I just ordered a t-shirt through flipkart and made net payment but the transaction did not complete and my money got cut from bank and i place the same thing through cod yesterday and i got message from flipkart.
We have received a request for your order with txn id:tx[protected] and are trying to confirm the payment with your bank. If your amount has already been deducted, your order will be confirmed shortly.in case we are not able to confirm your payment, we will refund the entire amount to your account/wallet automatically.

    My name is abhishek jain and i am writing here for one of my order from flipkart.

    I order samsung 345 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator (Order no
    Od[protected] on 11oct2018 in big billion sale.

    I was told delivery by 21stoct2018 but unfortunately, it didn't deliver till
    Now and in every call to customer service i was told that within 24hrs it
    Will deliver but today one of executive told that please cancel order we
    Cannot deliver.

    Request you to please look into this and get it delivered as soon as
    Possible.

      Hi,

      I ordered a real me 2 pro phone during the big billion sales (Order id od[protected]. The expected delivery was on 19th october.

      The delivery status in the website has not changed since 15th oct, its still showing "dispatched to motherhub_csk"

      I have been repeatedly following for the delivery of this product. Whenever i speak to customer care, i only get response saying wait till tomorrow, it will get delivered by tomorrow. (Promised first the delivery will take place by 20th, then 21st, then 25th and 26th) they promised five dates post the expected delivery date and failed in all previous dates as promised.

      I really don't understand whats the issue and what can be done.

      I am totally disappointed with the service, this i never expected such type of service from a company like flipkart.

        I bought a galaxy s7 with buy back option.in the 11th month the buy back option got disappeared from the flipkart website. So i raised a complaint and the customer person mentioned so fault from the flipkart side and asked me to order any mobile and they will pay the excess amount.
        So i ordered a new phone and the delivery person told there is a small spot in the mobile so cant take for exchange. When purchased the buyback it was only mentioned no major damage should be there. Also it was mentioned if there is damage there will be reduction in the buy back amount. Both the options are not given for me.
        The customer care persons are also rude and didn't help to solve the issues.

          Hi, i purchased a panasonic phone p101 from flipkart. This phone is very slow and hangs very frequently. Now when i called your customer support, i was asked to perform some trouble shooting and i had a reset it. Just imagine that i got a new phone and after 1 day i had to reset it as factory. But i did whatever was told to me but since morning i am facing the same problem. Just now ur tech executive visited and he was not able to solve my problem and he also told that there is a defect in this series and brand!! I am surprised that no where ur website says that it's a bad product and u are selling this product with 10 days refund/return policy. Pls look in this as i am not satisfied with the product.

            I was order redmi note 5 pro but still not get proper revert from flipkart end.

            If customer change his address, then why flipkart not directly co ordinate with seller to despatched order as early as possible.

            No senior persons contact with us, regarding this issue.

            What exactly issue is there (Flipkart end), this not happening in amazon.

              Sir, i have purchased a bag pack from flipkart with order id od[protected]. After receiving the product there was no tag on the bag so i have requested return for the product. Agent from flipkart came to pickup the product and denied to accept the product by saying that tag is compulsory for return. I escalate d the matter to complaint department but they also told the same thing and closed my complain. Kindly so the needful to aolve the issue asap.

                I have bought honor 10 from flipkart's bbd sale and mobile gets very hot during usage of camera and very difficult to hand on it. Two times your technician has visited and both the times they have accepted the fact that yes mobile is very hot and not easy to handle but as both the time temperature was 49% (Mobile was formatted and without sim card) and 42% (Video was recorded in hd mode inplace of 4k mode) they were unable to help me. Any time my mobile's temperature goes upto 49c and they are saying that this is normal but it is very difficult to hold mobile with such high temperature and their service is just pathetic.

                  Sir,
                  I had ordered (Oid - od[protected] afast light fixtures (Pack of 4) 2 nos and have received only 2 fixtures. Moreover, the price i had ordered them at during the sale has reduced further. However i do not mind the price difference but sure do expect them to deliver a total of 8 fixtures as mentioned on the order page. Upon contacting their call centre i was told that they would issue a refund although the same fixtures were still listed as pack of 4 yesterday on their site and similar fixtures individually were priced around 550 each.

                      Dear mam/sir

                      This is for your kind notice that i received dead mobile set (Nokia 6.1 plus) on 23.10.18 with order id - od[protected] but when i received the product, it was damaged. Mobile phone is not getting on in any condition.
                      So i request to flipkart for replacement and then i received a call from your customer care executive and they suggest me to charge the mobile from another charger, i do the same thing which your executive told me but still phone is not getting on.
                      Day after tomorrow i got email from flipkart that i am not giving you any response of your call and we hope your mobile is now in good condition.
                      How can you judge or suppose that suddenly mobile is in good condition?

                      Kindly replace nokia 6.1 plus soon otherwise i have to take legal action. I am already fed up with your service and finally i don't have any option to get out from this problem which i am facing.

