Flipkart team, i am a flipkart plus member and have done more than 40k shopping with you. In a recent order i did order for 10 items and returned around 7-8 of them as didnt like the product quality, or design was different from pictures and due to fit issues. This doesnt mean due to that you will initiate suspension and bar me from login. I have been a flipkart loyal customer for a long period of time and have earned already 150plus coins( you dont give me plus coins if i am returning any product). I am irritated that your customer service team only emails automated answers and the calls are also not escalated to higher authority/escalation team. This is very troublesome. Your team is doing nothing to help me out here. So you need to reinstate my account and help me out here.

    I am an flipkart plus customer and using for a prolong years and never face
    This type of issue with any of your product and service of flipkart. Today
    I really feel insulted as flipkart team has blocked my account access for
    The non sence seller who is sending me a reburished or defective product
    Repeated number of times and your cs team is convincing me out saying sir
    We will fix up the issue and the difference money of the product firstly
    Booked and amount lastly booked to your account after it get settled up.
    The thing started with an order of boult audio pro bass curve bluetooth
    Neckband which i ordered 1st time on 19th may 2019 with a price of
    Rs.999. The product came to was having connectivity issue and as per the 10
    Days replacement policy i asked for the return of the same, unfortunately
    The replacement product was having same issue again. Then mailed the details
    To [protected]@flipkart.com giving all the details your team called me up assuring
    Sir you place the new order and whatever the value maybe you will get the
    Difference amount back to you account once the product gets delivered as
    Repeatation of reburished and defective products continue until

    On 09th june 2019) my order and all the times i got defective products from
    The seller same as usual emailed again and the cs team convinced me to
    Allow for a replacement or refund. The irritation was so annoying that for
    Last one month i kept ordering products by prepaid manner and kept getting
    Replacement at last i got again a defective product and asked for refund of
    My money as per 10 days replacement policy of your company.
    Wow to see that in place of taking steps against the specified seller
    Flipkart blocked my access to my account saying due to repetitive returns
    Your accessed has been blocked permanently. And no invoice or no refund of a
    Defective product from your end. Cant understand what is going on there so
    Mailed your end out for consumer protection duties and not cheating
    Consumers like wise. I can follow up with all mails & voice
    Communication (Recorded) with me as a evidence of the matter and also i can
    Get the resolution and get my money & also a clear apology for what had
    Happened for last 1month towards flipkart product. If you check my account
    Just go through it that in last few years how many products has been taken
    By and of which how many has been returned by me. I need to know why the
    Seller has not been initiated any steps and what is consumer protection
    Program of yours. Hope for a at least call or settlement of the matter as
    Soon as possible.
    Hope for a serious issue with the matter and help me out of the trouble of
    Being forcibly cheated and please reopen my login so that i can continue
    The loyal buyer and seller relationship with a good virtue of inter
    Relationship.
    Flipkart team on several mails blocked my access to account saying unusual returns are the cause for the account permanent blockage, but i would like say this my only id and mob. No which i use for flipkart and moreover why the seniours are not looking to the matter to solve it why the returns of so many times were created due to defective products each times and also reorder is done as per the cs team call not on my wish.

    Its not a resolving resolution to the insult of blocking my account permanently and also unusual returns were created due to cheap quality of products sent by your seller where your team dont have any quality check or product assurance quality.Its not a customer fault to purchase a defective product from your end.I want my product to returned with a proper invoice for the same and re access to my login as its not a customer end problem its your team who convinced me to go for reorder and harasment for last 1month in place of taking the protection against customer harasment your team is blocking my access saying due to unusual returns.I request flipkart team to go through my account and check except this products how many products are being returned by me in last 6 years for the specified account of mine.More over this insult and saying your system blocked access for unusual returns is not the way to go for customer protection and rather closing down a complain.There should be atleast system for customer protection law and grivance should be judged for the inconvinience and non of the steps has been yet intitiated for the seller who cause the inconvinience.Hope for re opening access to my account and settlement of thr case with proper judgement
    I would like to inform that these returns are due to cheap quality of product flipkart delivered to me.Moreover if it is sytem generated then your company should send quality products to customers rather then blocking customer login saying its your system generation.Need more clarification for a flipkart assured product which your team delivered to me.And also re opening the access of my account for non of my created issue.This insult of blocking my access should be clarified from customer protection view point

