Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i was made prepaid ordered a Nokia 6.1 (Iron, White, 32 GB) Mobile on dt.19.06.2019 vide prepaid Order - OD[protected] because of delivery date & time showing 20.06.2019 - 11:00AM, i ordered this mobile for gifting dt.20.06.2019.
I was contacted your delivery boy 2-3times but he was delayed reached to me at 05:15PM & demand cash (COD) from me against my this prepaid order, i ask with your delivery boy, " this is prepaid order" but he was not handover to me my order.
I was contacted your toll free customer care number but they were not given any satisfactory answer to me & not arrange same day (20.06.2019) delivery.
This item urgent required to me for birthday gift on 20.06.2019.
You are requested to take a immediate action to solve this problem & make a urgent delivery on dt.20.06.2019.
