I ordered nokia 6.1 plus (Blue,... With order id od[protected] on october 11, 2018. It was expected to be delivered on 22 october, today is 29 oct and order is still not delivered. Order is showing out for delivery since 20 october but there’s no update after that. Even after my numerous calls to customer care there is no resolution till date. I was very surprised to find out that even flipkart’s customer care is not able to track it, very pathetic processing from flipkart. Now what are the options left, can someone from flipkart advise when can i expect my delivery? I am a very frequent online shopper, shopping online from last 6 years. I never experienced such a worst service from any ecommerce site apart from flipkart. This is the second time i ordered from flipkart and tasted the flavour of their pathetic service, and hence have completely lost my faith on flipkart.
Please advise when can i expect my delivery and resolution of my issue from flipkart?

      I had ordered an honor 9n mobile black 15th october and paid for it online. My order number is od[protected]. The promised delivery date was 22nd october. I didn't receive it. After which they delayed their delivery date by a week to 27th october and then 29th october. If i track my order its shown same place from 22nd october and still. If i called to customer care they said some technical issue. How long it will take to resolve your technical issue?. And still failed to deliver the product. I was fake promised resolution by 24 hours each time by the customer care still saw no update. Each time i talk to them they are just delaying it further and further.
      I had messaged them today at separate times for an update and they just lied to me! There is high level of ignorance from flipkart.

        Hi team,
        Below are my concerns about the order no : od[protected] asus zenfone max pro m1:-
        1) product was delivered on 15 october (Ordered on 12 october, good service on delivery part), but unfortunately i got the damage product, the back cover was dent and hence requested for replacement.
        2) i got new phone delivered again as part of replacement on 22 october, now i have problem with performance like network fluctuation, slow internet, difficulties in loading the app, and touch screen getting freezed. Because of the network issue i am not getting the messages on time, due to this i am facing lot of issue in payment gateway and activities. Hence requested for refund on 25 october, then flipkart sent one technician to see the issue on 26 october, he formatted my phone but still the issue persists. He advised if the issue still persists, he will do the replacement.

        3) i am not finding any option to request for return in my order list for this particular product. It is still showing technician visit service is in progress.

        I am looking for either refund of money or replacement of the phone. Please help me on this.

        I kindly request you to please take an immediate action on it.

          I have tried to order i phone 7 on 25th of october 2018 but order is not placed and they deducted 31499 from my account ..now they ar takig so much time to resolve my problem .flipkart is e a cheat i want my refund asap please help
          I dontnhave my order id because my order is not placed they are giving me dates only not my money. How can they withhold my money for so long .i am so frustated .it is not a small amount..their represntatives are like them they have no sufficient information about anything ..they are like please wait you issue will b resolved asap .its 29 already dont know when they refund my money..

            I want to place a return for two of my recently placed orders and I am unable to do so as flipkart has blocked my account saying that my account has a number of returns. But this is highly objectionable as there is no update of how many returns can be placed.
            My account on flipkart has been blocked saying that they have seen a large number of returns from my account. I am a regular online buyer and was about to reach my plus coins contest after which flipkart assured to send every order on no shipping charges plus many more benefits. I strongly feel that they are making fool o[censored]s. There is not any policy on flipkart which mentions how many returns a buyer can place from that account. This is happening for the second time with my account. Before also they did the same thing.

              Product: lg 8 kg fully automatic front load washing machine silver & lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb).
              Order amount: ₹33226

              I bought above mentioned product during big billion days sale with hdfc credit card merchant emi. The order was cancelled on same day october 11th, 2018. Refund was processed for ₹33226, the same amount was refunded back to my credit card. Credited amount ₹33226 in my credit card still not reflected, its blocked.

              I contacted bank regarding my issue and came to know that flipkart processed only refund without cancelling merchant emi, so ₹33226 was in block. Hdfc explained clearly bank is not responsible for merchant emi, flipkart needs to cancel the emi to release the amount back to card. Bank said me to get reference number for merchant emi cancellation.

              I contacted flipkart through email regarding my issue [incident: in[protected]] and got reply as
              "hi amarnath,
              This is to inform you about your lg 8 kg fully automatic front load washing machine silver and lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb) with order id od[protected].
              The seller has already approved the refund on[protected] requesting you to kindly check with the bank with the payment reference no.
              Pzt[protected]f55yl08 for the further issue

              The person ankur sharma not read my concern clearly. He send the default words. I given reply as to read my concern properly to cancel the merchant emi to release the blocked amount. But no response for my email.

