I want to return my phone which i got from flip kart on 26.02.2019, but they showing only replacement instead of return. I am feeling that i am being fraud by this company. I am highly unsatisfied by their service.in future i don't want to recommend flip-kart to any known of mine.

I ordered a battery which came with 10 days replacement policy.I Installed the battery on 8th day from delivery date and it started to show some issues.I got it checked and turns out to be it's fake.I want refund on my order as the product wasn't legit.

    My father has been trying to reach flipkart customer service for the last 1 month or so since they messed up our order of 10xdiamond plus 55 g. On reaching out to them a chap named manish gupta blocks our account stating "there have been too many cancellations". This is stupid, pathetic and unexpected. First you mess up our order, then block our account, then send 7 of the 10 u did not send and delay the 3. Then have the audacity to tell my father, we will respond when we feel like. This is so not expected. Grow up guys.

    The price is showing on list of shoes 309 Indian rupees, but when i select the product to buy its showing me the the price 339 Indian rupees.

      I ordered a new phone Zenfone Max Pro M1 on flipkart. Today I have been received the product, and after opening the box where I see that the the phone touchpad is not working. So I am unable to start the device. The device only power and volume button is working and the touchpad is not working fully.So I complaint on the Flipkart, but they cancelled my first replacement order and I put the replacement order again but, they took too long period for replacement I need quick resolution...

        Sir,
        This is to draw your attention to the problem I am facing currently. Today
        morning when i was opening the help section of my flipkart app it got
        automatically logged out and since then i am trying to login it says that
        login unscucessful and asks me to try after a minute. Upon calling the
        customer care helpline number they said that my account was temporarily
        suspended because I have made multiple returns and cancellations. Sir,
        being a regular customer if I am having an issue with an order than it's
        reasonable to return that product and it is unjustified on your part to
        block my account. I have made several purchases in the past and am a
        regular customer who have made huge transactions from a very long time. I
        request you to help me out at the earliest and unblock my account so that I
        can place orders and also i have some 73 coins in flipkart plus wallet
        which will be wasted if my account is not unblocked.

          I bought mobile with complete mobile protection warranty from flipkart with in 3 months my mobile not working. I contacted to flipkart now flipkart they are telling please contact the jevees service. And they are provide the jevees contact number that is fake number it is not working. Finally flipkart telling contact to jevees. Flipkart cheets the customers.

            My name is adil a and i have a flipkart+ account and done lot of orders with in that account but in some where whichever i have ordered all products are not genuine and not received the product which i was ordered so that i returned some of the products, in the month of jan/10/2019 i have ordered rayban sunglasses which is the worth of 7760/- and it was the free size and doesn’t fit to me so i thought that i should return the product and then i have tried to return it using my flipkart+ account but when i tried to return suddenly i got an error that “high no of returns so you couldn’t make return” then immediately i called customer support and then they connected to senior executives and they told nothing to do it know your account has blocked, i have never seen this type of irresponsible response and i tried lot of times by calling customer support but they didn’t helped me so know i’m going through consumer by believing that i will get a resolution so kindly help me by unblocking my flipkart+ account and contact me on [protected] or [protected] as soon as possible.

            And lastly i could not return the product and it is with me by unused product after a long time i got a suggestion from my friend who is lawyer and by his suggestion i m raising a complaint so as soon as possible resolve the issue by unblocking my account and if possible take back the product.

            Don't purchase on Flipkart its worst ever i have seen if you're FLIPKART PLUS member also they won't treat you well, amazon is the best where they provide the solution as soon as possible with properly solution don't believe on Flipkart you wilk see the hell with them
            I have ordered veet sensitive trimmer for my wife seller cancelled order 6 times if he can't deliver then why he acceprs order

              I have order for gift one item to my relatives from flipkart.in and give payment from my bank account. I have give shipment address of him.
              When i have seen email invoice of that item, i have shocked. Invoice is on my relative name instead of my name. So, i have problem in my accounting data. How can i show that money going from my bank account is for this item.

