I have ordered redmi note 5 pro with exchange with my old redmi note 3. The product came but the delivery boy said that the phone is not exceptable because it has some dent in back. They did not deliver that product. Later that day i decided to purchase that product by paying the exchange value in cash. I call them several time but they didn't pick up the phone. Thats why i called flipcart customer case. I told them all. They assured me that the product will be deliver later, not to worry. Wait for 3 days. I also ask to provide me the courier service phone no. But they told us that they are not authorized to provide that. Today 30/10/2018 sms have came that the order has been canceled by the courier service. I need to know why the have cancelled my order. I was paying the exchange value. But they did not came or call. That day the product value was 14999, today its value is 16999. Who will pay the extra cash? Will the courier service executive pay for me? Then who gave him the authority to cancel my order.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have ordered reebok shoes from flipkart with order no. As od[protected].

    First of all they fail 4 times to respect the delivery of my order. After almost 3 weeks, i got delivery of my order on 29-oct-18 and deliberately their seller has delivered me wrong product as expected.

    On complaining their customer care, flipkart is asking me that they can' t deliver me the right product as their seller is not giving this option and they are insisting me to cancel the order to get refund and informing me they can't talk to their seller.

    Above all, they inform me to check for these shoes in coming sale though the seller is showing these shoes in stock and delivering it in 1 days. I also attached screen shot for same.

    I am very surprised with their # approach and non-respect of their commitment given to customers.

    I only need the right product which i have ordered and its their moral responsibility to do that.

    These guys needs a tough dose for such approach. So i am hopeful for your goodwill to taught lesson to flipkart for disrespecting their customers.

      Hi,

      Flipkart, being such a professional online store, has now grown up to such a level that, they fail to listen to their customers complaints. After referred by brother i had gone to flipkart for ordering 02 cooker for me. But it is my bitter experience and it is better to go to a small shop rather than booking online without knowing and checking the product and paying in advance. But if you buy from the local shops, you can check the product and then pay and even in case of any defect they repair or replace the product/accessories. But in case of flipkart, you have to pay beforehand without knowing the quality of the product and after that nobody will listen to you to address any complaints at all.

      In fact, i had ordered “prestige popular plus 5l pressure cooker with induction bottom,  order id: od[protected]" order date: 24/10/2018, invoice no-fa b01k[protected] invoice date: 26/10/2018’. And cooker i have received only one and has written quantity 02 on the bill above his box. I order this cooker for my employee for diwali gift. I did have to give this cooker to my employer before diwali, otherwise give me the money back so that he can buy anything for herself. You are providing service for faith, but still don’t understand the importance of faith for those who buy online goods from you. Still issue is following. Very bad response from flipkart. I never expect this from flipkart.

      This is your customer support, you guys know only to sell and attract customers by giving attractive offer and never bother about the quality of products and we the consumers are the victim of your fraud business eventually.

      I just want to change some other cooker or give me my money back. And in the name of change i will not give any extra money, i need a second product in same cost.

        Same had been escalated to your support team but no proper response were
        given .

        As i had good relation with flipkart from so many years, purchased lot of
        product from flipkart and product was received within given time.Same i was
        accepting for this product but no proper response from your end.

        As we have faith with flipkart with product quality & asurity given by
        flipkart, but after such incident now the question arise on flipkart to.
        Whether to buy product from *Flipkart or Amazon*

        We accept good service from you, hope flipkart will maintain good
        service, after this incident we are losing interest from you.

        Waiting for the order from last 15 days, hope issue will be solved .

        I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.

          It has been 20 days i've been waiting for newly bought micromax a/cs installation by flipkart.
          I've tried to reach them on cust support, emailed them and posted on twitter to get any response.
          After 20 days, 10 calls and escalations, they tell me "sir, pls wait for 24-48 hours and the team will call you".
          Finally, wanted to return the a/c, they say cannot be returned because the a/c is not installed yet.
          I've paid 100% advance money and no response from flipkart, yet.