        I ordered a sony usb cable on 26 june 2019. On 29 june i got a message saying that the item was delivered, but the item was not yet delivered to the given address. I emailed the flipkart customer service they say they will look into the matter but nothing. It has been my third time it happened with me last i ordered a realme earphones they say the item was delivered but i didn't get it they just take advantage of the customer really dissatisfied and angry with the flipkart experience flipkart uninstall. Kindly look into this matter

          I have made an order of redmi note 7 pro. The amount deducted but i neither get any confirmation message and also order not showing in order section
          Its such a shameful behaviour shown abd i m going to get this matter higher if not resolved. Customer care told me to wait 24 hours but its already over. Kindly credit my account with my money i[censored] are not in a mood of looting your customers.

            My registered mobile number - [protected]
            I called the flipkart customer care representative but they are unable to solve my problem. They said enter your mobile no in login page of flipkart and then otp come, this created my new account.
            They are saying issue was solved but i don't get my account till now. My account has 112 plus coins. Please help

            I received flipkart pay later statement on my email and there is a purchase after my account is hacked. Please see the purchase in pic. I informed flipkart on 29th june that my account is hacked, please do not accept any order and if some one has ordered please cancel it but they have not cancelled and the product is delivered to the person who had hacked my account. Please refund the money in my flipkart pay later account asap.

            Now, my account is recovered but there is an order of rs 13, 999 which was ordered and delivered on when my account was hacked and i told flipkart customer support on 29th june 2019 about my account being hacked and not to accept or deliver any order and that order was ordered on 29th june 2019 and delivered on 1st july 2019. Proof is attached .

              I created my flipkart account many years ago and the number i used back then was recently misplaced. I lost my phone 2 months ago and had to get a new phone and a new number. I wanted to update my flipkart number to the one i'm using right now but it is sending the otp to my new number and my old number and i do not have access to my old number. Please resolve this issue.

                I have ordered for realme 3 on 10th may and flipkart delivered it by 11th may. After using some days i have faced some problem related to software and battery, so i raised a complain of replacement.
                After lots of harassment they replaced it by 24th may and i received a damaged product. On that same day i requested for return but flipkart continuously rejected my return request without even a tech visit. I have complained several times but every time they ask 72 hours for resolution.in this way my 10 days return period was over and they firmly said that they can not refund my money. When i ask for the exact reason for my return cancellation they are unable to give the answer and ask to contact via mail. I have also mailed but they again failed to resolve my problem and at last they did not reply my email. I have attach the screenshot of conversation with flipkart person over email and my damaged product photo.
                I want my money back as soon as possible because its almost a month but still the problem is not resolved.

                  I am an old customer of flipkart, i am using flipkart from more than 5 years and i am a plus member of flipkart also.

                  Some things done wrong with me. My ordered product is canceled without any discussion with me and also my flipkart account that i am using from the past 5 years with lot's of shopping is done is deactivated by flipkart.

                  Cancellation of product and deactivation is done yesterday.

                  This is a very wrong behavior of flipkart. How such behavior is done to 5 years old customer?

                  I request you to please reactivate my flipkart account and also write my complaint about such bad behavior.

                  I try to send mail. But mail is not delivered.

