Each time i try to reset my password after selecting the forgot password option after putting in my mobile number, it do provides the otp - however whatever the password i type in it says : unable to update password. Please retry.
It also does not have an option to put in my email instead of my mobile number and send a password reset option. The first prompt that always comes in is for the mobile number and each time it fails.

    Dear sir
    I purchased a new mobile (Redmi note 7 pro) from flipkatt. After using 1 day i facing some issue in operiting mobile. Mobile is hanging and freezing... Randemly it's freezing when i typing msgs. Also some time it's hanging for 5-6 second. I also raised replacement request but in this process they make a technical person visit and he say that your mobile is ok if you want then you call install a new software from service center and after then u can use mobile... Now after 5 days i facing these issue on high level. I already conplained to flipkart customer care but they didn't revert about this. Flipkart harrising on the name of replacement. I need replacement of my mobile.

      Hi sir,

      [incident: in[protected]]

      I tried to contact flipkart via mail but no one replying on my mail and no one providing solutions for my concern.
      As discussed with flipkart customer care, according to them my flipkart
      Account blocked, due to resaling product and i haven't buy any product for resale, till i buyed all products only for individual use only, last week i have added flipkart vouchers of rs 13999/- for buy new phone from flipkart, also i ordered for cell phone but unfortunately my order got cancelled by flipkart they saying that my account suspected for resaling products,

      Why flipkart blocked my account?

      Whats the reason for this?
      I already dropped lots of mails but im getting only one reply from flipkart that account suspected by system due to this you no longer use flipkart.

      Help me to resolve this asap

      Last week i got a email from flipkart, they ask me for bank details for refunding my deducted amount, i provide all details over mail, yet i did not get my money refund to my bank account also flipkart said that they are closing my account permanently which will never open again.

      Flipkart request to you kindly initiate money transfer process quickly and update for the same.

        Hi sir i ordered poco f1 in flipkart i received a defective product and raised a replacement request and it's been completed
        They give a replacement product but the problem is again i received defective product it's not detecting sim cards
        And again i raised return request they are cancelling 2 times without any information

          I have ordered a product in flipkart on 20th jun and paid through net banking. When the order deliver, the delivery boy asking for money since the parcel shows cod. Even after i showed the payment proof they denied and took the stuff back. Later they cancel the order without my knowledge. Now they are delaying refund by giving silly reasons

            My affiliate fee reached rs. 3, 167/- and i selected gift-voucher as payment mode.
            On jan 2019 affiliate fee was 2, 849.7
            In april it reached rs 3, 167

            In both cases, i should get gift vouched but it not given. I re-uploaded documents in april 2019 since i did name update in pan card, and from more than two months under my account section, it is showing the below message.
            "the documents submitted are under process. It will take 10-12 days for verification to be completed."

            I sent many requests regarding via contact us and many emails to [protected]@flipkart.com but did not get any response.

            My flipkart affiliate tracking id is: shivanand12

            Flipkart is providing any support and not even there is a number to contact them. The situation is hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard-earned money.

              Cash payment was taken by the flipkart delivery person as payment that was made for the product was not visible on the delivery boy system this happened on 20 june 2019. Since then i am chasing flipkart for refund of double payment made on the product. I have a chain mail where 48 hr resolution promises are made but not action has been taken yet. every time Flipkart person calls and say we were unable to contact you therefore there is a delay.

              I have copied there grievances officer as well however no action taken yet.

                On June 30th 2015, I bought a Mobile Phone [Redmi Note 7 Pro Nebula Red, 128 GB], which is available for a few moments on Flipkart website, that I purchased through Bajaj Finance Card for Rs/ 16398, through an exchange offer [Lenovo A7000 Price 1100 & 100 pick up charge]. On 1st July at 4 pm came to an 'wishmaster' in my door for pick up exchange product [Lenovo A7000] & the said order delivery . The wishmaster discarded the Exchange product and refuse to accept it & leave me without distributing my product. Despite the fact that I have made a cash payment, the wishmaster went away without talking to me. Immediately (July 1, 2019, 4:17 PM) I complained to the customer care that my exchange product was not picked up because the product is not perfect. I want to know to customer care, how can I get my order delivery without having 'exchange product Lenovo A7000'? I was told that the value of the exchange product is 1100 rupees. If I give the cash, then the product will be delivered to me. I agree to it. I have been asked for the customer care from 3/7/19, then suddenly [Mon, Jul 1, 7:17 pm] I got a mail where I was asked to give some pictures of the exchange product. I immediately [Mon, Jul 1], 11:32 PM] tells Customer Care that the complete wrong information about my order in the mail [order 'OD[protected]' for the product 'Redmi Note 7 Pro (Space Black, 64 GB)'] Have been given. I do not want to exchange. I want to get my mobile delivery by paying cash. Customer care is assured that you will get your product. Everyday upto 3rd July has requested customer care, but on 4th july, I have been given a message that my product has been canceled. I was harassed this way. Who will charge 'Bajaj Financial' company for loan or cancellation?

