I wanted to buy a top from flipkart. As i was in a process of completing an order for a top, amount was deducted from my phonepe. But there is no order confirmation. Guess its not placed. Cant find the order in my orders. It's already more than 24 hours. No order or refund message. This was my first order on flipkart and it has come out as a total disappointment. Request the flipkart team to look into this matter.

    I have been trying to book a product named f&d t200x sound bar during offers days from 15th july to 18th of this month. It has been showing out of stock to my pin code. And i have tried many pin codes in our country so to check where it is available. Unfortunately it was not available to any pin code address in our country. This situation happens only in offers days.in normal days this product is available to my address with out any issue with hiked price. Now flipkart is giving discount on gadgets from 25 -27th and and same thing is happening. So flipkart is giving offers and make the products unavailable to consumers. Flipkart is doing these type of fake sales.

      I am unable toh login my flipkart account.. I think my account has been blocked.
      I have no clue why did they blocked my account.
      My flipkart account is very old and the email id which is linked with it is not working right now. I'm ur genuine and regular buyer from last so many years.

        I got a mail from flipkart customer support service that my account is closed due to high return.
        They've not mentioned anywhere that one can request for how much returns within a month i[censored]ser exceeds this number then his account will be blocked.
        I'm also a plus member of flipkart but they are not replying of my mails. They just copying & pasting same information every time given as below.

            These are 4 examples out of many other issues I have placed.
            1. Order OD[protected] is not delivered on 18th July 2019 and 10pm after out for delivery in the early morning and after 5days also the product is not delivered and cancel option also not available. I contacted to customer care several times on 18th, 20th and 21st flipkart customer care team is really well trained so stick on same work like please wait for 24 to 48 hours and asked to cancel the order but not cancelled, as the credit card billing payment date is getting closer on I have went to hub and request to cancel, they took 24hrs to cancel. Amount is not yet refunded and the process is to slow and no one responded from the backend team to this issue till today and do not understand why we are not having direct contact phone line number to this team, I just understand like they are interested to waste customer time and money please do not make pre paid order good to go with cash in delivery. Can't trust flipkart. Here the main problem is the hub management Sanath Nagar branch Hyderabad the review also worst on that hub I do not have any idea like why the flipkart is not taking any actions on them instead of that it looks like they are encouraging them

            2. Order OD[protected]
            As the hub devices are not good i called customer care team and asked to change the address to my office and after 24hours asked whether the address was updated or not means it was updated they told but shockingly it was in the samet old hub address, It was reached to hub in the 6:21am after 12 hrs also they have not changed the status to out for delivery I went to hub and asked why are not delivering the product and they replied like your estimated date is 26th and today is 22nd we will send on or before 26th we will not give now. I request like atleast the customer reached hud to get the product why are not showing the interest to search the product and deliver no response and asked to cancel the order and went from there with in 3hrs they call me and asked to product to collect that before closing there hub left just 1hour. My time is completely waste twice by taking permission from office.

            3. OD[protected]. Placed order on 18th July 2019 and now end of 25th July 2019 the product is not even shipped. Just they will hold over money and waste over time by saying stupid offers. Offline stores are better we see the mobile use the mobile and purchase instantly, here we are trusting and buying without having any in hand feel.

            4. OD[protected].
            This is for Samsung Note9, high-end premium phone. I have faced network issue and heating issue in the phone, after raising complaint they arrange the tech visit he will come and take a screenshot in the mobile and close the status as no issue in phone without checking the mobile. When I say this to flipkart they will rearrange tech visit and say this is the solution we can provide. I have taken a video and sent to them they did not even bothered and said like will reschedule again. No resolution after rasing complaint in this form they use to close this as resolution was provide and customer is happy, I have attached the photo of tech visit and previously all closed requets. Then they have refuded after long time, u thought I lost my 70k by unnecessarily buying in flipkart (I have purchased few mobile in Amazon there service and check up is genuine).
            And when I asked the tech visit person why are you doing like this he replied like we are not having option like issue in the phone to update so we are not checking just closing the case as no issue in the phone like flipkart is cheat us.

            Not having any trust on flipkart, so cancelling all the products.

                I purchased one dall for my daughter on 16 July . my order supposed to delivered by 19 jully . but till that day it was not delivered hence I contacted customer care then they given me another date that is 23 jully as product delivery date but no luck they responded back me that they are not in the position to deliver this product I have to cancel it I denied it then they took 2 more days and again saying that I have to cancel this product and reorder it then I said please provide this product with same price but they denied it I need serious help from you guys please resolve my issue

                  i made a purchase of mobile on 18th july on flipkart. i and other 3-4 collegue placed the same order but the order got cancelled stating the reason a wrong price mentioned. all my friends got a shopping voucher
                  when i called the customer care and asked why i dint get the vocher they said its from seller. again when i mailed i got a call that it will be rectified in 24 hours. but next day i got a mail that your
                  account is not being used for personal use so we are deactivating the account.
                  this is the second time i got the same issue. if there is any boundation of purchasing then it should be sent as a mail info first also i have not purchased anything in bulk.

                  is this justify that if we complain they will simply deactivate the account.

                  now my both account with the no [protected] and [protected] are disabled.
                  do these company have a monopoly or having no control of govt.

                  suggest me where i can file the complaint.

