I have placed an order for this product (STANLEY 120-piece master tool set[protected] in Mar 31, 2023 which was to be delivered next day by eKart, a service owned by Flipkart.
I did receive a delivery from Flipkart on Apr 1, 2023. However, it was not what I ordered. It was a footware item instead of the master tool set that I ordered. The package has my name and address on it. To me, it clearly looks like eKart division of Flipkart has goofed up the delivery.
I created an issue on Apr 1 itself on the Flipkart website with this specific order reporting the problem and also shared the picture of what I received for this order. Next morning, I see next day that my issue was resolved confirming that delivery has been completed. No consent from or contact with customer. They just closed it shamelessly.
I had to reopen the ticket, had a detailed discussion with the representative over the phone and requested him to cancel the order and refund my money. This guys kept repeating only one sentence that I have highlighted the issue like a mantra and was not of any help to me in cancelling the produce. Moreover, they have courage to state that they are going to open a replacement request which will be fulfilled by Apr 14.
The product which I was to get by Apr 1, shall now be delivered to me on Apr 14. Flipkart gets to keep my money (for worth of item 15K) with them and also wasted about half a month of mine and lost my peace of mind in the overall process.
The representative committed to me that he shall have someone from his backend team contact me to help me cancel the order and refund the money, I'm yet to receive any calls from them. This looks like not a seller issue but purely a problem by ekart that is delivery service owned by Flipkart.
No expectations of any compensation here based on my previous experience with Flipkart, I purchased an iPhone from Flipkart as a birthday gift to my spouse, they did not deliver it on the committed date and completely ruined the gifting experience; during this time, they called to confirm the delay and committed 2000INR or compensation which they never executed.
I really don't want to pay with my peace of mind, time and money while they correct their mistakes. I really would like to exercise my rights against such pathetic customer services.

    Flipkart against take immediate action and banned their service to normal customers
    Order id-OD[protected]
    Ordered mobile phone Oneplus 11R Smartphone through flipkart on 28th March worth 44750 using upi payment method. Payment was completed times of placing orders flipkart comes to deliver my percel on 31 March, delivery boy comes and ask me to share otp, after given otp the boy given a flipkart cartoon and leave from there. Percel was good intact conditions I have no doubt about missing item before taking percel. After open the percel I am shocked and disappointed after seen the incident inside percel Nothing included anything complete item missing. fully empty box delivered intact conditions. I am really struggle sir, the phone amount was too high and flipkart done fraud with my money and ignoring to create return and process refund after multiple contact. Still I can't make return they restricted return. please take action against flipkart and banned their business as soon as possible refunded my money I am allowing flipkart next 72 hours after that I will go highcourt

    Help me Flipkart has done me very wrongI made a mobile booking in our area and went to a cafe in our area and booked the phone by charging 100 taka 44750 from the shopkeeper's UPI.Total I had to pay 44850 taka to the shopkeeper for booking this phone, because I wanted to pay that much amount by charging the shop. Secure when bookingWell, then what happened to me is really unbelievable, Flipkart delivered me empty box, I told them first they told me to wait, after 2 days I told them on twitter they first said send picture of what you got I sent it, then they said your Send the document I sent, again 7 daysThen they say we will look for the missing phone from the police. You print the consent form and send it. I gave them permission by writing it myself, finally after 20 days they call and say the seller is not accepting your request. Sorry we can't refund. Because the parcel was delivered intactIn case, sir I have been telling them from the beginning that the parcel was sealed so I took it no doubt, they have been messing with me for 3 weeks and completed my return period, finally saying sorry, I am attaching some documents with this post please check, and its Take legal action against the lawBecause I have paid a lot of high amount, I am being ignored for waiting for so long, I want to get my money back as soon as possible, Now customer care ignoring to create return they said seller have only 7 days policy which crossed I shared everything after that they ignoring.
    After complaint the issue to flipkart unfortunately my Register numbers physically damaged no network access, Flipkart disconnected my Register numbers.
    I shared with them my alternate number for communication-[protected].

    Please call on this alternate number and refunded my money.

    I also communicated with cafe shopkeeper's who made the order booking and he suggest me that, maybe flipkart found Same upi I'd where I paid your order and our area people orders such as high value. The shopkeeper's person daily booked more than 15+ orders using herself same upi address, And maybe sameupi payment reason flipkart team denied your refund request. So take action bygoing highcourt complaint.

    Refunded my money immediately either I will dile E-DAAKHIL Under section 38 On District commission to file case.

