I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a serious issue I am facing with an e-commerce company, Flipkart, regarding a recent purchase I made through their website.
On 16-April-2023, I had ordered a "PUMA Extent Nitro Concrete Jungle shoe" from Flipkart, order ID #OD[protected]. However, upon receiving the package, I was extremely disappointed to find that the product delivered to me was not what I had ordered. The product I received was different and did not match the order ID, Name & Shipping address in the invoice they provided. The order id I received was #OD[protected].
Upon contacting the company's customer service, I was informed that a replacement has been made and Flipkart customer case executive assured me that I will receive my actual product before 26th-April-2023, a replacement delivery personal was behaved rude and didn't give the replacement product by saying it is different product Despite my repeated attempts to reason with them and demand a refund or replacement, I was met with complete denial and uncooperative behaviour from their customer service representatives.
I feel cheated and disheartened by the unprofessional and unethical behaviour of Flipkart and delivery service. As a consumer, I have the right to receive the product that I have paid for, and it is the responsibility of the company to ensure the correct product and to fulfil their obligations towards their customers.
In light of the above-mentioned facts, I would like to file a formal complaint against Flipkart. I request the consumer team to take prompt action against the company and help me obtain the refund or replacement I am entitled to.
I am enclosing a copy of the invoice, order confirmation, and other relevant documents related to the purchase for your reference. I hope that the consumer court will take the necessary action to ensure that justice is served.
