Hi..!! I'm himadri. I bought a nokia from flipkart. I received the parcel with damage condition (Ekart delivery person is the big witness of mine). So i face multiple problems with the handset like charging problem, power key damage, minor scratches and crack.. So initially i registered a replacement with charging problem issue and called to flipkart and elaborate my full handset condition... They promised me to replacement but rejected 7 times and harrassing me continuously.. They sent technician for solve charging issue not for damage item.. So i refused him then they behaved very bad to me... I'm a flipkart plus member.. My email id is ([protected]@gmail.com) phn. No.[protected]... Any one please help

Flipkart cheated me by sending damage product and mentally harassing me by delaying my replacement... Everytime they called and told that please provide us 48 hours and we will resolve your problem but they didn't ...I will not leave you flipkart...you cannot harrassment me as you are doing...I will not leave you...and they are marked here as resolved complain which they didn't...

Flipkart social media concern team is the most worst team I have ever seen...they promised me to replace but they sent me replacement with wrong reason(not as per my reason)they updated wrong reason intentionally and Wishmaster didn't match my product with the problems...and still my problem is my problem none of their concern...So it's disrespectful and most harrassing...So guys avoid buying expensive product from flipkart...I think flipkart investing money on advertising not for customer service...very unhappy and unsatisfied..Oneday u will destroy Flipkart ..mind it

    Fraud done by flipkart.
    I have purchased philips earphone (She1515) on 26th march through order id - od[protected].
    Product is having manufacturing defaulted.
    I have submitted that product for replacement in philips service center on 18th september which is within warranty (Job no - 2313206/07573. Job sheet attached for your reference)
    And one more thing they are not ready to give any further document like defect confirmation letter. They are only giving this job sheet.

    At the time of submission of my earphone for replacement they didn't told me that u may not able to get same earphone.
    After so long approx 1.5 month i made enquiry for replacement status of my earphone. And i come to know that they are not ready to give me same earphone which is having model number she1515.
    They are giving me cheapest quality earphone which is having model number of (She1405).
    I m totally dissatisfied with flipkart n philips.
    Plz give me justice
    Why i m not able to get same earphone in replacement?
    Why phillips give me earphone which is having half value in compare to mine original earphone (My earphone she1515 - mrp - rs.800, replaced earphone - she1405 - mrp - rs.400).
    Why i have to suffer although i have made replacement of product within warranty?
    Philips area manager is picking up my phone.
    And service center executives are not ready to help me..
    What to do??
    Totally disappointed.
    Plz help me out
    Better to make telephonic communication also via my phone number - [protected].
    For better resolvement.
    Plz resolve it asap

      I ordered redmi 6 mobile from flipkart. I received defective product. I have raised request for replacement 4 times but everytime my request is going to reject. Technician also visited 3 times but he is saying that as per our criteria there is no issue in battery. I have called lot of times on flipkart but they are also not doing anything.

        I had ordered a tv on 6th oct. 2018. And had cancelled on same day.
        But i have not got the refund of the payment yet. The amount was 13999 rupees.

        I called the customer care many times but they are writing in continuation that amout has been refuned and to contact with bank (Sbi).

        The bank said there is no refund from flipkart in my account.

        I am adding photos for further details.

        Look into the matter and help me.

          I have orderd 3 set of hemden plain back cushion. I got only one set with a price tag of 3 set. I paid rs 975 as cod for 3 set.. When i found it contains only one set. I returned it to the deleverd party. Flip kart returned only the money of one set
          Of rs 325.

          Your delevery team ekartl. Irinjalakuda. Thrissur dist. Having all the details of the money i paid as cod
          I have visited the office mentioned above. I checked the deatails it clearly showing that i have paid rs 975.in my app showing only the order of one set of rs325.

          You are requested to cross check the accounts and other details of the concerned date. Then you can find the truth

          I request you to refund my remaining rs 650

          Seek your reply with in 7 days of time.

            Ordered whey protein on 16th october. Maximum delivery date was given to be was 24th oct 2018. I saw that the item was still not packed on 23rd by the seller as per the update so i called the customer care number to speed up the process. But all in vain. Next day they mail me that the product delivery will be delayed till 28th. Also i'll quote their mail they said "thank you for your patience". How can they take my patience for granted without even asking me for the delay?? This is insulting as well as humiliating. When did you ask me and when did i give you the permission for the delay?? I don't want to give you the permission for it. It's total harassment from flipkart side. Can i take 500rs from someone's pocket and say thank you for it??? Highly unprofessional and hugely mistaken words used in the mail. I demand an apology. I have never had an experience like that with amazon. They even provide me with fast delivery of 24hours for my prime membership. But even after being a member of flipkart plus i have to bear this ultimate trauma.

              I ordered 1 bicycle during big billion day...
              12th october.
              My order id is od[protected].

