Dear sir,
I have ordered a sofa cum bed from flipkart and prepaid the whole amount 8856, but the product which was sent to me was defective therefore i initiated the return for which company has picked up the product but not updated in the flipkart app. Also they said that item can't be returned it can only be replaced but the product which was shown in picture is way too different from the real product therefore i decided that i don't want the product anymore but flipkart customer care says that they cannot initiate return and i have to take the replacement of product, which i don't want. I want my money back. I have submitted a complaint against this in national consumer helpline also, complaint no:- 1208543.

Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on (28 Mar 19). However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    I recently ordered a samsung galaxy a50 (6gb ram & 64gb internal storage) and got the mobile on 13.03.2019. The mobile is defective; i am facing few issues with this mobile.

    1) heating issues

    2) battery down drastically

    3) camera picture quality is very bad

    4) in my home (Pin 700035, dakshineswar) i am getting aiirtel 4g signal in other mobile, but i am not getting any signal of airtel in that particular mobile in my home. I have tried that airtel sim in other handsets and i am getting 4g signals in those mobiles, but not on samsung galaxy a50 mobile.

    I have placed refund request on flipkart on 14.03.2019 and today (On 15.03.2019) they called me, instead of solving the problem, they are harassing me. They told me that their technician will visit and will see this mobile, and then they will decide. I know very well that these technicians are very well trained and they will never give any report to refund the amount of this mobile.

    Hello sir, I am Prakash from Jaipur and I ordered mobile power bank of MI company and I got power bank of MI but that product was poor quality and I want to return that product but company representative no response I am very loyal customer of Flipkart since 10 years but this case disgusted

      Please look into the following issue.

      No response from mitashi to the mail we sent and the phone number given to us by flipkart to reach out to mitashi is not reachable.

      This is absolutely unacceptable and i deeply regret my decision of buying from flipkart. I need an action taken on this asap unless you want us to die in this summer in the scorching heat.

      We have been facing the issues from 2nd day of installation. Complained couple of times, one technician came and asked us to install the gas and told the unit is not properly installed.
      The ac is ok but the after sale services cannot get any worse than this. The ac stopped working after few days of installation. Called toll free number of customer care for mitashi, they have sent a person to look into the issue.
      Mitashi company employee says flipkart people have installed it all wrong. Hecsaud he fixed it and after 3 days, history repeats!!!
      The ac has stopped working. My son has spent his summer sweating and i blame myself for buying this from flipkart.
      Better buy from someone you know would care if you ever complain. Flipkart and mitashi are only good at blaming each other.

      We are not satisfied with the product of mitashi and its services.

      And wanted Flipkart to remove the Mitashi Brand from the flipkart Website.
      Informed Customer we will share the feedback with the seller regarding the product, cx was not happy with the services.Apologized for the inconvenience, customer agreed.

        We had ordered a mobile hand set & it was confirmed to be delivered to our address on 13th as per the flipkart website report & as per the conversation with the flipkart consumer care center team. But its 15th now & still there no no one who can let us know as what is the status of our order & why is it delayed & when will it be actually delivered.
        As per the attached screen shoot one can see that the product is been delivered to our local delivery office on 13th only but there is no information as why is it getting delayed.

        Volume of tv goes on its own after changing some channels.again and again i have to restart the tv for volume.
        I purchased new phone and downloaded flipkart. Now the problem is neither can i log in nor Change password. I dont know why this is happening. Whenever i try to change password it tells me to try again later. I dont have any other phone number so i cant even make any other account
        Many items in flipkart like nikon d5600 and realme2 pro mobiles are out of stock only for my pincode. It was avaible until yesterday. I need to order that thing within march 11. Please solve this problem. It is very much crucial order for our team project. please make it soon. Please...its urgent.

          I have ordered valtos engineered wood tv unit on monday 11march 2019, and i got a message that it has been delivered, but there is no such product is delivered. I have all the screenshot of tracking and sms from the shipment service. I have been a flipkart plus member and this is the first time i'm disappointed with this service, i have paid for this product, i don want my hard earned money to go for nothing. Kindly track this shipment and revert me asap. Attaching all the necessary screenshot.

              I would like to know one thing. Flipkart have this “ guess what” in your game zone. As you get in, there is average highest score is mentioned. Its usually around 2170. Each question carries 200 marks along with time bonus. If all your entries are presumed right, you will score around 2000 points.               After my exchange order got rejected i am wondering if you wanted me to buy a new washing machine and exchange it for only rs 1900???

              It is working, fully functional one and has no broken parts/cracks that's not enough for the product to be accepted for exchange? These delivery guys denied picking the product saying there are scratch in color :d

              Look at your exchange criteria in the picture,,, do you really think any one would buy a new one whose machine satisfies all of the conditions.

                  When there is flash sale on flipcart i opened again and again from 11:55 to 12:00 but at just 12 o'clock there shows out of stock there is not even comes buy now option for just millisecond. This is very disappointing. That is my worst experience on flipcart. This is simply a fraud in the name of flash sale. Please tell me how can i buy mobile in flash sale.

                    I have been a customer of Flipkart from 2017. I have not been very active on there since I mostly buy stuff from Amazon. A week ago I decided to login to my old Flipkart account and buy some new clothes. I am going on a long trip and some of the shirt brands were not available on Amazon. So I decided to use Flipkart. I bought quite a few shirts from Flipkart. The shirts were delivered just fine. But I wanted to return few shirts that did not fit me well so I tried to login to my Flipkart account but this time it didn't let me log in.

                    Each time I got an error: "Login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute." (see screenshot). I even checked if I have entered my password wrong but no it was the correct password.

