My account was blocked by flipkart stating that i am reselling the products that i bought from them, which is not at all true because all the products are in full use and the ones that needed to be installed, were installed by the flipkart's own service team "jeeves".
As i was a plus member my account also had an gift amount of Rs.1000.
Highly unprofestional attitude of flipkart.

I want flipkart to resolve the issue as soon as possible as i am not the only person who is facing this issue. Its a trend that flipkart is following. These dirty tricks wont take your company a long way.

    I have been asking for the invoice copy since past 5 days post delivery of product, but flipkart customer service representative says that invoice is not available. Also they didn't get back to me as promised in email.

      11 jun 2019 i was ordered a marq by flipkart 43 inch tv from flipkart... It delivered in 20 jun 2019 it was a long time.. But not problem i think... But they promise that your tv installed within 23 jun 2019... But 21 jun i was received a message that i find a technician number who will installed our tv but when i call that person he told me that your
      Area not covered our service... So call flipkart to arrange another way... So i was call flipkart many times after he told me that but every time flipkart executive tild me sir, please don't worry our team will get in touch you and install your tv within 23 jun 2019... This is last date... So i was waiting till 23 jun... But then today 23 jun 2019 "jeeves" (Flipkart installation partner) executive call me and clearly
      Says that our service not available for your location... So then i call flipkart and as same they told me don't worry please wait untill 26 jun 2019...

      This is the flipkart service it almost 15-20 to install just a tv in our home...

      And they even told me don't open the box untill their technician visits...

      I don't want service from flipkart... Flipkart's after sale service in big products is very bad... Please give me my money back...

        I ordered a philips mms8085b/94 80 w bluetooth soundbar and few other things on 19 june, 2019 through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and adress does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order. Even they send me a massage that your parcel is reached the hub nearest you, that you can collect it from their. Why?? They harassed me..

          tampered warranty with laptop

          I bought a Lenovo laptop from flipkart. On flipkart, in product details, it was mentioned that there will be 1 year brand warranty. After product delivered to me on 21st Jul 2019, when I tried to register the product on Lenovo website, it showed that warranty is already started from Dec 2018 and now only 6 months more warranty is available.

            I order a mobile redmi note 7 pro on 14 june 2019. I use this mobile and find an issue of battery. The battery is drain so fastly. Without using of internet the battery is drain from 98% to 86% in 1: 15 hour and when i use internet the battery is drain from 80% to 30% in 1: 30 hour without watching videos. I complaint of this to flipkart and technician come to check my mobile but he reject to replace it he check my mobile and record video then 5% battery is used in 12 minute. And yes when i call with flipkart associative upto 11minute and battery drain to 83% from 87%. Now the company did not replace my mobile help me about this plzzz.

              I am praveen i bought phone of realme2 pro on oct 2018 and i want to exchange my phone under buy back gurantee to realme3 pro on 20 june 2019,

              The wishmaster has rejected my realme2 pro phone due to a small dot on the back of my phone and i am not able to exchange my phone.

              So i want a strict action against wishmaster or flipkart in their unnecessary delay of my phone,

                      Horrible experience. Ramsons exotic rhythm white perfume eau de parfum - 100 ml. I have ordered this perfume 5th time and getting a wrong product. Is the kind of service you are providing to your costumer. I'll make sure that i'll never recommend flipkart in future to anyone.                           I am flipkart plus account holder I couldn't access my account since 21 June 2019 . By mistake I logged out If I try to Login it says "Login unsuccessful . Please try in a minute" . After several trys it asked me to login after 24 hours.                             They blocked my account siting some ressons that i m not using the product that i m buying, but i shared them the product which i brought are being used with me after that they are neither replying not taking calls. As i have to get replaced some product which i bought which was defective i called them for that also but they didn't taken request for that and now it's replacement period is going to be over because of which i will not be able to return.
                            In my account there is gft card balance of 5043 wbich also they are not gibing and saying when ur account will be unblocked then only u can use it. So i want to make file a claim of 10000 for doing this all frauds and not replying and Accusing me of any base.

                            Still they have neither refunded my money neither tbey are unblocking my account... Everytime i m calling they are asking to wait and nit replying to my mails... Kindly ask them to compensate for the same as they are not giving my money which are woth them from more than 3 weeks and also because they are unresponsive my products replacement warranty expired

                                  I have ordered the iphone xs max from the flipkart delivery was done on my house on 8th june and the order received by my mother when i came home in the evening and opened the packet, there was a blank box of iphone xs max i have also created a video of it and i complained to flipkart but no response has been given yet whenever i call in, 1 week is given by raising the date and it is said that your complain is in process i[censored] do not take any action on this, otherwise i will have to f. I. R it on flipkart.
                                  Otherwise, my full amount should be refunded to me,
                                  So take less no action has been taken in flipkart that has been taken on customer care for 20 days so far. And so far 5 times my application has been rejected or not refunding nor replacing my order and no f. I. R let me just say that the company is a thief to never buy anything from flipkart. I created the video and which i still have, i sent it to the flipkart but not taking any action of the flipkart. ₹ 116000 i am completely ruined.

                                      I order realme 3 pro phone .An product had been written a 2 day delivering ..And i took leave today from my office by cutting my salary 5000 . To take product .And morning time i got massage from flipkart side product has been delayed and will be deliver withen three days ..Flipkart have no time value .They are doing there own ..Even they are not confrom when thay will deliver thet product they are simply saying will deliver withen 3 working day