          *please help*

          I placed an order for mimosa woven silk saree costing 1488 . The amount has been debited today(25 October, 2018)at 9:52AM.
          But order is not shown .No further action has been taken by flipkart
          Flipkart can not deliver product in particular time or day...and cancelled my order product with out any notification...
          Every time I tried to login I am getting error unable process request, not able to reset password as well, I have contacted flipkart customer services executive s more than 10 time but nobody resolve my issue,
          I given my order on 13 oct18 still I didn't got OD[protected].
          Shipment of item Redmi 5 A not received yet
          AWB no .[protected]

          At website it is showing delivered but not delivered yet. The delivery service provider Ecom also showing delivered. Its serious concern and I need my product in next 24 hrs.

              I ordered the refrigerator 'whirlpool 240 l frost free triple door refrigerator' on 14th october 2018 in the big billion sale and got it delivered on 27th october 2018 which was is a very big delay for delivering a refrigerator. After the delivery, the very next day i got a email and message stating that the installation and demo has been scheduled for 29th oct. Today is 30th october and there is no response from flipkart team regarding my concern. I got this refrigerator on exchange for my old fridge. These guys took my did a good tough check on my old fridge and took it and now they aren't responding when the new one has to be installed. All the consumable items are kept outside for the last 4 days. I have got no sms or email regarding the installation time and further date. They are supposed to install it within 2 business days which they have failed. I don't know on what basis they took my old fridge when they cannot provide the installation service at the earliest. This is the worst service provided by flipkart. On speaking to the flipkart customer care executive he told my to wait for a week. So am i supposed to keep all the consumable items outside for the next 10 days after the delivery? I seriously don't understand what kind of service is this. I am very disappointed with their service.

              The refrigerator box has been kept in my hall for the past 3 days and no installation guy has called me nor there is any sms or email from flipkart regarding the same.

                I have order one washing machine dt: 14/oct/2018, and i also pay the total bill,
                Today (30/oct/2018), i received a massage that your order canceled by seller and reason that they have no stock this order.

                Now i ask that if they have no stock of this product then why he booked my order. And why he accept my payment. Today after 15days they said they have no stock. This is very disgusting.

                Now i just say that give my money with 18% annually interest.

                  I ordered an ipad from flipkart on 20th october and it got delivered on 22nd october. Order id: od[protected]. They sent me the product with accessories missing and also the device has scratches on it. I made a replacement request 5 times, every time they say replacement request has been taken and the replacement will be delivered to you at earliest and then, they will cancel the replacement within 6-12 hours. They cancelled my replacement request 5 times and return request 1 time. They have mentally harassed me and playing with me with their false promises since october 22nd. The return period is also going to be over, which is 10 days. What shall i do now? Can i expect any justice here?

                    I hv received boat 1000 bluetooth speaker on 29th oct from flipkart. Order id - od[protected]. Actual product box was no seal like that someone had opeded the box early n there was no thin protective cover of product.. One of two speaker is completely dead. One corner of the product is defective.. Flipkart did not accept my return. Even closed my account so that i cann't post return.
                    I called customers care on 30th morning.. Bt they r avoiding it..
                    Where is buyer proction???
                    It is their responsibility to deliver good product...

                    Total fraud. They are earning money without buyer protection..

                    When I order phone from Flipkart they send me refurbished phone.
                    After a long argument and abusing they agree to take phone for replacement.
                    After 20-22 days I got my replacement and the phone is also refurbished.

                      Writing a complaint from gadag district of karnataka state.

                      Courier service boy of the same city ekart is very rude.. He himself cancelled the product without the consent of customer.
                      And when i tried to call him he is disconnecting the call and his way of approach is not appreciable, he does not know to talk to customers/elders.

                      This is the second time he is behaving like this.
                      I want the concerned person to deal with this, else you may loose the customers because of a bad service.

Yesterday the tracking line touched the end but when i saw today the line going back. I think it will take more time to reach. I cant wait. It is also 17 days still not recieved mob.                           I ordered nokia 5.1 plus on 13 oct 2018. My order no. Is od[protected]. First of all i recieved my order after so many days and then i opened it screen of phone was damaged. Then i raised the return request on 26 oct 2018, but it got cancelled on 29 oct 2018 without any notification. On other hand there is also 10 days replacement period untill there is no response about my return request. I am really frustrated with flipkart service and delivery.