              That product was shipped and reach my city on 13th october as per their tracking staus... I attached the screenshot of that along with this.. Today is 24 th october.. Still i didn't get my product...

              In between that i call to customer care more than 7 times, and contact via email and chat... More than 5times...

              They never give proper response.. They are like recorded voice calls repeated the same answers when we ask anything... Useless...

              I don't want to cancel that order because it's for my friend... If that's for me.. I should cancel immediately...

              For the big billion day only i ordered for more than 70k rs...

              Here after i never ever order from flipkart... Amazon is always rocks... Always customer friendly...

              I never recommend flipkart to anybody too.. Never write positive about flipkart in internet...

                I have bought a phone redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and my seller is truenet commerce. I got a phone with poor quality camera. The issue is with night light photos with back camera with flashlight which gives red and over brightness at some area. I received this product on 15th oct, 2018 and its replacement policy gets over on 25th oct, 2018. Today a technician visited to check my handset and also wrote his review about camera problem and i have stated the same too. But then also when i called flipkart, they are saying that they have received an update from technician that my issue is resolved and customer is happy which is wrong. I dont want this product now which i told flipkart from day 1 till date. Flipkart is also not providing contact of seller who need to refund me. And actually i dont know why they are cheating on me by updating issue resolved.

                  I had received a duplicate laptop from flipkart. No bill was provided to me. I want to return the laptop now and customer care executive saying they cannot return my laptop and i need to keep duplicate laptop with me. They are disconnecting my call without providing any resolution. I will have to go to consumer court if duplicate laptop is not returned. Also they blocked my account and i didn't return any thing except laptop. But no one bother to check. Too many times call customer care but they just raise request but unable to provide return n activate me account.

                      I bought a redmi y1 phone from flipkart on 10th oct. After checking the packaging, no tag was there so it had been opened earlier. Sim ejection pin was missing and imei numbers on the package were different than mentioned in phone. Hence i initiated a return request as couldn't go for a replacement with these many issues.
                      Return initiated on 12 oct was cancelled by flipkart. I called them and explained the situation, so they raised another return request for 15th oct. No pick up happened till 24 oct while i kept calling flipkart and they kept saying issue has been escalated and will be resolved. On 24 oct, refund request again gets cancelled by flipkart.
                      I have called flipkart over 8 times to get this resolved but get only robotic answers like, we will resolve, etc. No action taken by flipkart yet.

                        I have ordered 3 jeans from flipkart on 10/10/2018, it was supposed to delivered on 18/10/208, as it did not delivered on the mentioned date so i register a complaint, and they mentioned, your product will get delivered within 24-48 hours.

                        As it was still not delivered, so i called them yesterday morning and person who spoke to me he told product is already out for delivery and by eod you will get all these 3 product. After that same day around 4pm again i got a call and she told we are looking for the issue, give us 24-48 hours and then will get back to you.

                        I told, how come it can happen, morning it was out for delivery and now some issue came and you need another 48 hours.

                        Its a big fraud going on at flipkart, they have taken the amount from customer and now product are not getting delivered.

                        Team pl do the needful.

                          *strongly recommend flipkart to change their courier partner i. E ekart logistics in silchar (The local publics buy less from flipkart due to those frauds in ekart silchar)*
                          The order delivery was getting delayed so i personally went to ekart logistics office only to find out that the office has been transferred to an unknown place (Google maps still show the old location). I called several times but it either showed busy, not reachable or switched off. They can call you though through the same number. So they called me once and gave me an unknown location (But thanks to google maps) and told me to take the parcel from there. I told them to wait for 5 mins i'll be reaching there. So, i went there within 10 mins and after 1 hour of tiresome waiting no one arrived, no one even called. That's a total betrayal flipkart and it really creates a negative impression. Finally, i cancelled my order and thinking to buy the same from a different website. Thank you.

                            Worst worst service..!!
                            I have placed an order of mi note 5 pro for exchange offer around 8 to 9 days ago on flipkart.
                            And my date was 26th oct. For delivery as per flipkart.
                            Then in between on 22 or 23rd of oct. I received a call from delivery boy or from courier service stating that my order will be delivered today or tomorrow. Later on he never arrived. Then i talked to flipkart executive for 2 3 times and he told me that ok! We are placing your order in urgent and it will arrive on next day but no one arrived and then again i called flipkart executive he told that my order will come on 25th or 26th as per schedule. Now today is 24 and while i was tracking my order i saw that my order is automatically cancelled.
                            And actually they have never arrived at my address for delivery and had neither checked my exchange phone.
                            And now after 10 days of waiting they have cancelled my order saying that your exchange mobile was unacceptable.
                            And my order is cancelled.
                            But no one has arrived at my address for collecting old phone and giving me the new placed ordered phone.
                            So how they can declare that they have came to my address and they checked phone and it was defective.
                            Worst service i have ever seen.

