Sir, respected, i am nellorereddaiah residing at kadapa ap. I have booked two items from flipkart one spacewood and bed matrix, the two items was delivered on 8/10/2018 but instalation engineer people are not responded proper in time, they have come to my home today 22/10/2018 after 15 days delivered itmes. They have installed the spacewood completely on 22/10/2018. Hence, the bed matrix is unsize to the cot present sened size 78×60×06 and we requried size is 72×78×06. We are no idea bed size for fitting the spacewood cot. Hence i request please exchange the bed for compertable size to the spacewood cot. And satisfy tge customer. R

    On 12th October, 2018 I placed an order for an 1.2 ton Hitachi AC on Flipkart... payment got cleared but order showed error and did not get executed... since then I hv been following up since 10 days for refund but your team is unable to locate my amount.. I hv sent several mails and called up customer care who are least bothered and are postponing the resolution everyday.

    The Order No[protected]. Pl help me else I will hv to go legal as I am being charged interest on credit card. I will stop subscribing to Flipkart after 10 yrs.

    Receiving no updates... only acknowledgement for same queries with empty promises to resolve problem. Now resolution is postponed to 23rd October, 2018 with no certainty.

      Ordered toyhouse avenger bike for my kiddo which was not upto mark..very cheap quality and battery was not working so placed a return request on the same day..after following up several times customer care executive said that return request cancelled by seller hence raising again..same happened 4 times..how can a seller cancel return request four times??
      he can sell any cheap product on flipkart??flipkart is having no control on seller??I have been following up since 25 days for return but still not a single person came for pick up.. i want my money back at any cost or will file a case

        It's regarding Order ID OD[protected] which has been delivered with size & quality issues.
        But Flipkart is not allowing me to return the items for reason " too many returns "
        From last 15 days I am chasing Flipkart but Flipkart is not responding me. Made false commitment for call back but didn't make call. Sending auto generated email again and again instead of resolution and arranging reverse pickup. One of Flipkart representative put me on hold for half and hour to transfer call to senior and disconnect the call without proper communication.
        I am 5 month pregnant woman who is being harrassed by Flipkart.
        I have attached order history snapshot with the image of products I need to return.

        On 15th Oct morning I have received call from Ms. Kavita and she committed call back which I was supposed to receive in 24 hrs for which I am still waiting.

        They are so shameless, they don't even bother about torturing one pregnant woman.

        They didn't respond me. It's really affecting my health.
        please look into this matter.

        I don't understand why they are not taking there product back when the Carlton London Shoes are bigger in size for me and other two products are having quality issues.

        If it continues then in such condition I need to chase Nagpur consumer court as it seems Flipkart don't have fear of anything.

          This is regarding purchase of a mattress online from Flipkart which cost me 30000 rupees. The product has not been delivered till 6 days after the estimated delivery time and the customer care keeps postponing the details without any clear whereabouts of the product. They are also denying cancellation of the product and not refunding the amount. So i neither have the product nor the money while flipkart is unresponsive about it. 30000 is a big amount and now i need my money back.

            I recently ordered a Lavie Tote bag from Flipkart during Big Billion Days Sale.Later after a few days, in the tracking section it stated that not delivered as shipment was damaged.I contacted customer care who assured that there is a delay and will be delivered to me within 23rd October 18 instead of 16th October 2018.Later they call me and tell me that it cannot be delivered and that i have to cancel the order and place a fresh new order.But the price has increased and customer support direct told me that they cannot do anything about it.This is not fair.First they give attractive discounts and then fool people and make them order again at higher prices.How can such a trusted e-commerce website like Flipkart do something so silly like this?

              I have placed order on flipkart for purchasing realme 2 pro mobile on date 13th october. My shipping address is new ranip ahmedbad.

              My order number is : od[protected]

              Seller has processed my order on date 19th october. I have got sms on 21st october 2018 9:19 am like "your product is shipped and will be delivered by monday, oct 22 2018". After 2 hours i got another sms your order is cancelled and sms like "your order has been cancelled as our courier partner was unable to deliver to your address".
              When we talk to flipkart they were not giving proper reason to cancel my order. Also they said that we are not able to delivered product to your address so our courier partner had cancel that order.

                I booked a I phone 6s grey colour, 32 GM ROM and 2 GB RAM mobile on 14th October, for 22, 500 rupees. But the order was cancelled on 15th October without getting to my concern! I have called the customer executives more than 10 times, they are very negligent! I'm having all the recordings that I spoke with them, they gave different answers saying that a concerned team will call me, but no one called me yet! So please look for further action

                  I have ordered a tablet with exchange of my phone.
                  While delivering the order, they are not accepting my phone for exchange mentioning a scratch over the top panel.
                  While create an exchange order, flipkart has only been asked for imei number. Not any other details.
                  Still i wonder, why flipkart has not been asked for more details

                    This is to inform you that we purchased red mi note 5 pro mobile from vendor flipkart online and have logged a complaint for exchanging an item (Red mi note 5 pro) for the order no.: od[protected]. There is a problem in phone it is not started. We tried all the steps of troubleshooting and had a conversation with one of your technical/field engineer person.
                    They are agreed that this manufacturer defect.
                    But no response from flip cart.

                    As per your valuable customer we want a loyal product from your side.

                    Kindly take this matter in a priority and provide the exchange asap.

                      Why has flipkart deactivated my 2000₹ worth vouchers without any reason?

                      Up until last night everything was fine. I was preparing for upcoming sale in 24th october 2018. I had added gift vouchers for the order value that i was looking to place and suddenly flipkart decides to just throw my money calling it ‘deactivated’.
                      There was no reason provided whatsoever by their customer care representatives. Keeps repeating the same typical customer care dialogues.

