Have been trying to reach flipkart customer support to activate my deactivated account, but they are not responding to calls. The line goes dead saying that executives are busy. No idea, how else they could be reached. Would like to activate my flipkart account. Please help with activation of the account. Please let me know if any further information is required....

My account has been debited by amount rs. 1318 and rs.1003 on 23rd may 2019 twice without my conscent and the transaction id shows fk payments mumbai. I purchased a msi laptop from flipkart on 4th may 2019 which was delivered to me on 6th may 2019.
Unfortunately the laptop had issues with the display which were not software issues and hence couldn't be resolved.

Flipkart told me that "account was blocked due to technical error which has been fixed. Hence, requested customer to login to account and continue shopping." but they didn't unblock my account yet. I'm still facing the same problem while login.
