I have paid amount rs. 13661 on 18.07.19 around 1 p. M through ref no. [protected]igagpqqjn9 to flipcart from sbi online banking for purchase of-1. Blackberry evolve mobile set; 2. Acm flip cover for blackberry evolve; 3. S-softline tempered glass guard. But the products are not showing in my flipcart and when called to flipcart helpline no. They responded for no order placed. Please help

    I have placed an order (Od[protected] for honor 9n mobile in flipkart on last day of big shoping days (18/07/2019). While ordering, stock was there and i have placed order successfully and it was processed and got message, it will be delivered on monday (22/07/2019). But once the big shopping days over, on 19/07/2019 in my orders section of flipkart, it was mentioned as seller (Indiflashmart) cancelled the order as it is out of stock. My question here is if really the product is out of stock why are you displaying the product in your website with fancy offer prices for limited time. Because of this i missed the offers given by you and your competitor (Amazon). This is totally not fair. Few hours later after my order, i have seen the same product was in stock with same seller but with higher price. Point to be noted is indiflashmart is flipkart assured seller as well. On calling flipkart, getting no response on delivering the product. Please look at the snapshits attached (Crazy to see the ordered time and cancelled time). Please be honest for customers instead of entering fake numbers as time.
    Hereby i request you that, i don't need any other compensation other than the product which i have ordered for same price. I am not worried about colour and date of delivery. So please make sure to deliver the same product for the price which i have ordered on your offer period.

        Vide order id od[protected] i have ordered for idesign back cover (316) for my redmi note 4 mobile costing rs 299/- plus delivery charge of rs 40/-. I have paid the full cost as required and collected the item. On inspecting it is noticed that the item is not the one ordered by me. The item received is black glass cover.
        So i am not happy with your performance and not prepared to accept the item delivered since it is not the one required.
        So please arrange replacement early.

Today i got the email that my order has been cancelled by the seller and they told that i can back my money after 1 week so i m not able to use my money and alsoi am not geting the mobile also for which i booked erlier and paid rs 1520. They are playing with us and my money.

            Dear sir,
            Vivo z1pro i bought and its camera is hanging in portrait mode.
            Help me please i asked flipkart for replacement and techinican visit take place they accept the fault in my phone but after some time flipkart cancelled my replacement request without any verification from me its a worst experience i bought it on 11 and deliver to me on 15 imagine how i am feeling now, help me on this sir i feel that i will loose my 10 days replacement policy of flipkart and no replacement will happen. My registered number is 78* i am providing the proof my concern because you have faith in seller not in costumer that's why you cancel my replacement without verification from my side.

              I have been placing order on flipkart and i have been a daily and loyal customer of flipkart. But the last 3 orders i gave, they all being repeatedly cancelled by the seller even after i am prepaying the order. When i called their customer service, they even didnt have any answer as to why is this happening.
              I am posting a picture as well.
              If they dont have something or if something is out of stock, then they must show it on their site.
              This was a really big convinience i had faced because the thing i ordered was needed by me very much. This needs to be solved, orelse i want my money back.

                  I purchased mi note 7 pro is very poor camera quality and mobile performance and net is now worked same network area other mi lower product are working fine but that's product like vga camera n red eye issue, net speed very poor, and performing like 2gb same mi2 4gb are working fast..

                  I reset and updated all ios software n app but flipkart still not able to provide proper solution and his tech team make fool to customer they are not taking issue.. I made replacement complain on 25 june more than 25 days gone but still not provided resolution due to i'm unable to use cell and i request please refund my money i will purchase product from direct mi.com or mi store..

                  I request to my all friend circle,, please don't purchase from flipkart they just cheat with customer and his policy and support are very poor... And one more thing they made fake support query in his system and want to put blame on users. I invest my last six month saving to buy this product and want to save my time but still not giving me replacement or money back i seriously disappointed please i again request to higher support refund my money and collect your mobile.. Its my biggest mistake to buy a product from flipkart.

                  Sir i'm requesting you please back my money and its high of disappointment.. I want to save my time and money but you did too late and made wrong n fake promises. Hence i want request you please justice with me and back my money. If you can't do that.. Allowing me to help customer forum/ dist court to file a case against it.                     I purchased redmi k20 pro on 17.07.2019 with 3 attempts online (2 debit card+1 netbanking).                         I have made a order for poco f1 phone, order no is : od[protected]. Which i made into emi transaction.
                        But my icici account was debited twice for same amount. Which is 14819.

                        Transaction id are : 534476 & 541433 (Provided by bank, they want a response from flipkart for any action for undoing the transaction)

                        I raised a complaint in 8th july through phone, on 9th july through chat and by e-mail also.

                        I have already received two incident numbers which ware provided below. But till now i haven't received any response for my concern.

