I have ordered laptop flipkart 2 times both times they intentionally did misroute issue and delay the delivery by 3 days. Last time i cancelled the product because of it and i got the amount in 10 days after cancellation now again this happens.
Last time i called several times their customer support sometimes disconnect the call and sometimes tell me that we can't do anything you have to wait for 3 days extra and the hub where they product is right now is nearby like 1km only still they intentionally not delaying the process

now againg today they delay it by 3 more days this proves flipkart is doing it all intentionally now I am thinking about taking legal action against flipkart, no help from consumer complaints not at all just waste of time

    I had ordered for a mi band 3 order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 1999) of the same through my credit card on 05 march, 2019. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my house address of ghaziabad in 2-3 business days. However, on 13th march, 2019, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 5000 rs plus.
    They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me.

    Initially they asked me to wait till 13 march and now they are calling me and forcing me to cancel the order.

    Yes I have received the call from Flipkart but still they are forcing me cancel the product. Initially they told me that they will resolved my query by 13. On 13 March they asked me to cancel the product. I dined, They they asked me for more 48 Hours then after 24 hour they called me again and asked me to cancel the product. Now they are keep forcing me to cancel it. Why i will cancel this product.
    What about the mental torture i got from you? What about the irritating calls you guys are giving me everyday 5 time. What about the money which is with you from last 13 days.
    They are so pathetic. No customer satisfaction. I will not cancel the product.

      customer has raised the issue with regards to the account freezed as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue and as per the update the account cannot be unfreezed again and the same information is been informed to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.

        I bought a headphone worth 3599 on 7march 2019 but due to some reason i cancelled it and the refund was processed by flipkart on 8 of march but the amount is still not reflected on my accnt, iasked flipkart about the refund and they updated me saying they have processed the refund already and said to contact the bank regarding this.the refrence number is IGAFOSCGF5 PLEASE kindly look in this matter

          My account has been blocked without any valid reason. They have told that I'm using the website for reselling products which I'm not. They have blocked my account without any investigation and by just seeing my order history which is not fair. I'm not buying their products for reselling it's for my own personal use and I can show you proof of that. I'm not able to log in my account as I have attached screenshot you can see over there. I have been getting the same reply from customer care again and again. They are not taking my case seriously. I have made complain several times and they are telling the same thing again and again. I have not used there products for reselling it's just for my personal use. And by just seeing my order history they blocked my account without any solid proof. I want my account back as there is some money left in my Flipkart Gift Card balance and they are not returning me my money also. I just want my account back please do something.

          No resolution provided. My account is still blocked and they have also blocked the money which I have in my Flipkart Gift Card Balance and they are saying we can't return that money. I don't know what to do at this point of time as I have tried everything and they are not answering my calls and no proper answer is given from their customer care if the call is picked by luck. The customer executive keeps on saying that we don't have anything to do with your account, the whole blocking process is conducted by the back end team and if I ask them that connect my call to back end team they don't do so. I'm very disappointed as I'm also a Flipkart Plus member and if my account is not unblocked than I have to create new one and again start from the top which is very disappointing. Please help me with this.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            My flipkart account was blocked on 7/1/2019, i have purchased so many items and returned few items. I have eligible upto Rs.5000/- per month. my paylater due was on 10th of every month only, i have called so many times to flipkart customer care to enable my account to pay my dues on time before 10th of every month, but they dragged the case upto 16th of every month and charged for a penalty of Rs.400/- as non payment, due to late fee payment. If I can not able to login my flipkart account [from 7/1/2019 to 12/03/2019] then how can i pay my dues on time, they have not reply properly stay calm with out giving any resolution. Still now (it is nearly 3 months ) the issue has not been resolved. please consider my request and render justice.

              I'd purchased moto one power mobile phone on february 25th, 2019 via flipkart. I've used the emi payment option.
              I've just realised today that the vibration mode is not working on the phone. The haptic feedback is not working at all even after turning it on in the sound settings.

