I have ordered an Voltas split AC in flipkart, After some time it stop'd working. I have placed a service call with voltas, And a technician arrived and confirmed it was faulty. Weather checking an invoice, The service engineer confirmed that, The serial number in the Invoice and the Serial number in the Unit is mismatching. Also the seller delivered the Old model air conditioner. Indore unit is 2016 model and the outdoor unit is 2015 model (And the outdoor unit not belongs to this model type). I have raised an concern with flipkart. The told me like we cant provide replacement, We will refund it.
I will list the incidents happened from the very beginning.
Incident raised for return : IN[protected]
Service request registered with voltas : [protected] With out notification got canceled.
And the return is closed.
And I contacted with flipkart regarding this, Then they scheduled for technical visit.
Technical Visit: Nothing happen after the due date it got canceled.
In the mid i have made a lot of follow up calls, Noting will be worth for.

Its a very bad experience, with the flipkart. and its service.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
