Two of my orders urbano fashion jeans and deezano jeans i purchased from flipkart. It was delivered on 29/05/2019. Due to size fit issue i requested for return and refund but still pick up not done till 26/06/2019..
I have been calling customer care regarding this issue.. They always give fake promises telling the problem is with courier end and it will be resolved soon.
Still not an action taken by flipkart regarding the issue.
I made a online payment through phone pe that amount also not refunded

Hello...My flipkart account was blocked flipkart for maximum returning the products. I am trying to resolving the problem myself but not succeed. Tried to login my account many times but not succeed.Called the customer care 3 or 4 times requesting him to resolve my problem but not succeed.p lease help
I will buy Samsung a50 in flipkart.. but this smartphone is not working properly... very bad performance.. and battery was fast drine

      In the month of march we had got our gst number & had updated the same on the flipkart portal but till date the account says 'the documents submitted are under process. It will take 10-12 days for verification to be completed.', even after 3 months.

      We have raised numerous tickets from our side on flipkart affiliate portal, but no response is received from your side yet. Please look into the matter and verify the same.

      We have registered flipkart affiliate account registered with the mail id: [protected]@gmail.com.

      Please looking into the matter immediately and release the pending payment from the last 3 months. If there is any other details that is required to be shared please let us know.

          I had placed an order through flipkart pay later. But when the delivery person came to deliver the package he said it is cod and not paid and that there is a technical issue, the money will be refunded to the pay later account. I then paid the amount in cash and got my package. After a month i started receiving emails from flipkart that the amount of 3009 has to be paid else a legal notice will be send.
          I emailed and contacted customer support to complain about the fraudulent. The support analyst emailed me that the money will be transferred to my bank account and i can pay flipkart pay later amount with that.
          So far no amount has been refunded and there is absolutely no response from the customer support. Next step will be consumer court.

            I purchased one AC if marq company from flipkart on 1st June and it stopped working on 17 June and register my complain on 18th June and on 23th one technician came to fix the issue.But he said, there is gas leakage issue and it is to be refilled and he went stating that he will come after company provides gas to be refilled.But still company neither responding technical nor me after so many reminder and Flipkart has given time frame that is last on 24th June and one day extension to resolve my issues and it has been passed twice still no resolution.My incident number is IN[protected]. I want to know the exact reason for this failure of flipkart.Thank you.

              Your team are simply saying the reasons that photographs are not clear.
              Please find the attached photographs which are clear to understand the features / parts of mobile, than this how much clarity images you need?

              I feel flipkart is cheating customers by accepting the orders and finally cancelling them with out delivering the product. There is not even a single scratch on my exchange mobile.

                Ordered maxpro m1 in june 2019 received product mfd on july 2018
                Request to return was rejected my earlier maxpro m1 ordered on sept 2018 was having mfd date of aug 2018. (See image)
                Imagine customer buying a new phone and receiving and older mfd phone of more than one year.
                Anyway just by charging the phone it got heated it indicates what's in store for me.
                Intiated a return request got rejected as they seller rejected it.
                Seller is flipkart themselves as product packaging clearly indicates it was imported and sold by flipkart.
                Flipkart is misleading authorities as well customers stating seller is as if someone other than flipkart. (See image seller is flipkart)
                Besides flipkart calls me when we pick up the calls they disconnect when we recall the same number it says number is invalid.
                They sms please check your email, where as we don't find any email from flipkart.
                Please take back your outdated defective product and refund.
                Ps: i have been ordered from amazon for last 20 years i have not gone such deceit as like flipkart, with this purchase i made a mistake i now realize it.
                Customer beware and choose a online vendor who cares for you.
                In case you with flipkart always check mfd date else you get product older than your current.

                  I really need the bajaj finserv option available on flipkart for asus 6z i wanted to order it as soon as possible. There is no bajaj finserv option available for it. Please resolve the issue regarding this. Truenet commerce is the only seller for asus 6z on flipkart and its only flipkart exclusive. Offline sellers dosent sell asus mobiles anymore. Please make it happen i really need bajaj finserv option available on asus 6z today. Its a request.

                    I ordered a product roadster mens grey checkered shirt worth 299 from flipkart and requested return. I received a wish master notification from flipkart on 25th june 2019 for return pickup. I called wishmaster with provided details and call not attempted by pickup guy. Later they didn't called me and cancelled return on their own. This type of behaviour seen from last three orders and too much delay happened. I reported each event to flipkart and not satisfied with their services. I want to file a complaint against their neglegance and irresponsible behaviour with customer.

