    I got approval limit of 25k on pay later/EMI but I can't purchase anything with this amount. Every time I am trying buy something by using payment method pay later/EMI, it shows 'flipkart pay later Unavailable' (this payment option is not available for this order). While I am trying to buy any item, the same answer is on all of them. Nor I can't reach customer support. No response from customer care.

      Delivery agent asked for otp but didn't delivered my parcels.

      My name is mithlesh Kumari and I'm in college and working part time also. On 13th Mar.         I ordered a belt from Flipkart and it was delivered to me on 11th March 2023, i didn't liked this item and immediately marked for return which was confirmed by Flipkart and it has to be picked up latest by 15/3/2023. But till date no one came to pickup this item. Today is the date of refund they have scheduled on portal but unless and until they don't take it back, they are not going to refund my money. I tried to contact them or requested for a call from their executive but it never get connected.

            I am writing to inform you that I recently placed an order for a washing machine on your platform. I had specifically selected a washing machine with a steam feature, as I found this feature particularly important for my needs. However, when I received the product, I was disappointed to find that it did not have the steam feature that I had ordered.

            As soon as I discovered the issue, I immediately raised a complaint about it on the same day of delivery. I hope that this issue can be resolved at the earliest. I am writing to request that you please take the necessary steps to either return the product and provide me with the correct model with the steam feature or refund the difference between the steam model and the one I received.

            I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that your platform has always been my preferred choice for online shopping. However, this experience has left me disappointed, and I hope that you can address this issue in a prompt and efficient manner.

                I purchesd a smartphone of MICROMAX COMPANY model name ''micromax in 2c'' in FLIPKART.(date[protected]..
                I purchesd with ''flipkart paylater'' E.M.I basis.(phone price 6028 rs)..
                I payed ''1187'' rs to flipkart as 1st installment..

                smartphone delivered to me on[protected]...
                but smartphone has poor build quality and have the overheating issues even charger and cable also over heating so i immeditely raised a return request on[protected]. Flipkart app shows me they will provide a technical visit. but nobody contacted me untill the last warrenty period date[protected]..on that date celler automatically cancelled my return request.. i called to flipkart customer support everyday about my problem i asked for the return but no use they will not arranged me the pickup.

                i want to return that mobile...and want my money back as my refund..(my money 1187rs + 2000rs [If possible please give some additional compansation from flipkart for careless customer service (expecting 2000rs).

                  My name is Jaspreet Singh
                  I placed an order on flipkart on 15th March.
                  Order ID - OD[protected]
                  This order was canceled on 19 March.
                  When I asked the reason for cancellation, they told that you have not collected the order from the delivery boy.
                  When I got a call from the delivery boy, it was already 9:00 in the night.
                  And the delivery boy was not even in my location. He was calling me at 1 kilometer side.
                  I told him that I am in the office at this time. If you deliver at my doorstep, he refused.
                  When I told him that it is okay that you deliver me tomorrow, he misbehaved with me and said that I will cancel the order. I do not have much time that I have been coming again and again.
                  I have placed many orders from Flipkart at this location in the past as well, but this problem occurred on this order and I canceled my order after so many days.
                  My order was canceled by the master without any reason.

                      I purchased some clothes from flipkart and i returned them because of fitting issues. I Chose to to get the refund on my gift card wallet as it was instant refund( based on flipkart website). Its been 20 days I haven't received my refund. I had multiple conversations with customer care but all I have got was false promises.

                        No refund to my gift card wallet

I chose to get the refund on my gift card wallet as it was written money will be instantly refunded. Its been more than 20 days and i haven't received my money.                         1. Buy 5000 save 1000, offer remain unresolved for prolonged period..
                        2. Delivery date commitment of 18th Mar missed, end of the day, i received update about the delay causing inconvenience, where i had to wait complete date to recieve it.
                        3. Customer call back request of 15 mins not respected and received the call, while customer was sleeping causing more inconvenience
                        4. All that customer care or their supervisor could say is "Sorry" and "Don't Worry". Don't understand if they have even been empowered to commit. All that that they say is the status from the App, which customer has access to it already.

                        Overall Flipkart has taken customer for granted, no respect for their time and no heads up about the delay. What is the point of providing an update after missing the deadline or commitment.

                          I have ordered a suitcase with order id OD[protected] with flipkart. I received a defective product and sought refund on 8th March 23. The item was due to be picked up by 16 Mar 23 but neither flipkart is picking up the return nor processing the refund. The status of return on website and dates are also being changed without any customer concurrence. Multiple customer care calls have proven futile. One customer care executive said that we they did not pick up return I had to use the defective item

Order A CPU Called ZOONIS Intel® Core™ i7-2600 Processor From flipkart Amount Of 14274 And Paid For this without any doubt also I checked percel was intact seald condition that's reason takes delivery and now upset.While I open percel and Unboxing footage I found there complete item missing they dispatch inside percel cut piece of cartoon instead and scam with me.
