I received an Marq AC 1.5 ton 5star in 19/6/19. It was installed on 22/6. Ever since it was installed there was issue with cooling. In 28th may we have reported this issue to customer care of both flipkart and marq. After so many calls and rescheduling technician visited after few days and he acknowledged that the AC is not cooling properly. He said that it shud be replaced. But somehow they closed the caSe with status resolved . We are constantly calling and reporting the issue with flipkart to get it replaced but every time they schedule a technician visit for second opinion but no any technician visits and then they close the complaint and when we call them for status they again open a new complaint and repeat the same process for few days. its been a month.in the meanwhile the AC is not cooling at all. Initially it was cooling a bit but now it's not cooling at all. Od id od[protected]

    Despite the courier guy approving of that the phone complies with given instructions, he refuses to pick up the phone by adding his own subjective interpretations of scratches (which according to terms are acceptable)... while the phone had not even one dent but only one scratch.

    When will Flipkart stop playing these petty practices of duping people into buying products from their website?

    I have used Flipkart Pay Later But the Products were pathetic.i placed returns but they blocked my account .I want to return the products but they have blocked my account.Now I can neither pay nor return.I am being harrased to pay and they are not willing to unblock
    My login no. is [protected] and email is sadiq.[protected]@gmail.com ... The problem is I am anable to log into my account and the error is showing that login unsuccessful and please try after a min.

      This is cheshta. Order ID - od[protected]. I ordered a book "the secret" having description of hardcover in details of product section. But I am highly disappointed to see its paperback and paper quality of the book is also worse. I would like to get it replaced and refund for the inconveniences. I needed the book today only as i was to gift it to someone on some special occasion. But the condition of the book makes me upset.

        Hi,

        I have ordered VIVO V15 Pro on dated 04/06/2019 and the expected delivery to me was 06/06/2019 but the delivery boy not delivered my phone on 06/06/2019. I called the delivery boy but he did not pick my call and he delivered my phone on 07/06/2019. When the delivery boy give the parcel to my Mother and he tell them, please make the video before open the parcel. When I reached my home in lunch time my mother tell me the delivery boy said to me make the video at the time of open the parcel then same I make the video at the time of open the parcel and in the box i received Motorola damaged phone in 2 parts. Same time I called the Flipkart Customer care for complaint against the fraud to me and they registered my complaint and replacement request on dated 07/06/2019. Till date Flipkart is not giving my correct phone they always said to me please wait. First they tell me please wait till 12/06/2019 then they said to me please wait till 16/06/2019. After 16/06/2019 then they said to me please wait till 20/06/2019 and today again they told me please wait till 23/06/2019 and our concerned person will contact to you. I have also shared the video to Flipkart by mail on dated 14/06/2019.
        Please help me on this matter.

            Hi my name is ramesh kumar i have place an order of tv on flipkart on 17 june 2019 in exchnage offer, offers was to exchange your old tv, i typed samsung 40 in and i got 15k exchange offer and the tv i was ordering was 27999, and at last i have to pay 13099, but when delivering boy came and check the tv they said that there are lines on the tv so we reject to take i called customer care they said that your tv have scratches, two different statement, but my tv does not have any problem, they were just preparing to make just false statement to reject the item, flipkart is not answering properly, they are just making customer fools nothing else, just creating fake sales

                They are just making fool by providing a excuse that we would forward ur request to concern team and nothing can be out from the same
                i place a order on 27 may the product was powerbank of company ambranne having 10000Mah capacity which cost around ₹799
                but when i used the item next day i found that it having issue of not to charge the phone other than this it release alot of heat
                which is harmful for my phone, so i decided to replace the product beacaue refundable option was nt avaible that time so when i do that and i got the another powerbank, on 3 june aftertht post some days that product also have the same issue and i lodge a complaint in flipkart care on 13 june under the replacement TAT, then i make a call to company and when i talk to the executve then he say that he has forwarded my complaint with each point to the cincern team they will talk to u on by 16-6-19 then i said ok and cut the call but on the givn date nothing has been happned and i again make a call then they gave me reason that your request has been cancelled and they again raise the same and blah blah blah etc.
                after that they says that on 19-6-19 the team will talk to u for the product enquiry than i have no otpion and i said ok
                then on the given date i got call from flipkart cincern team and they ask me the thing i provides them everything clearly, then they said that, AS WE TALKED TO THE SALLER THIS TIME YOU WOULD GET REFUND INSTEAD OF REPLACEMENT i got happy to hear this that finally i got resolution, leking jab wo executive lene nhai aya product to maine next day fer call kia aur 1 ghnte k bad maine manager se bat kii toh unhine bataya ke apka issue ke lie complanit dal di gye h aur reasin ye h ke apko jo product mila h wo dusre colour ka h apne ap he reason bta rahe h