                          I purchased 2 backpacks of american tourister on 23/4/19 with inr 1139/pc & i got the pc on correct time. & the site says it have 1 year worldwide warranty. The 2 items s is damaged fully & it's stitches fully damaged. Its used by my sons & they are 4th & 6th stds respectively. I need to say one thing cash is not paper..!!! Don't foolish customers like provide local quality items. I need my cash back no need to repair it. Coz after repair also this item's quality is pitty same as above. So refund my cash & do further proceedings. If not get a needful reply from your end, im plan to go through consumer court & file case against flipkart pakka & also liable to pay my time spend behind this...!!!
                          Mind it...!! This can't do anymore to any customers..

                            I have ordered a honor 9n smartphone in billion day sale in flipkart, which offered a price of 1520/- on 18th june 2019, on 19th june, when i checked the status, it was in cancelled status. When i called customer care, they are simply telling its as technical error, actually its an breach of contract, so decided to sue on consumer court. As flipkart doesn't have any showroom, it has only online website to showcase their products, when they give the things in offer, how can they cancel without any prior notice.                               I ordered a laptop on flipkart app which does not show the information regarding keyboard and pen not being included with device. This is a glitch on their app and they won't consider my refund request saying you should have checked website or called us before ordering the product.
                              It's the poorest response to a customer who already had been misinformed due to their application issues.

                              I want my refund or atleast keyboard in order to usr this device. The executives are blunt in their response while taking my issue.
                              The picture below shows the highlights section where no note appears informing customer about the package details.

                              The in box accessories say "2 in one laptop" which also does not convey the meaning of not including keyboard.

                              All in all, the app is buggy w. R. T the information being shown which has led to me being caught in the middle of this issue.

                              I hope they look forward to hear my case.

                                  I bought this product from flipkart and having issues since the day of installation. From installation to leakage from the product then from water taste to purifier stopped working, faced all issue from the day of installation. The customer care is also not helping. Tried reaching livpure cust care but they are also not helping. Regretting that i purchased this from flipkart. Livpure is a #. I don't know how tendulkar is endorsing this. Flipkart is not providing any assistance once the product is installed and livpure is not taking complains. Their maximum service time is 48 hrs so if anything happens to your purifier then you have to live without water for 48 hrs and believe me i had to drink tap water in the night as all the shops were closed.

Since the product was delivered to you on 21 May 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfil your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out. In the unlikely event of the brand's authorised service centre not being able to help you, please let us know and we'll definitely assist you. Hope this helps.

                                    Hello Sir,
                                    I am Bishal Singh, i am here to place a complaint of my cancelled order,
                                    I have purchased many products from flipkart with no major issue but,

                                    On 18th july 2019, I placed an order for a phone name "Honor 9N(Sapphire Blue, 32 GB) on Flipkart at 12:15 pm from an flipkart assured seller "IndiFlashMart" which cost me Rs 1520 at that time whose flipkart order id is OD[protected]

                                    When i ordered i chose "cash on delivery" but later paid it by phonepe (*as flipkart has the option to change the payment method for cod to prepaid)

                                    At same day on 10:32pm the seller cancelled my order and refunded the amount and given reason "This product is Out of stock. Hence, the seller has cancelled your order"
                                    but there was too many stock and for the whole day the product was available from the same seller and so i want that product ..

                                    From flipkart i don't want any compensation, I only want the same honor 9n phone..

                                    so this is my request to you to please look into the matter and provide the same phone from flipkart.

                                    We're sorry to let you know that that your order for Honor 9N (Sapphire Blue, 32 GB) has been canceled by the seller as its price was incorrectly listed by them on the website and app. This has now been corrected and you can place a fresh order for it if you want. However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 18 Jul 19 in your Phonepe account. To thank you for your understanding, the seller has added Rs.1700 to the Gift Card section of your Flipkart account.

                                      I ordered an expensive FOSSIL ES 3713 Taylor Analog watch worth INR 10, 995 ORDER ID: OD[protected] on 1st July 2019 from Flipkart from the flipkart seller named RETAIL NET.

                                      The order was delivered within a day and reached by 3rd July 2019 at the location i.e. GURUgram sector 31.

                                      But to my astonishment the product received was a fake watch.. may be of worth INR 50.

                                      So as a regular customer who orders in frequency from flipkart should do what. Generate a complaint and inform the authorities about the same in hope of a resolution.

                                      But to my wonder the giant online shopping platform refused to acknowledge my complaint at first.

                                      After repeated calls and mails from my end everyday, they assured me for a resolution every other day asking for 24 hr but no replies or mails from their end.
                                      After frustrating 10 days they told me that they gonna enquire about the issue and file a complaint against the seller.

                                      But on repeated pressure from my end all they did was a reply stating the seller has refused to replace the item and the delivery boy said he handed over the correct item hence issue from our end is resolved even when it was clearly mentioned that item can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

                                      I mean they simply refuse to take any action and refund my money.
                                      Firstly I receive a wrong item and then I don't get my money back for the fake product.

                                      This is how they are treating their customers.
                                      The seller is not ready to accept a replacement and flipkart refuses to give me a refund.

                                      This is all ### going on they think we customers are trash who cannot do anything and will accept any loophole from their end.