                        I booked redmi note 5 pro on[protected] and made a payment of rs.8497/- with exchange of my old redmi 4a mobile. The amount has been taken from my credit card but order has not confirmed and after 1-1-2 hours received mail regarding rejection of my order if the order is not confirmed why you had taken amount from my credit card.
                        If its a technical issues then why delay in making refund as i got one more mail mentioning my refund will be credited within 6-8 business days. What is this sir first you take money from customer without giving any product and for refund you need 8 days is this what flipkart's business strategy to take money from customer and not delivering goods and keeping our money for 8 days. Pls check with amazon policy if the product order rejected same day they will credit the amounts collected. That is the reason they are no 1. Pls solve my issue at the earliest.

                          Hi team,

                          On 13th october 2018, i ordered 2 'samsung wired headset' and 1 'boat bassheads 220 super extra bass wired headset'. The expected delivery was 20 oct.

                          On 20th oct, i received a mail from flipkart mentioned that the order will be delivered by tomorrow (21st oct) but received nothing.

                          On 22nd i called flipkart support and the representative escalated the issue and i have been told that you will get your order by 26th oct.

                          Yesterday i got an email and a call from flipkart and suggest to cancel the current order and order the same product again. It doesn't make any sense to me. Why flipkart guys are asking me to order it again when the order is already there.

                            We ordered an sewing machine due to handling problems, we told to refund and flipkart agree with our refunding and they not coming for refunding and after finishing the 10day return policy they rejected our refunding. Sewing machine rate is 4550, we want to refund this product in anyway. Now the customer care services are not responding. The sewing machine is manual so we didn't no to manage that, this is our first order to flipkart but we really sad and angry

                            Flipkart customer service told to me they will solve the problem on 3rd November but til this day that is 5november there's no reply or solve ing our problem very poor customer service and support
                            There's no reply and no refunding for our sewing machine, they told to me they will solve the problem on 4november 2018 4pm but there's no refunding or other reply till 5 November 2018 so we are very disappointed and very poor customer service and support by flipkart

                              I have ordered a samsung 7.5 kg washing machine from flipkart on 10th october 2018 and it was delivered as damaged. Next day i requested a return for that product.

                              Flipkart has organize a technician visit to verify the product and check which part is damaged on 16th october but technician didn't visit on that day and visit was cancelled automatically on 18th oct stating i requested a reschedule for the visit which was absolutely wrong. I have never asked for reschedule.

                              Then they created a new request cancelling my old request and now the technician visit was scheduled for 20th oct. This time the techinician came to my address and verified the product and also took the pictures of the damage part and he said you will get a replacement for this product. He submitted the report to samsung.

                              I waited 2 days after that to reflect the same in flipkart but till 22nd oct it was showing the same status as technician visit is pending and on the next day flipkart is showing technician visit as cancelled and guess what.. This is also they can me the same reason as that on previous cancellation. I also have complain number from the samsung where they have mention the technician visit is already done. The complain number is [protected].

                              On 23th oct, flipkart as created a new request and this time the technician visit was scheduled for 25th october and this time the technician didn't visit as it was already done but flipkart is showing as pending.

                              I asked flipkart to confirm with samsung company and also gave the complain number but they are doing nothing.

                              I called to flipkart customer care many times and every time i hear the same thing... "we have forwarded your complain to concern team and they will surely call you or mail you within 24 hours for your resolution".
                              But, none of the calls were received from them. It's just only me who calls them again and again but in response getting nothing.

                              Kindly help me as i am frustrated now and don't know what next step i need to take and whom i need to contact for this as from flipkart i am getting no response.

Should be delivered on24th october 2018 but still i received only starter kit not main item microoven. Now as per your tracker this product is delivered.                                   I had ordered the ifb washing machine and the amount has debited but the order hasn't placed. Still the amount hadn't refunded but now the product is also out of stock for my place. I don't know what you are doing always creates a problem whenever i had ordered.. Now give me a valid reply and solve this as early as possible and try to place my order.

                                    As par above subject i have placed an order. My order has been delivered 4 days ago. But it is not look like actual sofa as my order. I have got two type sofa combination or not my 6 seater sofa. It is very bad and rubbish experience for me with flipkart. Please reverse my money which is debited from my credit card and resolve my issue it within 24 hours because i have no space in my house for your ridiculous sofa set.                                         My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in and [protected]@yahoo.com and contact number is [protected]. Flipkart is sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of Rs. 2099 whereas I tried to open my account for last last week but both my accounts have been blocked by flipkart due to high number of previous returns. If customer doesn't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my ID. Even when they blocked my account I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 5 times within past week. They are not helping at all.

                                        Everyday, my issue is bring postponed. They dont attend to my issue at all.
                                        They don not contact me on my number at all.
                                        If I am not stisfied with a product then I have full rights to return it in unused condition and tags intact.
                                        They blocked my account the moment I paid for my order. So, I am now forced to keep the product.

                                        I need access to my account, it is purely a violation of their policies.

                                        They have not contacted or further helped me in this iasue till now. Everyday, I receive a message that the issue will be soon solved, somewill will contact me but nothing is done.