                            Hi i have ordered adidas sandals through flipkart it ws supposed to be delivered on 16th it got postponed to 18th, I called flipkart many number of times andt hey keep on saying wait till 7 pm on that day but no proper info.I have escalted this to supersviors too and asked them to follow up with courier people to deliver the product bu they unable to.Since this morning i.e 19th no update on flipakrt or courioer site when i call them they say it will deliver we don't know why is the delay.Really frustrating

                              My order number was OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 13.06.2019 but till today(19.06.2019) my product is not being delivered in spite of making more than 50-60 times contacting with customer-care and even though every time I got the response from their side that Flipkart backend team will contact me and provide me with the only information that why till now my order not being delivered.

                              I think in this case Amazon is the best platform to place the order.

Due to this, the order has returned to the seller. As we can see that the seller confirmed that a refund has been completed on 19 Jun 19 and would be reflecting on your account by 27 Jun 19.                                   I have ordered some products and these products were cancelled by the seller itself and they said the reason was that due to limited stock the seller has cancelled the product and gone for return. Then i ordered again and the product was shipped to my local courier partner then flipkart said that the the seller has cancelled the product due to limited stock and i ordered some other products like a 16gb sandisk memory card and bluetooth speaker also they all got shipped here to my place and on arrival i got the same message like seller has cancelled the product due to limited stock and return requested i didnt requested for return of any of these products.                                     “To Whom It May Concern” please do the needful on urgent basis

                                    I have purchased a smart MI TV from flipkart on 06th June 2019. I have received the product on 10th June 2019. Seller send the technician on same to install the tv – which is appreciated.

                                    Now the problem start - On the 11th we found that there is few technical issues with the tv. So, I have made the complaint against this to your customer care. They registered the compliant and asked me to wait until their technician visit at my home and confirm them that there is a such issue with the tv.

                                    After 2 days, I have received a call from your technician that he cannot visit my home, because he is sick and asked me to send default tv pic and video, so he can forward this to flipkart and asked them to replace this tv. I have forwarded few picture and video of TV on his what’s up number.

                                    Same evening I called the technician that he received my msgs or not. He said he received the msgs and already forwarded to flipkart. But he also said that he want to visit my home tomorrow morning. I said ok but please come before 2 PM and he agreed.

                                    I waited for him but he did not come. He called me on same day around 6.30 PM and request me to visit my home around 7 PM. I was in my office that time, but somehow I have managed for him.
                                    He tried to resolve the issue and inform me that if the problems occur again please inform me tommrow.

                                    I called next morning to him because I found the same error in TV again.

                                    He said that he already inform the flipkart for the replacement. But after the 2 days when I called the flipkart, they said that their system showing that technician not visited at my home and he never updated any thing to flipkart.

                                    I called again the technician, he again said that he has already updated. But when I called the flipkart they said your replacement request has been cancelled because there is no update by technician.

                                    I called flipkart again to resolve this issue on urgent basis but the customer care people are not useful (Foolish). They just saying sorry for trouble and we are raising the concern against this every time.

                                    I called the supervisor that I have paid money and you given me default product and now you are saying that you have to make the replacement request & follow the same procedure once again.

                                    They said that technician will visit again and uninstall the TV on 18th June & then he will report at flipkart that he uninstall the tv. After technical confirmation flipkart will send someone after 2 days for pick up the default tv and deliver me the replacement tv at the same time. But still technician did not visited my home. I called many time to flipkart (almost 1 hour conversation daily last 5 days) but they are like (robot – just sorry) they don’t have any proper answer of my questions and concern.

                                    This is like a mentally harassment for last 7 days for me.

                                    I am writing this because, I am going to take this on social media and file the case against the flipkart and their services, which you guys can cherish very long time & I will assure you this, that you will get troll on social media for this.

                                    I hope you will get this email and hopefully I will get the positive revert from you on urgent basis.

                                      I have two order on filpkart and it will delivered on 15th jun but not delivered till now why ???? It is very poor service. This order before I have a order and it was delivered at same address so address is not problem why my product is not delivered on time and not inform to me ur side it is very poor service I have share on social media this matter

                                        The mobile I have ordered is Realme 3 Pro for 14298, and I received the courier with same name but after opening the courier I found diffrent mobile (Realme C2 cost of new is 7000)and item belongs to other customer.

                                        I have already raise the complaint on[protected] to the team, the deadline for the resolutions is 16th June 2019, after this date they extended this to[protected] but still no update.

                                        I have called Sr.Executive so many times but they denied me to answer and also treat me as everything as my fault.they behave me like they giving me a free mobile.

                                        They fraud me and now harassing me to not giving me refund or any replacement.
