Ordered crayon box worth rs.404 but delivered doll (Definitely it will be low cost) which is irrelevant and not ordered by customer. As it is branded product (Flip kart) i gave money without opening the cover. After touching the product it looks like doll material. Then had a doubt and opened the cover. It is a great shock the product given is doll which is not ordered by customer. And enquired the wish master he is not ready to return money and asking the customer to return the product using app. Then i told it is not customer mistake it is your side mistake return the money and take the irrelevant product. But the wish master is not ready to give money. After several minutes argument gave money at last. So be careful while ordering a product. Don't give money without checking the product. So i request flipkart to take this into account and make sure to deliver correct product. Otherwise it will panic customer, create customer dissatisfaction which in turn will affect company reputation.

    After trying to log in to my flipkart account it says invalid login details.
    I've not been using since quite a long time.
    After trying to make an order
    It prompted me to log in.
    After tapping on the forgot? Button it says "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it".

    Please resolve this issue.

However customer conformed that he is able to login to the account. customer conformed that problem is resolved. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

      I am getting calls from scammers who has the complete details of my recent purchase made with flipkart. It includes my address as well as payment details. I want to know how these data were shared with them. When reported to flipkart they remain silent. When asked for a mail confirmation that the data was not leaked from their end, they are not ready for it.

          Hi Team,

          Today a delivery person has come and he checked my Moto G4 Plus and started saying he wont take it because on that front side speaker doesnt have filter. But that model doesn't have filter in it and i have shown this him by opening the flipkart website of ne Moto G4 plus phone. this is disgusting service. The person should know what is good and what is not good. I told him i will speak to the manager and that manager told that he wont speak to me. They are cheating customer saying exachange and wantedly they are taking this for granted. I want to take serious action on this particular issue.

            gstin no. issue

            I purchased honor 9n from flipkart (Order id od[protected] for my employee claims at bhel-hyderabad (Input tax credit) but the invoice which i received from flipkart and in this case, their sellers, health & happiness private limited, does have the gstin no.in it.
            The website while buying is not allowing to enter gst information and after purchase also, there is no mechanism to reach seller/flipkart where they can take buyer's gst....

              Do not trust flipkart guys go to amazon its best in the market. Flipkart will not resolve the issue either they mention the complaints as resolved but they wouldn't resolve. They are frauds. They never respect customer.

              Please indians dont buy from flipkart they are fraud and never support customer either they make money.

              Flipkart is not a right platform they are worst worst. Please see all the complaints that has resolved and verify how many of them are resolved.

                I had returned an order on 28 jan and 5 feb amounting to rs 1726 and rs 1259 but the refund has not been credited to my account till now. On contacting flipkart they tell me they have successfully refunded my amount and i should raise a dispute with my bank for claiming refund. I even contacted my bank and the reply which they provided me has been senr to flipkart team still they are not owning upto tgeir mistakes. Kindly resolve my issue.
                Why should it be the customer's headache to fight for his own money. I returned them their product now its their responsibility that the refund shoulc be credited in my account. Instead they don't take responsibility for their actions and leaves the customer to keep begging for his own money. Instead of solving my problem they are calling and teaching me how to lodge a complaint with bank. Why should i be fighting with the bank since it is you people who are holding my money and not giving it back

                    Dear all please note that I had made a transaction at Flipkart by using my ICICI debit card EMI option but the same was cancelled by me within 2 hours and till date I haven't received any notification mail message from ICICI Bank and Flipkart as they are going to charge every month EMI and interest Plus taxes today we have checked our bank balance then got to know that bank has debited around 5500 rupees then we immediately approached customer support team and requested for the details they confirmed as they are charged for every month EMI late fee of these 6 months EMI which we are not aware and They were saying that we have received the refund after 6 months only not immediately from Flipkart but as per enclosed Flipkart confirmation they had processed full amount refund within 7 days only please check and advise for which reason they have charged 5500.
                    If this is about late fee & then why then need to convert into EMI & why expect monthly payment from us even after cancelling order.