                    I already contacted customer care about it and escalated the issue that they will get notified me with in two hours. As usual they neglected it. Very as usual I again requested return and it's got delayed by one day as expected pickup is 27th June 2019. Today I got a message from wish master that they are out for pickup.

                    But customer care is simply saying we will revert on it.

                    Won't you have escalation status?
                    Won't you be responsible as customer is complaining about delays from past five orders?
                    Won't you take care if a customer is complaining repeatedly about product delays?
                    Where is the improvement?
                    Why delivery timelines are not followed even after repeated complaints?

                    Before commenting like this my humble request is to kindly check complaints raised by me and feedback received.

                    Even if I tried to contact Flipkart Corporate Office number it was not connected.

                    Kindly check attached image for calls status.

                    Ask your executives why they didn't respond or contacted as per expected timelines. I didn't get any follow up for any complaint. Even after it got delayed I followed up the complaint by explaining each and every executive about what happened. I don't know how they are closing tickets on their own without any feedback from me.

                    I only got emails for executive call experience.

                    Kindly dig all the issues reported in this month, escalate again and take necessary action.

                    I don't want to say thanks for what I have experienced with Flipkart.

                      I ordered a volta's ac from flipkart. I received ac whic part was missing. After complained they said u have to return it. I returned it but they are not giving refund. My account was blocked by flipkart around 1 month back without any prior information. It is very wrong and very cheap activity done by flipkart. I had purchased a mobile through flipkart and for which i purchased buy back gurantee as well but not able to avail because account got blocked. I need a justice and need a resolution.                               I purchased a phone from flipkart on 6th june 2019. After using that phone i found the diaplay of phone is defective. Display is blinking. So i complaint to flipkart about dis under policy period. Tecnician visit provide by flipkart. To me. But the issue didnot resolve because tecnician shared wrong feedback to flipkart. Now the flipkart says phone replacement is not possible go to secrvice centre.

                                I order some items from supermarket worth of 888, when it came for dispatch one shampoo was opend and returned back to seller, after that i did'nt receive my refund money back and i called flipkart coustomer care for more than 10 time they are telling from seller side payment has been done and i will send you the reference number of that after that i called bank to check with amount they told no such payments has been happend with this reference number again i called costumer care number they are telling stories i need my refund statment with my banck account via mail otherwise i will take this to next step.

                                  i am writing this complaint after one month of placing order for a led tv which is yet to be delivered. i tried contacting flipkart customer service for the same but what i was promised was that i should cancel this order and place a fresh order the difference would be refunded in flipkart points which simply means i have to pay more 3500 rs on the same order which flipkart did not deliver . and this difference of 3500 rs will be given back to me in the form of flipkart points .Which is not at all reasonable as i already lost my precious time and i dont want to loose my hard earned money . all i want is my order to be delivered without further waste of my time, energy and money.

                                    I orderer a samsung m10 phone, and amount is deducted from account, but order not placed.
                                    I am trying to login through forgot password them it give one OTP no. And after entering it on next page it is asking for set new password and when i am entering new password it is saying account exists enter password .. please help me with this .
                                    I have ordered a laptop after a day seller has cancelled my order and they said refund will be given after 2days so i was waiting but flipkart has blocked my account im very much disappointed ... please some action im afraid of getting my money back

                                    They are making fool me daily. They are big frauds. They are not giving my money backm they are giving damaged products to customers.

                                      And i call customer care then the say that my number be unreachable but no call and no msg i have from flipkart
                                      It is very burst company customer care for supporting customer
                                      It is very sadness for me.
                                      It is very bad delivery support for the company and not delivered time and date

                                      They are cheats... I have order hair colour cream order no: OD[protected] it was expected to be delivered on 23 june but on 24 june when i called the concerned person he told me that he had called mein thrice on my number...totally lying...

                                        This is in regarding order number OD[protected].

                                        I have made full payment using AXIS credit card and the payment was deducted and also converted to EMI also and when the delivery boy came to my address he came with product mentioned COD
                                        and was demanding for payment to deliver the product.

                                        Also he is refusing to take the exchange phone also due to a very minor scratch which is even not visible easily.

                                        All the mentioned condition for a exchange are passed

                                        1. The details of the brand, model and IMEI should match the details provided by you. - Matched
                                        2. The phone should switch on without being connected to a charger & battery should not be swollen. - Matched Switch on without charger and no battery swelling
                                        3. There should not be any physical damage on the mobile body including charging port. - No physical damage and charging port is intact
                                        4. The screen should be intact without dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the display. - Display is working fine no issue at all.

                                        And when contacted flipkart they are not ready to solve the issue but asking to place new order in high price.