                    I had ordered a lavie shoulder bag on flip kart and it was a pre paid order. It was supposed to be delivered on 3rd of july itself but it did not get delivered. The delivery boy (Ravi maurya) is extremely rude and i requested him to deliver the product according to my schedule but he kept fooling me that he would deliver it till this time but he did not.. He called me late at night 7pm to deliver the order. And whenever i would call him, he's just too rude, bangs the phone on me and showing tantrums and even today a product has to be delivered and i've been calling him since morning to coordinate the timing but he's continuously rejecting my call and delaying it purposely and because of such actions of a delivery boy i'm finding it really really difficult to shop on flipkart.. I need to cancel my previous orders also because i can't take so much disrespect. My orders are usually prepaid, so he always shows his tantrums and fools me. I think i should not order on flip kart from now on. His contact number - [protected] (Ravi maurya). He could be life threatening to me in coming days.

                    And because of his idiotic, rude behavior and purposely delaying my products, I've cancelled my 2 previous orders of amount Rs. 1, 104 and Rs. 295 but I have not received the refund yet. A product with order ID, mentioned above has to be delivered today but it's not done yet even after me trying several times to call him. He's not picking up my phone and when he receives, he's so impolite and rude to me and my mother.

                      My order have not deliver within time due to worst service provided by courier partner of flipkart Ekart,
                      As per Provided by flipkart we got wrong message on 30/06/19, that show'my parcel is out of delivery but receiver refuse delivery.'

                      They have crossed 4promised dates
                      First promised date was 25th june, and next 27th next 29th and at last 1st July, today date was 4th..
                      Product not yet delivered,
                      Today i have a call that they won't deliver to my pin code, if not deliver to my pin code why they accept my request payment.
                      Product is at my nearest hub from past 5days...
                      I requested them to provide address or phone number of them i will pickup directly but they not accepted this request.

                        My order have not deliver within time due to worst service provided by currior partner of flipkart dotzot,
                        As per provided by flipkart we got wrong massage on 01/7/19, that show'my parcel is out of delivery but receiver refuse delivery.'

                        After that we got once massage that ; the parcal returned initiated'
                        I call 2 times flipcart assitance both time they assure and confirm delivery asap. But till now not receved positive reponse.

                        What a worst service provided by flipcart, why you connect these type currior partners,

                        We are requsting onnce and last if my parcal not deliver today, then i cant use flipkart by tommarrow.

                        I was placing an order on Flipkart for a cube but while making payment the session expired. But I received a message that the amount is debited from my account, however, there is no order placed for it. When I call the customer care it is always busy. [protected]@flipkart.com does not exist anymore as the email bounced back. Kindly help.

                          But till i haven't received any items from flipkart.

                          And regarding this flipkart has not given any confirmation or any date of delivery. And after payment, i have not received any successful order message. And as they have already deducted the payment, but not given any confirmation message

                              I have ordered qty 3 nos of bathroom cabinet by paying rs5340. (Order no od[protected] and invoice no fabmlh[protected] dtd 18.6.2019). I have received only one cabinet on 26 jun2019. I have talked to your consumer service but i think he has completely misunderstood my problem. He has sent his courier to collect the one already delivered as "return" which was not my intention. It is very simple as i wanted the remaining qty 2 to be delivered to me. Now i understood from your message that one more has been issued for delivery on 11 jul. Please make sure that qty 2 should be delivered on 11 jul.

                              Also i request you to instruct you courier e-kart logistics to deliver the items at the shipping address as last time he told me to collect from his office which about 15 km from my place.

                                Please cancel an unauthorized purchase using my sbi atm card with out my knowledge by a fraudster, from your portal.
                                The purchase amounts to. Rs. 3699/- and the same amount has been deducted from my account.

                                I want to cancel this order immediately refund the payment back in my a/c.
                                My atm card has starting no. 4786 and last 4 digits 6759.

                                Kindly cancel this unauthorized purchase and refund the money back in my account.

                                  I have purchased thomson tv 40 inch from flipkart and worth rs 17499 installation done last week and from sides light is coming and vidoe getting paused picture quality also bad same was informed to technician he told this is normal i have requested that i don't want product give refund they are not ready to except again n again sending technician i want my refund help me for this

                                    Ordered which is not delivered yet and now they are telling product is not available, your pin code is not matching, and logistic company is responsible all this # reasons.
                                    I spoke to jyoti, sneha, and others flipkart executives since morning and just fed up in explaining my concerns to them every time but no result.

                                      I order zenfone max m1 on 27 june and they give me a promise date of 2nd july.. They are sending me msg of your product out of delivery since 30the june to till today.. But i dont get any delivery and any calls for the delivery yet.. They waste my 4 days bcos i wait for the delivery to come (I lost 2days of my worktime) but every evening they send msg to me as your address is unlocatable. (I am ordering from flipkart last 3 years on same address). I complaint on flipkart and delivery partner ecom express many times but they failed to resolve my complaint..in this 4 days delivery boy didn't call me single time but i had messages of delivery 4 times in 4 days

                                      No any contact to this executive no.
                                      No any calls from executive..
                                      Only they are wasting of my time.

                                        I have purchased the item on 27 june 2019, flipkart given the date of delivery is 1 july 2019. But not delivered on 1 july 2019. Then i called to customer support team, then they told me that, the order will be delivered on 3rd july 2019. But still i have no any update from flipkart and they are not assuring me when will the order delivered. I have already paid flipkart in advanced 17713/-
