I had ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 (6 gb, 64 gb variant) on 10.10.2018 and prepaid the order by paying rs 11698/-. When i checked the status of my order (Order id od[protected] on the flipkart app, it showed that the phone was out for delivery today (12.10.2018).

Please don't buy anything from flipkart because ultimately they don't take ownership for the problems you face with regard to the purchases. The customer service is one of the worst. The manager some pravin singh kept blaming me for the product automatically being cancelled by flipkart and after i paid for it. Anyone who decides to buy things for a better and easier option... I have ordered a washing machine from flipkart with exchange offer on 10th oct 2018. And the delivery person came for taking up the old washing machine and refused to take showing some very minor rusts in under body.
