Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your company. I recently ordered a trouser from your platform, and to my dismay, when the package arrived, it contained newspapers inside, but the item I ordered was missing.
As per your instructions, I raised a return request with the appropriate reason that the item was missing in the package. I also shared pictures of the package that I received and my ID proof to support my claim. However, despite my best efforts, my return request has been rejected multiple times.
I am extremely frustrated with this entire experience as I have already raised the return request more than four times, and I have shared all the necessary information and evidence to support my claim. It is disheartening to see that your team is not taking my complaint seriously, and it feels like I am being unfairly treated as a customer.
I would like to request that you take immediate action on this matter and provide a resolution to my complaint. I urge you to review my case thoroughly and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. As a loyal customer of Flipkart, I expect nothing less than prompt and efficient customer service from your company.
