This is in regarding order number OD[protected].
I have made full payment using AXIS credit card and the payment was deducted and also converted to EMI also and when the delivery boy came to my address he came with product mentioned COD
and was demanding for payment to deliver the product.
Also he is refusing to take the exchange phone also due to a very minor scratch which is even not visible easily.
All the mentioned condition for a exchange are passed
1. The details of the brand, model and IMEI should match the details provided by you. - Matched
2. The phone should switch on without being connected to a charger & battery should not be swollen. - Matched Switch on without charger and no battery swelling
3. There should not be any physical damage on the mobile body including charging port. - No physical damage and charging port is intact
4. The screen should be intact without dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the display. - Display is working fine no issue at all.
And when contacted flipkart they are not ready to solve the issue but asking to place new order in high price.
