We have ordered asus zenfone max pro m1from flipkart on 11th october 2018 and delivered on 12th october, 2018. After using 2nd day onwords phone not working well and many time going for hanging state and finger print also not working well once restarted then only we can able use it thats time also you will some issues like when we get call from some one it will going hang on stage. We reported this all issue to flipkart and asking for replacement. They told we will raise ticket for this issue and technical visit will happen after that replacement will happen like that they told. As of now we have raised 4 tickets for this issue till nothing is happened. Totally disappointed from flipkart even am a flipkart plus customer they are not treating like a begger for me. Ticket details given below,

Today i get a call from flipkart or some other fraud companys i dont know because they are asking for my credit cart details so that we can refund the amount of that mobile like that they told.
As per policy we could not share our credit card confidentials information to anyone.
Again totally disappointed from flipkart.

Could you please help this issue anyone.

    Hi sir,
    I ordered a titan watch for women on 6th october 2018 and made the payment of rs.4235/- through net banking after that i cancelled my order on 8th october 2018, as i want to order the same watch with other colour but till now i do not get my refund amount credited in my bank account. I contacted the customer care over phone and mailed them too, they told me that the money has been refunded and sent me a mail with following details :-
    Refund date and time:08 oct 18, 08:43 pm
    Bank transaction id:igaemvyhu1
    Payment mode:net banking
    On 27th oct 2018 and told me to contact with bank customer care service if amount not credited. I contacted the sbi customer care, they told me that you have to contact with flipkart because unless the amount is credited in my account they can not tell me anything with their provided transaction id and there is no use of any reference no..
    Every time when i call them or mail to flipkart, they are replying the same again and again. Bank customer care told me to tell flipkart persons to enquire as the refund is processed from their end so they can't do anything from my end.
    Flipkart is making people fool and they are looting their money.

    Today on 23/11/2018 I get my refund of Rs. 4235/- credited in my bank account. As informed by the customer care service of Flipkart, they initiated Manual Refund of Rs. 4235/- on 9th Nov 2018 after getting my bank details like my Account no. And IFSC code and today I got my refund. But honestly speaking, the whole process of getting my refund back into my account was very tiresome but at the end thanks to Flipkart too.

    Now when I am contacting to Flipkart Customer care they are keeping my phone on hold for 10 min or more and after that disconnecting it. I told them about my problems that bank is also not registering my complaint as the issue is not from my bank side. It is from Merchant side, means Flipkart side. So they can't register my complain. If issue is from their side then they should register complain that why the refunded money is not credited to beneficiary account (my account) till now. They should raise the query from bank.

    Just now I saw that the transaction id mailed by them is not their transaction id. It was actually my transaction id through which I made the payment on 6th Oct 2018. The screenshot of their mail I already uploaded above and now I am uploading here my transaction details.

    Today I received a call from flipkart. After giving me so many dates for resolution of my matter finally they told me that they also can not do anything from their end and told me Sorry sir also. They saying sorry only can not refund my money. After discussing with the flipkart I mailed them my bank statement also from 6th Oct 18 to 31st Oct 18. They just asked me because they want to confirm weather I was lying or not. I mailed them the statement also in Which no where the debited amount was refunded in my account by flipkart. But when I told them, as you asked for my bank statement, you also give me the proof that you have refunded the amount in my account. I also want to see that you have deposited the amount in my account number. Send me your statement or any ARN no. From which I can confirm. But again they say Soory.

      Ordered a aluiler eric engineering wood dressing table. The product is damaged after the technician visit on 24 oct there has been no progress on the return request places and neither are the processing a refund. Whenever i call flipkart customer care they give me vague answers. They say technician will visit n give report. There have been 2 technician visit so far but no progress on the return yet. When i asked for refund they say need to wait for technician report whereas technician has submitted the report on 23 oct 2018.

        Flipkart
        I have purchased boots from cartlon londen by flipkart and because of size isse i subimitted return twice but it cancelled both the times.
        I recieve the message of approval and pickup date but no one came for pickup.
        Please take adequate action for the return.
        I dont want that the return time pass and i have to bear an unnecessary loss.

