Folks, This is regarding the purchase of the Split AC from flipkart. Although all the purchase and installation phase was okay in my case, the problem i face now is the service support. After this peak summer time the AC is not getting cool and when approached Hitachi they say the installation is wrong. But this was arranged and completed by flipkart. When called my installation guy he is help less and asking me to contact Flipkart or Hitachi. Hitachi is blaming flipkart, flipkart service support is either not reachable or the mails sent to [protected]@flipkart.com is bouncing back. I believe for any expensive household items it's better to avoid flipkart.

    i have ordered one mobile and it has to deliver by 21st june.

    But from 19th june status is not updated. And if will call to customer support they are telling it will deliver by that but i am telling them still its far from 500 km and how can it deliver same day.these people are telling same information what we can see in our profile for tracking. what is the use if will they will give same information.if there are no rights for them to call the courier service people, then how can we get information . they were telling they cant get information about courier service then what is the meaning of customer support.
    really very bad service.
    i never think flipkart pople will give this much bad response. i am really worried if they will continue no one can buy from flipkart.

        Flipkart and the service providers are harassing me mentally and disclosing my contact and product releated information to some third party. Not taking any complaint to me and saying that you have called in North department we can't help you and call the South department for complaint. Not taking exact complaint. Continuous lying related the information and it changes from person to person. Flipkart say complaint to service provider and service provider says complaint to flipkart.

The delivery guy did not contact me. I tried to get back the product but it has already been returned to seller. My COD option has been removed since then. I'm a Plus Member and I love Flipkart. I'm a foreigner, so I can't use any other payment option. Please, help me.

            Sir. I ordered some products from flipkart via Bajaj finserve EMI card. Later I realised that I need to buy 2 more items too. So cancelled the order with in 10 minutes after I booked. And I got a message says that your amount will be refunded. Okay fine. On the EMI date 02/05/19 amount 3082 has been deducted from my account for this order. And when I contacted Bajaj finserve they said that refund wasn't completed. Total amount of the order was 18488 rupees Only. And 14990 has refunded and 3498 wasn't refunded. And I talked with the customer care guy of flipkart. He said that refund was successful and They can't do anything with this. They didn't help me with this. So the matter is I paid an amount for an item that I didn't even bought. I'm working at my hometown at Kerala. I hope that you know my pain. I'm hardly working to earn for my family. So please help me with this sir.

            When I went to Bajaj finserve store to check about the refund. And they show me their system's display to me. In that it says refund has been partially completed or something like that. Phones amount is only refunded and both the speakers and mi bands amount is not refunded. Flipkart may send me the refund fully. But it doesn't credited to my card successfully. That's why I stucked at here. When I ask to flipkart they says amount was refunded. And when I ask Bajaj finserve they told me that it's partially refunded. What to do now.? Help me please. I need my money. If they can't do that atleast send me those products by the way. Please help me.

              I have ordered Bosch Mixer Grinder OD[protected] on June 10 and it has to be delivered on 13th June
              on june 13 i have contacted flipkart customer care and told my issue they have raised a complaint
              after so many calls they have informed that my product will be delivered on or before 7pm of 18th June but it was not delivered
              so i again started calling flipkart and they told me again to wait for another 24-48 hours to get it delivered and the requested time is completed but my product is still not delivered
              Product ordered on 10th of june and today is 20th june
              Worst expereince from flipkart never expected

              How can you cancel the product without informing the customer and it is also not a 3rd party seller its an official flipkart assured seller OmniTechRetail
              as it is the official seller so i have waited for more than one week
              and without any solution how can you cancel the product
              such a worst customer satisfaction from flipkart
              you already initiated refund
              but now the product price is increased
              so i want bank emi charges+difference in amount
              or else i will not close this case

                      They have not provided my product on the promising date. If they have provided this information about delay well in advance I might have changed my decision. Moreover they have been providing wrong delivery executive number since last 3 days not once but twice and doing again fake doing promise of delivering the product on next delivery date. The delivery guy doesn't have my packet with him and today again they provided me the message for out for delivery today also the guy doesn't have my packet with him.
                      There has been loss of my classes which I have to see using this router but they have made me lost so many days for it.
                      They have violated the term of right to be informed from there customer moreover providing the wrong information on daily basis.

