Ordered a lg top load washing machine from flipkart on 1 october 2018. I have to cancel my order because they reject to take my old washing machine in exchange. Flipkart said they refund my amount but still not credited in my account. Both bank & flipkart is clueless.

Kindly look into the matter. No one is willing to help me either bank or flipkart.

    Hi this complaint regarding my registered mob num [protected] lalit suryavanshi.
    I placed my order after verifing my pin code but they did not delivered till promise date and make a complaint regarding that and give ne the date of 26 oct to resolve and they cancelled it on 24 oct.

    Flipkart giving wprst service.
    I suggest everyone not to purchase anything from flipkart.

However i have been cheated because the material delivered is not as per the specifications given on their website. Further inside the seal pack i found that there were only 6 pots inside. They are now refusing to take it back.

          Actually i have been placed order in 10 october from flipkart it was 14 oct. Is
          Promise date to deliver the product but unfortunately they couldn't reach the promises. I have been contacted customer support several time and they has raised compliant again this query but not resolved the problem every time they have made false promises to me that it ll get delivered by 20th oct or something like that but i waited for long time up to today[protected] after long time wait i got big shocking update from flipkart that my product is cancelled without being my permission or without any information today morning i got call from e kart delivery executive that he cancelled my order for some invalid reason i placed that order in exchange with other mobile. It was defective peace (Its their status)
          But fact of matter no one came and checked it simply they have been updated status like this. No response from customer support and i couldn't get same offer because its red mi note 5 pro mobile and from big billion day

            I had ordered a gaming laptop during the big billion sale on flipkart on 14th oct'18 and was expected to deliver today (23rd oct'18). At the last moment when the order was out for delivery it showed that order cancellation had been initiated by seller without any intimation and return of order along with refund was initiated.
            This was with an exchange of product for which i had already let it formatted and ready for exchange in which i had to delete personal files as well. Not only did my payment get stuck for 7 days during this delivery period but again the refund will take another 8 days which basically means i cannot take anything even during the sale from 24th oct onwards on amazon. (After this incident, no faith in flipkart)

            Feel highly disappointed and cheated. The item was a steal with the discount price and bank discounts applicable. (Highly advertised during the sale). Now it feels like they are just cheating the customer by highlighting goods/sellers and making false promises. This is as good as fraud.

              This is in regards with the asus phone which i ordered from flipkart on 11th oct and was delivered on 13th oct. I started using the phone from 13th oct and facing lot of problems with this handset. First of all there is a heating problem while charging the phone. If i insert the charger for like 15 mins then the phone becomes so hot. This doesn't look like a normal heating.

              Second there is always a network issue. On any random location other phones has full network but no signal in asus phone. If i change and insert the sim in another phone then the network is full, which means the problem is with the phone set.
              Third is the camera issue, the phone creates issues while in video mode.
              Fourth is the internet metwork. I am facing issues with wifi network.
              I already raised multiple complaints and the flipkart rep visited yesterday to check the phone and he agreed that there are issues with the phone.
              I was not expecting these kind of services from flipkart. It was mentioned on their website that phone has 10 days refundable policy.
              We contacted flipkart no. Of times but they are not helpful at all.

                I have ordered canon eos 3000d dslr camera, this product on 14th october-2018 and made all the payment, there is no update on status of the product by flipkart team, i have made n number of call, honestly speaking this is pathetic response from entire team of flipkart, they don’t know about the product details, i am afraid about my payment ie 17490 inr done against the product, by trusting flipkart blindly. Can any body help me on this

                  An unauthorised transaction happened against our account on flipkart for an amount of 19000 by someone else on 2nd of october 2018. Where is the company against flipkart customer service on 3rd of october and they have just replied us that the amount will get refunded back in 8 days but we have not received anything till now.

                  The are not even bothered to respond on a email as they keep on increasing the resolution time and everytime we contact to them having zero information about our pending cases and they pretend to register the complaint at first step. More than 19 days passed chasing you but no help received.

Though it is working condition. And i had to pay rs. 2400/-. But at the time order it was told only that the old machine should be in working condition. And it is working condition.

                      I had order for 2 nos of " XP PEN DECO 03 " product through Flipkart on 19th October 2018 and got delivery of only one unit on 23rd October 2018 but the Invoice has been done for 2 nos...I had done 100% payment on 19th October itself against the purchase. After knowing one unit missing...I had called Customer care immediately to complain about the missing product but they had very casually taken the complaint mentioning as Order Cancellation / Return category of this Product...I was told I will receive call from Customer care and the issue will be resolved within 4th of November 2018 ..i.e., after 11 days of the complaint registration..also no call had come entire day from Flipkart...Again I had called them in the evening asking for the status but I got the Standard reply it will be resolved within 4th of November 2018...I don't have solution till now for this even after making 100% payment...Flipkart doesn't have any complaint or feedback link on their website...Flipkart is a third-class online portal and they are just not eligible to Sell online with their third-class infrastructure. I suggest public to buy products only though Cash-On-Delivery mode...I strongly suspect Flipkart is deliberately doing such cheatings...

