I ordered an mi pro note 5 phone on the 11th of october and the delivery date given was 13 oct. I did not receive the product as per the date given and on the 15th, i received a call from a courier boy stating that he was near my place for delivery. I told him to deliver the next day, since i was back at work at work by then, to which he agreed. After that, i never received any call from anyone regarding delivery of items, nor did anyone came to the house for delivery, i was at home 24/7. I checked the status of my order which continued to show 13th oct as a deliver date though 13th was long gone. I called flipkart which promised me that it would be delivered by the 18th,. That didn't happen, i continued calling everyday till the 22nd of oct and daily i got the same false information that it would be delivered by the end of the day. Yesterday when i had called, they stated that it was in the process of return due to failed delivery attempts, which is a blatant lie. I asked for the courier contact information which they never provided. Tired of calling them everyday, i decided to cancel the order since i had ordered it as a gift for someone for dusherra and the occasion had long passed. I called them this morning and they stated that they are looking into the issue and that i would not be able to cancel my order as of now. I had paid for almost 12k and here i am being harassed. I never got my product nor am i allowed to cancel the order.
I have never come across such a bad customer service in my life. The way they deal with customers is extremely pathetic. I will make sure that i highlight their insensitivity, rude behaviour and arrogance through all available social media sites.
