My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in and contact number is [protected]. Flipkart is sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of Rs. 2099 whereas I tried to open my account for last last week which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. If customer don't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my ID. Even when they blocked my account I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 5 times within past week. They are not helping at all.

Everyday, my issue is bring postponed. They dont attend to my issue at all.
They don not contact me on my number at all.
If I am not stisfied with a product then I have full rights to return it in unused condition and tags intact.
They blocked my account the moment I paid for my order. So, I am now forced to keep the product.

I need access to my account, it is purely a violation of their policies.

They are not attending to my problem, this is the 3rd complaint I have posted about, but still no assisstance from Flipkart. They have start sending me mails for tge payment but how would I pay if I am unable to log in.

They dont contact me neither they revert back to my mails. All they do is send the same auto-generated mails.

I am receiving these mails for the payment but how can I make the payment if I am unable to log into my account.
This is total harrassement. I have been a loyal customer and Flipkart is offending me like this.

They have not contacted or further helped me in this iasue till now. Everyday, I receive a message that the issue will be soon solved, somewill will contact me but nothing is done.

    Purchased nokia 5.1 plus smartphone from flipkart on 15 Oct 18. Nokia device is defective and comes under 10 days replacement policy. Technician comes from flipkart and in just one minute, he declares that device is correct.
    I don't understand when the device is defective then why it is so difficult for them to replace it.

    They are just playing with the feelings of their genuine consumers.

      Respected Sir/Madam
      My order no. is OD[protected] billed as Jayasuriya S . I placed the order on 24th october 2018 and recieved it on 25th october 2018.
      I bought a phone for my father as he was getting reimbursement for it from the company he works in ONGC. I forgot to change the name in the billing address section and instead change the user name, when the item came I was shocked to see my name in the bill along with the address instead of my fathers name.
      I tried contacting flipkart consumer support and asked them to change the bill or atleast take back the product but they refused to help me inspite of my repeated requests. The phone is still inside the product box with the plastic cover still unremoved from the box.
      I'll be satisfied even if they take back the product and return the money in flipkart wallet, as then I'll buy the product with the correct details.

      I tried to contact him but he hasn't replied still, don't know if his issue got resolved.
      I'm very afraid and would be very happy if the issue got resolved, as i'm only from a middle class family.

        I have booked flights ticket through flipkart application which had been clubed with make my trip.
        While booking it showed me in website that if I booked through flipkart application I will get instant Rs5000/- discount from flipkart so I have booked flights ticket from flipkart so it had taken me to make my trip web site and I have booked a flight ticket through make my trip but I didn't get any refund.when I lodge a complaint make my trip are telling to contact flipkart for discount as it was announced by flipkart so I have booked another complaint to flipkart so far I didn't get any response from flipkart and no one is giving me correct information and who will solve this problem and who will give money.

          I placed my order on 11th October 2018, it should be delivered upto 19th October but it got delay till 23rd October then it got delayed till24th October till morning 25th October they updated to wait till 29th October and on 25th October at around 6:36 product got cancelled without notification stating that the seller don't have this product. From 16th October I started calling to customer care they told it will get delivered as per the promise day.As flipkart can't work on there promise why they say promise date.i think flipkart don't know the meaning of promise.please see the photo for s

            I have ordered a copper bottle but I received wrong product, on the same day requested for the return but your executive is not accepting. As I informed above Its a wrong product he is not accepting & he suggested me to deal with flipkart helpline I have raised a issue and I have received a mail from customer support saying that my issue will be resolved by 24th October 2018 but now when I contacted your call center they are telling its been passed 10 days we not able to accept at any cost. Please kindly look into this and resolve it at the earliest.

              Unable to login in Flipkart account as it shows unsuccessful login please try in minute. As i share in the below attachment. This problem arsises from 23 October . As i have 3 account of Flipkart and same issue with all of them . As i discuss my problem with Flipkart customer care also they said u will get a call back within 24 hours but no response from them.

                I have made an order order id od[protected] you will get the details by the number.

                Unable to change my address after wasting whole day on customer service
                They told me to wait for 4 hours some superior will call back i am yet to receive any such call

                Problem is the address is wrong and nobody stays at the location anymore.
                I want to save both time and resources o[censored]nnecessary packing and delivery.
                They are neither changing the address nor cancelling the order.

                There should be some manual intervention in the system at place as there is no point in wasting that logistic resources.

                All the ecommerce website i used in the past like amazon have the option to change the address as it is the common sense that the function be in place to change the address.

                  I found the net torn from different places.
                  I am really disappointed with the product you supplied.

                    1st complain: At first the service engineer came and set the television. He tell me that all third party apps supported which downloaded via google then he left. But when i download third party apps from google unfortunately this TV not supported it. Also the sound quality is very poor. So i decide to return this television as per flipkart 10 days return policy.
                    2nd Complain: Another service engineer came next day for verify the issue. He understand the issue and tell me that when your television get picked you will get your full refund from flipkart. Then he left. After an hour flipkart shows your return is rejected (Return id-[protected]). I call to customer care, as per telephonic discussion customer care tell me all the time the seller "OmniTechRetail" refuse to return and tell me once again click for return. I once again proceed for return this item which new return id is[protected]

                    I could not understand why "OmniTechRetail" the seller is decide return is accept or not, while flipkart is already making a return policy 10 days from buy date??