                        Dear flipkart,
                        Thank you for providing such a pathetic service.
                        I had ordered a product on 13th of october, which is not delivered till date (October 23) and i received a message while back that the product has been returned, and refund will be initiated without my consent and knowledge.
                        The courier person rejected the door step delivery and told me to come at a distant location for product delivery. When i refused, he cancelled the product. After launching a complain with flipkart, i was harassed by your executives for last 10 days.in last 10 days, i was contacted by 7 flipkart executives to understand the same issue and almost everyone promised me that i’ll get my product in time and some action will be taken against the courier person.

                        This is a clear case of customer safety, and harassment from flipkart and its executives.
                        What if there were some lady, some under age person and they were call at a distant location from their home. Does flipkart accounts for their safety? Is there a standard operating procedure? Can flipkart be held accountable? As and all, all the personal information (Number, address, name) is exposed to outside world (Courier agency).
                        And is there a service level agreement between flipkart and their users? How long should it take before a ticket is addressed and closed. How many levels of escalations are allowed? Number of executives contacting a person for the same issue?

                        It seems like there are number of flaws for an e-commerce which proudly advertises to their customers to become a part of its “big billion day”. Eventually, flipkart is the only one making a billion inr/dollar business without being concerned about the clients, users.
                        You are refunding back my money, that is really a noble thing to do in this world. But what about my dissatisfaction? My unhappiness? Or the moment lost in time which could have been created only, only if the product was delivered at the right time. Only refund amount is not going to compensate me flipkart, as i had paid it in advance. What about the interest? You used the money for 15 odd days (Add a compound interest rate to it). And you surely cannot even calculate the dissatisfaction i had, which i believe you have no idea about, please look up for punitive damages (Check with your lawyer).
                        Be ashamed for such a pathetic service provided, the trouble you caused, the dissatisfaction you created, the happiness you ripped and over all the harassment i had to undergo through, flipkart. If you are really so challenged with customer service department, i’ll have my resume emailed it to you.

                              Upon entering pin code 734004 on adress confirmation, a message gets displayed saying'no seller ships to this pincode'.. On the contrary, products are being delivered to this adress almost regularly. The most recent product delivered can be dated to monday, october 15th, 2018

                              Please look into the matter with urgency as i may have to purchase some required products soon

                                I have ordered acer predator helios 300 laptop via order id od[protected] on 12th oct 2018 during big billion day sale @61, 990.
                                The estimated delivery date was on 19th oct 2018 but it hasn't been delivered yet. After checking tracking details it was shown "undelivered due to shipment damaged" (Shipment got damaged from flipkart's own shipping partner ekarts end).
                                When i called the customer support, they say it has been damaged during shipping and asked me to cancel this order and place new order. The price of laptop is @89, 990 now which is 28, 000 more than at which i ordered it. Even though i mentioned about the price difference and i bought laptop in big billion day sale, i was told the same as to reorder ignoring everything i said.

                                As a consumer i feels that i been cheated by the flipkart's service of providing me with offered price at which i made the purchase for laptop and failed to deliver in its promised delivery time.

                                Night i messaged the grievance officer at 12am and order got cancelled at 2 30am without my knowledge, they keep bluffing customers like this with names of big billion day and some xyz deals to make our time, money waste.

                                  Hi, i bought a ps4 game entitled "okami hd" but when the product was delivered i got a pc game named "civilisation gods kings" instead. The game i bought was worth 2000 rupees and the game that was delivered is worth seven hundred rupees only so can i get a refund or at least exchange it for the right product???

                                    This would be the last time i am waiting to hear from escalation team regarding my nokia phone.
                                    As discuss with harshali and she asked me to visit nokia care which i did.
                                    Nokia care upgrade / downgrade software still issue persist.

                                    Regarding second phone again i had recieved a used phone.

                                    If no one is ready to call or resolve my issue then i had to raised a legal complaint against flipkart.

                                    For your information i am adding pictures for second phone.

                                      Cancelled my order without of my permission.

                                      No call made to me and order cancelled and the reason mentioned that i have not accepted order.

                                      It was a phone which includes offers as well as i buy that into flash sale. If it got cancelled all the offer and the discount which i was going to receive will disappear.

                                      As per the test massage i received which says one of the service partners has been assigned my package.

                                        I Receive a defective/dublicate mobile phone. i request to flipkart replace this mobile to the another one. today ( 23 october at 2:26pm ) i receive a call from flipkart the customer care excutive say to me we had to done the troubleshoot! its ok but i request on 21 october to replace this mobile. AT THAT TIME FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE WAS SLEEPING?? HE/SHE DON'T REMEMBER TROUBLESHOOTING THAT TIME. Today is the 23 october ( last day of my problem solving) FLIPKART PROMISE ME WAIT FOR 48HRS ITS OVER. I have MESSAGE FROM FLIPKART IN THE WRITING AND i HAVE ALSO A AUDIO RECORDING. REPLACE THE MOBILE TODAY OTHERWISE I'LL FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST FLIPKART IN CONSUMER COURT WITH ALL THE PROOFS LIKE SCREENSHOT, AUDIO RECORDING, MESSAGE FROM FLIPKART ETC..
