I have purchased a smart MI TV from flipkart on 06th June 2019. I have received the product on 10th June 2019. Seller send the technician on same to install the tv – which is appreciated.
Now the problem start - On the 11th we found that there is few technical issues with the tv. So, I have made the complaint against this to your customer care. They registered the compliant and asked me to wait until their technician visit at my home and confirm them that there is a such issue with the tv.
After 2 days, I have received a call from your technician that he cannot visit my home, because he is sick and asked me to send default tv pic and video, so he can forward this to flipkart and asked them to replace this tv. I have forwarded few picture and video of TV on his what’s up number.
Same evening I called the technician that he received my msgs or not. He said he received the msgs and already forwarded to flipkart. But he also said that he want to visit my home tomorrow morning. I said ok but please come before 2 PM and he agreed.
I waited for him but he did not come. He called me on same day around 6.30 PM and request me to visit my home around 7 PM. I was in my office that time, but somehow I have managed for him.
He tried to resolve the issue and inform me that if the problems occur again please inform me tommrow.
I called next morning to him because I found the same error in TV again.
He said that he already inform the flipkart for the replacement. But after the 2 days when I called the flipkart, they said that their system showing that technician not visited at my home and he never updated any thing to flipkart.
I called again the technician, he again said that he has already updated. But when I called the flipkart they said your replacement request has been cancelled because there is no update by technician.
I called flipkart again to resolve this issue on urgent basis but the customer care people are not useful (Foolish). They just saying sorry for trouble and we are raising the concern against this every time.
I called the supervisor that I have paid money and you given me default product and now you are saying that you have to make the replacement request & follow the same procedure once again.
They said that technician will visit again and uninstall the TV on 18th June & then he will report at flipkart that he uninstall the tv. After technical confirmation flipkart will send someone after 2 days for pick up the default tv and deliver me the replacement tv at the same time. But still technician did not visited my home. I called many time to flipkart (almost 1 hour conversation daily last 5 days) but they are like (robot – just sorry) they don’t have any proper answer of my questions and concern.
This is like a mentally harassment for last 7 days for me.
I am writing this because, I am going to take this on social media and file the case against the flipkart and their services, which you guys can cherish very long time & I will assure you this, that you will get troll on social media for this.
I hope you will get this email and hopefully I will get the positive revert from you on urgent basis.
