There are lot of scam going on in e-commerce platforms.. So please read carefully as prevention is better than cure.
I like to inform all person who are buying stuffs from online e-commerce platform, a new scam has done with me few days ago. I have purchased mobile redmi 7s from flipkart website and wish to exchange my old mobile too. Accordingly i ordered and make payment of new mobile by credit card after adjusting exchange value of old mobile (Rs. 1450 including rs. 100 pickup charges).
The ordered was delivered next day that is on 18th june, 2019 and old mobile also picked up (Moto g3). I waited for invoice to come after delivery but day passed and didnt get any invoice on email as i used to get after delivery of product. Very next day on 19th june, i came to see the status of old mobile as cancelled in the flipkart mobile application and shown as i have paid rs. 1350/- in cash payment. But i havn't paid any cash money as my old handset was picked up with delivery of new mobile phone. After following to flipkart customer on chat, email, phone, twitter.. Today on 22nd june, 2019 i came to know by flipkart customer care team that my old mobile was kept by wishmaster came for delivery and old handset not reached where it should be. Infact they also told that they have issued warning letter to concerns person.
Its serious issue if old mobile can be misused and i dnt have any proof of selling as they people still haven't send any invoice (Its already 5 days passed when you read this message).
Its clearly sense of negligence of flipkart and backing their hands from the issue. Since flipkart is not helping customer and not providing invoice after adjusting old mobile phone, its clear case of cheating along with seller and courier partner.
So be aware of buying on flipkart. This is where amazon is best and atleast customer focus is important for amazon.

Order has been cancelled as you people requested to cancel the order as you were unable to do complete your responsibilities. & not mine.
you people are unable to deliver the order to me. so it is your issue & not mine.