              So again i contacted on 25 oct [incident: in[protected]] with my concern, no reply from flipkart.

              Again i contacted on 26 oct in call, the guy who spoke with me is not knowledgeable and he even not to how deals with the customer issue and also not able to speak english. After a long struggle call was transfer to the next level, i spoke with the person name sakshi i explained my issue from the beginning she acknowledged me that my issue will be resolved immediately. I got reference number for the same [incident: in[protected]].

              I got reply again as same with the new reference number [incident: in[protected]]. The refund was completed on october 16, 2018 by seller to your bank account. It should have been credited by october 17, 2018 as per standard banking procedures.

              I don't know how in flipkart sending the same reply without reading customer issues. My issue was regarding merchant emi cancellation but i am getting reply for refund.in my all email and call clearly mentioned that i got refund, the refunded amount got blocked in my credit card due to not cancellation of emi from merchant.

              For the [incident: in[protected]] with the person sakshi still no response.

              Because of the flipkart customer service irresponsibility, i undergone lot of inconveniences and frustrations, no words to explain more.

              I am not able to use my credit card because ₹33226 was blocked and my credit balance is in negative.

              The merchant emi have to cancel immediately for the order od[protected] to release the blocked amount ₹33226 in my credit card. I need reference number for merchant emi cancellation.

              If i not get the resolution immediately, i take this issue to other level.

              Faced lot of problems in flipkart. The policies will be only favor to sellers as well as flipkart. Flipkart will spend lot of money only for advertisements and make the people to attract and to buy, after buying you will be put in trouble if any issues with the product, delivery, seller, etc... So my humble request to people i am customer please be cautious before you buy anything in flipkart.

                Lodged first return request on 24th octbut it was rejected even though the technician from their side who visited on 26th oct confirmed that the product is defective. Another return request was lodged on the same day. Shortly status of the return request became pick up is approved and will happen next month. (I took the screenshot of that particular pick up message but later that page became unavailable). Next day [27th oct] technician called and told me to inform flipkart as there is mismatch in imei number. So now two complaints-defective mobile and imei mismatch. Lodged these complaints again by calling customer care. Later i got a reply that resolution team will contact me on 28th oct evening. But on 28th oct morning i got another email/call from flipkart asking to send the snapshots of imei number and i did it also but later in the evening they notified that the resolution team will contact only after 24 hours. Instead of resolving the complaint, they are trying to delay this as last date for return is today (29th oct).

                  This is pertaining to order id od[protected], having fossil watch.

                  On receipt of product when i found it to be damaged i have raised the request for return but five times it was accepted & then cancelled by flipkart.

                  As per the legal policy terms of flipkart my item is eligible under return & even if seller do not wish to accept it, i am eligible to receive the refund.

                  Request your help. I am assuming flipkart is not involved in unfair trade practices.

                      I am not satisfied to flipkart products i am totally disagree about this first time.
                      I have order flipkart product during offer period 15th oct product is mac (Product id od[protected] set of 8 but at the time of delivery i have received only 2 items mascara or eyelinear and its not real product i received duplicate infact another brand and price is 624 but actually mrp is mascara 80rs around and product packaging also mention 80rs, toleratating me but i can’t do any thing.
                      And the same thing is hapening with “sofy pad” packet 4 (Od[protected] they charge me 479rs but market price is 200rs around and i call back to customer care they say its totally depend on seller, and still i didn’t received any type of resolution from flipkart service.
                      I need resolution both products.

                        Order no-OD[protected]Defective mobile delivered.
                        They rejected my first return request even though the technician from their side confirmed that the product is defective.Another return request was lodged on the same day when technician visited.Shortly status of the return request became pick up is approved and will happen next month.(I took the screenshot of that particular pick up message but later that page became unavailable-screenshot attached).                         Flipkart again asked for another 48 hours yesterday [31st oct].When asked for pick up confirmation date, they simply replied that they can't give the confirmation date.They have been processing the return request since 24th oct and 1 week is gone. They are just denying consumer right for refund even when they are well aware of the issues with the mobile.