                    I want to return the product bought from amazon as it is not up to the mark it is hurting my ears and Flipkart is saying only replacement is acceptable not return were as amazon if we request they provide us return and full refund.Flipkart service is bad and need my full refund for the product I have purchased.Please solve my problem and they have blocked my account also before I am using my mother's account to buy the product they are giving fake reasons that I have buyed products for selling reason what a nonsense is this.

                        I am so disappointed and furious at this moment. I have been a customer of flipkart since years and have bought some expensive products earlier but never in a million years had this happened as it is happening today. I have placed an order for an iphone 7 gold 128GB of Rs 23059/- from 2GUD(flipkart). Received it on 21st July 2019. I am well aware of the fact that the products from 2GUD are refurbished, however the battery drains faster then i ever imagined. It do not last for even 3 hours so how do you expect me to keep it? Plus the overheating of the phone is another issue. So on 22nd July 2019 made a request for return. They send a technician for further enquiry and it was decided for a return. But what flipkart does is reject my refund saying the technician did not give the proper feedback. I have talked with the technician he said he did his part for sending feedback of return but has no clue why did they reject it. So they again processed my return and refund request and the next day again they send the same technician. The technician repeated the same lines you must return it and i ll do my part. But the moment he leaves they reject my refund again. And again after having a talk with the help centre they are saying to send the same technician again? Like am i a kid?? Or a fool??
                        The technician says a different story the help centre says a different story.Flipkart sucks and has failed so bad.
                        I need my refund and want to return this phone in fair and square way round.

                        I am so out of words for Flipkart. This is what you do to your customers??? Wow such audacity to actually mark my complaint as irrelevant complaint after such horrible service and treatment and after all those strong proofs. Alright alright.
                        No matter how good you may feel by neglecting my complaints. Let me get this straight. I have each and every proof, the meet with the technician too. Plus the receipt as well. Well they say everyday is not your day maybe today is not mine but mark my words soon i will get on this and make sure to remind you of this day and of your actual responsibilities towards your customers.

                              I have received a defective (K20 pro) mobile from filpkart. This is the second time im experiencing the issue with filpkart. The first time was with infinix hot s3 mobile, i phone had heating issue but filpkart did not accept my replacement despite i request return in 24 hrs. Instead of return they insisted me to go to a service centre and make me to use the same defective product. This time they deny my replacement i will sure to go to the consumer court.                                 So iv cancelled it and request ed for money back. I was asked to wait till 25 July . Today when i asked again i am given one more date. Not giving my money . Pay it today or i have to take step further.

                                    Yesterday morning i. E. 24th july 2019 i got a call from a person followed by a message that i had to shop anything worth 3000inr on flipkart, call him back and provide him some id of the order, after which i would be eligible for some assured gift. When i called customer care they said it was fraud call. How can flipkart leak my personal information, my address and all the order details. He told me where i live, what was my last order and when was my last order (Which is almost 7 months ago). I'm seriously not happy with flipkart's behavior.

                                      I received the frock on 10 th and due to size issue, raised complaint on 11th, however no one is here to pick up the product and refund hasn't processed. I contacted many times to customer care however each n every time they said it will be resolved within 2 days. Pls check and help me to get the refund at the earliest.                                         I recently placed an order at flipkart (An electronic commerce company headquartered in bangalore, karnataka) for redmi k20 mobile phone under exchange offer. The exchange offer involves exchanging older mobile with a newer one. When the ekart (Courier name) executive came to deliver the mobile, he rejected the exchange saying the screen has a scratch (Of 2 mm, barely visible from naked eyes). I contacted delivery boys manager and he said we don't accept any phone if it has any scratches on front or back side. Are they expecting that customers should exchange new phones. Old phones will have some scratches and in this case it was only 1 scratch of 2 millimeter. I accepted the mobile and gave amount of exchange.

                                        I contacted customer care today and they said it's in our policy that we accept mobile phones which have scratches, but now since the order has been delivered so they can't do anything about it, how is this fair?

                                        The flipkart terms and conditions are (Flipkart terms and conditions followd by my response):

                                        A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device.

                                        The old device exactly matches the declaration provided by me.

                                        B. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger.

                                        The phone switches on and remans active for hours together.

                                        C. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                                        The imei of the old device matches exactly with that provided by me.

                                        D. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone

                                        There are no cracks on the screen and it remains intact. There are neither cracks nor missing buttons in the phone.

                                        E. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc needs to be de — activated).

                                        The screen lock was kept active.

                                        F. For apple iphones, i-cloud account is unlocked.

                                        This is not applicable in my case.

                                        Despite fulfilling the terms and conditions as a customer, my purchase order was not fulfilled and thus the exchange was rejected. 1400 is a huge amount and i would like flipkart to either give me the compensation or take my old mobile from my home and then pay me the amount that needs to be paid.