                        I received an Marq AC 1.5 ton 5star in 19/6/19. It was installed on 22/6. Ever since it was installed there was issue with cooling. In 28th may we have reported this issue to customer care of both flipkart and marq. After so many calls and rescheduling technician visited after few days and he acknowledged that the AC is not cooling properly. He said that it shud be replaced. But somehow they closed the caSe with status resolved . We are constantly calling and reporting the issue with flipkart to get it replaced but every time they schedule a technician visit for second opinion but no any technician visits and then they close the complaint and when we call them for status they again open a new complaint and repeat the same process for few days. its been a month.in the meanwhile the AC is not cooling at all. Initially it was cooling a bit but now it's not cooling at all. Od id od[protected]

                          Despite the courier guy approving of that the phone complies with given instructions, he refuses to pick up the phone by adding his own subjective interpretations of scratches (which according to terms are acceptable)... while the phone had not even one dent but only one scratch.

                          When will Flipkart stop playing these petty practices of duping people into buying products from their website?

                          I have used Flipkart Pay Later But the Products were pathetic.i placed returns but they blocked my account .I want to return the products but they have blocked my account.Now I can neither pay nor return.I am being harrased to pay and they are not willing to unblock

                            This is cheshta. Order ID - od[protected]. I ordered a book "the secret" having description of hardcover in details of product section. But I am highly disappointed to see its paperback and paper quality of the book is also worse. I would like to get it replaced and refund for the inconveniences. I needed the book today only as i was to gift it to someone on some special occasion. But the condition of the book makes me upset.

                              I have ordered VIVO V15 Pro on dated 04/06/2019 and the expected delivery to me was 06/06/2019 but the delivery boy not delivered my phone on 06/06/2019. I called the delivery boy but he did not pick my call and he delivered my phone on 07/06/2019. When the delivery boy give the parcel to my Mother and he tell them, please make the video before open the parcel. When I reached my home in lunch time my mother tell me the delivery boy said to me make the video at the time of open the parcel then same I make the video at the time of open the parcel and in the box i received Motorola damaged phone in 2 parts. Same time I called the Flipkart Customer care for complaint against the fraud to me and they registered my complaint and replacement request on dated 07/06/2019. Till date Flipkart is not giving my correct phone they always said to me please wait. First they tell me please wait till 12/06/2019 then they said to me please wait till 16/06/2019. After 16/06/2019 then they said to me please wait till 20/06/2019 and today again they told me please wait till 23/06/2019 and our concerned person will contact to you. I have also shared the video to Flipkart by mail on dated 14/06/2019.
                              Please help me on this matter.

                                  Hi my name is ramesh kumar i have place an order of tv on flipkart on 17 june 2019 in exchnage offer, offers was to exchange your old tv, i typed samsung 40 in and i got 15k exchange offer and the tv i was ordering was 27999, and at last i have to pay 13099, but when delivering boy came and check the tv they said that there are lines on the tv so we reject to take i called customer care they said that your tv have scratches, two different statement, but my tv does not have any problem, they were just preparing to make just false statement to reject the item, flipkart is not answering properly, they are just making customer fools nothing else, just creating fake sales

                                    I HAVE ORDERD the above product.but I have received handjuicer only, , , , Slicer-Nicer-Dicer is not received. but i paid full amount.. please help to resolve it.

                                      They are just making fool by providing a excuse that we would forward ur request to concern team and nothing can be out from the same
                                      i place a order on 27 may the product was powerbank of company ambranne having 10000Mah capacity which cost around ₹799
                                      but when i used the item next day i found that it having issue of not to charge the phone other than this it release alot of heat
                                      which is harmful for my phone, so i decided to replace the product beacaue refundable option was nt avaible that time so when i do that and i got the another powerbank, on 3 june aftertht post some days that product also have the same issue and i lodge a complaint in flipkart care on 13 june under the replacement TAT, then i make a call to company and when i talk to the executve then he say that he has forwarded my complaint with each point to the cincern team they will talk to u on by 16-6-19 then i said ok and cut the call but on the givn date nothing has been happned and i again make a call then they gave me reason that your request has been cancelled and they again raise the same and blah blah blah etc.
                                      after that they says that on 19-6-19 the team will talk to u for the product enquiry than i have no otpion and i said ok
                                      then on the given date i got call from flipkart cincern team and they ask me the thing i provides them everything clearly, then they said that, AS WE TALKED TO THE SALLER THIS TIME YOU WOULD GET REFUND INSTEAD OF REPLACEMENT i got happy to hear this that finally i got resolution, leking jab wo executive lene nhai aya product to maine next day fer call kia aur 1 ghnte k bad maine manager se bat kii toh unhine bataya ke apka issue ke lie complanit dal di gye h aur reasin ye h ke apko jo product mila h wo dusre colour ka h apne ap he reason bta rahe h

                                        Today I have bad day or Flipkart make my day very bad.
                                        In morning time i got call from delivery boy he said how you pay for the order cash or card.

                                        I have ordered one product from Flipkart and it was prepaid. I have done payment through credit card. I got success message of payment.

                                        So after that i have to call Flipkart but they said they don't aware about that so now what i can do.