          I had purchased a hp laptop as on 11th oct 2018 and paid throug credit card. They had assured me to deliver on or before 22nd oct 2018. As per tracking status that product was packed by seller as on 15th oct 2018 and waiiting to pick up by courier partner. Since 16th oct 2018 i continuosly following up their exicutives tbrough mail, calls and twitter and every time they give false sympathy and extends the promise date of delivery. From 22nd oct to 24th and then 26th and then 28th but till 28th product has not been shipped. Really they dont care customers after making payments to them. I have to bear bysiness loss because of non availibility of laptop because of flipkart..

          After completion of 20 days of payment and repeated follow up to flipkart, No resolutiin till date. Please update for the same and solve my issue if flipkart really care for customers. I have to bear huge business loss as i have to leave some audit assignments due to non availibility of laptop due to poor service of flipkart..

            My account has been blocked by flipkart giving the reason my purchase trend shows that i am ordering products for reselling. Which i am not. Each and every product ordered is being personally used. I even asked them to send any of their officer to come to address and check if the products are being personally used or not.

            But according to them they cannot do that. They just block accounts om assumptions and not reality. I have the real proofs to prove my innocence, but what they have is only there systems algorithms and assumptions.

              Phone has performance issues, it hangs while using and heats up while charging and talking over the phone. I raised a return request with flipkart and they're not taking any action upon the complaint. Every time flipkart just ask me to wait for another 24 hours because so called seller is not responding. I was supposed to get response by 26th but no one has returned back to me on my complaint. It feels like they're just trying to delay the entire process and waiting for return window to get over. This is very frustrating. My hard earned money has gone wasted. I'm just left with defective phone. I'm concerned it doesn't just get explode some day. My order no: od[protected]

                In the lst 2 days i have received 2 messages that some order has been plced and abother flipkart customer has shared the same with you. The fact is neither i plces any orders nor did i link my account to anybody. And when i cal yhe customer care, an executive by the name of neha tells me that flipkart is not sure of how this happened and they xannoy even de link the account. So they dont want to take any accountability and if any thing goes wrong they wull hapily wash hands off.

                How can they not be accountabe if i suddenly start getting messages of the orders which have not been plced by me?

                Why the hell am i getring messges for the orders teuly unrelated with me? With gdpr laws in place how can they not safeguard my information and how withput my approvals my account has been linked with some oyher account?

                I would like to file a formal complaint and have flipkart nswer the same. I jve no other choice but to dectivate my flupkart account for totally unprofessional behavior of flipkart.

I had to deactivate my account as you folks left me with no choice, but the best part is I still receive messaged from the linked account, only god knows how!!!

                  Placed order via phone pey in flipkart but order was not successful and amount detected from card, contacted customer care and they informed that not received any information from phone pey so place another order and i did same and order was successful.

                  (Many technical glitches from flipkart side but treating customer very badly)

                  After some time suddenly got another order which was placed via phone pey so cancelled order as it is duplicated.

                  From next day onwards my account blocked and called customer care team many times as well sent email but there is no positive reply and keep on saying wait wait wait. It has been a week when i raised a request to customer care team.

                  Also i have some other queries but customer care team saying after login only you can do.

                  1) few products not fit enough so have to return but cc neither taking request not activating account.

                  2) partial refund amount is pending (Order which was cancelled placed via phone pey)

                  As a final hope i'm reaching to consumer complaints team on this.

                  Customers wasting much time on these issues... I have ever seen these many technical gliches what I have faced in flipkart like items not clearing from cart and waited 3 days for solution, order payment done but got error screen, amount detected but order not confirmed and saying that didnt get any info etc... Even though they saying it's customer fault only..

                      I have purchased a louis philippe men suit with order no-od[protected] placed on 10th oct 2018.
                      13th oct wishmaster came to deliver the product and i paid the money 4739 rs through phone pe wallet by debit card but wishmaster said that your product was left in office and will deliver next day.
                      14th oct he came to deliver the product and told me to pay the money again then i asked that i already paid the money after that he said that we refunded your money that you paid to ekart through phone pe wallet. So, i paid the money again 4739 rs through debit card machine...
                      My concern is that i didn't get any refund either in my account or phone pe wallet which refunded from your side.

