Hello,

This is in regarding order number OD[protected].

I have made full payment using AXIS credit card and the payment was deducted and also converted to EMI also and when the delivery boy came to my address he came with product mentioned COD
and was demanding for payment to deliver the product.

Also he is refusing to take the exchange phone also due to a very minor scratch which is even not visible easily.

All the mentioned condition for a exchange are passed

1. The details of the brand, model and IMEI should match the details provided by you. - Matched
2. The phone should switch on without being connected to a charger & battery should not be swollen. - Matched Switch on without charger and no battery swelling
3. There should not be any physical damage on the mobile body including charging port. - No physical damage and charging port is intact
4. The screen should be intact without dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the display. - Display is working fine no issue at all.

And when contacted flipkart they are not ready to solve the issue but asking to place new order in high price.

    Hi have purchase a samsung galaxy phone from the flipkart on2 8th nov 2018 with order no-od[protected] which has come with buyback grantee for which i had paid extra amount. Now thing is that when phone is delivered to me is wrong iemi details. Supposed he gave me the phone where some other owner name is registered and i am owner of imei: [protected] this phone which is getting used by some other person i dint know where now you understand i[censored]nfortunately name resisted name goes to any wrong person and does and illegal things i will be held responsible for that.
    I got all this thing know only when i have applies the buy back guarantee things and got the phone exchange when they were about to deliver the phone he told me you're not holding the proper iemi no which i am looking for it and denied to exchange. I have called several time but flip kart team has really wasted my 5 days now and irritated asking pissed off question. Please guide me i want to really go to the consumer forum to take this further.

      I have ordered a mobile through flipkart in the month of october. Whereas i have done transaction through icici debit card it has been failed, then i have done again woth hdfc credit card the transaction was successful. Howevere i get to know that for a single phone 2 emi has been started from 2 different banks. I was unaware of the fact.. And so my cibil has been degraded to 85%,, because of your so called technical error.
      Kindly reslove this issue or else i have to file consumer complain against you.

          Brought note 7pro from flipkart within 3days phone started getting hang so place for replacement but issue is not been seen by technician because the phone gets hang anytime i have all the proof that the phone gets hang but flipkart is not ready to give replacement on proof basis, i am stuck with the defective peice which flipkart is not ready to replace.

          What to say to you guys my product is damaged, techincian comes for 10mins how will he see the problem I have all proof of hanging kindly replace the product on proof basis, because it's the customer right to get a replacement if the product has a problem. You can check the video, if problem was resovled how come the product was hanging

              I raised complaint to flipkart for one of seller who was listing product but was cancelling orders. They assured me action against seller but rather blocked my account unceremoniously.
              They raised allegation of me being reseller.
              I have bought all products for personal use till date.
              My account is very old on flipkart.
              They stopped giving response or reply to my point by point queries.
              I am genuine customer & my account should be unblocked.
              If flipkart had issues with any order they should not have allowed placing order as they usually not allow. There was no warning given & straight account was blocked.

              I believe there is big misunderstanding. I am flipkart user since long & have been purchasing products for personal use.
              I have bought all products for sel[censored]se. Kindly either have a discussion over phone where I can clear the misconception. I am vivid online shopper & purchase from Flipkart & many online sites. There has never been any issue with any of the sites. This is first time Flipkart has acted without listening other side.
              Please check all history & unblock my account.

                I received crompton air cooler on 26/05/2019 same day i observed leakage. Then i raised this issue for refund or replacement. Then technician came and he also approved the product is faulty. After the got there date for pickup but wish master not came, every time he had some excuses i have call recording. Every time i call flipkart representative consider my problem from beginning for last one month. I was enjoying shopping on flipkart but this product has given me enough pain. I want to raise a complaint against flipkart.

                  I purched Moto G7 Power with exchange of old phone. On delivery date flipkart tested mobile and says there is issue with screen. Rejecting the old mobile. And this has happened second time.

                  But my old mobile does not have any issue.

                  If they dont want to exchange devices then why are they wasting people's time.

                    I ordered on friday delivery was expected on sunday. I didn't get my product on sunday and i didn't get any information. Today i got a call from delivery department at 2.30pm i was waiting for him. He called my at 3.17pm again asking address and said pls come near pantanjali store he wasn't ready to deliver at the location. He reached at 4:00 and said it rudely i cant see here as he was expecting me to stand outside and wait for him from 2:00 pm and he will come like king at 4:00pm.

                    What the # is happening.
                    I don't order to insult myself
                    You delivery boys are extremely illiterate mannersless and rude.

                    I want you to take action against him.

                      I had placed an order after long wait for the flip-kart sale for redmi note 7 pro on 12th june'19.

                      I was given a date of 15th june that the order will be delivered, somehow for any reason order was not delivered.

                      I tried to reach flip kart support team and i was said that the order is delayed for three days, i waited for the same.

                      After that the order was again re-routed to bhiwandi warehouse for some unknown reason. I tried to reach flip-kart again and was asked to wait till eod.

