I have placed the order for real me 3 pro with exchange my current device.
It finally arrived after 3 days. The representative checked my device and stated that it is not eligible for exchange due to the single thin small line on the right side which is not even visible unless we turn it to bright light. I don't know why they waste customers time just for fun and time pass. It is clearly mentioned on the website that there are a few checks like screen must be intact, it must turn on with out connecting to the charger and No physical damage. Are they expecting a new phone in exchange. If so, why don't they just mention it on the website. My phone looks awesome, just like a brand new one. They just played with my time and excitement, of course feelings with it. I don't want them to resolve my issue.

    Hello,

    I placed an order of OPPO RENO 10x Zoom 6gb/128gb Order Id: OD[protected] on Flipkart on 2nd June 2019 with exchange of my old phone OPPO F1 S

    On 9th June 2019 delivery boy came, inspected my phone and said will be back in half an hour.
    But even after an hour he didn’t showed up.
    Later that day I called him and he asked me to come to his office in Ulhasnagar.

    As I reached to his office he said my old phone cannot be taken in exchange.

    So I registered a complaint at FlipKart to look into this.
    To my complaint, Flipkart sent a mail claiming to solve my problem by 12th June 2019.

    On 10th June I received a mail saying to submit all photographs of old phone and after doing so they claimed that phone can’t b accepted as it isn’t meeting our guidelines.

    Then I called customer care and asked them to send me the OPPO RENO 10x Zoom and will pay for it whatever the amount is instead of exchanging my old phone

    Later I received a mail claiming that my new phone will be delivered in next 4 business working days.

    But today morning 11th jUne 2019 got a mail a saying seller has cancelled the order.

    Then I called FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE and they said we can’t help you with this.

    From last few days I have been going through so much difficulties from flipkart regarding the phone.
    Even i was ready to pay remaining amount now my order is been cancelled.
    Specially a response from FLIPKART of not being responsible or being unable to look into this.
    People like us come to flipkart expecting to get good quality products at amazing prices with good services which is actually claimed by you but that doesn’t happen
    Instead the happiness of buying new products from you guys are simply nothing less than nightmares.
    Last few days Iam just either speaking with your customer care of mailing you.
    And at the end everything goes in vein.
    If it is so with Flipkart then why would people even think of buying from you?
    Either we would go to Brand office (like oppo in my case)
    Get my old phone inspected on the spot and buy the phone instead of so facing so many unnecessary mess from you.
    We neither get product / service/ offer.
    A complete disappointment!

    Please resolve my issue at the earliest as I'm not getting any offer if I place a new order. And it is out of stock.

      I have places order of Oxillaxo printed full sleeve women jacket on 15 May 2019. It is prepaid order. Today, it is 09 Jun 2019 and already 24 days lapsed but the item ordered is not received yet. Despite of repeated complaints to flipkart the firm is not able to resolve the issue. First commitment of delivery of the purchased item was 18 May then 24, & 28 May. Then flipkart revised delivery date to 04, 05, 07, 08 June. Thus flipkart already given commitment for resolving issue for seven times but flipkart not able to either delivered the purchased item or refund the my money back. Daily I am receiving several calls from new person of flipkart each time repeating same story but there is no single call from competent executive from flipkart who can able to take responsibility invtotal and resolve the issue. Only bunch of robotic type of individuals seating in call centre calling every day and giving robotic answers. Highly redeculous service. Lacking of will power to resolve the issue.

        Without any intimation or notice or warning flipkart has blocked my account.I have been using flipkart for the last 5 years and flipkart blocked it in an instant without checking vintage and genuinness of customer.Also I am not able to view my previous purchases.I need invoices of previous history but not able to get the same.
        They have directly blocked my account claiming that i have not shopped for personal use..How can they justify the same .they need to check previous 5 year history .Also they could have discussed with me before blocking.

          Hi My mother has ordered shampoo from flipkart . Flipkart cheating customer by sending different shampoo inplace of what my mom ordered.I have shared pic of product with customer support .I was outstation & i have come to my home & find that this fraud activity of flipkart. They have sent same company shampoo but different product . I agreed for pickup also as shampoo has not been used but they are not giving my refund. Kindly take strict action against flipkart. I am attaching picture for proof. I trust this platform .I want my refund from flipkart.if required i will complain in Jago Grahak Jago platform.

However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out.           No its not dove shampoo what i ordered flipkart has given me different shampoo.kindly refund my amount.dont cheat customer. Shampoo is totally different . you trying to cheat customer in smart way. You are saying 10 days replacement period has been passed but this product has no return policy.i can attach screenshot if you want for proof. Dont cheat customer in such a platform.

            I ordered Midea ac 1 ton from Flipkart where it shows delivery date 7th June and installation date as 8th June.

            After multiple follow ups with Flipkart customer care also the installation is not done till 11th.

