I placed order with flipkart - order id od[protected] dated 25.2.2019 for grocery items but order was delivered was not delivered on 28.2.2019 and when i contacted customer care they inform to wait end the solt ie 6.00 to 9.00 am morning deliver and after that no info from flipkart when i can against to cusstomer care they then confirm to reimbuse the payment, but till date i am regular in touch with customer care but till date i have receved my refund after contact consumer care till date there is no any solutions.

Kindly arrange to reimbuse my amount

    The phone was delivered on 13th feb 2019, after using it for a few days i found that it has touch issues and the screen was freezing at times as well. I requested for a replacement and i got the replaced unit delivered to me on 27th feb 2019. I faced the same issue just after a day o[censored]sing the replaced unit. I ignored it first but the problem happened every now and then. I requested for a refund and the technician came for basic checks. He checked the phone and forwarded the complaint to the seller and i don't know why but the seller rejected it. I can't use my phone and the seller thinks this isn't a major issue.

      I want to buy a poco f1 in exchange of my old samsung j7. I entered the phone and model and then entered the imei number like it had asked. It showed that the imei number is verified. But on clicking on 'exchange and buy', it says "invalid input pass". I am pretty sure that i have entered all fields correctly and even checked the 'i agree with the terms and conditions'. I had tried it earlier with another phone a few days back and it had worked back then. But today, it's not working either on pc or in phone app.

          I have ordered three piece short kurtas on 27.02.2019. When my ordered reached at my address i got only one kurta and the delivery boy takes me full money of three piece short kurtas but i got only one kurta.
          Flipkart totally waste of my time.
          I have ordered this kurta for my sister's wedding.
          But flipkart & ekart totally destroy all my sister's wedding dreams.
          Plz take measure steps for this.
          If flipkart don't do anything then i will complaint at consumer service at central government.

            I've returned 2 articles back to flipkart after a day of delivery. Return was done on 15 feb'19. Its been 22 days now, i've not received the refund. Even after several deadlines from flipkart, nothing has been done in this matter. I'm almost calling everyday to the customer support team but nothing is sorted out. Its very frustrating now and a disgrace to an ecommerce giant like flipkart.

            Still no progress in this issue.. it's been a month now and I've not received any refund till date. Can anybody suggest how to cope up with it. Instead of my daily calling nothing is done in this matter.

              I bought a 3 Seater recliner from them and within 4 months o[censored]sage the foam has lost all its elasticity. They claim in the website that all the products are certified and tested for highest durability but all of that is ### and the product is a cheap import from another country.

              When i wanted to claim warranty for that they said since its a quality issue they will not even repair my product and i lost my money.

              Regret my decision to even shop at Flipkart.

              Most eCommerce companies here indulge in acts of cheating of sorts gullible and sincere customers, apparently in collusion with the powers that be!
              While Snapdeal would take the top rank for such unethical being, Amazon.in, eBay.com and Flipkart would take the enviable slots immediately following on such shameful customer ratings!
              Paradoxically, state machinery don't lend ears even on specific complaints. God save the thousands of customers like me deeply hurt and affected by the wicked/unethical acts of such shameless eCommerce entities here!

                1- If I have ordered anything then after getting the order, I should be happy with the product size and quantity, Otherwise I will return it, right?
                (In this case, order return of n number of times are possible in the account)
                2- I have purchased two mobiles also. But I didn't raise complain about mobile, It means that I was happy with the mobile.

                  I used to play your Guess What section in your Game Zone section. I am very sad to say that it seems though you are displaying us the names of the winners I have some doubt on the integrity of your questions.

                  This is because I have got a question on guessing the movie Lagaan and the spelling of the same as above.. but the answer says Lagaaan.. I don't know what kind of spelling is this..                         I have placed my order by 5.03.19 mid night. I paid it online through my credit card and my order number is od[protected] for ₹21995 and i received watch by 06.03.19 at around 01:00 pm, when i opened the box than i was completely shocked that there was an empty box and there was no watch in it even the fossil box was totally empty, this is really rubbish before this order i was ordered tissot watch whose order number is od[protected] for ₹15996 in that case warranty card was missing and i have to returned that though i have received it’s refund by 06.03.19 but this is really embarrassing as i placed this order for my friend who is going abroad by 16.03.19 and flipkart has done this fraud with me and after making multiple calls they just asked me to wait till 18.03.19 which will ne totally worthless as for whom i have ordered he will not be there till that date, i am going to file a legal complaint against this fraud as i have video as a proof as i was in the doubt for this time when i have received it because box seems to be extra light when that was in my hands before opening it and sadly my doubt will become a fact that there was nothing in it so now i am going to file fir against flipkart as that will be totally worthless that i have sit back and wait for their response i am struggling in this more than 10 days when i placed my order first time for tissot, this is an official warning to flipkart from my side my contact number is [protected], [protected] please i really need help i need my money back i don’t trust them on their replacement even after this fraud with me