                          As i ordered the product on 12th october during big billion sale so they attempted to deliver the product and as chose the exchange so the exchange is not fullfill the exchange so agreed them to pay the rest of the money and they agreed and given me the quotation that it will be delivered by 26 and then again i complained so they again given the date 29 and now they are cancelling the order without any intimation
                          They had blocked my money for 15 days and now how can they cancel my order. It's there responsibility to deliver the product and now they are saying seller cancelled.
                          I am asking them to provide me laptop or provide interest on the money they kept blocked.

                            Regarding order od[protected]. Order was placed on 11th oct 18 and promised date was 24th oct 18. I have been following up with flipkart on daily basis but they are not ready to provide any update. On 27th oct they share the courier tracking details and i found out from courier tracking that the order was received at my city hub on 24th oct 18 but flipkart deliberately asked courier to delay the delivery. I don't understand the reason why flipkart is doing this.

                              I have ordered samsung galaxy s8 from flipkart.. I received defective piece so i placed replacement request, when they call they clearly rejected my request & told me to go service centre, after convencing for an hour to support manager they agree to send technician, when he came he tried all setting still problem not resolved, then he formatted cell, at that time problem resolved, but on very next day agin same issue arrived so i call them to replacement, but they clearly denied and cut my cell... What kind of service this is, why should i take trouble to very new cwll, & what is the policy of replacement within 10 days, please resolve my problem asap...

                                  I ordered asus zenfone in filpkart on 15/10/18 and delivered my item on 21/10/18. But when i receive the product is dead. After that i request for return but there was no option for refund of money. I called the toll-free customer executive they say that it's seller policy so only replacement is available. So no other go i requested replacement. Then on 24/10/18 one technician came and verified the product and saying that product working so he cancel the replacement request in flipkart. He also behaved in such a way that he giving in free of cost. Then closed my return request. Then i again spoke with customer and put replacement order. But everyday i am calling and mailing them but today also they say that technician will come and verify the product if he satisfied only they will provide replacement. This is rediculous and my return policy is applicable only 10 days and it going to over. Till now i did not got any solution from flipkart. Everyday i am very much tried and frustrated by their response and also mental pressure in working place also.                                   Yesterday night 28/10/18 I checked my order status as return approved which I took screenshot and saved it. But today morning when checked it's reversed and showing return approvel pending status. Flipkart is playing and the order status has been reversed as the 10 days replacement period is going to finished. So kindly look into this type of attitude in Flipkart and my refund request quickly.

                                  No i didn't got any call from flipkart. I am very much disappointed. By today my 10 days return period is going to finish. So I think they will close my request for that only they delay my request. Please give me any solution to solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    I had placed an order for lg 6.5 kg semi automated washing machine with order id : od[protected] which got delivered to me on saturday, 20th october. The delivery person informed us that a customer executive from lg will visit us within 48 hours for demonstration. However no one paid any visit to us. We didn't receive any message from the company regarding assignment of a customer executive from the nearest service center for this purpose as well. Please take necessary actions. It will be convenient if we get the demonstration on 31st october, 2018.

                                      I placed an order yesterday 26th october 2018 of samsung 49" tv through my axis bank card as it had 10% off on that card. But my money has been debited from bank account and the order hasn't been placed through flipkart. When i called the customer service they said the money is stuck in flipkart account which did not go to the seller and will refund you back. But if it is stuck in your flipkart account. Then send it to other seller and give me the product what should i do with the refund when the sale is over.

                                        I have placed an order with flipkart order no od[protected] home sizzler 275cm long curtain pack of 3. I filled the complaint on 19 oct. Flipkart did not do any thing and marked that issue as resolved. Customer care people n consumer complaint people are gvng diff excuses. Big fraud company. Not refunding the amt as of nw. They call me daily n said that money will be credited in 6 working days since sep 21. Plz refund the money