            If I get it installed from outside they will void the warranty.

            Such a big fraud Flipkart is doing with their customers.

            If I knew this would have preferred ordering it from Amazon.

              I had placed order for cover for Rs.369 + delivery charges = Rs.444.The amount was debited today morning at around 8am to my credit card.I phoned toll free number more than 20 times and I get IVR message as no such order and then ' all our customer service staff are busy.After duping me Rs.444, since morning, all your customer service staff are busy???.This happened last month also.For the item not delivered, wrong mail was sent telling that the courier person could not locate my flat, which is in the heart of the city.This was in respect of Disa grinder/ mixer.Your reply is expected immediately.I will post this fraud case in public forum and report the matter to consumer forum and issue legal notice through R.T.I.advocate in Delhi.I am not bothered about Rs.444, but I will see that your fraudulent deals are exposed and known to the public.I am Ex.Central Govt.Official and you will come to know the consequences of duping public.I am sending copy of mail to Prime Ministers Office also.

                I face a huge problem from flipkart and his company which is alsos know as Ekart.
                They don't have any kind of ethic and responsibility regarding their customer, because they take as a granted for a regular customer they don't value customer time.
                Today I will received my replacement product which i registered a complained long day ago, but i haven't received yet because the delivery boy don't have responsibility for that.

But problem starts here when i filled my IMEI number, it say " ENTERED IMEI NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH With SELECTED BRAND AND MODEL" i also checked my FLIPKART INVOICE IMEI. NOT WORKING...

                      Dear Team,
                      I recently placed an order for Carrier 2.0 Ton 3 Star inverter AC (Model Ester Neo) from flipkart. Order was placed on 26th May 2019 under flipkart. The AC was delivered at my address (c/o Rita Sachan – [protected], 116, Keshav Nagar Sitapur Road Lucknow Opp. Godavari Enclave Lucknow – 226021) on 31st May 2019. Since there was a brand installation offer for installation at 499/- through Flipkart the installation request was placed by flipkart through Carrier Midea Ltd. Sr. No.[protected] since this was taking time I also placed a request for installation through Carrier Midea from my side Sr.No.[protected] as I was informed from flipkart that I can do a standard installation and get a refund from flipkart under the order through authorised company. Regarding the same the installation was carried on 3rd June 2019 through company under the Sr. No.[protected].
                      However when the installation was complete during testing by the service engineer it was found that the Ac was faulty and was shutting itself down after 5-10 minutes displaying error code P6. The cooling of the unit was also low. The Installation engineer tried rectifying the same but was unable to do so and asked me to register for a service visit through Carrier Midea. For this I contacted flipkart and also from my end raised a request with Carrier Midea Ltd. With Sr No.[protected]Also informed this number to flipkart), the service engineer paid a visit on 7th June 2019 for the same and while testing the Ac was functioning albeit a bit less cooling, but as soon as the service engineer left the Ac again started shutting down automatically after running for 15-20 minutes with an error code P6 displayed on the panel. My mother this time called the engineer on Saturday (the one who visited on 7th June 2019) and was informed that the engineer will again visit on 10th June 2019. Meanwhile I also raised a request from my side on Carrier Midea support and was given a Sr no.[protected] and also informed the flipkart support. After all this today i.e. on 10th June 2019 the service engineer visited in the morning and diagnosed that the outdoor PCB is at fault and he replaced with a new one which he was carrying from Carrier Midea, however even after replacing the Outdoor PCB the Ac was still having the same issue (i.e. Shutting itself off after 15 minutes of operation with P6 error). The engineer communicated to me that the unit is faulty and needs to be replaced as this is a manufacturing defect.
                      Now I contacted flipkart and carrier both about the same issue and was informed that the dealer is supposed to replace my defective product. i.e Flipkart. However the flipkart team told me that there needs to be a communication in this regards from Carrier Midea limited. Now I don’t know where I was at fault in all of this, and in this peak summer weather I am left with an AC which is not functioning, for which I paid all the amount including installation fee. It is thereby requested to both Carrier Midea and Flipkart to replace the defective product at my premises ASAP as already it has been more than 14 days since I have purchased the product. Getting a faulty product delivered to me is by no means a fault of mine for which I am being unnecessarily punished with continuous follow-ups.
                      Please requesting both Flipkart and Carrier Midea to follow this up and replace the faulty Ac with a working model. Thanking you in anticipation.