                    So I decided to contact Flipkart on their toll free number[protected]. Few hours later I received an email from [protected]@flipkart.com

                    "Hello,

                    We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                    I replied to that email saying this is an error from your end. Your system thinks I am reselling items because I bought many shirts at one time. If I actually was reselling something why would I want to return it?

                    I contacted Flipkart again on their toll free number[protected] and I told them that I have received this email and I have replied to the email. They gave me same responses and few hours later I got the exact same email from [protected]@flipkart.com. Same exact text not even a single word different.

                    Now I contacted Flipkart on their toll free number[protected] for the third time and they tell me nothing can be done about it.

                    This is a scam, all I want to do is return few shirts that do not fit me but how can I do that if I am unable to login to my account? Flipkart should honor their refund policy and stop banning people without any evidence. This is injustice. The return window for the products I want to return will be closed this Monday 18th March 2019. If flipkart doesn't fix this issue and does not honor their refund policy I will be taking this to consumer court. I am highly disappointed at Flipkart to say the least, I never had this issue happen to me on Amazon not even once.

                    I placed an order and next day i got logged out automatically and now I'm unable to login.
                    Please help because I've already paid for the order.
                    It is really important for me because I've been a customer for very long and I'm also a Flipkart plus customer.

                      I'd paid for a phone[Order ID: OD[protected]] on Flipkart on 6th march. But due to some reasons I'd to canceled my order. It was said by Flipkart that refund is initiated by seller and they gave me refrence no. and said refund should be credited from 6 to 13 March but after the date it has not been still credited. Details are as following
                      Refrence no.: QUR[protected]
                      Refund Initiated : 6th March
                      Payment Mode: Debit Card
                      And ask me to contact my bank, the amount is still not reflected in my account, I have contacted multiple times to flipkart, they gave me every time the refrence number and ask me to bank to trace the amount, but my boi bank says myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number or arn valid to trace from bank branch.
                      Please help me out of this, do the needful to credit the refund to my account.

                            Hii i really don't understand why are you sending me such messages because since december i am continuously contacting you regarding my this issue that please enable my flipkart account with new password generation so that i can clear my issue but no one from your side resolve my issue you can check out how many mails and calls i made you but everyone gave assurance regarding my issue and now again you are harressing me by sending such messages i really don't understand how do i clear the bill without accessing my account which flipkart had blocked and not resolving the issue i was continuously contacting flipkart since december for the payment i am always ready to pay the amount which is ₹729/-and now you are sending me the bill with late charges. I am sorry i will not give any late charges because i continously contacted you via mail and phone calls for the bill payment but no executive officer would resolve my issue. Once again i request you to activate my account with new password generation and deduct the late charges from the bill which is ₹100/- or send someone to collect the money in cash aur cheque

                            After about a week, when I logged in my Affiliate Account, I found zero approved payment. I was having almost 4000 Rupees.
                            Flipkart has not respond yet. It is a big amount for me.

                            Now, i am not able to do anything.
                            please help me out...

                              I am very old customer of flipkart i have purchased many products for my family members and friends thus i have 3300 worth giftcard card in my account and they blocked my account and saying in gmail that i am reselling product so blocked my account and i have never resell any product. I am complaining daily but no response form flipkart team. All products from my account are in my home if they want to check came and check in my home or i will send all images of products or bill. So pls sir help me amount of 3300 is huge for me account no. [protected]. Or my contact no. [protected]. Help help in india noone have right to do this thing help

                              I have never resell a single product i want justice why my account has been blocked by flipkart. Today is world consumer right day and i want justice they always message only that i am reselling product so they blocked my account but i have never resell any product u can check in my house all products are in the my house then why are they cheating with a loyal customer. help Right of INDIAN CONSUMER.                               As i have bought MI 5 pro mobile from Flip card on 23/01/2019 by SBI credit card and total cost of of Mobile with GST is (8488.4+1018.6) = 9507 there was not any interest and other amount to be paid but now extra interest and GST applicable so please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
                              My account has been deactivated or blocked and hence I was unable to login and I'm getting constant SMS and emails of Flipkart pay later to submit money but they didn't let me login and now they are raising legal action against me. I want to raise complaint against them.

                              Since I am not the only one going through this issue. Flipkart should really just unsuspend our accounts. Or else we should take this to consumer court. Flipkart has zero evidence of me reselling stuff. We are not reselling anything. This is an error from Flipkart's system.

                                I had ordered 2 products from flipkart on 11.03.19 baby napkins and a 1tb sony hard disk but the napkin was not really necessary so i cancelled it on the next day and suddendly all the products that i ordered got cancelled and i tried to order it once more but the rate went high from 3699/- to 4199/- so opted for another 1tb hard disk of sony of 3799/- and then all the items got cancelled by the seller and i received a mail saying that

                                    I have an over due amount of 446 since 10th jan2019.. I am unable to log in my account but i failed as my account is blocked due to frequent returns i have... So for payment i must be login to my account... If not how will be i am able to pay... So plz unblock my account for a while..                                       I had sucessfully ordered and paid for redmi note 7 from the flash sale, but after 6hours the order is showing as cancled and mobey refunded! Why!? Ino valid reason by the seller nor flipkart can be given, and i wasted my money and time in the hectic flash sale! I contacted flipkart facebook page but they said its been clarified😑😶wtf, nothing has been clarified and no prior notice has been given, more over the product was available at 1:18pm, after the flash sale at 12... After 6hours the order status shows cancelled! Either i want my time and effort back or else the unit back!