                            I have ordered redmi note 5 pro set based on positive feedback of other users.
                            But after the set that has been delivered is actually disputed!!
                            The battery is ultimately flawed & there is no battery back up at all.. After multiple reassurance no such initiatives haven't been taken from the part of flipkart apart from such suga-coated fake reassurance from the customer care people..
                            Moreover, the technicians have visited twice and inspite of their complaints flipkart has actually cancelled my return policy out of nowhere!!
                            Flipkart is actually deceiving the customers in a best possible way..
                            The matter should be looked after by the consumer forum..

                              On 10 october 2018 i tried to order samsung galaxy on8. After i choosed the emi plan and everything i proceeded to the payment gateway. After entering the otp for the final transaction a message occurred that order not confirmed and we will update you once it gets confirmed and on the other hand message came from the bank that 15089 had been debited from the account. So i tried to do the process again and again it shows the same message and this time 14990 had been debited from the account. It's been more than 24 hrs now and still i haven't got any update from flipkart regarding initiation of refund. Bank says that the merchant has claimed the money but flipkart says it doesn't.

                                Hi,

                                I have ordered sony tv from frlipkart and it got delivered on 26th oct, when employee from sony visited for installation he found tv is damaged, after that flipkart has arranged technician visit, technician has given update to sony but flpkart is not taking update from sony, they are not helping to replace the yv & resolve this issue, i have called them many time but every time they are giving new date for resolution.
                                And we have contacted sony, sony is saying we have to pay 16000 for repair.

                                  I have received my samsung oven on 26th Oct 2018. Order ID OD[protected]. The Installation and Demo was Scheduled on 29th Oct 2018. Today I neither anyone called nor anyone contacted my about my product. I didnt get any number whom to contact about this problem so I called flipkart Customer Care they told me the person will come on 2nd Nov 2018. I am so disappointed in flipkart and if no one contact me tomorrow then I will cancel my order and purchase same item from Local Market.

                                    There is most issues in flip cart exchange offers I Have echange my old mobile Samsung A5 and there is no any damage in my old phone but your old phone buyer team said me your phone is not good condition so we can’t take your old phone .and they suggest me please you make complaint to flipcart so they are considere your old mobile phone .and second time face this issue .

                                      I've ordered motorola one power mobile from flipkart (Od[protected] and later cancelled the order due to unsatisfactory camera performance and bulkiness of the product. Dotzot courier service delivered the item to my office address as done for a normal courier, they didn't handed it to me personally but just left the courier with the office security. It was a prepaid order and what security check flipkart is doing to make sure the delivery is done to the intended recepient. And as the product is delivered, flipkart cancelled the refund request and now i'm. Not able to get the refund by returning the product. The seller only. Accepts replacement which i'm not looking for as the order was already cancelled.

                                      I sent mail to the flipkart management team and got response saying the issue has been escalated, but didn't receive a proper resolution and call from the escalation management team till 29th oct even though 26th oct 9pm was the time-line mentioned in the message received. I regret using flipkart from 2014 onwards and the customer service is pathetic and i will purchasing from amazon only even if a product is having more price at amazon. I recollect how smooth the customer service is at amazon.

                                      Flipkart accepted the return request and refunded the amount through IMPS. Return was accepted as the order was already cancelled by me on Flipkart.

                                      In other sites like Amazon, they send an OTP before delivering the product and it need to be entered for taking the delivery of the order. In Flipkart, the courier service guy just delivers it as a normal parcel (I'm talking about a prepaid order worth 14.5K inr) and now flipkart denying refund saying the delivery was made and hence I cannot get the refund.

                                        I purchased MI note 5 pro mobile from Flipkart on 11/10/2018, and i received the product on 13/10/2018, i just started the phone to check hows is the phone, it was all fine and then i kept it as is and tought o[censored]sing in somedays, Yesterday 28/10/2018, i thought of actually using the phone, but it was automatically shutting down, frequently, when i called customer care, they asked me to go to MI service centre at marathalli, when i went their, they are saying that Mother board is having issues and now they are saying some more hardware is defective, how come a new phone has hardware issues.

                                        I want to replace complete phone, but they are not ready as i have crossed the deadline of phone replacement. I can not use an defective phone.

                                        This is rubbish and very disaappointing. Please help.
