On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018.

After that i tried to book a mobile cover for redmi 4a on those sale days because it was available at 49 rupees which is cheaper than expectation. I tried to order it but it was getting cancelled again and again without any reason. It got cancelled 4 times. Moreover i tried to book that on two addressed coz the cover was for my friend. One on my address and his address. But same cancellation issue persisted on either address.

And suddenly i am unable to login to my account since 21st october. Now even though i want to payoff my emi's i am unable to pay it which is rediculous. 

I complained the matter to flipkart customer care, the executive said i can't help you as you account is blacklisted. On a reply i asked for a solution because i want to pay my emi's but if i can't login i can't pay it off. So i requested to give me some alternative way to pay off my dues on time.

They sent me link for paying my dues and said me to reply via email to get links for further payment each month there after.

I paid the installments till January.

But unfortunately the mail says that it's no longer in use. So I am unable to ask for the links to pay off further installments.

So please provide me links for paying off February installment.

Please arrange my call back from CHANDNI KUMARI. she is the person who was handling my case. Please arrange a call ASAP.

It's been 14 days.. there's no reply from flipkart.. and as soon as my payment due date will go these people will come and charge me penalty. Such a bunch of irresponsible people.

    I have order nokia 6.1 plus phone from flipkart in exchange offer on 20th of feb. It was written at the time on website that if my old phone is not appropriate to exchange then i can pay the amount of my old phone and can take my new phone. The delivery was expected to come by 22nd and delivery man came to examined my old phone to exchange. He take some photos of my old phone and send his team to examine it and said he will come back in 30 mins once he got the message from his team. Since then nothing is been communicated neither by ekart or flipkart regarding my order. If my old phone was not appropriate then he should take the rest of the money and should give the new phone.
    After this i try to communicate to flipkart over mails and after a-lot of mail conversations flipkart agrees to send me my new phone in 4 working days on 24th (Sunday). Now its thursday and no update by flipkart. This order is been delayed 2nd time.

    Hi Team, I got the message that this order will be deliver in 24 hours on 1 march. No on 3rd march i have got a messages that my order is cancelled. Please check this and process this, no one from courier team communicated before cancelling this order. Kindly process this.

      I purchased a dell laptop from flipkart on 18/01/2019. I received the laptop on 28/02/2019. Original containt showed by the seller is windows 10 but less than one week of purchase and started showing windows expire icon continously. I complaint regarding it to customer care 6 times despite no action taken.
      Kindly look into my matter as fast as possible.
      Since my father is a farmer and he can't afford another laptop after spending such a huge amount of rs 53, 109.

        My son Prithish Ghosal ( ID No. 1144727 ) worked at Flipkart ( E-Kart Logistics ) at Chandan Nagar Hub, based at Srirampur, Dist, Hooghly, West Bengal From 03.10.2018 To 13.11.2018 with his full effort during the main festival season of Bengal i.e. Durga Puja but Mr. Mithun Majumdar in-charge of the said hub told my son not to appear in duty from 14.11.2018 without any reason. I got surprised when received a letter from Saisun Outsourcing for Prithish's absenteeism from his duty. It is a great joke that the said in-charge not informed about Prithish's workload which he had completed successfully but informed his absenteeism to save face for own interest and skin from the higher authorities. My son received Rs. 5816/= on 07.12.2018 without any details. Send me in details please. It is nothing but to exploit the unemployed youths of West Bengal.

          Dear sir, i faced a problem on
          8th november 2018 while doing the transaction online through net
          Banking in flipkart, the amount had been deducted from my account but my cart was empty. Two or more time i complained against this. Please do need full to get back my money transaction date 08 november 2019 transaction id pzt[protected]i6ucf01 amount 11057. My item was samsung washing machine 7.5kg semi auotmatic.
          Message i got from bank is below mentioned & attached screen shot also;
          The mentioned transaction was successful at our end. We are suggesting the customer to take up the matter with merchant only.

            I got a fake invoice bill and blocked my flipkart account

              This company is nothing but a scam and cheat company, here to loot indian consumers. So i got these 2 items od[protected] and od[protected] same type of stuff, and after first wash, all threads are coming out and the chain broke off. Seriously for such poor quality stuffs you guys are charging 450+ per item, like this is robbery. These 2 items r of no use now, and my 1000rs lost. Have you heard the term of 'quality check'? If you guys dont do that, then we can pay 1/3rd of the price and get similar stuffs from foot path stalls, no difference really.

