I had bought a mobile phone (Honor 7s, 16gb) from flipkart (Order id: od[protected]. Within first 2-3 days its battery started draining rapidly and also some weird problems started occuring like auto-deletion of contact photos, improper functioning of contact search option, etc. We immediately called customer care and reported about the problem. The customer executive said a technician would come to check and troubleshoot the mobile and if the problem persists, they will refund the money based on the technicians feedback. After few days the technician came and after seeing the problems, replaced the mobile with a new one. After few days the same problems started recurring and so we called the technician again. This time after seeing the problems he said he will share his feedback with flipkart and they will refund the money. Next day, we called flipkart customer service to check when will the pick-up be scheduled for the mobile. We were surprised to find out that the flipkart wouldn't refund the money because the technician had given a feedback that the mobile was working fine and there wasn't any need to refund the money.
We told the customer executive that it is not true, the technician agreed to get our money refunded but the customer executive said he was helpless as in his records the feedback was positive. Since then we have tried to call the technician multiple times but he is not answering any of our calls (Technician name: sandeep, mobile no: [protected]). Also, the flipkart executives are totally ignorant about our story and have closed our complaint based on the technician's lie. There is no transparency at all in this process. This is very annoying and dissappointing. We never expected this from a company like flipkart, have been trusting and buying products blindly from it but this is highly unprofessional. That mobile is useless and we are helpless. Please take that mobile back whether or not you refund our money! It will be a huge favor! This is highly dissappointing!

Even unauthorised transaction happened against our account on Flipkart for an amount of 19000 by someone else On 2nd of October 2018. Where is the company against Flipkart customer service on 3rd of October and they have just replied us that the amount will get refunded back in 8 days but we have not received anything till now.
The are not even bothered to respond on a email as they keep on increasing the resolution time and Everytime we contact to them having zero information about our pending cases and they pretend to register the complaint at first step. More than 19 days passed chasing you but no help received.

Dear escalation team,
The below complaint is self explanatory. You are requested to settle the complaint immediately because this is Fraud / unauthorised transaction. The bank Passbokk Statement is attached herewith.
PS: I have tried making the complaint on Oct 3rd 2018 and till today i have been just receiving the fake assurance that fraud team for escalation team will assist me soon with the resolution and almost 17 days passed by keeping the fake assurance given by team instead of a resolution.
Can we expect a resolution and serious action against this complaint.

We are a victim of a fraud transaction amd no one is assisting us of helping us with the exact status of the refund.

Take this case very seriously as this case is for fraud transaction that
have happened without our permission and we have already initiated the
police case from our end.
You are also requested to do not release the payment / products to the
unauthorised person who had done this fraud transaction and share the list
of products a fraudster tried to purchase.
We need our money aprox 20k back to our saving account. Please let me know
If you need any documents from our side to verify the fraud transaction and
reverse the paid amount back as refund process.
Awaiting for your earliest response and take the strict action against the
fraudster.