                      Yesterday I ordered a mobile Moto Z2 Play (Lunar Gray, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM): 15, 990. Its offer price was Rs 9999. The order had been placed(with a 10% instant discount for using axis bank debit card to place it) and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at around 6PM today the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract ! The order id is: OD[protected]. Even though, the refund has been started automatically, i spent a lot of time refreshing the webpage of flipkart website
                      to find this item at the offer price. So, i want it at the price i placed the order for, and not a refund.

                          Purchased lenovo a5 (Black, 16 gb) from www.flipkart.com on 17th feb, 2019 which was delivered on 19th feb, 2019.

                          Thereafter received two messages (Attached) and calls on 21st feb 2019 around 11 am for getting first prize in lucky winner in which i never participated. Asked my tell my account details for the money to be transferred.

                          There's no meaning of your customer support, I've complained so many time and every time your representatives gave timeline and promised to get back to me and resolve problem but I never got any calls and my complaint is still not resolved! I feel some one has hacked my account. Please help me, it's been around 2 months!! Come on.

                              Recently i ordered a camera bag in flipkart and choosed lowepro 150 from the site... Yesterday i received the product and after seeing the bag i had lost my words... The bag sent by the seller was sub standard and seems like a used one.. Secondly the item was lowepro 150 but he sent lowepro150ne... Most astonishing subject is that there was not a single zip slider puller in the chains of the bag and the seller had wrapped nylon cables in place of the pullers... I am confirm the product is not lowepro manufactured but a duplicate one.. I hope that you will look in to the matter and to contact and warn the seller not do such things in future...
                              I request you to divert my order from that seller to a genuine one so that i receive a genuine product... Thanx

                                Flipkart has harassed me by blocking my account right after i had purchased the product and not providing me with a solution. My registered mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@yahoo.com my order id is i need to return a product i purchased. Order id od[protected]Puma black sneakers amount rs. 3239.00 i cannot do this from the app as i am no longer able to login as my account has been blocked to due to high number of cancellations. I cancelled a few order before even they were delievered because of some issues relate to the time of delievery. That is absolutely a valid reason. Now, for an item i had paid they blocked my account deliberately so that i cannot return the product. This is pure violation of my consumer rights as well as they are not keeping up with their own policies. We buy something online with a guarantee that we can return the product as sometimes there can be some size or fitting issues. And now, they just keep forwarding me the same mail over and over that i cannot log into my account, there has been no other contact made by them. I just want my account to be reinstated so that i can return the product and i can assure of not using flipkart and its services anymore. But since, i purchased and paid for this item it is my right to return it in the original condition if i am facing size issues. I have a valid reason to return my purchase.

                                They are sending me the same mail again and again that "your account has been blocked due to high number of return requests"
                                This is not a dolution, i demand my account to ve reinstated so that i can return that product which is useless to me, that is as per flipkart and its policies.
                                I have purchased a lotof items and i dont think i cannot return a product after paying so much money for all other purchases.
                                They just keep giving me the same mail again and again and they say that it is the solution.
                                But how come its the solution if i am not satisfied with the product

                                Yes and again for the third time they send me the same mail.
                                No call or interaction has been made on their behalf.
                                Their customer support executive promised to get in touch with me in 48 hours and then they send me this same mail.

                                Not even a single call or mail from their end.
                                There is no professionalism from their sides.
                                Just look at the number of complaints Flipkart has got against them
                                Flipkart should get shut down really soon and all of you working as part of their ### like CUSTOMER CARE Team should suffer badly. Thats what you get when you fool people, losers

                                My 30 Days return window is gonna end soon, they are just waiting for it to happen, they have got their money, its me who is suffering because of them

                                  My order id-od[protected] and od[protected]had the delivery date of 19th february 2019, but it has not yet been delivered, the wishmaster didn't call me nor have come to my door step but i got a message that they tried to contact but couldn't reach me, which is not at all true i called the delivery guy he told he could not come on that day and promised to give delivery on 30th morning, to which he didn't do neither called, before also last week i ordered trolley bad which had the same issue at last i had to canc l my order and have booked again, same thing is repeatedly happening such kind of behaviour and delivalable is not at all accepted from flipkart, who will trust you guys after this kindly work on this and make the product delivered else i will cancel my order. Hope some strict action should be taken on the delivery guys who not doing their work properly and gives false intimation to flipkart n the customers.