              I have posted on facebook multiple times asking for compensation/refund. They say since i have used the product they cant give any refund, as per their seller policy. Now, let me ask, if your company is so honest and keen on following policies, why is it nowhere mentioned on your website, that this particular items are substandard items, and after 1st wash, the chains will come off and threads will be out too, so one has to buy at one's own risk? Why is it not mentioned? Is it because you are cheating customers, and all you want is to fool customers and take their money and flee because once they use it anyway they will be fooled and money would be wasted and you wont give a dime of refund stating your ridiculously unfair policies?

              If you are a fair company, consumer-centric, you will compensate my loss. As if this would have been bought outside, in the local market, not only the price would be 3x lesser but also if after first wash the products would be totally defective then the shopkeeper would have no way but to refund the money. Just because this is a virtual world, you get away with anything!

              Both the products are still in the return window period of 10 days, but i cant return as i have used it. But how would i know whether its defective or not, had i not used it? Its not a showpiece, its an apparel. And seller must take full responsibility of the products they sell. Definitely, i did not expect to get something for 483 and 430 and just use it for once? Nor was it even written on your site that it is just use and throw product, right? This is completely a manufacturing defect as you can see, i did not stitch the chain, nor did i sew in the threads, so if those are coming out, its the seller and manufacturer fault, and on that ground i must totally get a full refund.

              If you are not providing refund that means, today if i buy a saree and wear it, and the stones or thread come out after wearing, you will not also give any money back for that, stating i have damaged the product? Really? Like how unfair and illogical your policy is!

              Why are you scamming me flipkart? Everyone should boycott this cheat company!

              We have interacted with the cx and infomired the seller had refunded the amount but since the vouchers were expired seller refunded it back again on 2nd of March and the amount are reflecting in cx Flipkart Wallet. Cx agreed. Closing the case.
              I cancelled my order on feb18th the delivery boy also pick up the product he says on 19th your money will return back but doesn't not like this my money is not send to my account.

                This is to inform you that i have received a fake call today claiming to be from flipkart and was offering me a lucky draw gift of tata safari. He had got my full address what i had given in flipkart.
                This is showing that the online shopping we are doing with flipkart is not safe. We, the customers are not safe whlie doing online shopping with the flipkart.
                This is really insane and a matter of pity for all the customers of flipkart.
                I would demand a serious action against this fake call.
                This is really a dark spot on the reputation of the company. I have reported this issue to the flipkart customer care but really unhappy of this fraud call and that too from flipkart as their security is getting hacked.

                    I have ordered samsung 64gb evo plus class 10 memory card on 13th feb 2018 and got delivered on 15.2.19.
                    But the product received not original like ordered it was with out adapter and device not detect it means defective.
                    Then place replacement request on 16.2.19.
                    Wishmaster came and told me i have chossen different option for replacement so replacement can not be processed.
                    I called customer care and chat several times but they telling 48 hrs to wait all time.
                    Till 27.2.19 8am my issue not being resolved.
                    Please take essential step for the valuebale customer.
                    Otherwise i will not put any order at flipkart.

                      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was used. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on 05 Mar 19 and will be completed on 13th Mar 19. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
                      My flipkart account is deactivated, i called so many times, even though they are ready to loose customer but nit activating my account, there was a dispute earlier which was closed now, even after the dispute is closed, they are not activating my account.
                      It has been more than 15 days I received LED MI 55 inch. Initially I was told that one of my number was not working so installation was cancelled. Again I wad assured it will be done in a day or two. Now 15 days have elapsed and I am yet to unpack my product. Kindly intervene...

                        I am really very frustrated with the service. See the chart of events.

                        Order date - 14 feb, 2019. (With delivery date 19 feb, 2019).
                        Order delivery - 20 feb 2019 (+6 days). Wrong order delivered, reported.
                        Replacement requested - 20 feb 2019.
                        Pick up 1 - 22 feb 2019 (+8 days) (Guy came on 2 wheeler and did not pick the product)
                        Today - 26 feb 2019 (+12 days)

                        Today is 26 feb (12 days after my order date) and i still don't have a person to pick the product from my place, i have received multiple untimely calls telling that i have refused return and whether i would like to reschedule the same.