                    Hi team,
                    I have ordered nokia 6.1 mobiles (2mobiles) on 28 may got delivered on 31 may. Both mobiles sealed was open contacted customercare they placed a replace order and got replaced on 2 and 4 june. But both mobiles are over heating request raise for help 4 to 5 times, they said to do some setup, but issue not resolved. After several calls technician visited, who confirmed mobiles are heating 44% but he said if mobiles heated more than 50% then only they will accept. I have contacted flipkart again and explain the issue, they confirmed products will be taken back and amount will refund. Every seventh day i’m contacted customercare same response it will get pickup with in 7 days after so many calls. Now they are saying visit nokia customercare for issue, such an worst response and flipkart selling refurbished products as new products. Pls look into. My details saleem [protected]

                    False msg mentioned by Flipkart, technician confirmed he will mentioned as customer is not satisfaction with this mobile due to heating problem. That means issue not resolved. If technician updated as resolved then he given false information. Like Flipkart feedback portion, why there is no validate like happy code or feedback for technician visit. He done something and convey message something but update comments something. Inform technician to visit again and update the comments in front of customer.

                      I ordered a printer with order no.[protected] which was prepaid via phonepe. Which was supposed to be delivered on 02 july 2019 even after shipping the order but then suddenly my order is cancelled without any notification i didnt received any sms regarding canceling the order. I called the customer care and they say we will look into the action and the order was cancelled by the seller due to shortage of product but still it shows in stock on website. We dont no the seller to complaint to him its your duty. Is this your service. Even after the shipping of the dreder how can you cancel the order.

                          Don’t buy flipkart air cooler, omnitech retail is fraud retailing
                          “flipkart smartbuy alpine tower air cooler” is not cooling.
                          Don't buy from this seller omnitech retail they are not giving refund or replacement and flipkart is also helping them. Omnitech retail is fraud.
                          I made return or replace request next day but flipkart team say “our technician visit your home and check product issue” next day (Jeeves) technician come to my home but not checking what issue in this product technician say “your product is perfect” but actually not solving any issue. Next day my return replacement request cancels by seller or flipkart. I contact flipkart team but they are saying “product is perfect and we cannot return or replace your product’ flipkart and omnitech retail both are fraud.

                            I had recieved this product on 14th of june and due to quality issue poor quality make as well as used product delivered, i immediately raised the return request of the product which was then accepted by the seller and they had given me time of pick up which was 21st of jun, but on that day i. E on 21st of june pick was not completed and return request was cancelled from flipkart side or seller side i don't know.. And again i raised the issue so one of the flipkart executive assured me and raised the return request behalf of me and told me that ur return will b done on or before 28th of june.. And today is 28th of june and i can see that my request has been cancelled and nobody is assisting me properly... Please help me out sir.

                              Have got the phone call about the bumber prize to have the mahindra xuv500 or the prize cash amount of rs.1280000 from flipkart online shopping pvt ltd, but asked to pay the advance amount of rs.12000 for tax charges. It seems to be a fraud call.

                              So flipkart need to take necessary action to end this efraud happening behalf of their name.

                                Lenovo k9 mobile had paid twice but my refund money has not yet come. I am calling again and again but you officials are not giving any mean satisfaction answers. Your officials are not answering me satisfactory. How long will i return my money? They give time and again and again. I have become nervous and you give me time

                                  I have ordered mi note 7 pro nebula red with 4 gb ram and 64 gb internal memory. But received mi note 7s saphhaire blue with 3 gb ram and 32 gb internal memory. How the seller can deliver a complete wrong product. And even there is a arround 3000/- price difference between both the product. Please take some action.
                                  I got the invoice with the product and on the email, both are different even invoice number is same. Please block this seller, other wise people will loose the trust on flipkart. Please see the attached files.

Please block these kind of sellers, other wise people will loose the trust

                                      Feels very sad to say what i experienced today. Was a true fan of flipkart since it's start and a loyal customer. I had availed for exchange of my old samsung s duos with poco f1 but the delivery ekart guy rejected my old handset saying it is damaged completely disappointed with the service of ekart. This would be my last experience with flipkart.
                                      Would uninstall.

It's bad to use. Please do any thing sir. It's poor thing. The display is not used. The phone is very hang. Totally this phone is totally complaint. Please exchange the phone please i beg u.