                      Later on 18th june again i tried to get the status of the order, i was been told to wait till 19th june eod.

                      On 19th again i receive a message that the resolution will be provided by 20th june anyhow.

                      Luckily the order starts to move to another hub and by 21st the tracking status gets stuck and i get a call from flip-kart executive that please cancel the order and place a fresh order.

                      Like what? Is this the only answer i was supposed to receive after waiting for so many days being a flipkart plus membership customer??

                        I have been a customer of flipkart for many years, to say 6 the least. 2 months back while trying to place an order of mi headphones for my brother, the order got cancelled again and again. When checked with customer care, they told reseller end cancelled it we can't do anything. So i placed it via amazon later.

                        Then i have ordered a book on articleship for my brother, and a couple of other mobiles for friends and an air conditioner for my home, which all got delivered without any issues.

                        Three days back, when i ordered redmi note 7s for my friend's father, the order got placed successfully by noon 1 pm. But around 8 pm received a text, the order got cancelled, refund initiated.

                        So i contacted customer support, stating the previous incident and it happened again, asking to resolve the issue. They asked for some time to resolve it and asked me to wait for 2 days. They will revert back to me.

                        I waited, and then on saturday, i received a mail stating - my order history shows i ordered products for reselling and not for personal use. I'll be no longer able to access my account.

                        And that's all, my account is gone. When tried replying them, reply got failed. And i texted them via twitter to which they told me to maintain patience so that they can help me out.

                        I clearly asked them to call me back, so that we can talk it out. I can show them proof if they need anything that those orders are for me and my relatives, friends etc.,

                        They again sent an email only yesterday - copy-pasting the previous day's email. And in addition, the same content via text message too.

                        They clearly don't have any idea on how to deal with their customers. All i wish for is to get my account back, and wish to sort things out. But flipkart customer care is so screwed up, they only read out texts instead of handling customer queries.

                          I have order groceries on flipkart on thursday at around 1 am, which was supposed to get delivered on the same day at 4:00 pm. Since then the order status show in processing. Flipkart does not even update anything to me, when i called customer support, they keep on telling wait 24 hours to 48 hours.
                          Its already 4 days past and this is 5th day, but there is no uadate on this.

                          I am getting very frustrated and suffering from anxiety.

                          I want to raise complaint against flipkart.

                              I orderd 'adidas alphabounce slides' on 13th of june 2019 which was expected to deliver on or before by 15th of june 2019. Even after daily conversation with flipkart team who made sure my product will be delivered with in 48hrs yet i did not get my delivery its been 10days since complaind.                                 1. 2 bottles of roasted salted cashew premium 500 gm in pet jar cashews (Price is ₹598*2=1196)
                                2. 2 bottles of salted pista regular (500) in pet jar pistachios (Price ₹786*2=1572)

                                And i have received a mobile back cover (Which may be worth of less than₹100) in place of above order. When i try to return it it says it cannot be returned.

                                  My account was blocked by flipkart stating that i am reselling the products that i bought from them, which is not at all true because all the products are in full use and the ones that needed to be installed, were installed by the flipkart's own service team "jeeves".
                                  As i was a plus member my account also had an gift amount of Rs.1000.
                                  Highly unprofestional attitude of flipkart.

                                  I want flipkart to resolve the issue as soon as possible as i am not the only person who is facing this issue. Its a trend that flipkart is following. These dirty tricks wont take your company a long way.

                                    Hi have purchased an asus zenfone max m2 (Black, 32 gb) from flipkart.
                                    Order id - od[protected]

                                    I have been asking for the invoice copy since past 5 days post delivery of product, but flipkart customer service representative says that invoice is not available. Also they didn't get back to me as promised in email.
                                    They are not sure if this is a fake product.

                                      11 jun 2019 i was ordered a marq by flipkart 43 inch tv from flipkart... It delivered in 20 jun 2019 it was a long time.. But not problem i think... But they promise that your tv installed within 23 jun 2019... But 21 jun i was received a message that i find a technician number who will installed our tv but when i call that person he told me that your
                                      Area not covered our service... So call flipkart to arrange another way... So i was call flipkart many times after he told me that but every time flipkart executive tild me sir, please don't worry our team will get in touch you and install your tv within 23 jun 2019... This is last date... So i was waiting till 23 jun... But then today 23 jun 2019 "jeeves" (Flipkart installation partner) executive call me and clearly
                                      Says that our service not available for your location... So then i call flipkart and as same they told me don't worry please wait untill 26 jun 2019...

                                      This is the flipkart service it almost 15-20 to install just a tv in our home...

                                      And they even told me don't open the box untill their technician visits...

                                      I don't want service from flipkart... Flipkart's after sale service in big products is very bad... Please give me my money back...

                                        I ordered a philips mms8085b/94 80 w bluetooth soundbar and few other things on 19 june, 2019 through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and adress does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order. Even they send me a massage that your parcel is reached the hub nearest you, that you can collect it from their. Why?? They harassed me..
