3 fraudulent transactions happened on flipkart pay later on 01 Feb 2023. Immeditealy reported but till now no action taken by flipkart and they have billed me and now harrassing me to pay

      7 time complaint but not resolve my problem
      Had to pick up on 10th, got a call on courier on 12th that you will have to file a complaint again. There was no answer as to why the courier has not been picked up.

        Product delivered on 10th March around 10am and raised a return request around 12pm which was pending for Flipkart approval.. they said they will call but after 1ring call will disconnect and then there is no return call. Yesterday I spoke with somebody and again call disconnected and there is no return call... Wheels bolt and from one side the product is defective and corners are crushed

          There are no customer support and my product is not delivered . I am waiting 25 days to now. No response from flipkart team. My order value is 22000.so i don't no what happen with my product and what about my amount. They promise defferent different dates. After 26 feb. no tracking update by flipkart or flipkart team.

            I ordered Puma shoes worth 4399/- and it got delivered on Feb 28, 2023.
            I received a different product of other brand. Placed return request 9 times, and it gets cancelled everytime. I gave information everytime and now it has been around 2 months.
            The reason is that the logistics of EKart have not updated their description, the pickup agent always asks for the original product and hence, it gets cancelled.
            Lack of communication and ignorance of Flipkart is costing me my money and mental wellness.
            Please provide support as it is affecting me mentally and also economically.
            I am ready to provide any information asked.

              I purchased a mattress(Flipkart Perfect Homes Dreamline Dual Comfort 6 inch King Memory Foam Mattress) from flipkart on 22-05-22. After some time this mattress has started sagging. Currently it has already compressed by 1.5 inch . And if somebody sits on it it compressed further 1 more inch.

              I raised the complain to flipkart on 9 mar 2023. Technician visit has happed, and he also personally said that the matress need replacement. then he talked to his boss and his boss said change the position. He marked the issue resolved without and mentioned that the bed do not have issue.

              I further raised this issue to flipkart 3 times. Again same technician visit and no issue resolved. I am tire of this now. Please help me with this.sagging proto is attached.it is actually 8 cm sagged.

                    Flipkart exchange offer scam on mobile phones

                    Thad ordered Google pixel 6a that costs R$
                    29, 999 over Flipkart and I had ordered it only because it had a exchange offer for old phone (realme 5i) for Rs 4800. Once the delivery agent came he checked the phone and said that Flipkart rejected your old phone and didnt mention any reason for this and persuaded me to pay additional 4800 rs for the old phone value.                     My Flipkart pay later option unavailable. From past one month. If this is the case why are giving pay later option. I have paid all the dues. Also if we want use other payment option why should we buy in Flipkart, we can buy using others sites. Please make pay later option available.

                        I purchased apple airpods product from Flipkart i informed that the product which i received is used product despite they mentioned in the website it is new product.. initially they agreed to refund and another they ready to replace and finally they rejected the return due to no return policy . Lot of mis information providing to the customer and calling daily wasted my time and money from last 2 months. Pathetic experience with Flipkart support and seller

                            so bad experience from flipkart never seen.no one give solutions about delivery.no coustumer support . customer support person are give different different dates for delivery.from order date till now 23 day to go no delivery.and no updates on tracking system after 26 feb. coustumer support executive are not give proper solution.                               I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your company. I recently ordered a trouser from your platform, and to my dismay, when the package arrived, it contained newspapers inside, but the item I ordered was missing.

                              As per your instructions, I raised a return request with the appropriate reason that the item was missing in the package. I also shared pictures of the package that I received and my ID proof to support my claim. However, despite my best efforts, my return request has been rejected multiple times.

                              I am extremely frustrated with this entire experience as I have already raised the return request more than four times, and I have shared all the necessary information and evidence to support my claim. It is disheartening to see that your team is not taking my complaint seriously, and it feels like I am being unfairly treated as a customer.

                              I would like to request that you take immediate action on this matter and provide a resolution to my complaint.                                 I have ordered Provougue suitcase in Flipkart and got it on 27th February 2023.
                                The product which I received was a defective one so I raised a return request on the same day. They told that product will be picked up by 2nd March and you will recieve a refund by 3 Rd March.
                                But on 1 St March the return request was cancelled by the seller end. I called the Flipkart support team and they told that your product will be picked up by 4th March.
                                Then on 4th March no one came for pickup nor any one called me. Again I called support person on 5th March. Again the same process, wait till 8th March. Again I waited but no response again postponed to 10th March.

                                Now I'm totally fed up this.

                                I'm loosing my hope that I will hadly get any solution.

                                How long will a customer wait for the return. Is this the way you treat the customer.

                                  I ordered a refrigerator from flipkart site. Payment got deducted from my hdfc bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 2 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipkart but no response even after 48 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                                    Flipkart sends their executives couple of times(07-Mar & 10-Mar) to check the damaged product & their executives also confirmed that its damaged product.
                                    Still Flipkart is not rpocessing my return.
                                    This clearly shows that Flipkart & its sellers are cheating customers by delivering damaged products.

                                      Flipkart is denying all "Pay later" related queries right away when we call them. They cannot be contacted through app/website as they sate they all executives are busy every time I call them. I have contacted them more than 50 times through phone and app, when contacted via customer care they are denying all "pay later" related queries. I just want to delete my pay later account which I have not even used once. There is no dues since I have not used it even once and I just need to delete the "pay later" account as soon as possible since I am not using it & it affects my credit score.
                                      Kindly help me deleting the "paylater" account.
                                      Details of the account will be provided once flipkart executive replies to this query.