                        My product ID OD[protected] and[protected] are still not yet delivered, they were just sending messages of we will deliver in one day like that it's been 10 days since they not yet delivered my products and even they are not responding, is this is the way the company deals with the customers, i dont like it, i am just asking when my products are going to be delivered

                            My Flipkart account registered with email id:- [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked by Flipkart on may 4 2019, they said that I am involving in reselling activity. With the same account I have cardless credit emi's.
                            Last month I called them and said I need to pay my EMI's so plz open my account and they said It can't be open and provide me a link to pay my EMI of that month.I paid the EMI via that link but I am still receiving the messages/calls/emails to pay the emi with late fee which is disgusting. I called them regarding this issue and they making excuses and didn't gave proper reply. Now I need to pay my emi's of this current month and I don't want to pay the amount via any link.I called them again and they making excuses again someone said your account has been blocked another said it is on hold. One lady told me that your account has been freez another said your account can be open.I want my account back and don't know how to deal with these guys. Need help

Secondly you people take so much time of 72 hours to provide resolution by saying that you all are contacting sellers and so on... One thing I would like to say I purchase all expensive things from Flipkart and I know the procedure to reach to the top level... Don't harass customers by go round ... I don't need resolution I want you all to resolve and deliver the product as soon as possible... And you all playing so tricky not allowing us to directly contact seller, that interface is not been added for customers so that we get in touch with seller n ask what's the reason behind order delay??? It's flipkart lack of transparency... If this continues will take some serious major step ...I want you all to resolve by delivering the product sooner...

                                  I had ordered pixel 3a on Flipkarts exhange offer.
                                  Nowhere has Flipkart given any criteria of the phones condition other than scratchless screen, fully functional phone.

                                  The wishmaster (delivery boy) rejected my to be exchanged phone over a very very minor dent. He called his superior and they both rejected my phone. I asked what can I do as my phone is in a good condition and I found the rejection unfair.

                                  They advised me to contact Flipkart customer care, who sent over a email demanding picturesof my phone from various angles. I sent every picture asked the corners, sides, screen with white background etc.

                                  I recieved an email from Flipkart saying my delivery will be scheduled today[protected] soon I got a call from the delivery boy and his superior who told me they can't deliver me the phone as they have got no aknowledgement from Flipkart. I was frustrated at this point what's the point of me sending over pictures and Flipkart approving them if the delivery guys are rejecting my delivery. I called Flipkart customer care again, they assured to get back to me Inan hour but I didn't get any calls or emails.
                                  I have done all I can and my phone is really in good condition and ekart and Flipkart is cheating me with this exchange scheme and say rather pay the exchange amount which is unfair.
                                  I am attaching the picture of the dent they are referring to, it's hard to see it's just above the headphone jack.

                                    So I had placed an order of two boat headphones and flipkart packed and shipped it but later sent a message that order is cancelled because of limited stock, later they deactivated my account saying

                                    "We'd like to let you know that your recent order ( OD[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. "

                                    Order Placed: 3rd June 2019
                                    Order Cancelled: 4th June
                                    Account Blocked: 4th June

                                    Till today that is 11th June no resolution provided! My account had Flipkart Plus subscription and 22 credit coins with gift card that I won from their contest worth 100rs, all they do is escalate the case and nothing happens! FAKE!

                                      I orderd a product from flipkart and order id is OD[protected]
                                      and the seller is retailnet
                                      i want to complain this thing about flipkart and their seller retail net that i ordered this product on 3 june 2019 and it was written that it will be delieverd by 7 june 2019 but then they increase the time it was written that the order will be delievered by 9 june then again it increase date by 2 days it was written that it will be delivered by 11 june 2019 now today 10 june its written that it will be delieverd by 13 june 2019. this seller is again again increasing the date by 2 days again and again. 10 days has past seller has not packed even item and not shipped too. from my thinking that what i feel why seller is not shipping this and extending day by day time that now seller has increase the product price after i orderd this. i ordered this product of 9990 but after i ordered seller increase the price by 3000 thats why i think he/she is not sending me but this not fair once i ordered i should recieve my product as my particular time give to me or before that time but here seller or flipkart increasing my time again and again and he does not want to ship. i will attached image of tracking you can see its increase my time and 10 days has past its not even packed it clearly means seller does not want to ship but i want to ask why??? thats not fair. not giving product one main reason is prodcut no available or sellerr is away but product is available and its cost also increased by seller and he is taking order i dont know why he is not giving me. i talk with flipkart customer care team 2 times but i did not satisfied they are not giving me exact solution.

                                      We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider, however, however, the courier service provider will not be able to deliver the product so please cancel the order from your side.

                                      This is not something which we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the seller so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders.

                                      If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time.

                                      We would like to thank you for your continued trust and understanding.
                                      After a month I am having the same issue with the same product. It's very frustrating from Flipkart.

                                        Hello Sir/Madam,
                                        My email id [protected]@gmail.com which is my Flipkart user id. It has been long 3 weeks it is not opening. I am not sure whether it is blocked without any reason.

                                        I have forgotten my password as I was using app.

                                        I am following all the steps with otp but my password is not getting updated.
                                        Please help in reactivation of my account.