                                I ordered an mi pro note 5 phone on the 11th of october and the delivery date given was 13 oct. I did not receive the product as per the date given and on the 15th, i received a call from a courier boy stating that he was near my place for delivery. I told him to deliver the next day, since i was back at work at work by then, to which he agreed. After that, i never received any call from anyone regarding delivery of items, nor did anyone came to the house for delivery, i was at home 24/7. I checked the status of my order which continued to show 13th oct as a deliver date though 13th was long gone. I called flipkart which promised me that it would be delivered by the 18th,. That didn't happen, i continued calling everyday till the 22nd of oct and daily i got the same false information that it would be delivered by the end of the day. Yesterday when i had called, they stated that it was in the process of return due to failed delivery attempts, which is a blatant lie. I asked for the courier contact information which they never provided. Tired of calling them everyday, i decided to cancel the order since i had ordered it as a gift for someone for dusherra and the occasion had long passed. I called them this morning and they stated that they are looking into the issue and that i would not be able to cancel my order as of now. I had paid for almost 12k and here i am being harassed. I never got my product nor am i allowed to cancel the order.
                                I have never come across such a bad customer service in my life. The way they deal with customers is extremely pathetic. I will make sure that i highlight their insensitivity, rude behaviour and arrogance through all available social media sites.

                                  I've ordered the product (Mobile phone) on 12th october with order id od[protected].

                                  Worst service by flipkart. False delivery promise. My order is getting delayed and delayed. They promised my order to be delivered by 18th october. Then on 18th october i got a message saying it got delayed till 21st october. I waited and now today its 21st october, again got a message that delivery is rescheduled till 24th october. Don't know on 24th october, again they will reschedule to next year... I called the customer care to get the exact status of my order, only thing i can listen "sorry for the inconvenience caused, due to technical problems they can't get the details". Same thing i am listening since last 3, 4 days. Today is 24th october, again there is no further communication from flipkart. I called customer care but didn;t get any answer.

                                  Is flipkart not able to handle the user base or user traffic during big billion? If they aren't able to manage then why they are just ruining other businesses by making false promises? If flipkart is caring enough for its customer, then i am expecting a call from someone who can provide me the exact status and provide a valid assurance for my order delivery. Otherwise, i may need to think it may be a beginning of the downfall...

                                    Hello,
                                    I would like to let you know about the problem i'm going through with flipkart.
                                    I ordered a nokia 6.1 plus black (64gb) on 10th of october 2018 during bbd sale. I received a packet of 6 life boy soaps on 12th of october. I made a complain via email and call to the customer service. They promised me an assured replacement as a resolution. But so far no actions have been taken from flipkart end only consolation & timeline of 24 hrs every single day since 12th october. I kept on calling the customer service number and sending emails to them but no actions have been observed. Resolution date had been set as 23rd october 2018 which has been already passed.
                                    Now i'm writing this email to you for a possible resolution. Kindly go through the trail mails to have a complete details how i'm approaching & how i'm getting harassed by flipkart. Flipkart is not at all bothered about this.
                                    I've attached all the related docs for for your reference.

                                    Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been delivered on 28 Oct 18. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                                      I have placed my order of redmi note 5 pro in exchange with redmi note 3 on 12th oct, 2018, i received a call from courier boy that he is out for delivery be at home and ready with your product and cash no one came till 3 days so i tried to contact customer care they told me i will received my order before 17th oct 2018, on 16th oct morning i received a message from flipkart that my order was cancelled without any reasons.

                                      So due to my complaint they contacted me and told that they are ready to return my product with the discounted price that was of rs12, 099 and told me to order new device they will provide disount for it so i ordered on 21st oct 2018, and today i received a message that courier boy is out for delivery, delivery boy rudely answered that he will collect full amount of 15000rs... Try to resolve it as soon as possible... Even i have proof of call recording with customer care person.

                                      I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.

                                        Fully working godrej 6-7 kgs top loading washing with various replacements (Cover, motor, pcb) was rejected stating that it does not meet exchange offer requirements.
                                        Please do not publish exchange offers and create embarrassment to customer with new product reaching door.

                                        Had conversation with customer and informed that as there was crack and rust on product, as per policy exchange was denied.
                                        we are closing complain
                                        Not happy after waiting 7-10 days for new product under exchange offer, finally new product reached and old product under exchange offer declined not meeting requirements.
                                        All bills on old product replacement of parts over period of time were produced.
                                        Working old model was rejected as such.
                                        Can any old washing machine be as good as new machine requirements!!!

                                        Please do not publish exchange offers anymore.
                                        We have ordered a maybelline hyper glossy eyeliner for ₹181 and when it is delivered the rate of the product changed to ₹309 it has no return policy

                                        When we contact customer care they are telling now the rate is ₹309 how can we solve this problem we need refund or return policy
                                        I have ordered iron on flipcart and get confirmed deliver date of 15 October 2018 but till now it's not delivered and I don't have any update..