                          I have purchased this product(Gopro hero 2018 action camera) from the online website in a hope o[censored]sing it in various ways one being adventure sports as it was mentioned that the product was waterproof I used the camera in a swimming pool and realised it dosent work anymore I tried to contact flipkart for the same where they gave me a number which was not in service upon contacting them again they said that they had no certain number and will get back to me in 6 working days. I wanted to review this product on their e commerce website so that people understand how they deal and cheat consumers but my review was not posted on their website I asked for a call back to get confirmation on why am I not being able to post my review to which I was told that they have too many reviews for the same product I informed them that I need to speak to a higher authority to which they responded that they will keep my call on a hold so that they can transfer it to a higher authority I was kept on hold for 30 mins and the call was disconnected abruptly. I have no particular number to which I can complain about and I feel cheated by the company which is affecting my mental status as the amount paid for the product was very high

                            I ordered a MI tv 4a 43inch and 32 inch on 26th of October from flipkart. My order no was OD[protected]. But flipkart seller was cancelled my order. During placing my order I made the payment through AXIS Bank Debit card full amount (Rs: 32, 398). But till date I have not received the amount refund to my account. I have called several times to customer service and mailed also but nothing happened. Now more than three days over but till date I have not received the amount refund to my debit card account. I need your help on urgent basis, because this is very big amount Please help me.

                              I order no OD[protected] but i not received due to mistakes of customer care person. during first attempt courier boy denied to exchange my old mobile but i went to ekart hub and shown my mobile they said we can consider for the exchange but courier boy had commented rejected so, we can not deliver to you. So i called customer care to reattempt the my product 5 time but they did not do at last they automatically consider cancellation and send refund message. they keep block my full amount for 15 days. Take some serious action.

                                Product delivered - lower version of same machine (Less features and 7kg)

                                Look and feel of the lower grade machine was the same as the one i ordered. Luckily, on careful scrutiny of the product, i could understand that it's a lower grade machine (Less features and lesser kg then i ordered).

                                I spoke with flipkart customer executives for approx. 6-7 times where they promise to resolve the issue and get the product returned, but all efforts in vain.

                                On checking flipkart app l, i understand that they just keep extending my resolution time, perhaps coz that would breach my time limit for returning the product to them.

                                Further, despite knowing that i was delivered wrong product, they asked lg to send the installation guy to come at my residence and install the washing machine.

                                On continuous follow up, some guy showed up at my residence to take return - pickup the product. But he informed that his hand was injured and would need two more guys. So he left promising that he will come back next day. The guy never came the next day and the phone numbers that he shared were wrong.

                                All this appears to be a cheap trick of flipkart so that the customer is rendered unable to return the machine back to them with given time limit.

                                I also lodged a complaint against he seller for cheating me with wrong producy, but no action till date is taken against the seller.

                                To add to the misery of returning the product to flipkart, my credit card bill got generated and i have to pay the sum from my own pocket.

                                Flipkart is hands in glove with such sellers who are playing with customersripping the. Off their money with such cheap tricks.

                                  I placed an order for acer predator helios 300 laptop on october 12th, 2018 in the sale. The expected delivery date was 25th october. But on 25th i received a message that due to unforeseen circumstances the courier is unable to deliver and will deliver on or before 28th october. On 27th i got a call from flipkart and they said that the seller is not responding and you have to reorder it or cancel it if you want refund. I paid 60, 500 on oct 12th and now the price of the laptop is 90, 000. I am a student of b. A./l. L. B and was saving money for months to buy a good laptop. When i finally found it on the sale, i immediately ordered it and now they are saying that i can't get it for this price.
                                  First fault of the company is that they can't contact their own registered seller.
                                  Second fault is my mental harassment.

                                    I ordered 3 door wardrobe on date 10 october 2018, and it will get on 28 october 2018 at saras nagar, ahmednagar
                                    But the seller in ahmednagar cancelled my order, beacuse he don't want to make home delivery, hence he cancelled my order, he don't want to get me the product, but i am waiting for this from 16 days, my time was lost because of waiting, pls help me

                                      I have order a shoe, during big billion day and it was said to deliver on or before 24/10/18. But still now ne updates of shipment is send to me. When i called the customer care executive, he said to pay some compensation with delivery of item on 31/10. But when i ask him whether what will happen if item not delivered on 31st, he was not able answer and when i asked him to connect to higher official, he asked me to wait and disconnected the connection. The same repeated when i called to customer care again. Also once before the same kind issue happened and they cancelled my order without my knowledge and simply bluffed me and waisted my time and money

                                        I'm purchase 4 orders in this bbd. Due to these orders your cs team blocked my account. Actully these orders for my personal use not for resale. My orders these for my relatives and diffrent address and different names. But they can't understand my problem. I'm regular customer from 2014. Pls solve my issue so i'm continous my shopping.
