I purchased airtel dth set top box on 3rd june of amount Rs. 1399.00 through debit card, but due to some reason i cancelled the order on 4th june.So for refund flipkart says it refunded my amount but when i checked my account it was not, even contacted my sbi bank about this they said they cant do anything on this as flipkart is responsible for the refund process fully.Besides these i got call from seller of airtel dth that they have not got the request for refund so they will not refund my amount.Even contacting flipkart on this issue they keep avoiding the issue and even asking for the transaction id and ARN number of the refund amount, they refuse to provide by saying that they dont have any information about it.Its been 11 days and they are not bother to resolve my issue/ Please help to resolve this issue

Why are you not providing me the reference number of transaction.
As stated by you, you dont have any reference number of transaction, then how can you say that you have completed the refund.
Dont fool your customers
Why dont you provide refrence number of the transaction.
As stated by you that there is no reference number generated.
Every transaction has a reference number but you guyz are not willing to provide it

    I have buyed Flipkart smart buy ear phones ordered on 15-sep-2018 and delivery got on 17-sep-2018.But the problem is after a week it's stopped working of ear buds and I have complaint to coustmer care and the told me to go our Flipkart service center, they have send me the service center address and Iam not abel get correct address of service center and now I want the correct address of service center or else contact number of them

    Unable to login flipkart account. when i entered the mobile no. and password it was showing that i was entered the wrong password when i click the forgot password it was not showing anything.

        I have purchased voltas 1.5 Tonne ac from flipkart on 09th may 2019 with order id OD[protected]. Currently voltas is running extended warranty program in place of 1 year to 5 year for all the ac purchased and Extended upto 10 year warranty also. When i contacted voltas customer care for the extended warranty they said flipkart is not their authorized seller and they cannot provide the extended warranty and even my products warranty is also 1 year instead of 5 year.

        Voltas also charge me Rs 1500 instead of Rs 499 as your current running installation offer again saying that flipkart is not their authorized seller.

        If flipkart is not the authorised seller, why they are selling this product. I am filling looted by voltas or flipkart here.

          I first ordered Real me pro 3 on june 5th - order no OD[protected], delivery date was 6th. received a message saying delivery delayed, will be delivered within 3 days. The product did not get delivered till june 12th and i was asked by flipkart to cancel the order and reorder again as they had some issues with ekart logistics. i did and reorder again. reordered on 13th june and was shown expected delivery date as june 15th. I got a message again saying that shipment is delayed and will be delivered with 3 days. again the same message. I am supposed to go outstaion on june 16th i.e tomorrow, thinking that i had ordered the phone well in advance on june 5th when i first ordered. now the second time as well the same thing happened. What am i supposed to do? Not just the harrasment, the money also gets blocked. I paid twice via credit card EMI option, the interest gets charged, the refund takes time. this is really very very very frustrating and unacceptable. i was patient when it happened the first time but again? what kind of professionalism is this. Flipkart has caused me a lot of problem.

              Flipkart blocked my account. I have to pay my paylater bill. They are countinously calling me to pay the bill but without login how can I pay the bill. Flipkart also not providing any solution to this problem. I have called and mailed them several times but they ignored each and every time. Now my CIBIL score will get affected. They blocked my account without any prior notice or any kind of warning.

                  This is regarding Marq tv, which was delivered on May 22nd 2019, just after one week of the return policy got over the audio of the tv has disappeard.
                  I called to Flipkart customer care and they said I need to talk to Marq customer care and then after I called Marq so many times a person named Deepak K B, Phone no:[protected] visited on last Tuesday, 11 June 2019. He didn't made any changes apart from reassemble the TV and told us if the problem appears call me I will replace the mother board. Then we called him just within an hour itself and told the problem has again appeared. So he said I will replace the motherboard as soon as I get it from Marq service centre.
                  But it has be more than 4 days, I haven't received any update, no response in call, no ticket no., no mail or msg confirmation that the person will come or not or will the motherboard be replaced.
                  The service of Flipkart and Marq is getting worse day by day.

                    My account has been blocked by flipkart as they are telling me that i am reselling the products. I purchased product from Flipkart for my personal use and for my family.

