At the time of purchase, I have opted for redemption of my Flipkart gift voucher amount of Rs. 1000/- but its was not deducted from the mobile amount.
My Flipkart Gift Voucher amount (under Flipkart plus zone) is showing Rs. 0/-.

In the above-mentioned table (collected from Flipkart Order Section) showing no deduction of Rs. 1000/- (Gift Voucher Amount). But my Gift Voucher Balance is Rs. 0/-.
My question is why Rs. 1000/- was not deducted from the final amount.

    I placed an order on flip kart of John player white formal shirt but the product I received was totally different from what I ordered
    Then I raised and return request for the same following that my order got picked 4 times but the return request got rejected stating that the product is not matching with the description which was the reason why I raised a return request.
    So they asked me to raise a fresh return request and I agreeing to which but the courier service provider cancelled the return request stating that I want to keep the product with my self without my consent and the same thing is getting repeated over and over again

      Have been trying to reach flipkart customer support to activate my deactivated account, but they are not responding to calls. The line goes dead saying that executives are busy. No idea, how else they could be reached. Would like to activate my flipkart account. Please help with activation of the account. Please let me know if any further information is required.

      I have tried calling but the calls are always being disconnected after announcing the customer care is too busy to take my call. I dont understand why its taking such a long time to reactivate an account.

        They are providing totally fake products and the way they are using is they show the different trusted seller and provide the product from worst sellers they are cheating with public what i say now flipkart i will never shop from ur app amazon is bestest as we compare to flipkart..they provide the broken seal products nd also expire they use the technique to change the slip of the product by fake slip and the quality of the product is in guilt or oxidized condition you can also see in the image that th sticker is put agian on the top and there is glue of the previous one and the seller i selected is not given on the bill there is an another seller whose name is syesha which provide us fake product

              I have ordered acer predator helios 300 laptop 2 days back and it was assured by them that it will be delivered by today. But they still haven't shipped the item yet and they aren't giving any response. I have tried their customer care number and i have even put up a series of tweets in Twitter tagging them and also I've read this has happened to a lot of people. Please resolve this matter.                   I had ordered a PS4 from flipkart . I Recieved the order on mentioned time but the serial no. Or imei no. Of the product is not matching with the invoice. Serial no.on warranty card and console are not matching with invoice due to which the 1 year warranty comes invalid as Sony india considers warranty only when invoice and warranty card are proper. Due to mismatch warranty becomes in valid. Flipkart is not ready to revise invoice nor coming up with solution. I am getting no response for this issue from flipkart

                    Dear customer sir / Madam congratulation you are Second prize lucky winner from Flipkart .com online shopping your win Swift Dzire (which cost is Rs 830000.00) The charge of you Registration service charge Rs This is valid Today know more for details contact at helpline NO [protected] and I got call from the this number for +[protected] his name is Nikhil Kumar he asked me to pay registration charges to transfer the fund in 5mins next 5mins they will transfer the full winning amount it seems, I have raised this complaint to flipkart CC already but not sure how far its true but I felt its fake 100%. So please be carefull.

                      Folks, This is regarding the purchase of the Split AC from flipkart. Although all the purchase and installation phase was okay in my case, the problem i face now is the service support. After this peak summer time the AC is not getting cool and when approached Hitachi they say the installation is wrong. But this was arranged and completed by flipkart. When called my installation guy he is help less and asking me to contact Flipkart or Hitachi. Hitachi is blaming flipkart, flipkart service support is either not reachable or the mails sent to [protected]@flipkart.com is bouncing back. I believe for any expensive household items it's better to avoid flipkart.

                        i have ordered one mobile and it has to deliver by 21st june.

                        But from 19th june status is not updated. And if will call to customer support they are telling it will deliver by that but i am telling them still its far from 500 km and how can it deliver same day.these people are telling same information what we can see in our profile for tracking. what is the use if will they will give same information.if there are no rights for them to call the courier service people, then how can we get information . they were telling they cant get information about courier service then what is the meaning of customer support.
                        really very bad service.
                        i never think flipkart pople will give this much bad response. i am really worried if they will continue no one can buy from flipkart.

Not taking any complaint to me and saying that you have called in North department we can't help you and call the South department for complaint. Not taking exact complaint.                                 Sir. I ordered some products from flipkart via Bajaj finserve EMI card. Later I realised that I need to buy 2 more items too. So cancelled the order with in 10 minutes after I booked. And I got a message says that your amount will be refunded. Okay fine. On the EMI date 02/05/19 amount 3082 has been deducted from my account for this order. And when I contacted Bajaj finserve they said that refund wasn't completed. Total amount of the order was 18488 rupees Only. And 14990 has refunded and 3498 wasn't refunded. And I talked with the customer care guy of flipkart. He said that refund was successful and They can't do anything with this. They didn't help me with this. So the matter is I paid an amount for an item that I didn't even bought. I'm working at my hometown at Kerala. I hope that you know my pain. I'm hardly working to earn for my family. So please help me with this sir.

                                When I went to Bajaj finserve store to check about the refund. And they show me their system's display to me. In that it says refund has been partially completed or something like that. Phones amount is only refunded and both the speakers and mi bands amount is not refunded. Flipkart may send me the refund fully. But it doesn't credited to my card successfully. That's why I stucked at here. When I ask to flipkart they says amount was refunded. And when I ask Bajaj finserve they told me that it's partially refunded. What to do now.? Help me please. I need my money. If they can't do that atleast send me those products by the way. Please help me.

                                  on june 13 i have contacted flipkart customer care and told my issue they have raised a complaint
                                  after so many calls they have informed that my product will be delivered on or before 7pm of 18th June but it was not delivered
                                  so i again started calling flipkart and they told me again to wait for another 24-48 hours to get it delivered and the requested time is completed but my product is still not delivered
                                  Product ordered on 10th of june and today is 20th june
                                  Worst expereince from flipkart never expected

                                      I am unhappy with the quality of a Air conditioner (Carrier 3star, Non-Inverter, Split).I bought at Flipkart on 1st April 2019.i am writing to seek a replacement

                                      The Air conditioner are not working properly.I think Outdoor unit fault.The AC was delivered on 4th April & Installation on 22th April and I noticed this problem after installation.

                                      I have attached a photo copy of my receipt as proof of purchase

                                      I would like to have this problem fixed quality please.already complaint over phone on 15th June[protected] If do not hear from you.I will lodge
                                      a formal complaint with consumer affairs in my state.

Since the product was delivered to you on 04 Apr 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out.

                                      When I had open my flipkart app it was log out and then I tried to sign in it shows login unsuccessful so, please resolve my problem as much as you can.
                                      Expected delivery 11 June but not delivered till day plz solve my delivery problem as soon as possible
                                      My parcel is not reach to me...Transport executive not responding properly...Kindly look into and do needful.
                                      When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
                                      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?

                                        I recently ordered a American tourister bag which was return policy under 30days, but insufficient size to carry laptop. So I decided to return the product in return policy time. But return policy accepted but still the delivery pick up boy not assigned as their mention on date. Now around 5days happened still CC not try to slove my problem.
                                        Received Damage food item box yesterday morning i have called them against refund and replacement till the time no response.this time they have no time to taken my calls contiously i calling them
