I haven`t yet revived the refund of my payment after them following massages

"your shipment has been cancelled. Refund will be transferred to your original payment mode within 6 business days (Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed."

Now, after my complain in flipkart they are tell me your period is over and its not refundable and also change massages in my profile " we are sorry. We are unable to process your replace request.

I take this issue with your head office if i required i will complaint against you in cusomer court. I am so sad that i placed order in flipcart.

But my device not working properly i have face speaker and display issue and flipkart provided 10 day replacement policy but flipkart technical executive cancelled my replacement request. Could my problem solve for flipkart team. I have very disappointed flipkart service. Please help us.

      Again my replacement request rejected by Flipkart. I have clearly describe speaker not working properly and display issue for Flipkart technical executive but again cancel my replacement request. Flipkart shame on you because you cannot provide solution for customer.

        Hello sir or mam
        Flipkart block my account unnecessary and say me you return items so much. But why i can't return i was buy item only flipkart trust if items can't match as see on flipkart page and items was defected and in cloths if size small or large and quality issue we face so why i can't return. I allways buy item to closed my eyes only for flipkart and now they block my account and say me you return much items and now harassing me. I was spend my lakhs of amounts to purchasing. So i waste its???. I m fedup with flipkart now. Its totally money waste site no one buy for flipkart its making fool to all people. And now they block my account i have to received one order now and i m getting different size? And what i do now. I have 100 flipkart plus point its cost of rs 2000... They return my cost of point and replace my cloth. And after it i never buy any thing to flipkart its f.. King site.. And i have due my approx rs 3000 in my paylater account. I have to also pay but how i will pay.. So less my 100 point cost of rs 2000 and balance i have to paying to flipkart or flipkart give me my rs 2000 cost of my 100 point and i pay all paylater amount. And if flipkart cheat me i have to go to legal action. I hope you understand me

        today again flipkart harassing me . first they block my account and in my account have rs 2000 gift card and I have to complaint so much time to return my gift card rs 2000 amount and I also told him if you block my account then how I pay the flipkart pay later amount and one one listen to me and then now they harassing me now and email everyday and every day charges rs 200 late fee but if you block my account so how I pay ???, and I have also one my order have to return order ID : od[protected] its lehenga. I got this diffracted so if you don't return and deliver defected lehengas so why I have to pay for this . why flipkart harassing me . return or exchange my this order and give me back my rs 2000 gift card and I have to pay your pay later bill but first you tell how I pay in block account

Then i complied to flipkart and gave me a date of october 21, 2018, but yesterday i saw that the order was canceled. Then when i called, he said that the order will not be return. Because the seller cancel it. And i don't know why my order cancel. They did not tell me anything.

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 30th October 2018.                 Dear team,

                This is to bring in your notice that i have not received my order od[protected] which is showing delivered in your portal.

                Yesterday i got sms that this order is out for delivery and than it is being flashed same is being delivered, i was surprised and arranged call back on which your representative said to wait till evening as per them status was showing out for delivery in their portal, in eveing again i called up they said it will be resolved by 26th october 2018, but in the night 2 am i received mail from flipkart that same is being delivered.

                Really i am felling helpless and cheated.
                My complaint no. Is in[protected]

                I have also registered this issue in consumer forum.

                I need below.

                1. Contact detail of that delivery boy of ecart courier.
                2. Reason why this delay in providing me the details of the courier delivery boy.
                3. I need either refund or the product by tomorrow.

                Pathetic experience, i will surly not going to do shopping on your portal.

                    I gaurav pandey participated in flipkart quiz contest on 10-10-18 and 15-10-18 after fulfilling all the terms and conditions mandated by the game rules and won a sony bluetooth headset and a fila shoulder bag on the respective dates. As per terms and conditions the gift/winning would be displayed in winner flipkart account by 18th october 2018. However, no such winning was displayed in my account even after 18th. On complaining to flipkart, they refused to acknowledge my plea citing nonsensical reason that i created my flipkart account only to play the contest. Even though i tried to explain them that i have been an active user of flipkart for past several years, they refused to entertain my due winning and excluded me the winner list citing suspicious activity. On requesting them to specify the suspicious activity, they refused to answer citing their it's their internal discretion to decide whom to award and it's totally arbitrary. Even though i fulfilled all terms and conditions of flipkart quiz contest, flipkart's whataboutry has not only robbed me of my due winnings but also is an unprofessional and highly unethical conduct. I therefore, request you to take necessary action against flipkart to ensure no citizen of the country has to face such act of dishonesty again. Today while tracking the order, it displayed the above message " out of delivery area (Address pincode mismatch) and it got cancelled. I have made plenty of order in flipkart using same address and product got delived except for this laptop product. Currently the price of product 33000 higher than actual. How people can buy the same product again with different higher price?. We people order something online with trust and security we get from these services. Very unhappy with the services. The outer packaging looked intact. However, type seal of the box provided by motorola was broken. I immediately call customer support team and return request citing missing complain. He told me before 25th october my issue is resolve. After that, 22 october 2018 received mail your current return request has been closed.

                        My account is blocked. I am not able to login my flipkart account so please unblock my account and provide resolution.