                        Due to some security breach in Flipkart mobile app, my money got deducted twice from different accounts without booking any order.

                        Firstly I tried doing payment from 1 account through Debit card with wrong CVV( it got deducted without placing any order) I got error message of Bad Gateway then I tried payment through net banking of different account ( again payment get deducted without placing the order) after 2 hours order got confirmed automatically.

                        Now in my account as well it is showing debit card as well as net banking as a payment methods. How a single order can cater 2 payment methods as shown in screenshot?

                        Now the bank is trying to retrieve my funds and still they are not responding. Worst Customer Services they have. They are admitting that payment get deducted twice but neither refunding the same nor committing for this refund.

                        I am chasing your team since 4th October and they just making fake promises to wait for 24 to 48 hours or 5 to 8 business days etc. I don't know when there 48 hours will be completed.And today on 22 th October I didn't get any refund on any of my account.

                        Kindly understand gravity of this security breach in this mobile app.

                        I am afraid if Flipkart.com is storing our card details.

                        I need my refund of Rs. 749 asap.

                        I don't want to contact you for this petty issue, but unfortunately your team failed to answer my queries.

                        I recorded this bug to your security team as well but all vain.
                        The way your customer service executive behaved in this matter is awful.
                        I think your team didn't understand that payment is deducted twice and needs to be refunded. Or they are deliberately bit acknowledging the same as might be you people are in no mood to refund my money.
                        Even 1 of your customer service executive suggested me to take legal measures against this.

                          I have been cheated the products that were shown and the brand that was shown was mac but when i got the product it is nether mac nor in gud condition nor is it worth even a 100 rupeees and i have spent nearly 1500. What the hell are you guys doing?
                          The products condition was pathetic when it was delivered full covered wd dust. Bottle broken. I or my family or my frnz will never shop from flipkart if my money is not refunded. I can even show u the image of what i got and what was show. Will be provided.

                            Delivery was promised on 18/10/18
                            Product track shows it has reached nathupur gurugram around 7 am on 20/10/18. Delivery location is dlf gurugram only 3.7 kms by google map.
                            Time taken to cover distance is
                            14 minutes by car/bike
                            22 minutes walking
                            But flipkart insists that issue will be resolved by 1 pm 25/10/18
                            They need 06 days to cover a 22 minutes walking distance.
                            Repeated requests /complaints no avail

                                I had an account on flipkart, so i ordered multiple things but the things i received were totally different form that in description, so i placed a return req. Certain products were returned but some rejected so i contacted customer care many times, they told it will be done soon. Then all of a sudden when i tried logging in my acoount, what do i see...
                                My account was blocked..
                                Now my brother turn
                                They doing same my brother is flipkart plus member customer...

                                My brother order five to six order in big billon day, like 2 mobile phones, 1led, etc
                                Almost 60thousand shopping

                                But now, same thing happen
                                My brother flipkart account is not work

                                200 rupees in the wallet
                                40 coins almost is equal to 800

                                  Hi, i have ordered 2 mobiles in flipkart order id: od[protected] in the name of parthasarthy to address hcl technologies elcot it sez plot 5 & 6 illanthaikulam village chennai 600020 and another product order id: od[protected] to address 430 sakthi student center near mahatma school bata showroom kknagar 600020 chennai. The problem is i mistakenly entered chennai pincode instead of 625020. My concern is flipkart has cancelled my second order without my knowledge and they held my money for 13days. Without my knowledge what they did is unfair when i check with flipkart customer care they are giving updates on daily basis and finally cancelled stating address mismatch. If really address mismatch why the first product order id delivered in chennai if thats the case they should have cancelled both. Flipkart accepted that its a issue with ekart delivery team whatever trust which we had its gone my request is i need my product to delivered or need a compensation for holding my money for 2 weeks and dont even have courtesty. I have attached voice reccording screenshots. Reach me on [protected]/ [protected]. I am raising a compliant in consumer court as well.

                                    I am facing issue from last week not getting proper answer from your executive.
                                    I supposed to get this delivery on 14 oct 2018 as per delivery history still no tracking facility available.
                                    I went your ekart delivery partner @thane mumbai a per his statement my order is lost somewhere.
                                    No tracing history with ekart office the consignment not received with the mumbai hub or there is no hub in mumbai with this name.
                                    Every time your executive keeping on observation for next 24 hrs and 48 hrs what is this? This is your commitment?
                                    Please take a necessary action on this case other wise i have to take a legal action on this.
                                    Please do the needfull...

                                      Hi all,

                                      Flipkart has blocked my account with my registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Also item which i have purchased boss hand blender for which blade is not working and not helping me to get return or exchange as per policy.

                                      When i am trying to call flipkart executive they are informing there is system issue and not helping me to resolve issue.

                                      I have send email on 19th after which till date no response from flipkart

                                        I had been a long time customer and tried to order a few items on the so called "big billion days" sale.

                                        The sale is perhaps meant to cheat & harrass the customer.

                                        I waited for 11 days for the product to be delivered and took my precious time out of busy schedules to pre-emtively call the delivery agent. The customer executives argue & do not believe that the delivery agent never called me for delivery and they "cancel" the product.

                                        I believe if the products on the sale are not in stock, customers can be "fooled", "untrusted" & "cheated" with.

                                        I have disabled my flipkart account and wish to never deal with them again. I will love to pay more to amazon for products because they really "do care" about the customer and are "professional".

                                        My order is dollar vest pack of 4 & they send 2 vest
                                        They might grow as a company but they don't seem to grow as a mature one like an Amazon. They can harrass you with a product that costs you much more in time and money than its worth. And also, they are arrogant and force customer to lose their cool.