                        You will take another 7 days to deliver my product after pickup. So ideally if all is ok i will get my product after 3 weeks of ordering, you know i can get things from us in a shorter span, which is halfway across the globe.

                          I have ordered a dharmee straght gown from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 975/- on 06th of feb 2019. Will not resolve the issue either they mention the complaints as resolved but they wouldn't resolve. I had returned an order on 08 feb amounting to rs 975/- but the refund has not been credited to my account till now. I am disiponted with flipkart. Flipkart is responsible to problem. My bank account details provided to flipkart bt they r created wrong my sir name. Thats the reason is my refund is not completed.
                          Every tym i calling to flipkart they r again nd again following same issue. I got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days" i waited till 5-7 days but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Refund department costumer care name is manas said me. Flipkart irresponsible

                            I want to return my phone which i got from flip kart on 26.02.2019, but they showing only replacement instead of return. I am feeling that i am being fraud by this company. I am highly unsatisfied by their service.in future i don't want to recommend flip-kart to any known of mine.

                            customer has raised the issue as he has ordered 2 products were in he needs to return the product
                            as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the seller and seller has refunded the amount and the reference number has been shared to customer hence closing the complaint from our end,

                            I ordered a battery which came with 10 days replacement policy.I Installed the battery on 8th day from delivery date and it started to show some issues.I got it checked and turns out to be it's fake.I want refund on my order as the product wasn't legit.

                              My father has been trying to reach flipkart customer service for the last 1 month or so since they messed up our order of 10xdiamond plus 55 g. On reaching out to them a chap named manish gupta blocks our account stating "there have been too many cancellations". This is stupid, pathetic and unexpected. First you mess up our order, then block our account, then send 7 of the 10 u did not send and delay the 3. Then have the audacity to tell my father, we will respond when we feel like. This is so not expected. Grow up guys.

                              The price is showing on list of shoes 309 Indian rupees, but when i select the product to buy its showing me the the price 339 Indian rupees.
                              What is this non sense, please take a action against this, you can see the attached picture..

                                I ordered a new phone Zenfone Max Pro M1 on flipkart. Today I have been received the product, and after opening the box where I see that the the phone touchpad is not working. So I am unable to start the device. The device only power and volume button is working and the touchpad is not working fully.So I complaint on the Flipkart, but they cancelled my first replacement order and I put the replacement order again but, they took too long period for replacement I need quick resolution...

                                  This is to draw your attention to the problem I am facing currently. Today
                                  morning when i was opening the help section of my flipkart app it got
                                  automatically logged out and since then i am trying to login it says that
                                  login unscucessful and asks me to try after a minute. Upon calling the
                                  customer care helpline number they said that my account was temporarily
                                  suspended because I have made multiple returns and cancellations. Sir,
                                  being a regular customer if I am having an issue with an order than it's
                                  reasonable to return that product and it is unjustified on your part to
                                  block my account. I have made several purchases in the past and am a
                                  regular customer who have made huge transactions from a very long time. I
                                  request you to help me out at the earliest and unblock my account so that I
                                  can place orders and also i have some 73 coins in flipkart plus wallet
                                  which will be wasted if my account is not unblocked.

                                      My name is adil a and i have a flipkart+ account and done lot of orders with in that account but in some where whichever i have ordered all products are not genuine and not received the product which i was ordered so that i returned some of the products, in the month of jan/10/2019 i have ordered rayban sunglasses which is the worth of 7760/- and it was the free size and doesn’t fit to me so i thought that i should return the product and then i have tried to return it using my flipkart+ account but when i tried to return suddenly i got an error that “high no of returns so you couldn’t make return” then immediately i called customer support and then they connected to senior executives and they told nothing to do it know your account has blocked, i have never seen this type of irresponsible response and i tried lot of times by calling customer support but they didn’t helped me so know i’m going through consumer by believing that i will get a resolution so kindly help me by unblocking my flipkart+ account and contact me on [protected] or [protected] as soon as possible.

                                      And lastly i could not return the product and it is with me by unused product after a long time i got a suggestion from my friend who is lawyer and by his suggestion i m raising a complaint so as soon as possible resolve the issue by unblocking my account and if possible take back the product.

                                      Don't purchase on Flipkart its worst ever i have seen if you're FLIPKART PLUS member also they won't treat you well, amazon is the best where they provide the solution as soon as possible with properly solution don't believe on Flipkart you wilk see the hell with them