                          I ordered a camera named nikon coolpix b500 on 6.3.2019 and i got it the next day which is today and i didn't got sd card with it after opening it. I searched everywhere and can't find it. I sd card was said by the seller to be of 16 gb but i didn't got it. Please do something because i have not got the sd card which is a cheat. I ordered the camera after seeing that is has free memory card but after opening it i am very disappointed. I never thought that such a trusted site could do this.

                            My approved payment is rs. 2955 till february month and my payment mode is gift voucher but still, i didn't get any payment. I was requested flipkart please release my fee.

                            When i was mailed to flipkart customer support i am not receiving any reply from them. I have already mailed them 3times.

                              I was order the sling bag at 27.02.19 and it was delivered 02.03.2019. When i received the products, i am not ok with that because of size issue. It was sling bag but it look like wallet size so i gave return request. The next courier boy and collect and he mentioned that something is missing part but i received only bag with invoice at the time i was informed to flipkart and emailed also. But still now flipkart telling, we will contact you. But flipkart app showing the refund cancelled update and not picked. But actually pickup done at 2.3.19, but till i didn't received any prepare response even though i am a flipkart plus user

                                  This is in regards to below 2 orders

                                  Both are for midea 1.5 ton 3 star split acs.
                                  The installation technician sent by flipkart mentioned that the unit cannot be installed due to size specifications. It is much bigger than dimensions mentioned on website. We tried to contact flipkart by all means refund requests, phone, emails etc., to help us with an exchange to an inverter ac because the "flipkart authorized technician" told us that he cannot install it. There is absolutely no help. Very rude responses.

                                  What can we do with 2 acs that do not fit and technician cannot install due to dimensions?
                                  Rs.60000 is at stake. I request you to please refund or exhange with the inverter acs with smaller dimensions. The seller omni techretail is rejecting all refund requests without reading the issue case by case basis. Shows flipkart in a poor light and will only force consumers to look elsewhere. Really disappointed. Not sure how walmart will survive this.

                                  I buy epson l380 ink by flipkart. seller describe product is genuine but product is very bad and duplicate . duplicate ink damage my printer head very badly. i want compensation from flipkart. and also want flipkart update your policy for seller.

                                    Recently i purchased blackberry evolve in rs. 16, 990 and flipkart initially send damaged product. When i raise the replacement request then they again sent the defective product in which network gets reset after every 30-60 minutes and always gets reset during talking with others due to which call gets disconnected. While their is very good coverage of airtel network in my area and never face such problem before buying this device.

                                    Now flipkart is denying for replacement and refund both. Which means they have accepted that they are selling second hand mobile devices.

                                    They sent a third party technician from "jeeves" and during discussion with that technician, i became to know that they are the third party who took the product from flipkart, repair these product and then sent back to flipkart. And flipkart sell these products online by saying that it's a new product.

                                    When i raised my complaint with wallmart then flipkart executive called and threatened me to not send ay email to wallmart and later on i received an email from wallmart in which they were complaining that my email addresses has been blocked by flipkart server so that my complaint emails can not reach to wallmart executives.

                                    So, beware before buying any product from flipkart.

                                    I will suggest, never purchase product from flipkart or you will loose your money only.

                                    Total wastage of money. Flipkart and wallmart looted mine rs. 16, 990 and used vulgar, abusive language when i asked for refund.

                                    Listen the video, the technician is clearly saying, whatever product does come from flipkart, they do the service of these product including mobiles.

                                    Fraudsters money looters have not refunded money till date.
                                    They have sent a technician who have confessed that Flipkart is selling second hand devices and After that technician visit mobile is not detecting network.

                                    Fraudster Flipkart Escalation team member in CEO Group Mr. Barkathulla called and taken all documents given by that technician which proves that the device is Faulty and defective. Mr. Barkathulla called me and initially said, he is sending senior technician and after disconnecting the call rejected the return which clearly shows the Flipkart intention of money looting fraud.