                    In their policy it is no where stated that they will block account if i purchase any product more than once. so its in complete voilation of my rights. please see towards this case as amount of 1000 has also been in my account that is inaccesible now .
                    This is pure case of fraud and embazzelment. they are stealing the customers hard earned money .
                    If they cannot unblock my accoumt then pleasse refund me my balance

                          As the product comes under no return policy, it is not fair to deliver wrong quantity. Even didn't expect such a worst response and delivery by Flipkart as Flipkart itself has a brand value.

                            Hi,

                            I ordered a bean bag in flipkart. It was supposed to be delivered by June 3rd and its not yet delivered. I raised many request to flipkart to cancel the order but they are not taking the request nor tracking the order. They are saying there is a technical glitch and we couldn't do anything.
                            All they are doing is postponing the delivery date by 10 days in future. this happened two times now. I don't know what to do. Someone has to step in and help to resolve this issue.

                                This is in reference to my personal Flipkart, having been blocked due to wrong reasons. My details are as follows :

                                I have been using Flipkart for past 5 years & have a done number of transactions. Being more updated and familiar about the ongoing online offers, I used to be approached by my office colleagues for getting the bookings done.

                                But to my sudden shock, my account was blocked tentatively on 18th Jan 2019, without any prior intimation or warning. Please note that my Flipkart wallet had 8000 INR, at the time of being blocked.

                                I hereby declare that the several bookings being done from my account wasn't for the purpose of reselling, as stated to be the reason by Flipkart. My colleagues shall corroborate this fact.

                                Considering the above facts, I would like Flipkart to resume the services on my account or atleast reimburse my wallet amount.

                                  I am not a reseller .. i have all the proofs that the products i have bought are only for me and my family use and not for reselling and since i have already received the order mentioned by you in the above mail it is already cleared that you are not focusing on customers .. you can not ban someone just on some basis of your system and without providing prior notifications and proofs.. Products i have bought are intended for my personal use only.. recently i have bought 3 puma shoes and out of them 2 are in damaged condition which need to be return but I'm not able to do so as you have banned the account .. so kindly remove this ban.. or i have to submit the documents, proofs and those damaged shoes to social media platforms and the consumer court.

                                  I hope you understand and don't ignore this by providing the same copied mail in response.. write a proper mail or this is the last time if the problem is not resolve now then i have to go to social media, court and will going to send letter to government authorities for taking up actions against you if the case is not resolved within 2 days.

                                    Ordered a Redmi Note 7 (Ruby Red, 64gb) phone worth Rs 11999/- through flipkart app on 24/04/2019 for which I had made online payment by debit card & received box on 30/04/2019. But when I opened the box, instead of phone flipkart delivered a used old multimedia single speaker. Since then I have been making request for replacement/refund, but each time flipkart rejects my request by saying that they have confirmed from their seller and courier partner that box delivered to me was intact and they have delivered the right product. But actually I am still waiting for my ordered phone. The box delivered by courier boy has details of phone but there was no phone inside the box. Similarly flipkart sent me invoice of my ordered phone but actually I haven't received any phone yet.

                                    By accepting that flipkart's so called trusted seller says that they have delivered right product it doesn't make sense to believe them blindly despite several photographs and evidence which has been shared with Flipkart. That means not only that cheater seller but Flipkart also directly involved in such case.

                                      On 13/6/19 night at 9 pm, I saw a advertisement that deals of the day i select a mobile phone and followed process as usual. It was a marvellous offer. Almost 93 % off on selected items.I booked a mobile phone worth of Rs.1799/-(after off). Payment through PAYTM and obtained order ID[protected]. After that no information about the goods. Please do the needful.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I had purchased a mobile & later I had cancelled it. Refund has been credited in my account but, I had choosen it as EMI payment mode through marchant. Since I didn't call to bank for close the EMI hence they reflected it in my monthly statement & already I have paid twice (2 EMI). Now bank clearly telling that your 2 EMIs has been credited to marchant but, while I am repeatedly calling flipkart nobody responding. Already a query raised & assigned to a team but, till date team has not contacted me. Please do the needful.