              What's the procedure for replacement of device?

              We had conversation with customer on [protected] regarding vibration issue on product and as per seller 10 days return policy, customer has complained post policy period so informed to check with service center of brand. We are closing the complain from our end.

                  I recently placed an order at flipkart for poco f1 (Black, 8 gb) (2563 gb) mobile phone under exchange.
                  The exchange offer involves exchanging older mobile with a newer one.
                  When the ekart (Courier name) executive came to deliver the mobile, he rejected the exchange for reasons not indicated by flipkart.

                  The flipkart terms and conditions are (Flipkart terms and conditions followd by my response):
                  1. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device.
                  The old device exactly matches the declaration provided by me.

                  2. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger.
                  The phone switches on and remans active for hours together.

                  3. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.
                  The imei of the old device matches exactly with that provided by me.

                  4. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone
                  There are no cracks on the screen and it remains intact. There are neither cracks nor missing buttons in the phone.

                  5. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc needs to be de — activated).
                  The screen lock was not kept in active.

                  6. For apple iphones, i-cloud account is unlocked.
                  This is not applicable in my case.

                  Despite fulfilling the terms and conditions as a customer, my purchase order was not fulfilled and thus the exchange was rejected. I request follow the terms and conditions mentioned on the website and thus complete my purchase order.
                  More over wish master didn't even check the phone inside, even imei number. He said me the reason, paint in the concer of the phone went off.
                  I'm not aware if flipkart accepts only if the product is as new as showroom condition.
                  In such case why should user want to exchange the mobile for low cost. Flipkart is very worst and cheating in the name of exchange.

                  I placed the order on 7th march and actual eta date is 10th march, i requested the flipkart team to look the reason for rejection by the wish master. They told me to await for 12 th march and now its turned to 13th march.

                    Hello sir.
                    My account was blocked stating high returns in my account. And the returns which were in my account are genuine and no unnecessary returns but flipkart is blocking our account there were maximum 10 returns in a 1.5 years and that also genuine which were not worth of quality, damaged, missing which we can not use by using our money so they we're returned but those people are not understanding and deactivated my account. How far this was worthy. I need my account as i also bought plus membership for 1 year and i also collected plus coins from.                     Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
                    4/3/2019 i got message of lucky draw winner. They demand to registration 6500/ and then i gave them after that they told that Rbi hold your amount so you have to pay 48400/ for banking charges i gave them 24200/ and they are want now 15000/ please help me i want return my money

                      I have flipkart account with mobile number [protected]. I am purchasing many items from both flipkart and amazon.in for my new home. I ordered a sofa with pre-payment of 34990 inr, that was my biggest purchase from flipkart. Delivery time for this product was 15 days and i waited till the last date when suddenly i received an email that the product is delivered. Since than i am following with you people to give me back my money or deliver the product. The executive are having the same attitude of any indian company after receiving the payment.

                      I thought that now management has gone to american company so it might have change. Please help me to get back my money. It's really long way to get it through consumer court and i prefer you to do justice.

                        Whenever i try to place an order i see cash/card on delivery option disabled for me. I tried changing the address pin code and tried for many products but still, i am unable to place an order with cod. I contacted customer care multiple times but no use.

                        Earlier in the past, i have canceled some items after placing the order may be because of that cod option for me is disabled. But because of this issue, i could not purchase many items. I want to do shopping with flipkart.

                        Please resolve my issue and enable cod for me.

                          As per the telephonic converstaion discussed with flipkart complete mobile protection about redmi note 5 pro (Rose gold, 64 gb) and complete mobile protection 1 year by flipkart protect with order id od[protected]. Flipkart complete mobile protection have not solved my problem so far. And they are provid plan mobile, under complete mobile protection plan jppoffk743975. Claim request ad[protected] and mobile was not delivered and delivered date is 08/02/2019 dispatch through blue dart courier jamshedpur shipment id [protected]. Please i request to you need full action on urgent basiss. I want my mobile is very urgent and i am also complied with national consumer helpline and my complaint no is 1179745 in this regards if company will give not proper respond.. Than i am planning to move consumer court and this is last mail to the company it self...

