I have ordered audio techina headphones from supercomnet seller through flipkart. I got the damaged product the sound of it is coming like an cheap headset and i am not willing to replace the product because the packaging of it is also damaged and i am not assure they will give right once again and now with several return request the seller is rejecting request. I have to raise a complaint that the product should be returned under if its under the policy.

    I am a research & development engineer at a reputed company. I ordered a bose headphone worth 30k from flipkart. I received a 1k sony headphone. I instantly complained against it. They started an investigation on this matter. The seller approved his mistake and had initiated a replacement but flipkart suspended my account on the basis of high returns. And even cancelled the order. They should have checked the person before suspending the account.in the broad daylight these guys are stealing 30k from my earned money. I contacted the customer care and there reply is blunt stating that now nothing can happen. You won't get yr 30k.
    I want to ask flipkart what was my mistake? That i bought the premium product from you guys?.
    Please return my money back. I can give you my pan card, credit card score to prove my authenticity. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money so that faith in flipkart prevails.

      It was a prepaid product but evrytime courier boy said kindly pay in cash, he said there is a system glitch wherein prepaid orders are made cod. How is this possible from a well known brand flipkart? When i called customer care they said no need to pay in cash and will update them that it is a prepaid order and product will be delivered to you. And after that i received a message that it stands cancellled. How could this well known brand make fool of customers.

        I ordered product on 25th june and estimated delivery was 27th june so as per status product was shipped from delhi too mumbai in 12 hours and on 26th june at 3.30pm my product was at nearest hub and from next two days i m getting message that your product out for delivery but delivery guy not coming to my place he goes for delivery at place which is around 10 kms far from home and he is rejecting my calls.. And since no details of courier company is available i am not able to contact them and flipkart said we will resolve your problem by 2nd july what? Really so i wont get my product even if it prepaid because delivery boy dont want to deliver it.. Wow.. Delivery boy number[protected].. Plz look into my matter i want immediate solution.

        I got the product now but now another issue is i got fake one product and also return request us accepted but Ekart reject my pick up as there were no tags and since i already complain that the product is fake and have no any adidas logo lables on it.here i want to attach photos of fakr product also condition of box as it is joint with multiple tapes also multiple lables were attached before attaching adidas gazelle lable on the box.

          I ordered a new realme 2 pro with buyback claim but at the time of delivery, boy said the imei number is not matching then i called customer care they said they will resolve the problem and then you can claim buyback again and you will get difference amount as i told that is the last day of first phase.

          After three days they called me and said they have updated the imei number in their system so you can claim buyback and i tried again but its showing less amount as now its second phase but flipkart told they will pay difference amount as the that ordered was cancelled by flipkart mistake now they care cheating me.

              I had recieved this product on 14th of june and due to quality issue poor quality make as well as used product delivered, i immediately raised the return request of the product which was then accepted by the seller and they had given me time of pick up which was 21st of jun, but on that day i. E on 21st of june pick was not completed and return request was cancelled from flipkart side or seller side i don't know.. And again i raised the issue so one of the flipkart executive assured me and raised the return request behalf of me and told me that ur return will b done on or before 28th of june.. And today is 28th of june and i can see that my request has been cancelled and nobody is assisting me properly... Please help me out sir.

              Today was my 3rd pick up date ...and again for the 3rd time request has been cancelled by
              unforseen reason by seller or Flipkart I don't knw..Flipkartt Now it's showing return is cancelled...wtf is happening I don't know...first u told me u wil make sure I don't face this kind of issue next time and again and again after waiting for 7, 8 days

              Sir Flipkart is making us fool in the name of cooperation and patience please help me out...

                When i try to login with my password it shows 'invalid details' and if i try forgot password option to reset my account it says 'unable to update password'
                I called at customer care @[protected]
                Bt they didn't resolve my problem.

                  I ordered a mixer and refrigerator, before delivery account got suspended, i was unable to track status of my deliveries.
                  In future i'll unable to claim warranty of my products.
                  All of sudden my account got blocked

                        Its been 3 days, i am not able to login my flipkart account. Could you please resolve the issue by today? Its urgent. It's sale time and you have given us that privilege to choose the right product.

                          I ordered puma slippers from flipcart on 31st may which was delivered to me on 1st of june2019.I used the slippers but after 10 days both slippers get torn from both sides so I complained to flipcart but they asked me that we can't have return policy o[censored]sed things.When I purchased brand product of puma at rs1500 it doesn't work for even 10 days that means they have cheated and provided me some duplicate product.

                                  Hello,

                                  It's been more than 2 years since I've logged in my account as it automatically stopped working one day(I think it was hacked). I used to login to my account with "Facebook login" back in the day. But since you have removed that option I try to login with my give mobile number/email ID of that Facebook account. Which works until the last step, it always gives an error (see attached file/screenshot).
                                  Now I've contacted you earlier on this issue via customer care number(which doesn't even connect nowadays, been trying for a week now) and the response was outrageously wrong as your employee "suggested" me to open a new account instead of fixing the issue and constantly tried to end the call.

                                  Recently I've contacted the same issue with your twitter team, and they did the same( shutting the door on the face). They said that the issue has been resolved and I have received the email for that.

                                  True, I have recieved the email from flipkart (rating and all emails which you would likely to recieve "AFTER you get a call/email chat"). But those things never happened at the first place. I was never contacted via a call or an email. I was directly asked to review the recent conversation we had(which never took place). I suggest you to look for the record as we never had conversation.
                                  Hoping for a better response this time. And eagerly waiting to use my flipkart account again!

                                        I ordered
                                        Vu Pixelight 108cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV from flipkart on 20 june, order id: OD[protected], , product got delivered on 22 june, after watching for a while i find out there is issue with videos in 1080p they are not clear its looking like i am watching 720p videos, and also some 4k videos buffering alot even i got 50 mbps connection with 4ms ping, product is hanging alot, product was on 10 days replacement so i issued replacement, technician visited on 25 june and he said they will change software of tv and will come on 27 june, on 27th june in late evening technician came and i showed him all the issues, technician got agreed with all issues they asked their tech support about issues and even after showing all proofs that tech support person rejected my replacement. Worst experience i ever had in ecommerce really disjointed with such behavior of flipkart personal now i dont want replacement i just want my money back from them

                                        i talked with customer care about it they issued replacement request again and said they will keep an eye on every step. technician came on 29th june again he agreed on all three issues i mentioned like previously
                                        1. 1080p videos not clear
                                        2. internet disconnects automatically
                                        3. before 4k videos used to hang even with 50 - 70 mbps connection and now even 1080p videos started to hang in front of him while checking
                                        there are other issues too like tv freezes sometimes but he dint agree upon that as he it dint happen in front of him.
                                        He talked with his senior about issues and again same thing happened he rejected my replacement request saying that there is no issue with pen drive videos so tv is fine and he said he dont care if any issue comes in any other apps like youtube etc. and rejected again my replacement, Now my trust on flipkart completely gone, Better to not trust on flipkart when you buy expensive products they dont care about you after you buy your product i have only one option left now to go to consumer forum
