Worst worst service..!!
I have placed an order of mi note 5 pro for exchange offer around 8 to 9 days ago on flipkart.
And my date was 26th oct. For delivery as per flipkart.
Then in between on 22 or 23rd of oct. I received a call from delivery boy or from courier service stating that my order will be delivered today or tomorrow. Later on he never arrived. Then i talked to flipkart executive for 2 3 times and he told me that ok! We are placing your order in urgent and it will arrive on next day but no one arrived and then again i called flipkart executive he told that my order will come on 25th or 26th as per schedule. Now today is 24 and while i was tracking my order i saw that my order is automatically cancelled.
And actually they have never arrived at my address for delivery and had neither checked my exchange phone.
And now after 10 days of waiting they have cancelled my order saying that your exchange mobile was unacceptable.
And my order is cancelled.
But no one has arrived at my address for collecting old phone and giving me the new placed ordered phone.
So how they can declare that they have came to my address and they checked phone and it was defective.
Worst service i have ever seen.

      I ordered an mi pro note 5 phone on the 11th of october and the delivery date given was 13 oct. I did not receive the product as per the date given and on the 15th, i received a call from a courier boy stating that he was near my place for delivery. I told him to deliver the next day, since i was back at work at work by then, to which he agreed. After that, i never received any call from anyone regarding delivery of items, nor did anyone came to the house for delivery, i was at home 24/7. I checked the status of my order which continued to show 13th oct as a deliver date though 13th was long gone. I called flipkart which promised me that it would be delivered by the 18th,. That didn't happen, i continued calling everyday till the 22nd of oct and daily i got the same false information that it would be delivered by the end of the day. Yesterday when i had called, they stated that it was in the process of return due to failed delivery attempts, which is a blatant lie. I asked for the courier contact information which they never provided. Tired of calling them everyday, i decided to cancel the order since i had ordered it as a gift for someone for dusherra and the occasion had long passed. I called them this morning and they stated that they are looking into the issue and that i would not be able to cancel my order as of now. I had paid for almost 12k and here i am being harassed. I never got my product nor am i allowed to cancel the order.
      I have never come across such a bad customer service in my life. The way they deal with customers is extremely pathetic. I will make sure that i highlight their insensitivity, rude behaviour and arrogance through all available social media sites.

        I've ordered the product (Mobile phone) on 12th october with order id od[protected].

        Worst service by flipkart. False delivery promise. My order is getting delayed and delayed. They promised my order to be delivered by 18th october. Then on 18th october i got a message saying it got delayed till 21st october. I waited and now today its 21st october, again got a message that delivery is rescheduled till 24th october. Don't know on 24th october, again they will reschedule to next year... I called the customer care to get the exact status of my order, only thing i can listen "sorry for the inconvenience caused, due to technical problems they can't get the details". Same thing i am listening since last 3, 4 days. Today is 24th october, again there is no further communication from flipkart. I called customer care but didn;t get any answer.

        Is flipkart not able to handle the user base or user traffic during big billion? If they aren't able to manage then why they are just ruining other businesses by making false promises? If flipkart is caring enough for its customer, then i am expecting a call from someone who can provide me the exact status and provide a valid assurance for my order delivery. Otherwise, i may need to think it may be a beginning of the downfall...

          Hello,
          I would like to let you know about the problem i'm going through with flipkart.
          I ordered a nokia 6.1 plus black (64gb) on 10th of october 2018 during bbd sale. I received a packet of 6 life boy soaps on 12th of october. I made a complain via email and call to the customer service. They promised me an assured replacement as a resolution. But so far no actions have been taken from flipkart end only consolation & timeline of 24 hrs every single day since 12th october. I kept on calling the customer service number and sending emails to them but no actions have been observed. Resolution date had been set as 23rd october 2018 which has been already passed.
          Now i'm writing this email to you for a possible resolution. Kindly go through the trail mails to have a complete details how i'm approaching & how i'm getting harassed by flipkart. Flipkart is not at all bothered about this.
          I've attached all the related docs for for your reference.

          Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been delivered on 28 Oct 18. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

            I have placed my order of redmi note 5 pro in exchange with redmi note 3 on 12th oct, 2018, i received a call from courier boy that he is out for delivery be at home and ready with your product and cash no one came till 3 days so i tried to contact customer care they told me i will received my order before 17th oct 2018, on 16th oct morning i received a message from flipkart that my order was cancelled without any reasons.

            So due to my complaint they contacted me and told that they are ready to return my product with the discounted price that was of rs12, 099 and told me to order new device they will provide disount for it so i ordered on 21st oct 2018, and today i received a message that courier boy is out for delivery, delivery boy rudely answered that he will collect full amount of 15000rs... Try to resolve it as soon as possible... Even i have proof of call recording with customer care person.

            I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.

              Had conversation with customer and informed that as there was crack and rust on product, as per policy exchange was denied.
              we are closing complain
              Not happy after waiting 7-10 days for new product under exchange offer, finally new product reached and old product under exchange offer declined not meeting requirements.
              All bills on old product replacement of parts over period of time were produced.
              Working old model was rejected as such.
              Can any old washing machine be as good as new machine requirements!!!

              Please do not publish exchange offers anymore.
              We have ordered a maybelline hyper glossy eyeliner for ₹181 and when it is delivered the rate of the product changed to ₹309 it has no return policy

                  I have purchased a iffalcon by tcl led smart tv f2 99.8 cm (40) on dated 13th may 2018. Invoice and trailing email from flipkart attached herewith for your reference.

                  Address properly mentioned in the invoice. So don't ask any further questions to waste both parties time.

                  Now, we have been found/survive with the too bad noisy sound problem and not able to listening properly. Better to replace the tv with good quality.

                  Kindly, immediately arrange to visit of service engineer to expedite/verification as soon as possible and resolve on the same day without any further delay.

                    I had ordered for a blaupunkt bt-100 black order number-od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs.1799/-) of the same through my credit card on 10th october, 2018. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my house address of pattiparambu in 7-10 business days. However, on 15th october, 2018, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. They now claim that the said product is not deliverable in our area. But showed in site delivery available. Lot of courier service & india post available in our area. Iam purchased the product after lot of waiting, getting hdfc credit card offer. I complaint generated in flipkart site but they have inform me try next offer time, i waited next offer but stock is now out of stock. Regalar price of this product is around rs.2500/- to 3500/-.
                    Kindly punish missing my offer, or request to send the product same price. If not deliverable that area i will give another area address.

                      They are making fool by showing discount on mastercard first payment for realme mobiles, but at the the time of sale date they changed to axis bank credit card. Not only first time, today is second time, today they again changed to axis bank card.
                      Real me c1 launched on 11 oct, they were showing discount on master card for c1 up to 10 oct and on 11 oct they changed to axis bank.
                      And same thing for happened today for realme 2 and realme 2 pro. They changed discount offer. Today is realme 2 pro sale date.

                      They are making fool by saying that it is sellers s decision.

                      I want to ask how can i avail discount on closed sale.

The seller immediately shipped the order the next day. The delivery date is by 30th oct which is too late for me and i need the product by 24th oct.                         Dear all,

                        I have purchased realme 2 (Diamond blue, 32 gb) with order id od[protected]. Where i came to know all video is showing blur.
                        As per technician troubleshooting steps we have changed sim card / changed wi fi connection.
                        Updated mobile software version but issue is not resolved.
                        I have follow the unit replacement policy where they have arranged the same technician 2 times but my issue is not resolved this faulty unit is not replaced.
                        I have talked with call center and again they have arranged technician visit i told him transfer this call to your manager and as discussed with manager he has ensure same technician will not visit.
                        Senior manager also miss guide me and they have arranged 3rd time the same technican.
                        Now this same technician without visiting the site trying to close my call pfa attached snap shot.
                        He is not calling me and i am getting sms that he is trying to call me and he will close the call after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
                        Requesting you please look into this matter and arranged to replace this unit or return my money i will purchase another product from flipkart.

