I've recently made a purchase from Flipkart of a laptop from Asus (Asus ROG Strix G15) on 9th May, 2023, which was delivered to me with some software malfunctions like certain keys were not working and had startup issues. Flipkart had arranged an on-demand service check with an Asus certified service centre, namely F1 Infosolutions and services Pvt Ltd. The technician assigned by them, approved this product for the replacement along with the DOA certificate. A package containing my laptop was sealed again and was prepared for the replacement on 27th May, 2023 but Flipkart has now cancelled my replacement request and is not providing me a clear status of my replacement. I have all the call recordings, necessary documents, bills, and proof of product in the malfunctioning stage.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