                    The biggest mistake of my life is purchase VU Television and bigger bigger mistake than that purchase from Flipkart.
                    Kindly check my annual purchase list/transaction from flipkart and help and cooperate me to return this television.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I Made a purchase of Nilkamal Freedom Big 1 (FB 1) Plastic Free Standing Chest of Drawers (Finish Color - Deep Blue & Grey) Under Order ID OD[protected] . The Order Was made on 10th October 2018 during the big billion days offer. It was supposed to be delivered on 16th Oct 2018. And yes the delivery person had arrived promptly with One Box. On the Outside of the box it was plastered in Green Sticker as Box 2 of 2. I asked the delivery person where the box 1 of 2 is. He replied that there is only one box for your order. So I declined to receive the product. Meanwhile In some time I received a call from one Landline number and he claimed that the missing first box was mistakenly came into his cargo van and will deliver the next day.

                        But Next day the same box marked 2 of 2 arrived sans box 1 of 2. So I decided to complaint in flipkart's Toll free number to make a compliant, But the representative who spoke to did not get the order information so I could not proceed with the complaint as I was calling him from another number which was not used for ordering.

                        On 20th October I wrote in their email ID provided any only received automated response. They were supposed to revert to my query of the missing box but they have constantly trying deliver that the order has only one box.

                        I am very sure that this furniture comes in two boxes as I already own one of these cupboard.

                        Again on 23rd October I called to the Toll free number and spoke to a representative who had fairly understood my issue and mentioned that my query will be addressed within 24 hour. But no response received from their end.

                        I am constantly refusing to accept the delivery as I am confident that once I accept the delivery I become liable for the missing Item and even if I raise a return request the blame will be on me for not returning the box.

                        I Require my complete shipment to be delivered. I believe filling a complaint here reaches the right person in flipkart team who can resolve the issue.

                          We order a voltas split ac from flipkart. The ac was delivered and after 2 days, it was installed. The ac looked perfectly fine when opened therefore we went ahead with the installation. Even at the time of installation, the workmen of voltas who were installing the ac did not check it properly. When the installation was over, the ac could not be switched on. Upon checking it was noticed that internal part called the display of the ac was missing and the ac cannot be switched on unless that part is fitted. It was not some external part that was missing, it was a crucial internal part of the ac without which ac could not be switched on. Upon inquiring with voltas, they said that they can call for the missing part but it might take weeks. Flipkart did not take any responsibility for the same and stated that the ac can be returned. When we asked flipkart that who will be held responsible for the damage caused to the wall due to installation, they refused to answer. However, there was no cooperation from flipkart. Flipkart acted in extremely high handed and unprofessional manner.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I would like to draw your kind attention that, After ordering a few orders during Big billion Day haven't yet received two products till date. The Order id for those products is - OD[protected]GERUA PATHANI KURTA) & OD[protected]DENVER DEO COMBO) on 10th of October'18.

                            Also for your information, the delivery date for those products was 15th of October'18 but till date the same was not delivered.

                            Further, I have tried several times to Ecom and Flipkart customer care but no result and still waiting for the same after several commitments by the Flipkart team. For more irritation, Ecom reported that my address is unlocatable whereas remaining all the products are delivered to me as per the delivery date.

                            Also when I called the Ecom Delivery person on 24/10/2018 at about 3:30 PM (Number provided through flipkart out for delivery sms) and he replied that "We have shortage in Manpower" and message given at evening "the product is undeliverable due to unlocatable location"

                            Now I would give your team to delivered the product within 26/10/18 or I have no other option to go to the legal way. Also I want an apology from Ecom team for the most pathetic service and wrong message given to the client.

                              I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart in exchange to my old phone and the delivery was to be done by flipkart delivery partner ekart. Delivery was attempted by a guy called akash who was ill-mannered and was very rude. He examined the exchange phone and said a port is broken so it won't be taken and hence he said he will return the shipment to flipkart within 15 minutes. Even after 2 days he did not and i had to make numerous calls to flipkart...

                              Ordered POCO F1 on 24/Oct/2018, everything worked fine till i entered otp, after i got message from bank money was debited, got an error message from flipkarts payment page that my order was not successful. As we have got some offers right now, i request you to refund soon, as promised by them i have waited for 24hrs and still no response. I have got no message from flipkart mentioning that they received the amount, but customer care people told they can see it. I'm surprised how i didnt get a payment message atleast, please update this issue and send us that u received the payment though order was not successful.

                                I have purchased MarQ washing machine from flipkart on[protected] in ₹16999. I cancelled my order and request for the refund. Flipkart by default fetch someone else account and send my refund to that account.

                                    Hi,

                                    Recently purchased Bosch washing machine from flipkart. Product was delivered on 17th Oct. As per the condition I agreed for the 10 days replacement policy from the day delivery happened.

                                    The problem is installation and demo service promised by flipkart is not being provided. Initially they promised to get it done on 20th but they didn't. On asking they postponed the service offering to 23th and again no luck. When I reverted again they again postponed it to 27th which is on the day of replacement policy expiration.

                                    What if the product is damaged or did not start during installation and replacement date is expired and I want to replace it with new one instead of getting it repaired.

                                    I will not have chance to replace it after 27th Oct. Flipkart is giving false hopes and not taking responsibility to get the issue sorted.

                                    Am demanding the extension of number of days allowed for replacement...Or assure me with written document to give new product if the product dint do well while installation after 27th

                                    Please help me out .

                                      Being a Flipkart Plus member, I ordered a Pigeon 3 burner Gas Stove during BBDs on 10th Oct'18 with a promising delivery date of 15th Oct'18 but unfortunately it was not delivered even it was arrived to the nearest HUB near my house. I constantly contacted customer care for 3-4 days in return they advised me to wait for 24 hrs every time.

                                      After waiting for 4 days I posted my complaint on twitter and got a reply from Flipkart Social Support but the result was same, no update regarding the product.
                                      Not Helpful at all.
                                      Today is 25th Oct'18 and still they are unable to even track my order or get an appropriate update from the courier service.

                                      No need to revert me back on this, I personally went to the HUB and collected my product.
                                      No door step delivery was given.
