Respected Sir/Madam,
I had placed Prestige PRM 3.0 rotimaker from Flipkart on June 1, 2019 and was delivered to us on June 3, 2019 and COD was made of INR 1890. However, the product was not functioning well so on June 5, 2019 a return request was placed. Now, the Flipkart is stating that the product was not delivered and they want copy of the invoice with barcode which was never given to us. Along with the product we had received Demo CD, product warranty and tax invoice which was pasted on Flipkart box. I have shared all the pictures of the product received but, they are insisting for Invoice with barcode which was not given to us at the time of delivery. Infact, on the tax invoice it states that "Ordered through Flipkart" and "TTK Prestige Limited Authorized Signature".
I would kindly request your assistance on this matter and help us return the product which is not functioning nd get refund of our money as stated by Prestige.

Cant ypu investigate something and then post comments
