its return request got on hold. I complaint about it, multiple times, but due to any technical error my return request got on hold for about 25 days, which worked as the roots of problem.

    •Finally I cancelled my return request from my own end on 29th april and request Flipkart to proceed a new return.

    •Flipkart/Seller declined and replied kindly visit service center. We can't provide support you as your product is "Out of return policy".

    •Now I went on my nearest Service center at Bareilly UP which is about 60kms far from my village and elaborate my complete issue.

    •Service center provided me a Service Job Sheet with a charge of 4999 rs. as "Speaker Coil Damaged from inside during shipping or any other factor which doesn't include as warranty claim"

    •I cancelled my Service/ Repair job due to charges and finally Issue is escalated to the flipkart or seller again. They also suggested to make a contact with Flipkart or seller again.

    •I have kept the product intact in its proper packaging as I was recieved it, with all the packaging material.
    I want to return it and wants my replacement or refund of my hardly earned money as soon as possible.

    •Finally I had escalate my case again for the :
    •"Flipkart Customer Support"
    •"National Consumer Forum"
    •"National Cyber Crime Reporting"
    And further definitely will take the action to the Fullest of extent of the Law under "THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986"

      I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with a product I purchased from Flipkart.

      On May 3rd, I purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton 5-star AC from Flipkart. The product was delivered on 6th may, and the installation was scheduled for May 9th, But the installation was completed on May 16th even though i have waited patiently. However, during the installation process, the technician informed me that the AC unit was defective and advised me to return it.

      Following the technician's recommendation, I promptly initiated the return process. However, since then, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my return or any further steps that need to be taken.

      I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and providing me with an update on the return process. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it is important for me to have clarity on the next steps and a resolution for the defective product.

      Please let me know the current status of my return and when I can expect a replacement or a refund.

        I ordered an episoft sunscreen from Glenmark.
        It comes under non returnable category .so the money won't be refunded i agree .
        But i recieved a DAMAGED PRODUCT (the cap was broken, the product was leaking and the quantity was tremendously reduced) so i tried connecting to the customer care nd they placed a REPLACEMENT REQUEST which got declined because the product was out of stock .
        After that i tried addressing my issue by trying to contact them but they gave me no response i wrote a mail to the grievance officer but this also seem not to help.
        I either need the money back or the product .
        This is such a disappointing issue that I'm unable to reach out for help.
        The inconvenience that I've faced is huge .
        I desperately need this issue to get resolved ASAP

          My Flipkart Account got permanently banned. They are saying it's because of random orders. I am very old customer of Flipkart. Flipkart should block account temporarily first so that customer will get to know about what he is doing wrong.
          I am pretty sure that most of the customer didn't have any idea that there account may get permanently blocked.
          Please unblock my account, I will take care of its policy.

              My laptop have been packed by technician several days ago but they are providing no resolution. I ordered ROG Strix G15 gaming laptop worh ₹86k from @Flipkart . I've recieved a defective product. In the beginning they assured me for the replacement but after few days they denied.
              After the replacement period is over they denied for replacement.i also have DOA certificate for the product .

                    I purchased Godrej 223 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator from Flipkart on 05/05/2023. Delivery was on 9/10/2023. The fridge had three dent on it's side. Delivery boy after contacting higher officials offered 20% discount as Flipkart gift card for accepting the product. I agreed. But Flipkart refused to give me the discount after 7 days on 17/05/2023. They initiated refund process on my request. Refund rejected without any reason, on 23/05/2023. So after 13 days of the delivery of the product, Flipkart customer care center informed me to contact godrej service center. They also rejected my claim as it is a physical damage.No I don't know what to do. It is pure cheating of Flipkart and the seller.

                      I have ordered Haier Air conditioner from flipkart on 15th May 2023 using EMI Option with flipkart Pay later; the promised delivery date for the order is 17th May 2023 but the product is not yet delivered to me; the product is shipped on 16th May 2023 as per flipkart website but after that there is no update on the delivery of the product; when i tried to contact flipkart customer care they are just responding we will check and get back to you but they are not providing any update; from last 6 days they are telling the same thing again and again but not giving me any update; kindly please check with flipkart about my product delivery and get me my product delivered.

                        Customer service at Flipkart drives me crazy. I ordered 1 shirt from Flipkart on 8th may, and it was delivered on 10th may, and due to size issues, I placed an immediate return request, and the request was accepted, and pickup was scheduled for 15th may. However, pickup did not take place on 15th May and was rescheduled to 18th May, so I contacted customer care and asked me to cancel and resubmit the return request to highlight it.
                        So i did the same now the new pick up date is given as 20th may.
                        Pick up was also not done on 20th May, so I called customer service again, and they informed me that we have raised a ticket with the back-end team, and your issue will be resolved by 24th may.
                        A customer care representative called me on 24th May to inform me that logistics had updated the ticked that the customer had rejected pickup. However, I didn't receive a message or call from the logistic team. They have updated fake status on ticket.
                        On 24th also pickup is not done tomorrow they will update new pick up date.
                        It is a simple request of pickup and i fail to understand why flipkart cannot arrange the same even after 15 days?

                          Pickup is not arranged till date i. E. 20th oct 2018 and i have been complaining about this evry day from 13th oct and the resolution due dates are being extend evry time. 1st i was given due date of 15th oct thn 17th oct thn 18th oct thn 19th oct and not 24th oct.
                          It is a simple request of refund and i fail to understand why flipkart cannot arrange the same even after 10 days?

                                First i ordered a laptop Acer Aspire 7 on 16 May 2023 and it showed they rejected due logistics and when i called the customer executive asked me to wait and i waited for 3 days and then nothing seemed to be working so i cancelled and ordered it again the same laptop Acer Aspire 7 on 20 may 2023 through flipkart. The product tracking showed relevant information and everything was like normal. My first delivery date was 22nd of May and they didn't deliver it and nobody called me to tell there is some sort of problem. So i made a call request after i saw "LOGISTICAL CONSTRAINT" due to which they couldn't deliver the product. Then they wait for a day. I waited and still they didn't deliver and again i talked with them and again said wait for a day this it will be delivered and i waited like a fool and again they didn't deliver. And today when the check tracking page i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address. Why they are doing so? If they cannot deliver they should have told me while talking. Why all this fuss about wait for day and all? Total 10 days of my time got wasted and the offer they were giving is now gone and i can't even cancel it now and reorder it again.

                                  I purchase Samsung m53 5G mobile in flipkart on may 9, the product was defected, so i put return and they flipkart team accept the request and start process, after 11 days they rejected the my return order without no reason and also without technician visit, no one called for technical support, nothing do for me they are simply rejected my order without communicate me. The flipkart customer care is not useful they are just for attending call, not giving solutions.

                                    I purchase TV Rs 44889 details of order id is in screen shot. But did not accept delivery due to defect and cancel the product. As per their portal screen shot, refund is processed by seller. But when I contact icici customer care, seller made no refund. I submitted bank statement to flipkart. But no action to find why seller making false statement. Also flipkart portal showing refund successful is also not correct.
                                    Please process refund to my bank account asap

                                      With utter surprise, from a SMS sent by IDFC Bank, I come to know that I have been sanctioned a loan of Rs 20000 for Flipkart Pay Later. This is major violation of consumer rights. I did not apply for flipkart pay later. Without my consent you can not do this.

                                      So I request you to close my Flipkart Pay Later Account at the earliest.

This is major violation of consumer rights. I did not apply for flipkart pay later. Without my consent you can not do this.

                                        So I request you to close my Flipkart Pay Later Account at the earliest.
