I had ordered for a redmi note 5 pro (Gold, 64 gb) order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (₹11, 699) of the same through my debit card on 11th october 2018. I received a confirmation mail that it will get delivered on 23rd october at my address.
However, on 21st october 2018, they sent a mail to me canceling the order and mentioning that money will be transferred to your original payment mode by tue, 30 oct
Flipkart guys are saying the product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 15000 rs. They canceled my order saying that the product is not available in spite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me.
Please register my complaint against flipkart.com

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to bulk order as well refund info given. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
If your stock was in limited then why you deducted my money?? I am completely unsatisfied i need complementary for this. Whenever i am calling to customer care they are cooking their own story.
