Flipkart order no-OD[protected]
the address for delivery was my office, the delivery boy came at 7pm and delivered the same to the security office, and when next day i opened my package there was only 2 products available in place of 3 products. so i made a complain to the customer care.
details is mentioned below--

I have ordered for 3 Milton thermosteel from flipkart, but in the box i have received only 2.
prices are Rs.1699 X 2 steel flask, Rs.3020 X 1 steel flask.
but i have received only 2 sleep flask, one of Rs.1699 and the other Rs.3020.
i have tried to raise the complain repeatedly with flipkart customer care but t seems they are not taking my complain seriously, i say something and they raise other complain... which is simply delaying the process of action or refund...

i need solution on this ..

        Order ID-OD[protected]th, FEB, 2023, yeh order id 'Trouser' aur Item aaya 'mobile lead' jo ki return request dalne per wah Trouser mangta hai, iske bad customer care 50 bar bat hui sirf assurance mila iske bad mai Tweeter me bhi complaint kiya per resolve nahi hua hai . finally ab consumer forum me report kar raha hoo. please take necessary action.

          Hello, My flipkart account has been blocked.

          I have purchased only "1" qty of Kenstar Sandwich maker on 20th December 2022
          after few days, without my concern the Seller cancelled my order due to high demand for this item.
          after that my account got blocked.

          I've contacted customer care for several times and they replied me the same message for every time.
          "The item you have purchased are usually not intended for personal use." that why we locked your account.

          I'm using this flipkart for more then 10years, and i purchased only one Sandwich maker in my lifetime, do you think I'm going to reselling this products?

            Hi,

            I have placed an order for Crompton Air Cooler 100L. On the day of delivery, when it is switched on, the water pump didn't start. After confirming that it is not working, i raised the retrun request. As part of return approval, a technician visit is scheduled on the next day of delivery. However, every day it got postponed and that technician visit didn't happen. It's been rescheduled 4 times already.

            I belongs from a nuclear family I purshace Mobile from flipkart Worth Ruppes 34, 339 On 4th March through flipkart using Advanced prepaid mode of payment. After two days flipkart delivered a percel but inside percel "not inserted anything " Complete item missing. Simply packaged flipkart cartoon and seald. I trying to create return from myside but everytime getting error opps occurs. I contacted multiple time customers care call me back request but not receiving any call. I contacted their support over social media also but they also avoiding my issue. Without Understanding my situation They simply ignoring. I am a customer Here Humbly requesting please take action against one of fraud e-commerce flipkart. As soon As refunded my paid amount into my source bank account.
            Already 3 Days passed from the issue yet not resolved. Customers support over chat support also ignored my case. Please take action on it who Fraud with poor family money.
            Social media team created Finally return request but over call they inform within next 24 hours you will receive your refund amount. But 72 hours crossed yet not approved my return request.

                    I have ordered Samsung washing machine from Flipkart amounting 23790 ( includes 1000 upi off) but the order is showing pending and my transaction is successful from Flipkart service they didn’t not provide proper resolution or till now they didn’t refund the amount very bad service experience

                      I have ordered Samsung washing machine from Flipkart and paid through Upi 23790 and my transaction(includes 1000 of[censored]pi) was successful but order is still showing pending Flipkart doesn’t confirm my order till now or they didn’t provide refund .. Flipkart service experience was not upto the mark

                        I created flipkart account years back with a mobile number. A few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

                        The main problem is when I try to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                        The old number which I used is [protected] and I want to update it into [protected]

Flipkart fraud with me. I contacted multiple time customers support but they are ignoring my issue and avoiding refund. I couldn't create return from my side getting error occurred please take action against flipkart and refunded my money immediately.
                          The total amount was very high, the money very important now after loosing on orders. My family are pretty much shocked and heart with the issue.
                          Please refunded as soon as possible.

                                I have created Flipkart account one year back with a mobile number 940308xxxx. Few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    I ordered Sony Home theatre from Flipkart on 7 Mar 2023. Amount of 15990 got debited from my bank account. Order status shows pending in Flipkart app. But not changed even after 48 hrs. Flipkart support saying casually due to technical issues unable to check order details. They are saying same for 2 days. Now my amount also gone and no proper response from Flipkart. I need my amount back.
