I have ordered oppo f9pro 6gb ram 64gb rom sunrise red on 17sept 2018, and on 20th sept 2018, i received a wrong product (Oppo f9 pro 4gb ram, 64gb rom) black.

I am constantly calling everyday to customer support but all customer support agents are illiterate, giving false promises, everyday same solution wait for 24hrs, system down, call after 2hrs.br...

Very irresponsible behaviour of team flipcart. Called them 3 times to take back the wrong parcel delivered to me. Never ordered it from my account, nor any near or dear ones did it for me. I provided them with parcel id and suggested they track the account from which this order originated. They did not comply.. I ordered jbl headset with flipkart on the 8th of september 2018 and they got it delivered on the 10th of september 2018. When i opened the product, there was nothing inside the box. They send me an empty box. The box was completely empty and i immediately called them. They told me that replacement could be given and asked me to wait for 24 hrs.