                When i try to login to my account it shows "login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute". I filed a complaint against the error. They replied that "i am using the products which are purchased from flipkart for resale". I dont know how they confirmed that. I never did that type of stupid things.                   I am not satisfied this devise and i want give me refund my full money as it is gone over heating as usual it is gone 58 'c. The technician visitor also found that the temperature gone 46'c in only 20 minutes video recording; while room were temperature 22'c.

                  When i put on charging; the battery temperature was 43 degree and 30% battery, while it going up 58 degree and battery charged only 64% then received alert "over battery temperature".

                  The technician checked only 20 minute video recording i told them to check to charge the till 90% battery. He told me that it is not our criteria for checking and have not time check for it and have to visit 6 to 7 locations.

                  We complained on national consumer helpline and docket no. Is 1176764.

                  We received only 4299.00 instead of 4399.00 as paid at that time of cash on delivery. And we are still waiting amount Rs 1700.00 of Exchange against my old ASUS mobile. As per order tracking the "Refund will be transferred to your Gift card in Flipkart Wallet by Wed, 27 Feb" but to till does not transferred.

                    I bought sivanna foundation from flipkart on 14th feb and received different type of product from the same brand (Sivanna). After raising the issue immediately after receiving the parcel, flipkart approved my return request but the seller denied it. After 2 attempts the seller again denied the request. Flipkart provided me 72 hr timeline to resolve my issue and told me that my issue will be resolved within 24th feb 2019, 3:00pm. The issue hasn’t been resolved yet and their is no contact from their concerned team as they said. The customer service is very poor and is not transparent.

                      Sir, we purchased asus zenfone lite l1 model 4 days before from your online shopping site after reading out all the reviews shared there... But when we got the phone, we highly regret to tell u that we r totally disappointed with the media volume of the set... It was actually purchased as a gift to my parents especially to talk to them from abroad thru whatsapp but they r not at all able to hear through this phone... When we raised a complaint, a technician came from ur side n said that this model would provide only very low quality sound and didn't solve my issue... As it's sold online we we're not able to do sound test in person... Now am ready for either refund or to purchase some other better even costlier model... What n how should i do now.. Kindly help me...

                        The flipkart unable to identify my location on the flipkart map, if i am trying to order my products, some courier partners identifying locations is unknown to them so they are simple canceling my orders the flipkart thinks that i am reselling the products, they simple conforms me as a reseller and blocked my account. If i want to resell the products, there are many options to do those why i try single and authenticated account for that? Now i lost my flipkart plus membership for the misunderstanding who will be responsible for that.

                                  I have received the replacement for the same product and then again i have verified the product with imei no of bill and in the mobile and again they have sent the diff imei no product and for the same also i have done by sharing the details of product and then raised for the refund and it was accepted and the wish master came for pickup but from some issue he couldn't pick the product and then i checked my account "the refund was cancelled" so i tried again to return the product in my account and i got error that "high no of returns in your account you are unable to return" and then i tried to login the account and got error login unsuccessful

                                  Know again i'm sharing the snapshot of the imei no which i got from your seller end this time i need to return the product by getting refund of 12499/- at any cost.

                                  I have received a call from the fliplkart support starting from the no 80679 and he spoke with me and he told me that we will put a mail to unblock the account and it will be done by 48hrs i hope so it will be done by today or tomorrow if done it will be fine or going to consumer forum.

                                  My issue is still not resolved so kindly call me back and resolve the issue as soon as possible and I'm frequently contacting the customer support but they are not helping me or supporting me and not resolving ny problem and in regularly I'm in touch with the customer support still there's no proper solution.

                                      I am unable to login to my account and i complaint the same to flipkart customer care but they saying that they have blocked my account as it is used for re-selling purposes.
                                      They are a big cheater how will some one sale 50 mobiles? As i ordered only 2 phones from that account and that too for personal use.
                                      Now a days flipkart is a fraud website. I will not recommend it to anyone..

                                        Im order honor 9n. Im received mobile on 30.1.19. Mobile was back case damage also death on arrival.5 time wish master came and denied my mobile for replacement. Today date is 24.2.19. Till now my problem not solved. Daily call from different customer care people they how to now my problem. No one followup my problem. Dont have both option in one column. Till now same problem. No one ready for creating the option the replacement process. Till now im facing same problem