                                    Beware if you are receiving any call or email from Flipkart Escalation team member in CEO Group Mr. Barkathulla, don't respond over call or email to this fraudster.

                                    Today I received the call from [protected] claiming his name Mr. Prateek, the Senior Executive Head (As I am aware the Head of Flipkart is Sachin Bansal & Binny Bansal) of Flipkart.

                                    Rather than helping me for refund/replacement of product, he was keep harassing me during call by asking several question about technician, about Mr. Barkathulla and about several names and was complaining that I have not sent any reply of email sent by Mr. Barkathulla on 06-March-2019 while I have replied all emails till the date I received from Flipkart.

                                    As per the Flipkart Executive Head, blame of doing offence for not replying the email sent by Mr. Barkathulla on 06-March-2019 and was keep interrogating me for the same to do my continuous mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment by giving fake excuses, fake references, fake discussions to loot my money by selling second hand mobile device. While there is not any email sent by Mr. Barkathulla on 06-March-2019. He himself cleared his intention of calling me which is nothing but only to do my mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment.

                                    The Flipkart company and all above mentioned name has breach my trust and is involved in mutual conspiracy of money fraud by selling me defective device and rather than providing the replacement with good device or refund these all accused are keep torturing and harassing me over calls and emails and keep rejecting my replacement and refund request just after discussion with them by giving the excuse of that seller has rejected the refund.

                                    While your technician had already given in written that the mobile device is defective yet you are keep denying for refund which cleared your intention of conspiracy of looting my money.

                                    As you have failed to provide the replacement of good mobile device rather than that you are keep sending used defective mobile devices.
                                    As you have breach my trust multiple times, as you have done mutual conspiracy multiple times since I was in Pune, India till the date.
                                    As you are intentionally and knowingly keep rejecting my replacement request by giving the excuse of seller while in reality these are being rejected by you.
                                    As you are intentionally and knowingly keep rejecting my refund request.
                                    As, several times, I have sent complaint to WallMart Executive yet my complaint is still not resolved which clearly shows WallMart involvement along with Flipkart in fraudulent activity to loot Indian customer’s money.
                                    And as you have also failed to provide the refund, I am unable to beer your continuous mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment since 23-February-2019 to till date which is more than 15 days.
                                    I did a big mistake by purchasing the mobile device online and specially after repeatedly money fraud by Flipkart and got victim of online money fraud by Flipkart Senior Head executives, Hence I am here can’t keep continuously waiting for your decision while you are keep doing my mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment, And also again and again you are keep asking to approach the Legal or via Consumer Court to get justice which clearly shown your intention.

                                    Hence I can’t wait any long by keep wasting my time and also as I will be out of city.

                                    Because you are again and again sending the defective, used mobiles to loot my money, If you have not refunded my money by 18-March-2019 then I am bound to proceed legally for cheating me, breaching customer trust, conspiracy of money fraud, customer privacy breach by revealing my details with unknown several persons/parties, posting customer email over google groups knowingly to make them public.

                                    I am here again requesting you to kindly refund my money asap as you got failed to provide the replacement with in time and sent defective, faulty device multiple times.

                                    And all Indians, Beware if you are getting any call from Flipkart from someone having name mentioned above then you should disconnect the call at once or else you will be wasting your time as these Flipkart Head Executives do enjoy in doing time-pass by calling customer and giving fake excuses.

                                    Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was delivered in used condition. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per the update from courier service provider the package was intact when it was delivered. Hence, we are unable to accommodate customer request for the replacement to be issued. Closing the complaint from our end.

                                      My name is manideep reddy,

                                      I have 2995 rs approved money in my affiliate account. I was suppose to receive payment via gift voucher on 1st of this month.

                                      I rightfully qualify for these. But since past few months i am not receiving any reply from customer care team. I have already mailed them 3times.
                                      Very pathetic support from flipkart affiliate team.

                                      Any sort of help is very helpful...

                                        My affiliate has been approved for last 4 to 5 months, but still no payment has been made. There's no reply also for the complaints. I think the walmart is not taking care of its affiliate partners.

                                        If walmart wants to really do the kind of bussiness and get success in india it has to take everything seriously it cannot just ignore either the customers nor the people behind bringing the customers.
