    Hi,
    I am raising this complaint regarding of paylater. I have ordered SanDisk Ultra Luxe USB 3.1 256 GB Pen Drive with order ID OD[protected]. I have received wrong item and the delivered wrong item has picked up from delivery person and the amount has not refunded.
    Due to this amount my cibil score has decreased and I m facing money issue of this.
    I have raised number of complaints from last 1 year and complainted to greivance but no response from Flipkart. My Flipkart account is also blocked. No response from Flipkart and I have called lot of times and raised so many complaints. Regarding of this I can't take any loan or credit cards Due to this issue I have lost cibil score.

      I bought a smart phone (poco c55, Order number:OD[protected] from flipkart. But it having an over heating problem and didn't accept the memory card. So I tried to return the product in the application. But unable to return the product in the application. I informed the issue through flipkart customer care. But they told that they didn't accept return, and only provide replacement. The replacement should be initiate through mi website. I need complete amount refund through flipkart.

        I ordered a "Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence 100ml Men & Women" and got a duplicate product after calling customer care they requested a replacement however the product is in no return policy they canceled the replacement.
        When the product is wrong how can I keep it, I am requesting them to replace or refund the amount however Flipkart has made it it too difficult to trust.
        I want the original product or just money back.

          I am writing this complaint to express my frustration with the non-delivery of my order from Flipkart. I placed an order for a new smartphone on 9th May, with an exchange of my old smartphone, and the delivery date was promised on 13th May. However, I had to leave for an urgent out-of-town work at 10 pm on the same day, and I was waiting for the order to be delivered before 7 pm.

          To my dismay, the order was not delivered on the given date, and I contacted Flipkart's customer support team to resolve the issue. They informed me that due to some operational issue, they cannot deliver the order on the expected date and the new delivery date would be on 15th May.

          This experience has been extremely frustrating for me as I was expected to leave town after receiving my order. I had made arrangements accordingly, and the delay has caused me inconvenience and financial loss.

          I request you to take strict action against Flipkart and ensure that my order is delivered at the earliest possible time. I also urge you to take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

          I hope for a speedy resolution to this issue.

            I ordered Trevi Kaze Engineered Wood Single Box Bed (Finish Color - Wenge, Delivery Condition - Knock Down) on Apr 21, 2023 on flipkart and it got delivered to me on Apr 30, 2023.

            I started facing issues right after the installation. I thought it was installation problem but then the tech person told its the quality issue and it cant be repaired and then i created a return in the concern of quality.

            According to the return process of this item a tech person inspects the item and then the pickup happens but here the seller Trevi is rejecting my return even after tech guys uploads all the info of the problem and Flip kart is not having the info on their systems which is uploaded by the tech person who came for inspection. So tech visit is pointless as flip kart is not aware of the issue. 3 times my my return got rejected and my return period is expired and again today when i contacted Flip kart to resolve the issue they created a return with a tech visit for the 4th time. I already informed them to create a direct return without any tech visit but instead of direct return again a tech visit is created.

            All i want is to return the item and get my money back. I cant keep the damaged item without using it.

              I m trying to resolve and issue which I see there is a data theft with flipkart. We are in receipt of a COD ordered which we never ordered.

              Since, I was not available at home and hoping that I have place the order my wife accepted the order by making the payment.

              The customer service staffs contacted was simply stating that since the order is accepted by paying the amount, they cant do anything. Even this is evident that the order is placed from an id that doesn't belong to me. OD[protected] is the order id. I suspect a serious data theft or compromise from flipkart where by someone is able to manipulate it.

              Noting has been done so far, its not solved or contacted me. Being a serious breach of consumer data, flipkart is fooling around. Will wait for one more day if not an official complaint to the media at the court of law with the details

                Are you able to reach the delivery executive? I'm facing a similar issue and when I try to reach the delivery person once the order is out for delivery, the line is always busy.

                  I ordered a msi laptop from flipkart but it is malfunction so I placed an exchange request but the other laptop I got is also malfunctioning it has been almost another months but I am still stuck with this defective product they told that a technician would visit on 4th of may but today is 13may and they haven't even informed about the technician I am very unsatisfied because of there customer service as they have been of no help at this point I am expecting a refund

                    My flipcart paylater was blocked 4 months ago.i thought it's due to missing the due date.after that i completed every payment way before the due date.now i have completed the all dues.still my paylater is not working.is there anyway to reopen my paylater account?

                      Hello Sirs/Madam,

                      my flipkart order id OD[protected].

                      I have ordered SAFARI Agile Plus 4W Check-in Suitcase - 77cm (30 inch) of yellow color from Flipkart. But I have received a different product on 24th April. color, size and product style was also different. I contacted the customer care and placed a replacement request. I specifically mentioned that I want the product for my upcoming trip from 1st to 5th May. And I was promised that the replacement will be delivered by 28th April.

                      I didn't receive the replacement on 28th April and I again contacted the flipkart customer care then I came to know that my replacement delivery will be delayed and scheduled date is 2nd May. Then I stated, as I will be travelling on 1st and the product won't be required anymore. Then I asked the customer care executive to raised a refund request. Then the executive informed me that he will cancel the replacement request and asked me to check my order status and informed me once the replacement request got cancel, you will see return request option. But, replacement cancellation request was not updated and I didn't see any return option after the replacement is canceled. I have been trying since 2nd May. But no options could be seen.

                      So I contacted the customer care on 6th May, and they have informed me that the request has been referred to the concerned team.

                      And on 7th May, I received an email from the flipkart ecalation team asking me for pick up address and the images of the product I received. I provided the required information on the same day.

