Updated by ganesh.sonawane07 They promise resolution today, now it's 04:20PM, still no proper update from Flipkart team.
i called customer support team, they are saying ""Sir please wait till 9PM, concern team will upadte you.""
They have not done anything in last 5 days, what they will do in next 4-5 hrs.
I want my product vivo z1 pro 6gb 128gb sonic black delivery at home.
I dont need any excuse no more.

Updated by ganesh.sonawane07 Just now i had word with Senior agent from flipkart team, he schedule the product delivery date for tomorrow.
He used some application which they used to reschedule the product. Now the question remains as below.
1. I will get delivery tomorrow?, or he just reschedule the date to finish the call from his end.
2. I will be happy, if get delivery tomorrow. They why not any agent done this before???
3. If not delivery by tomorrow, then how long i have to wait and how much time i need to waste againt ?? again which date they will fix ??
Since last 5 days i have waste my value able time and energy, i was tense and worried. Who will repay for it??
I know flikart is handlling thousands of customers, but there should be standard process where someone from your team should at least call customer and assure them, if you will not get product will arrange for you same product in next 2-3 days or asap, let the investigation goes on. This assurance will have customer faith on flikart and i hope he will be happy to continue with you.

my product is out for delivery, i hope will get it today. i had word with delivery guy, he said"i will reach there by evening, i will try to deliver today"

If logistics team were holding product since last 6 days, flikart should take strick against them.
