I recently ordered a samsung galaxy a50 (6gb ram & 64gb internal storage) and got the mobile on 13.03.2019. The mobile is defective; i am facing few issues with this mobile.
1) heating issues
2) battery down drastically
3) camera picture quality is very bad
4) in my home (Pin 700035, dakshineswar) i am getting aiirtel 4g signal in other mobile, but i am not getting any signal of airtel in that particular mobile in my home. I have tried that airtel sim in other handsets and i am getting 4g signals in those mobiles, but not on samsung galaxy a50 mobile.
I have placed refund request on flipkart on 14.03.2019 and today (On 15.03.2019) they called me, instead of solving the problem, they are harassing me. They told me that their technician will visit and will see this mobile, and then they will decide. I know very well that these technicians are very well trained and they will never give any report to refund the amount of this mobile.
