I Have purchased boat rockerz 255F Bluetooth headset as on Dt- 01.06.19 which has been delivered on dt-02.06.19 . I have face some connection issue as well as sound problem so i have requested to replace as on dt-06.06.19 . Expected delivery date for replacement was dt-08.06.19 but evenafter 08.06.19 they didn't any updation regarding this . I have called many times in customer care executive they just keep saying it will be take five more days to process . After everyday follow up they called me on 12.06.19 and said they should cancel the order and again requested to return they did the same but still there is no any updation . i have never experience such worst service before from any online site . I am really disappointed with flipkart service .They dont have any proper solution .

        I have received a defective and dented whirlpool refrigerator which was delivered on 3 June, 2019. The delivery boy was in hurry and so he was unable to approve it.
        When I got it i found it as defective and dented ...
        I have filled return request 2 times but it was cancelled by flipkart and when I filled 3rd request for return it is not going to be approved by them..
        And these causes great inconvenience to me

                  I have ordered Redmi note7 pro in Flipkart.I recieved different brand i.e., I received old, used, damaged oppo mobile but accesories were same and Redmi box was also same and I raised complaint at that Instant after opening the product.The seller is rejecting evrerytime without any reason.I have raised complaint three times but they delayed and atlast of replacement policy period they rejected without any reason.I raised against they gave a date but might be of no use

                              I ordered a Google pixel 3a from Flipkart and put my Moto g6 for exchange. First of all they were supposed to deliver by 11 am but it's not done. I call the delivery boy and he says he can't come before 1 pm. I call the customer service ( which I could only get through after 4 tries) and he just reads delivery instructions as on the order screen?

                              I try reaching the delivery guy again and he doesn't turn up till 5pm. After he comes he first starts shouting at me asking why I clicked the delivery deferal message when he told not to? The message stating that the delivery will be delayed?

                              Anyway I hand him my Moto g6 he says he can't accept it because there is a small white scratch on the back cover? Which is literally a spec. I say that's not fair because the instructions on the website [protected]@a otherwise.so I ask him to make me speak to the manager after saying "dimaag kharab Kar rahi hain" and the manager starts abusing me on the phone and threatens to raise a complaint because I'm detaining the delivery boy? After this the Flipkart customer care executive asks me to wait till Friday with no resolution? She doesn't understand the problem and start raising her voice against me?

                              Do you want to make sure customers don't order form you?because I'm not anymore and I will make sure no one around me does.

                              Even though you're a pseudo homegrown company( since you're registered in Singapore for tax benefits) I will always order from Amazon. They are upfront about their orders and understand the customers

                                    Uanable to reset my flipkart account password as i forgot my last password.
                                    Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."

                                      Please watch out your flipkart accounts. Mainly the accounts which has 60000 credit limit from Flipkart. Last two days my account was hacked and they placed orders worth 45000/- from flipkart credit card EMI option. I cancelled the orders. But they raised again. Later, I logged out of all devices through app. When I am trying to login again, I found that my account doesn't exist. I re-registered my account and all the previous orders are 'zero'. when contacted, Flipkart registered a complaint, they are saying all the orders that I received previously are now with another phone number and mail id. But name details are same as mine. Need to see how flipkart resolves this.

                                        I have not used flipkart for log time like more than 10 months. Because of that I forgot password and when I try to login there is forgot password on page but when I click on the same it giving error "unable to connect". I have tried from other mobile phones and PCs but still same error. I think it is really frustrating for this big giant company to not provide ant support because for support you need to login and mail to them for the complaint.
                                        I am also using the amezon but it provides many alternatives for password change. Please help asap.
