I have purchased a shirt worth 549 and received on oct 4. It has been returned due to size issue on oct 5. The size was much smaller than i thought. I have received a message from flipkart.com saying that my refund is initiated and it will be credited before 9 but i didn't get my refund and i called your costumer care and they told me contact the bank. And i went to the bank but they said it is not credited in my account and...

I ordered one product (Moto c plus) form flipkart on 19th october 2017 using my hdfc creadit card and before i it's delivery i canceled that. I got the cancellation confirmation and refund initiated mail from flipkart. But still i have not got the refund of that amount of 5999 rs. It has been almost 1 year now.
