I was ordered a product in Flipkart on 4th April2023 by using flipkart pay later EMI. Order id-OD[protected], product amount-12249/-, EMI-4172, when I ordered flipkart confirm me the delivery date of this product was 17th April 2023, but they weren't delivered to me. Due to delayed delivery I was cancelled this product on 19th April 2023.After cancelled my order flipkart promise me the refund amount cleared within 28th Apri23, But till now not cleared my refund amount, On 1st May the flipkart pay later bill was generated where includes my cancelled product EMI amount of Rs. 4172/-.how can i pay for already cancelled product. Kindly do the needful.

    I received a defective product and applied return but Flipkart gave a waiting time of 3 days after calling they kept my call on hold for 2 times and disconnected the call. After that they again gave a waiting time of 3 days almost.

        I orderd for an iphone 14 in prexo of an iphone11 for which the exchange value iz 18450 Rs. i paid for iphone 14 in full that was 71000Rs, and the pickup was to be done within a week and exchange value was to CREDited post pickup ! but its been a month now, no pickup is been done and so i didnt get any exchange value as it is obvious, but then this a complete fraud activity as they were able to lure us and sell their product at higher price! so 18450 rupees is i wasted their and i could have got a better deal if i would have purchased phone from my local shop!
        now comes the second issue - i orderd a tv in one day delivery and i placed the order of 55inches tv price - 30999 and paid through my CREDit card, the tv had to be delivered the next day ok, we consider 2 days ! but its been a week now and no updates !
        calling flipkart 100 times for both the issues and they just keep on moving the dates to come to some resolution and dissaprove everytime when i wanted to speak to any of their seniors, infact intially for almost 10 days they didnt even call me back only after when i started abusing on bot i started getting calls!! so money held with flipkart is
        18450 + 30999 = 49449
        and then the stress and mentall harassement !!

        now when i got to this that this is not the way we should deal with them and act the same way they do to us !
        i tried to take the control in my hand and tried ordering a tv on cod with the same account, but later i saw that they started cancelling my orders on purpose!
        and then i made another account with a different number but same address and i ordered a 65 Inches Tv worth 46000, and they were so quick to deliver it the next day, which actually i wanted to happen and after keeping tv in my custody u refused to pay to the delivery guys and assured them that let me speak to their seniors so that nothing comes on to them as they are poor chaps, and they connected me to their seniors and the cases is now being handled by logistics and i give no ### to flipkart nomore !
        now i see how they dont respond to my queries and even if they dont i dont CARE as i already have my amount back in form of the tv which anyways i wanted!
        my appeal to everyone is that we are not weak as they seek us, these e-coms are a multi billion dollar companies and they cheat us like killing an ant! we can ### them top to bottom, in other countries they dont dare to do all this ### as people are so vigilant their and file a law-suite and get compensation of millions !
        we need to deal with them like the way they deal with us!
        stay humble but stay sharp ! dont be afraid to take any harsh actions !

          I ordered too many items from Flipkart. Some have additional insurance. Now you blocked my account for excessive order. Can you tell me how can I claim insurance?
          Every order was made by my own money.
          Is it not cheat with customer?

          Now I am unable to claim insurance which purchased with product and warranty.
          I also lost accessibility of my pay later balance but it effect on CIBIL. Please take action against Flipkart. My Flipkart registered email id [protected]@gmail.com

            Hi,
            i ordered 3 piece suit from flipkart and orderid is:"od[protected]".
            I didn't like the product and raised return request immediate. I made call to flipkart and customer support person said that your request got stuck due to technical issue and cannot be proceeded. He suggested to cancel current request and raised new one. I did same and my return request he cancelled out. But didn't raise new return request.

            As return period is over, i can't raise new request. I tried to call flipkart since last 6 days but din't get reposne. Everytime they are saying you will get call in 24-48 hours.
            I also dropped mail many times to "[protected]@flipkart.Com", "grievance.[protected]@flipkart.Com" and "cs.[protected]@flipkart.Com" but everytime, new incident number is creating but no updtae from flipkart. Below are few incident numbers:

                With reference to my order OD[protected] for yage YG-D704 Electric Insect Killer Indoor, Outdoor (Bat), tracking ID is Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected], this shipment has reached Udaipur on Thu, 27th Apr
                7:50 am and was supposed to be delivered to me on the next day i..e. on Friday 28th April, 2023 but it is still not delivered to me, please sort out your logistics issue and ensure that the product is delivered to me by tomorrow i.e. 30th April, 2023 ?

                  मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से आनलाइन शापिंग किया था। लेकिन साइज छोटा होने के कारण मुझे Return Request करना पड़ा। परन्तु Pickup का Date दिया गया था फिर भी Pickup Rejected कर दिया गया।2-3 Time Reject किया गया। Customer Care से बात करने के बाद Return Policy (3 Days)का हवाला देते हुए रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया। जबकि मैंने Same Date में रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट भेजा था। मैं बता देना चाहता हूं कि रिटर्न की अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद शापिंग एप्प से स्वत: रिटर्न आप्शन समाप्त हो जाती है।तो मैं अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट कैसे भेज सकता हूं। कृपया आपसे आग्रह है कि उक्त विषय की गंभीरता से जांच करते हुए मुझे रिफंड कराने की कृपा करें।

                    I am writing regarding an issue with my Flipkart order for CARRIER AC.

