I ordered laptop from flipkart. Which was lenovo ideapad 330 with i5 8th gen processor and 8 gb of ram. Order id - od[protected].
I used credit card for payment received my order on 7th of june. I started opening the package while recording the video.
I got a laptop of lenovo from the package but with different specifications. Which were' pentium silver processor and 4gb of ram '.
I immediately requested for refund because return option was not available. They said that they will contact me in 72 hours. But they said we will solve your query by 15th of june but no from flipkart cam to pick my order. Then i contacted them again then they said they will solve my query till 20th of june. Again they exceed the time then they gave me time of 21th of june. When i again contacted them on 21st of june they said they will solve my query on 22nd of june. Still no serious action has been taken by them.
I have sent several mails but the reply i only get was ' sorry, for you inconvenience we are working on your query.
It has been 15 days till i requested for refund but no action has been taken by them.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

today i got a call from flipkart's executive stating that there will no refund and return request for my product as state by their investigation team. they are saying that you received correct prouct. while i have video recording proof that the product was wrong.

now they are saying we cannot refund the product because the delivery was intact . but my query was not that my product was intact or not but my query was that i received the wrong specification laptop.

      I have ordered the iphone xs max, order id od[protected]. From the flipkart delivery was done on my house on 8th june and the order received by my mother when i came home in the evening and opened the packet, there was a blank box of iphone xs max i have also created a video of it and i complained to flipkart but no response has been given yet whenever i call in, 1 week is given by raising the date and it is said that your complain is in process i[censored] do not take any action on this, otherwise i will have to f. I. R it on flipkart. Otherwise, my full amount should be refunded to me

      We ordered iPhone X Max on June 3, It's delivery on June 8, there was nothing in the box empty, after that I also complained to the customer care that today 15-18 days are going but no action Not being heard anything repeatedly, my complain rejection 5 times.

            Dear friends,

            There are lot of scam going on in e-commerce platforms.. So please read carefully as prevention is better than cure.

            I like to inform all person who are buying stuffs from online e-commerce platform, a new scam has done with me few days ago. I have purchased mobile redmi 7s from flipkart website and wish to exchange my old mobile too. Accordingly i ordered and make payment of new mobile by credit card after adjusting exchange value of old mobile (Rs. 1450 including rs. 100 pickup charges).

            The ordered was delivered next day that is on 18th june, 2019 and old mobile also picked up (Moto g3). I waited for invoice to come after delivery but day passed and didnt get any invoice on email as i used to get after delivery of product. Very next day on 19th june, i came to see the status of old mobile as cancelled in the flipkart mobile application and shown as i have paid rs. 1350/- in cash payment. But i havn't paid any cash money as my old handset was picked up with delivery of new mobile phone. After following to flipkart customer on chat, email, phone, twitter.. Today on 22nd june, 2019 i came to know by flipkart customer care team that my old mobile was kept by wishmaster came for delivery and old handset not reached where it should be. Infact they also told that they have issued warning letter to concerns person.

            Its serious issue if old mobile can be misused and i dnt have any proof of selling as they people still haven't send any invoice (Its already 5 days passed when you read this message).

            Its clearly sense of negligence of flipkart and backing their hands from the issue. Since flipkart is not helping customer and not providing invoice after adjusting old mobile phone, its clear case of cheating along with seller and courier partner.

            So be aware of buying on flipkart. This is where amazon is best and atleast customer focus is important for amazon.

              Hi sir,

              My father had ordered a online chimney from flipkart on 2-6-2019 and its delivery date was[protected] but it was not delivered. They are calling from[protected] and asking for 2 days time for delivery. On 19th they called my father and asked him to cancel the order as they were not able to deliver. My father denied and again asking for 2 days time to deliver but they failed again.
              It is really frustrating that after taken 6days extra time they are not able to deliver the product.

                Salman sheikh's behavior is foolish enough to provoke their customers. Dont have manners to show respect to our by using bad language to talk doesn't have what it takes to be good customer service provider, if you don't teach him a good lesson you're gonna lose more customers like me cause i'm not going to use flipkart as e-commerce service, that's that take a good look at it.

                    Ordered product had pink cover but product received was of blue color cover. Moreover the printed price is rs.265 on the backside of the book but payed money was rs 726. The problem arrises that do shipping charge and the book altogether cost so much of rs 726 and secondly are the two books same because the image of the product was pink but received product is blue... Please clarify our doubts as early as possible... Our repayment order was too cancelled so we likely want to know the exact explanation of the cause behind such mishap.

                                Had ordered a mobile (Realme C2) in flash sale in flipkart in 21/06/2019.On the sale flipkart shows the items are in stock. So ordered mobile in flipkart .But after sometime It shows the seller has cancelled the product due to limited stock. But still there is stock in flipkart website.

                                    I have lost my old mobile number with which i created a flipkart account few months back.The problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp's are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                      Sir,

                                      I had ordered Woodland Outdoors For Men with order ID OD[protected] on flipkart which was delivered approximately 10 Jun 2019. I had raised the return request then flipkart block my account, reason high number of return request. I had send email regarding this i said if your are deliver wrong product then i will return that product. But i have not got any solution yet. Thats why i am filing a complaint. Picture of product which received photo attached for your further action.
