This complaint is regarding the pay later due to the Flipkart online shopping services.
I have already returned the two products 17-18 days ago, which I had bought along with other products from Flipkart on the Pay Later option.
My actual payment bill of pay later supposed to be Rs.1331 for the month of June 2019. And now I'm getting the texts and
e-mails saying the return was rejected, but the existent is that the person from the delivery office had taken those products.
Initially, the amount was indicating Rs. 2382 but now it has raised to Rs. 2582 including the delayed dues.
And also am unable to clear my pay later account bill, since it has been blocked.
I'm trying to contact them through call services, E-mail, and social media.
Whenever I try to call customer care from my Flipkart registered mobile number it won't connect, so I have to call them from another number. Also, they are repeatedly saying we will contact within 3 to 4 days.
Without resolving the problem, continuously receiving the texts and emails of legal actions.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi,
We are sorry to let you know that your return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

Updated by Amithkkumar Again the same reason your providing, I told you that the product has been taken by your delivery department. Why don't you confirm there once, and how can I pay the money even if the product is not with me.
Why the return has canceled. The product wasn't compatible to use. So basically you are compelling me to use the damaged product and pay the money for the item which is not with me.
Let us suppose that if I want to clear my bill how should I pay without login to account.