                    Please find order details below :
                    Order placed on Apr 17, 2023
                    Order ID OD[protected]

                    There is an exchange with the order for which the existing working AC in my house needs to be exchanged with the new one which was supposed to be delivered on 22nd April.
                    The uninstallation person came to uninstall the AC on 21st April.
                    He removed all the wirings and removed the gas/refrigerant and left the AC on the 2nd floor sunshade of the house(where it was already placed).
                    He refused to carry it to the ground floor saying that he cannot carry it and keep it in a safe place, since he is alone and he left after getting the OTP.
                    He also assured that the delivery boy will take the AC from the sunshade during delivery.

                    On 22nd April, the delivery guy came around evening.
                    He refused the delivery of the order saying that he will not take the AC from the 2nd floor sunshade and it is the duty of the uninstallation guy to keep the AC on the ground floor.
                    The next day another delivery boy called and he did not even turn up or cared to deliver the order.

                    I have contacted flipkart via phone multiple times and they are not able to understand the situation clearly or provide a proper resolution. I also created multiple support tickets. But they are closing it simply saying that the resolution has been provided while no action has been taken,
                    I am also not sure whose responsibility it is to take the old AC and deliver the new AC.

                    It will be good if you can inform the uninstallation company to come and take the old AC and keep it on the ground floor of the building so that the delivery boy can take it easily.
                    Or if it is the duty of the delivery boy to take the old AC during delivery, can you please advise him to do so?
                    We are in the middle of this and both parties are not doing what either one of them is supposed to do.

                    Could you please act on this and provide a resolution?

                        Date of order -Wed, 5th Apr
                        One I place the order they updated on apps as product was delivered on 13th of April but I have not receive the product so I had call customer care they said it will be deliver on 21st of April, again they had call me ask did i receive the product or not I said no.
                        Now they are updating they had delivered the product and not ready to refund my amount also .
                        Kindly do the needful because as customer they cant cheat like this to any customers

                                I have exchange phone value 3050/- rupees not yet received. Below is product order details.

                                Flipkart support team marked the issue as resolved but I haven't received refund yet.
                                Kindly help to get refund as soon as possible.

                                On 30 th April I received a call from flipkart support team member Arghadeep Ghosh. He asked me to share complete issue. I have told me all details. He was talking very sensible and told me by 2may he will call back and resolve my issue but today again have to take follow up with Flipkart support team. This is not good support and service Flipkart is providing. I am taking follow up since last 1 months. Which is not acceptable.
                                Kindly provide the update on the issue.

                                  I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a serious issue I am facing with an e-commerce company, Flipkart, regarding a recent purchase I made through their website.

                                  On 16-April-2023, I had ordered a "PUMA Extent Nitro Concrete Jungle shoe" from Flipkart, order ID #OD[protected]. However, upon receiving the package, I was extremely disappointed to find that the product delivered to me was not what I had ordered. The product I received was different and did not match the order ID, Name & Shipping address in the invoice they provided. The order id I received was #OD[protected].

                                  Upon contacting the company's customer service, I was informed that a replacement has been made and Flipkart customer case executive assured me that I will receive my actual product before 26th-April-2023, a replacement delivery personal was behaved rude and didn't give the replacement product by saying it is different product Despite my repeated attempts to reason with them and demand a refund or replacement, I was met with complete denial and uncooperative behaviour from their customer service representatives.

                                  I feel cheated and disheartened by the unprofessional and unethical behaviour of Flipkart and delivery service. As a consumer, I have the right to receive the product that I have paid for, and it is the responsibility of the company to ensure the correct product and to fulfil their obligations towards their customers.

                                  In light of the above-mentioned facts, I would like to file a formal complaint against Flipkart. I request the consumer team to take prompt action against the company and help me obtain the refund or replacement I am entitled to.

                                  I am enclosing a copy of the invoice, order confirmation, and other relevant documents related to the purchase for your reference. I hope that the consumer court will take the necessary action to ensure that justice is served.

                                    I had placed an order of Glenmark Episoft AC Moisturiser With Microencapsulated Sunscreen - SPF 30 PA++++ but received a duplicate sunscreen of the same name but completely different texture, smell, product casing and cap. My order id is OD[protected]
                                    The episoft sunscreen product which i have received is duplicate. I have compared the details and found.

                                    1. Fragrance is also different and really annoying.

                                    2. The packaging is different and not proper.

                                    3. The cap is fake.

                                    4. The product was opened upon receiving.

                                    5. No printed product number on the end.

                                    6. It has an obvious misprint of the name.

                                    If this causes severe skin infection or skin damage. Will flipkart take the responsibility?!

                                    I have been ordering products since a long time from flipkart. Also i am a regular user of episoft sunscreen. Highly dissapointed.