                              I have ordered for carriermidea airconditioner (Midea 1.5 ton 3 star inverter ac - white (18k 3 star santis pro dlx inverter r410a (Mi002) / 18k 3 star inverter r410a odu (Mi002), copper condenser) on 7th march 2019 from flipkart and got it delivered by 10th march and installed on 11th march 2019, as the product description says that it comes with a lot of features like follow me function, auto cleanser etc, after installation i enquired on the above-listed features, the service guy from carriermidea told me that there is no such feature in this ac, they also confirmed from the local office.

                              I checked with flipkart customer care, they simply asked me to return the product and get the refund, i am not sure how many buyers are aware of these issues, even after my complaint flipkart still displays the same specification which they do not care about the customers who are getting cheated by fake product descriptions.

                              After spending a lot of time online and shortlisting the products based on its features and price and when you get to know that you are cheated with fake details, it is a big frustration
                              I need to know what is the action against flipkart and the seller who sells products with fake details.

                                . I had purchased an iphone x on march 22 2018 from flipkart which was described as a new product. Now since i realised the phone will be out of warranty soon i rushed to an apple service centre to extend the warranty and the executive checked the phone. He told me the phone is out of warranty and it was activated in the month of january 2018. I quickly called flipkart to check the same and they bluntly told me to wait for 5 days. I have not heard back from them and i am highly dissatisfied by the behaviour of such a big company. I have always bought my cellphone through them but there is a serious breach of trust from them.                                   I have ordered a nokia 7.1 and received the product and the seal of the box was already opened. I have raised a replacement/refund request 5 times and all of them has been rejected saying that i didn't gave the consent to file fir for the lost product. Actually the product was not lost. The seal was just tampered.

                                  While asking cs, why to file an fir etc., theu are not responding to my queries. They are saying foolish replies and forcing me to use an already opeened phone. Flipkart is cheating me with own knowledge.

                                    My flipkart plus account blocked by flipkart without any specific reasons given. I was a genuine customer but they have been insulted me with this action. I had flipkart money worth thousand and 50 flipkart plus coins in the account. Please take necessary action to reactivate my account. Anybody can make another account easily but this account is valuable to me

                                      Flipkart is not allowing me to login into my account. They just told me that the product that i am purchasing are not for my personal use and i am reselling. I can provide all the proves that all the products that is purchased by me are being use personally and by families and friends. I also had 369 rupees in my flipkart account. Also many personal details were saved in my account such as debit card, credit card information and personal addresses. On replying to the sent by them they are just copy - pasting the same response that was sent by them earlier.

                                      In recent days many products were also cancelled by them.in every product they just say that it is unavailable by the seller or seller has limited stock available.
                                      Here are all the order number of the product that were cancelled by giving same reason :

                                      Again they are not providing details of a product which is prepaid. Also i cannot check if it is cancelled or not because i am unable to access my account.

                                        My name is vimal kumar today morning i got a msg that i won new xuv car in price from flipkart.com bcoz i was shoping from flipkart last day and now i hv to pay 8500 rupees to claim my price and gv a contract number i saw this msg and think this is fake but after some time i got call he said he is calling from flipkart he gv me my last order details and ask me to pay 8500 and then they gv me my price but i m not trusted him bcoz i know why i pay if i got price in real but when i denied him and ask him fraud and shouting at him he also shouting on me and ask me that he will hit me at my home and abusing me but then i shout him more he cut my ph now what is the solution bcoz we are harassed by them bcoz flipkart leaked my information and also i think this is there new business of fraud i m very much upset and planning for a big action against them pls gv me any solution bcoz how they harassed us like this pks reply my email id us vimalsharma.