                          I have ordered poco f1 from flipkart at 13 october and flipkart had given me estimated delivery date of 18 october. The the product has reached to my nearest hub on 15 oct but they are not dispatching it.
                          So i have waited till 18 oct but they have not delivered my product
                          So i called flipkart to register a complaint after i complained they said they will deliver it by 22nd of october but they didn't do it as well.
                          I have lose my patience and called to the nearest hub of flipkart on 21nd oct for the details of my product. First the executive said me that your product will be delivered to you by 6:00 pm today. So i waited till 6 then i called him back but he did'nt received my call and then he switch off the phone. So i called him next day on 22nd oct the second time he said that "sir your order is cancelled with prepaid now you have to pay the delivery boy by cash" so i said what about my prepaid money he said "i will give you your money right back in 2 minutes" so i said then give my money back so i can withdraw the money from atm and give it to delivery boy. Then he said sir you have paid the order from debit card so you have to give me your card number then you will receive otp on you phone you have to give it to me at that time i get it that he is doing some fraud so i just hung up the call and then i call back to the flipkart customer care and said all about the fraud they said sir please don'nt give any information to anyone your order is not cancelled. And you will receive a call from our customer support center. So after 30 minutes i got a call from customer support center and the said they will deliver the product within 48 hours. Means on 24th of october. Today is 23rd so i think i just have to wait till tomorrow. Below is the frauders number

                            I bought nokia 6.1 plus on 16.10.18. During charging it overheating. The battery temp. Is 49 °c and thermal temp is above 80 °c and not charging after 80% battery the technician will come and check my phone for 15 minutes charging the battery temp. Is above 46 %. But when i charged my phone for 1 hour it's temp. Is above 49°c. I have complained 3 times now i want to go for consumer court. If my problem is not resolve ok

                              I ordered whirlpool washing machine on 10th october 2018. It was supposed to deliver on 16th october 2018 during 4 days big billion sale.

                              But till 16 october there was no progress for the delivery. So i called flipkart customer care for the status of my washing machine deliver. They replied that order has been approved by seller. But there is delay by logistic team. We will give you final resolution on this order by 20th october. Again i called on 20 oct morning, but still flipkart was not sure about what is the status from logistic team. They ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. On 21st october flipkart representative called me to tell that washing machine is not deliverable to me. And i have to put order for cancellation.

                              Order put on 10th october was supposed to delivered on 16th october and got cancelled on 21th october and now order status is showing that order cancelled by you.

                              Does this mean that i have cancelled order? Who is responsible for cancellation of order? Your seller or flipkart logistic team?

                              It looks like flipkart is showing false sale on their website with fake offers so that temporary sale boost up and credit will be received.

                                I am deeply disappointed with the way your customer service is behaving. I have raised a complaint on 3rd october regarding my debit card being used by someone else for 21k. I was told that orders will be cancelled and i will get my money back in 8 business days on 8th october. I waited and called back and they extended it again i waited. I called like more than 7 or 8 times. Every time i call they extend it to 24 to 48 hrs. Its been 20 days. Every time they say concerned team will contact you which is false every time. They never called. They only send templated emails and i reply on to that and i don't get response to what i asked. Just irrelevant to the context of what i asked. Every time i call, i have to speak or wait on the call on average of 30-45 mins. I am a loyal flipkart plus customer since long time. Even when this issue is not going good i still bought things on flipkart on bigbillion day worth 60k.

                                Wish i conveyed my problem clearly. Iam writing this because i'm sure that the issue i raised havent moved an inch. There is a huge communication gap between the one who answers the toll free number and the payment issue team.in this process i spoke to 8 executives and 3 floor supervisors and yet i did not receive a call or my refund. Frankly i do not have the information on what is the status of the issue. I am actually on hold when i am writing this 😳. I was on hold for more than 10 mins already.

                                Please look at this as a serious issue. Not just about me but about the communication between your teams. Hope i am giving a valuable feedback.

                                Hi I have seen your complain and felt that this is what they are doing with everyone because this same story has happened with me and coincidentally from the same date.

                                Even unauthorised transaction happened against our account on Flipkart for an amount of 19000 by someone else On 2nd of October 2018. Where is the company against Flipkart customer service on 3rd of October and they have just replied us that the amount will get refunded back in 8 days but we have not received anything till now.

                                The are not even bothered to respond on a email as they keep on increasing the resolution time and Everytime we contact to them having zero information about our pending cases and they pretend to register the complaint at first step. More than 19 days passed chasing you but no help received.

                                  I recently ordered a rn5 pro via flipkart and got it delivered on 15th oct and was facing screen bleeding issue so i requested for replacement using the return policy available but my request got cancelled as technician gave false info and rejected on false basis then i immediately called flipkart regarding the same but flipkart is not helping me and continously fooling me. I also have atleast 25 call recordings of all the correspondence alongwith the screenshots of twitter conversations in which they are just providing me dates and nothing else also telling me to repeat the same procedures again and again also on call record they said that the tech visit was also fake so i again i am requested to wait this fooling is happening again and again.
                                  So now i am requesting one simple thing is that i should get the market value of the product refunded to my account and take away the phone after this, as it was birthday gift to my dad im also in a emotional as well as financial loss so please help me asap. Hoping for your co operation. Thankyou.

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order.                                     I purchased a samsung mobile from flipkart on dtd 12 the oct 2018, and. I cancelled it on 15 the oct, but flipkart has given delivery on 16 oct to another person who is a staff of my office. Suddenly i react and call the delivery boy through the mobile, but has not replied. Now flipkart not cancelling, not returning, and forcefully saying just took with you. How far it's justified.