            I have received apple watch from flipkart which is not working when i went to the authorised service center they mentioned the product is out of warranty. 6 times refund was raised and pickup was not done due to ekart no picking up the item and refund is being cancelled.
            Can you please help claim the warranty or refund

                I ordered a acer I series TV of on Flipkart I pay 2000/- through Flipkart pay later option and rest of amount ( 9, 999/- ) paid immediately through UPI but my Order is not placed, And when I chat with helpline number they saying that seller doesn't received any amount and you need to wait for atleast 8 days. 8 days are very long period of time I ordered this TV as a gift to my sister. This is not fair. Ordering through Flipkart is safe nowadays.

                  I ordered Acer I series TV from Flipkart through Flipkart pay later option I have 2, 000/- Rs limit and rest of amount ( 9, 999/- ) I paid through UPI option. Transaction is done on phone pay but my Order is not placed. I chat with one of helping executive and they are saying that seller doesn't received any amount and you need to wait for atleast 8 days. 8 days are very long period of time I Ordered this TV as a gift for my sister, this is not fair. Ordering anything through Flipkart is not safe nowadays.

                    Hello Flipkart,
                    *I have been caught up in a *big fraud* *case via platform of Flipkart*. I want to immediately bring this to your attention to avoid unnecessary hardship/trouble to me.
                    Due to some reason, my Flipkart account got locked post the beardo Serum order, hence I was not able to login to it. Today I got a SMS from FlipkartCustomer care that I had order an sell laptop from my account and it has been placed successfully and the payment mode states Flipkart Pay Later.
                    *First of all I had never ordered a dell laptop*. I thought that My Flipkart account was locked due to some website error due to which I could not login to it even now. I think my Flipkartaccount was being Hacked. Some hacker had hacked my Flipkart Login, ordered an laptop, got it placed and Flipkart is asking money from me just because it was my account and the hacker had selected Flipkart Pay Later Option.
                    *Why should I pay for Product I never Ordered?* *How did the hacker get my Login details?*
                    I request Flipkart to take serious action on this Hacker, track him down and hold him responsible for the act.

                      My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
                      My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
                      When called coustomer care, they said you can not your account if you deactivate it but they said otherwise while diactivating.

                          Purchased one Bajaj ceiling fan which is mentioned as ₹4200. And offer given as 23% + 400 discount so after applying all the offers I got it for ₹3199. But the product I received was ₹2825 MRP. While asking for the surplus amount they are not giving the compensation which we waited for this much long time and also we hired one electrician for 200 for installation.

                            Flipkart No. 1 forgery platform,

                            They blocked the pay later option without any reasons, even if all the re-payments was done at on -time, .

                            Also, while raising complaint, they didn't taken any action for the past one month... Fake promises... Forgery Flipkart

                              Issue:
                              I purchased Infinix Y1 smart tv from flipkart it was delivered me on 16th of march but there is wall mount missing so i requested many time but flipkart was not giving any solution and also my installation of tv was pending not any engineer come to install he just call and then cut after that flipkart massage me that engineer trying to contact you but you can't reachable we reschedule you appointment that happened again and again so i was mailed this all flipkart grievance team.
                              so i was mailed this all flipkart grievance team. After that my tv was replaced on 29th march and 30 march was installation but same thing again happened not any engineer coming for it. they was called me and i pickup call then they cut the call i am trying to call back, but no one was pickup my call. so that i was checked my tv it was not powering on so i requested refund request so as per process refund is given after tech visit but not any technician is coming for check the TV.
                              my refund is pending due to technician visit i raise this issue in flipkart also call the care and mail but no resolution done. I bought TV on EMI and my EMI is generated if early refund not done then can't close the loan and i will be to pay interest for that loan without TV.
                              So request you to do the needfull

                                And amount was deducted from my credit card. But till date deducted amount not credited

                                        I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the delivery of my recent order. I received a parcel delivery confirmation message from Flipkart on [23 march 2023], stating that my order [FMPP[protected]] had been delivered to my shipping address. However, to my surprise, I have not received the parcel till now.

                                        I had paid for the parcel, and it is disheartening to know that I have not received it yet. I have tried contacting the delivery executive, but he is not responding to my calls or messages. I have also checked with my neighbors but they have not received the parcel on my behalf.

                                        I have raised the issue with Flipkart customer support team 3 to 4 times through the Flipkart Help Box, but each time the issue was marked as "solved" without any resolution. I have not received any satisfactory response from your Flipkart, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
