Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my personal Flipkart, having been blocked due to wrong reasons. My details are as follows :

I have been using Flipkart for past 5 years & have a done number of transactions. Being more updated and familiar about the ongoing online offers, I used to be approached by my office colleagues for getting the bookings done.

But to my sudden shock, my account was blocked tentatively on 18th Jan 2019, without any prior intimation or warning. Please note that my Flipkart wallet had 8000 INR, at the time of being blocked.

I hereby declare that the several bookings being done from my account wasn't for the purpose of reselling, as stated to be the reason by Flipkart. My colleagues shall corroborate this fact.

Considering the above facts, I would like Flipkart to resume the services on my account or atleast reimburse my wallet amount.

    I am not a reseller .. i have all the proofs that the products i have bought are only for me and my family use and not for reselling and since i have already received the order mentioned by you in the above mail it is already cleared that you are not focusing on customers .. you can not ban someone just on some basis of your system and without providing prior notifications and proofs.. Products i have bought are intended for my personal use only.. recently i have bought 3 puma shoes and out of them 2 are in damaged condition which need to be return but I'm not able to do so as you have banned the account .. so kindly remove this ban.. or i have to submit the documents, proofs and those damaged shoes to social media platforms and the consumer court.

    I hope you understand and don't ignore this by providing the same copied mail in response.. write a proper mail or this is the last time if the problem is not resolve now then i have to go to social media, court and will going to send letter to government authorities for taking up actions against you if the case is not resolved within 2 days.

      Ordered a Redmi Note 7 (Ruby Red, 64gb) phone worth Rs 11999/- through flipkart app on 24/04/2019 for which I had made online payment by debit card & received box on 30/04/2019. But when I opened the box, instead of phone flipkart delivered a used old multimedia single speaker. Since then I have been making request for replacement/refund, but each time flipkart rejects my request by saying that they have confirmed from their seller and courier partner that box delivered to me was intact and they have delivered the right product. But actually I am still waiting for my ordered phone. The box delivered by courier boy has details of phone but there was no phone inside the box. Similarly flipkart sent me invoice of my ordered phone but actually I haven't received any phone yet.

      By accepting that flipkart's so called trusted seller says that they have delivered right product it doesn't make sense to believe them blindly despite several photographs and evidence which has been shared with Flipkart. That means not only that cheater seller but Flipkart also directly involved in such case.

        On 13/6/19 night at 9 pm, I saw a advertisement that deals of the day i select a mobile phone and followed process as usual. It was a marvellous offer. Almost 93 % off on selected items.I booked a mobile phone worth of Rs.1799/-(after off). Payment through PAYTM and obtained order ID[protected]. After that no information about the goods. Please do the needful.

          Dear Team,

          I had purchased a mobile & later I had cancelled it. Refund has been credited in my account but, I had choosen it as EMI payment mode through marchant. Since I didn't call to bank for close the EMI hence they reflected it in my monthly statement & already I have paid twice (2 EMI). Now bank clearly telling that your 2 EMIs has been credited to marchant but, while I am repeatedly calling flipkart nobody responding. Already a query raised & assigned to a team but, till date team has not contacted me. Please do the needful.

            I have a total of 9324 approved payment in my Flipkart affiliate account. But I got the payment initiated mail on 30 May 2019 where the amount is 8449 and after the TDS the amount is 8026. But after 15 days I did not receive any payment from Flipkart affiliate. I mail them my problem but after 5 days there is no response from them.

                    I have approved payment of 4800 in my flipkart affilate account fron last 3 months But amount was not transferred in my account.

                    I mailed them but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

                    They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                    Login unsuccessful shows whenever I am trying to log in. when I log in my account on Flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
                    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on Flipkart?

                      I have preordered oppo reno 10x zoom but they never shipped the product yet they are giving me unwanted excuses. Some customer care says ur product will delivered today, some say by tommorw but in reality the product has not been packed. Seller name is flashtech retails. They didn't even pack after 8 days they should have delivered the product on 9 June. Now they are making excuses.

                      Now it is 14th day. Flipkart hasn't shipped the preorder product. Making excuses. Some says it is out of stock but in reality it is not. Please take strong action on flipkart. They are making me fool

                          Sir as you told me that your id was blocked as you have cancelled many products
                          But I let you to introduce that
                          1) Realme 3 which was prepaid was cancelled by your side by telling that due to high demand
                          2) similarly for my prepaid order redmi 6 and Nokia 5.1 plus
                          When I communicate with your executive they told me please rebook again
                          3) I have order the 3 htc trimmer which was cancelled by you not by myside
                          4) boat headphones which are prepaid order were cancelled by your side
                          Everytime when I communicate to your executive they just said me sorry for the inconveniences please reorder the item

                          At last a mail come your side saying that due to high cancellation you are unable to login your Id.

                          Just tell me that where is my fault regarding these cancellation.

                              I ordered Oppo Reno from Flipkart on 7th June.
                              The promised delivery date was 10th June and It has reached my nearest hub on 9th June. I was waiting since 9th And today they asked me to place another order of the same. Why should i place new order? My buyback guarantee was used in that and moreover it is Out of stock now. But the Qn is that Where did it go ?? I couldn't find contact details of ekart office in Jammu (Akhnoor Road). Worst experience ever. Flipkart has no accountability towards the customer. How can a package be misplaced after it reached nearest hub? Did someone from delivery team keep it ? Or it just disappeared. Irresponsible people. I want my order tomorrow itself.

                                I Have purchased boat rockerz 255F Bluetooth headset as on Dt- 01.06.19 which has been delivered on dt-02.06.19 . I have face some connection issue as well as sound problem so i have requested to replace as on dt-06.06.19 . Expected delivery date for replacement was dt-08.06.19 but evenafter 08.06.19 they didn't any updation regarding this . I have called many times in customer care executive they just keep saying it will be take five more days to process . After everyday follow up they called me on 12.06.19 and said they should cancel the order and again requested to return they did the same but still there is no any updation . i have never experience such worst service before from any online site . I am really disappointed with flipkart service .They dont have any proper solution .

                                    order id:[protected] recently i place a order from flipcart summer limited of june and i ordered redmi 6 pro rs 1749.34 and i pay online by my debit card visa and then i go flipcart account when there is nothing in my cart and i was shocked so please refund my money as soon as otherwise i complaint against flipcart in consumer court.

                                      I have received a defective and dented whirlpool refrigerator which was delivered on 3 June, 2019. The delivery boy was in hurry and so he was unable to approve it.
                                      When I got it i found it as defective and dented ...
                                      I have filled return request 2 times but it was cancelled by flipkart and when I filled 3rd request for return it is not going to be approved by them..
                                      And these causes great inconvenience to me

                                        I ordered syska 10000 power bank ( 100, power plus) but I got another model of syska power bank 10000 mah.i requested a replacement and again got the same model as a replacement. please look into the matter asap. I want to make a complaint against the seller.
