I bought pixel 2 on 29th of july with bbg of 37000. Now when i try to avail it, it says abb not enabled for your account. I have raised the issue with flipkart on 2nd march and after nearly 13 conversations there's no solution provided. I tried to reach through social media too but every time they assure me that the technical issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Now i have already missed out on many offers on the products i want to buy but bigger issue is that the bbg is going to expire soon. It's a matter of 37k so i want to proceed with other legal options then.

    I ordered poco f1 by xiaomi (Armoured edition, 128 gb) on[protected]. Flipkart promised to deliver it by[protected] within 11 am. But so far it is not delivered. When i tracked the item it showed the following ststus as product misroute (Same city misrouted). No response from the flipkart.

          I called flipkart several times but didn’t received any responce from them. They are nor giving my product neither my refund.

              Whenever I purchase from Flipkart.my order gets automatically cancelled by Flipkart.
              After booking 2 mobiles my order got cancelled.
              I tried to buy via debit card option.
              I paid 14000 RS to purchase redmi note 7 pro.
              The order got cancelled.
              I contacted Flipkart customer care.
              After 1 days I can't login to my account and thus I lost my 14000 RS.
              I also another account [protected]@gmail.com
              Which is plus member account.
              I have 70+ coins in it to be redeemed.

              Flipkart is banning customers and looting their wallet balance in the name of cancelled orders.
              For me, Flipkart cancels from sellers side and making me responsible for it
              Flipkart is clearly fraudster.
              I thought when my first account was blocked it was accidentally but now they are clearly fraudster.

                Hi sir,
                I had ordered a laptop hp pavilion x360 core i3 8th gen from flipkart on 3rd of march 2019 from 'flipkart assured'.
                The seller as shown in the bill is: tech connect pvt ltd, next to hilton double tree hotel, golf course road, sec-56, gurgaon, haryana.
                The box contained a rim of a-4 size sheets of trident company instead of laptop.
                Flipkart is not providing a proper solution to my problem. I have requested 5 times to flipkart to request a refund and a fraud complaint against the company. As i was unboxing, i take a video every time for security so i have a video o[censored]nboxing the box.

                      Dear sir,
                      I have ordered a sofa cum bed from flipkart and prepaid the whole amount 8856, but the product which was sent to me was defective therefore i initiated the return for which company has picked up the product but not updated in the flipkart app. Also they said that item can't be returned it can only be replaced but the product which was shown in picture is way too different from the real product therefore i decided that i don't want the product anymore but flipkart customer care says that they cannot initiate return and i have to take the replacement of product, which i don't want.                         I recently ordered a samsung galaxy a50 (6gb ram & 64gb internal storage) and got the mobile on 13.03.2019. The mobile is defective; i am facing few issues with this mobile.

                        1) heating issues

                        2) battery down drastically

                        3) camera picture quality is very bad

                        4) in my home (Pin 700035, dakshineswar) i am getting aiirtel 4g signal in other mobile, but i am not getting any signal of airtel in that particular mobile in my home. I have tried that airtel sim in other handsets and i am getting 4g signals in those mobiles, but not on samsung galaxy a50 mobile.

                        I have placed refund request on flipkart on 14.03.2019 and today (On 15.03.2019) they called me, instead of solving the problem, they are harassing me. They told me that their technician will visit and will see this mobile, and then they will decide. I know very well that these technicians are very well trained and they will never give any report to refund the amount of this mobile.

                          Please look into the following issue.

                          No response from mitashi to the mail we sent and the phone number given to us by flipkart to reach out to mitashi is not reachable.

                          This is absolutely unacceptable and i deeply regret my decision of buying from flipkart. I need an action taken on this asap unless you want us to die in this summer in the scorching heat.

                          We have been facing the issues from 2nd day of installation. Complained couple of times, one technician came and asked us to install the gas and told the unit is not properly installed.
                          The ac is ok but the after sale services cannot get any worse than this. The ac stopped working after few days of installation. Called toll free number of customer care for mitashi, they have sent a person to look into the issue.
                          Mitashi company employee says flipkart people have installed it all wrong. Hecsaud he fixed it and after 3 days, history repeats!!!
                          The ac has stopped working. My son has spent his summer sweating and i blame myself for buying this from flipkart.
                          Better buy from someone you know would care if you ever complain. Flipkart and mitashi are only good at blaming each other.

                          We are not satisfied with the product of mitashi and its services.

                                  I would like to know one thing. Flipkart have this “ guess what” in your game zone. As you get in, there is average highest score is mentioned. Its usually around 2170. Each question carries 200 marks along with time bonus. If all your entries are presumed right, you will score around 2000 points. Now to score the bonus points, you have to answer them as quick as possible. To score 2170, you will have to answer each question within 3...

                                  After my exchange order got rejected i am wondering if you wanted me to buy a new washing machine and exchange it for only rs 1900???

                                  It is working, fully functional one and has no broken parts/cracks that's not enough for the product to be accepted for exchange? These delivery guys denied picking the product saying there are scratch in color :d

                                  Look at your exchange criteria in the picture,,, do you really think any one would buy a new one whose machine satisfies all of the conditions.