                      But, since then no update was received from the flipkart team. And when I contacted the customer care, they only gave me 48 hours time frame. But when I again contacted the customer care after 48 hours, the same time frame has been provided by another executive.

                      Request you to please do the needful. I could see in flipkart app that the issue is marked as resolved. But the issue is not resolved yet.

                          I bought a laptop of 52, 490 with no-cost emi (12 month) and Flipkart pay later combined. I paid 10000 with Flipkart pay later and the rest 42, 490 with no cost EMi by ICICI credit card. However, Flipkart didn't convert the transaction into emi secret payment and when i called them about it, they said that the option was not selected. However, I insisted that I clearly selected the option and the very reason I purchased it was because it was available with no cost EMi. Then they said that there might have been technical error. I said that I clearly selected and checked out with no cost EMi option, if there's technical error then that had been from merchants end and it's their responsibility. I asked them to resolve it. They then cleverly converted it to an high-interest emi from the bank's end instead of the no cost EMI that they had promised as a merchant. It is an unbelievable fraud done by the Flipkart and my West experience ever after being a loyal online shopper for more than a decade. This trickery, fraud and harrasment by a so called trusted company is shocking.

                            Hi Team,
                            I Have ordered Laptop on 10th may from Flipkart. I received laptop on 12th may. When I try to register for warranty its is showing only 4th month valid warranty.

                            It showing warranty from 12th may to 28 sep 2023. I think this is refurbished laptop or used laptop.
                            I told Flipkart about this but no one is helpling
                            I want to return this. Please help me ro get my refund back.

                              Hi,
                              I ordered a fan with installation, after delivery, installation was scheduled, but I didn’t received any update on it after two, i got a call which disconnected within 0.5 seconds only and after that I received a message that technician tried calling but couldn’t reach me, then I scheduled again, and same thing happened, then I contacted Flipkart support they said plz wait for 24-48, I waited, still same thing happened call disconnected instantly. I contacted support 2nd time, and same happened again, Till now I have contacted them 4 times everytimr they say, plz wait 24-48hrs, I even asked them for refund of installation charges, or return the product but they are doing nothing.

                                I have order one Laptop from Flipkart site on 10th may. I have received laptop on 12 May. It is used laptop or refurbished laptop. Because when i checked warranty, it is showing next 4th month valid warranty .it is showing 12th May 2023 to 28 Sep 2023 valid warranty. please help me to get my refund back.

                                No one is helping. Flipkart doing this scam with customers.

                                  I ordered a 256 litre Samsung fridge for Rs.22, 990/ through Flipkart on 17th April 2023 and it got delivered on 21st April 2023. Since Open Box Inspection is available in that particular order, I checked the product and it arrived damaged. Hence, I denied the acceptance and did not share the OTP to the delivery executive. They offered me a replacement, but it seems to take more time to deliver the replacement product. Hence, I requested for cancellation of the replacement order immediately. However, I placed a new order for 322 litre samsung fridge and it got delivered on 24th April 2023 through flipkart itself. But, the refund amount of Rs.22990/ is not credited for my initial order placed on 17th April 2023 for 256 litre samsung fridge as on date (Almost 20 days passed). Whenever I used to call or mail to the flipkart customer care, they will ask for about 3 to 4 days time to get the issue resolved, but nothing happened. When I asked to connect to their higher level, they simply say that their line is busy or disconnect my call and used to email me that I am not reachable on my mobile number.

                                    In the Flipkart Recent summer sale in month of May, I ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch 5, the smaller dial version Bluetooth variant which was being offered to me at an effective price of 9449/-
                                    After making of payment and confirmation of order, I waited for 2 days beyond the promised say of delivery being 9th May and them for in touch with Flipkart Customer Support Executive and found out that there was some logistics problem.
                                    As the order was meant as a gift for my mother recently diagnosed with Type-II Diabetes, I requested the executive to take their time to deliver the product and refrain from cancelling it, which was reassured by them and I was promised delivery of the aforementioned product till 14th May .
                                    To my surprise the very next day I received a notification that my product was cancelled due to logistics issue .
                                    I'd like to clarify that there was no attempt to call the provided contact number by the said delivery agent for delivering the good.
                                    I will receive the paid amount but such kind of deficiency in service is really a bummer from the likes of Flipkart and limit the options of choices for the buyer, as the sale is over, I'll have to simple shell out more money for the same product.

                                      I have a flipkart account which I am not using for a long time. Now I unable to login to my accont because I don't remember password and I'm not even getting OTP.
                                      Account was created using a Phone number (+91 [protected]) and there is no email id attached to my account.

                                        This mail is on behalf of my order Id OD[protected]. Samsung Refrigerator which was delivered to me on 30th April in exchange of my old refrigerator .On 1st May a person from Jeeves comes for installation at that time we found instead of 20 years compressor warranty there is only 10 years warranty mentioned, and also door of freezer was damaged, pics of same has been attached. We asked guys to repack same raise a request for return and refund. Your worst customer care take request and told me they will resolve my issue by 11th may, we request them my father is diabetic patient, my mother is chronic Asthma patient, I have two 6month old girl child all there necessary medicines and milk we are storing in refrigerator, In 10 days I have talk with at least 60-70 new person from customer care and no helped me everyone just do a wrong promise or told we are escalating I don't know to whom they were escalating suddenly today they cancelled my request for refund return, when I call them again they take request now for replacement and asked to wait another 10 days, On 12 th today again they rejected my replacement warranty also.