                          Recieved defective dell laptop which is taking more than a week to verify and return. Was given excuse that seller is taking time to settle down request which i am not bound to listen. Invested money to flipcart and not seller. Please help asap to get it resolved.
                          Complaint on 19th oct and expected dell technician visit is 26th oct and then he wll decide product is defective or not, what is this nonsense process ia m unable to digest. Flipcart is using maximum resolution time to resolve an issue ans stating that its policy as per seller. Why i am concerned about seller ots issue with flipcart that is troubling customer like me.

                            I have ordered for loreal liss unlimited conditioner from flipkart, which i recieved on monday 22 oct 2018. To my surprise the seal was already torned off and i doubt the product is already used and instead of loreal conditioner some other creamy thing is filled inside.                               On sunday, 14/10/2018, i bought a vivo v9 smart phone from flipkart in big billion day sale, with discounted price i. E. Rs. 11520/ after exchanging my old phone having value of rs. 1900/. I paid the total value in advance. The order was successful, and they gave me an expected delivery date i. E. 23/10/2018.
                              I was in regular touch with the flipkart customer care regarding my product, and they kept me in dark always, providing me wrong information all the time whenever i contacted them. Some times they said that your product is in ranchi, some times they said the product reached to your city. I'm enclosing all the relevant screenshots of chats and mails regarding the product.
                              On 20/10/2018, when i tried to contact flipkart customer care, the flipkart executive messaged me that - the wishmaster will pick the product from the silliguri hub. And deliver it to me by october 23, 2018.
                              Again when i called back to the customer care on 21/10/2018, the executive told me that the product reached in your city and it will be delivered to you in one or two business days, and ended the conversation.
                              After few a minutes again a call came to me automatically from flipkart executive named payal and forcefully told me to cancel my order as they cannot deliver the product to me, without telling any reason. And when i wanted to talk to her senior she put me on hold up to five minutes and disconnected my call.
                              Then i emailed the flipkart regarding delivery of my product on 21/10/2018, but they didn't respond to me. Again i emailed on 23/10/2018, but they didn't respond to me again.
                              And on 24/10/2018 - 1:37 am, my order was cancelled by the flipkart automatically without any prior notification.
                              So, in compulsion i have to come here. As i am very much distressed due to flipkart behaviour. I am very much worried about my order. As i paid the value in advance while pucrchasing.
                              After eleven days of payment they are denying to deliver my product. They cancelled my order and forcing me to make a fresh order, but now the product is listed at the very much higher value i. E. Rs. 18990/ in comparison with my purchase value i. E. Rs. 11520/.
                              It's a big fraud by flipkart.
                              I am in a huge economical loss of rs. 5670/.
                              I am very much mentally harassed and in economical loss due to flipkart's behaviour.
                              I want my money back to me with the addition of correct interest rate,
                              I want my product in the previous price which i bought.
                              And a compensation of rs. 20000/ for the mental and economical harassment due to flipkart.
                              And a strong action to the flipkart company so that in future no customer could face same problem.

                                Hellp sir you block my account by mistake. I have not do any miscellaneous activity. I have order 5 mobile in month because i make video on it. Now i have facing too much problem because i have only one email and won't create another email. This account is my spacail account. So please help me to unblock my account. I have not do this again.                                   Ordered a lg top load washing machine from flipkart on 1 october 2018. I have to cancel my order because they reject to take my old washing machine in exchange. Flipkart said they refund my amount but still not credited in my account. Both bank & flipkart is clueless.

                                    Hi this complaint regarding my registered mob num [protected] lalit suryavanshi.
                                    I placed my order after verifing my pin code but they did not delivered till promise date and make a complaint regarding that and give ne the date of 26 oct to resolve and they cancelled it on 24 oct.

                                    Flipkart giving wprst service.
                                    I suggest everyone not to purchase anything from flipkart.
