There were three orders worth 10k that were delivered to me but flipkart executives cancelled and on repeated instamces of calling and following up also they paid no heed. They just maintain a call centre which is of no use and buying products is also of no use

The products were a keyboard worth 9000
An antivirus software which was delivered almost 3 weeks late worth 1000

    Dear team,

    I had ordered set of books of 2019 edition order no - od[protected] from flipkart on sep 9th. Wrong product 2017 edition (2 yrs. Old books) were delivered to me though product which i ordered from flipkart clearly talks about the latest edition 2019.
    Twice i had raised replacement request with flipkart customer care over the call but seller cancelled it without leeting me know the reason. Then twice i have raised refund request with flipkart customer care over the call which was also cancelled by seller.
    This 2 years old edition of the books is of no use of mine. I want my refund back. Pathetic experience ever with flipkart customer care agent who din't help me out to address this issue though i had called them 4 to 5 times till now.
    I am highly frustrated and heavily disappointed with flipkart service.

    Need an immediate action to process my refund of rs. 1950 without any further delay.

      I purchased a mi tv on flipkart yesterday and i choosed hdfc emi plan. The amount has debited from my account, and the error throws "payment had not gone through". When i check the order page, i don't see my purchased order.

      I raised a complaint through flipkart. But they are telling to wait for 5 more days. I am really fed up with this and i am not able to sleep properly.

      I have received only the debit message from bank, i have not received anything from the flipkart.

      Could anyone please help to find my status.

Every time they are extending the delivery date by 48 hours. Kindly provide a resolution and deliver the product at the earliest.

          I booked redmi note 5 pro (Black 6gb ram with 64gb) in exchange redmi note 3 on[protected], vide order no: od[protected], and promissed will be delivered by[protected].

          I received a massage from e kart logistics on[protected] at 8.15am that your order tracking id fmpp[protected] wishmaster will come before 7. Pm (Call [protected] pin 120).

          Unfortunately that day my reletive met an accident and i was at hospital along with him and i called him at 9.05am and requested to come arround 4.00pm. He denied to come after 2.00pm. Then i requested to come next morning i. E.[protected]. He said ok.

          [protected] evening by 3.30pm when i came back home once again i called him to deliver the redmi note 5 pro and collect the redmi note 3. He denied and told that it will be done by tomorrow, i. E on[protected]. The total conversation was recorded on e-kart phone [protected].

          On[protected] morning i received massage on my registered mobile no. [protected] at 7.00am that corresponding pickup item was rejected and contact with cs flipkart. I was shocked that how he can do like that without visiting my place or without meeting me. I gave complaint on e-kart fedd back and brought to flipkart customer care notice on[protected] morning at 9.00am.

          From that day the issue is pending and daily i am speaking to flipkart customer care on[protected] and receiving false promises that issue will be solved within 24 hours along with excuses. Daily morning i receive massage that delivery executive is on the way to your location and order no xxxxxxxxxx9374000 wille be delivered by 7.00pm, daily evening i receive massage that we are so sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till next day 12.30pm.

          Some times they are asking to cancell the order and book fresh order and i rejected. Today[protected] also one more sms from flipkart that requesting time till[protected], 12.30pm. This the excersize happening for last one week.

            I bought to a 3 dresses. But unfortunately i return a one dress. Thay also collected my return thing. Thay said me 3-4 day after automatically transfer your money your bank account.               Od[protected] is my order id. As i ordered it from india's best online store i expected that it will be a very good product, but that is the worst product ever saw in life. Low quality, not easy to use, clips went out in every five minutes. While placing the order i didn't notice that it was a non-returnable order, that was my first mistake and my second mistake is having a blindfolded faith in flipkart. I thought they must have checked the quality of the item before letting the customers buy it. Though my money is already wasted i would love to return this product to flipkart without expecting any refund. Because every time i am seeing it, it is making me angry on my choice and on flipkart as well.

                I ordered a samsung galaxy s7 from flipkart and received a used one so i request a return. The delivery man arrived today with a replacement. He took the old samsung s7 and give me a parcel, when i opened it it has a damages iphone 4s. I asked about this to him but he went away. I call the customer care for details and they say they can't help. The iphone is also a duplicate. So i don't konw they will replace it. I have been cheated and i want a new samsung galaxy s7.

                  I have purchased a product on 2/9/2018 and receive the same on 12/09/2018 and found the product as demage. On 12/09/2018 i request for replacement of the same product. On 20/09/2018 while i was tracking my shipment i found the courier partner said "undelivered due to demage". I call the customer care they suggest me to cancelled the product but i denied there proposal and said "you should cancel the shipment at your end as you are unable to provide me the product" and they did as per my proposal.
                  Now i request you to refund/ replacement of the same product at the same when the damage product will be picked from my point within 27/09/2018 as the product is purchased for gifting purpose.

                    I have been chasing Flipkart for past 3 days to cancel one order OD[protected], already made the payment.. but nothing positive till date.. Pathetic service.. getting same response from agents like will get back in 24 hours, having technical problem.. really!!! you are planning to compete with Amazon but you have service like this !!

                            I ordered a phone to a different adress and flipkart cancelled my order, and stated that i purchase items from flipkart to resell and not for my personal use. That is totally fake i never use flipkart for reselling purpose i am a housewife i buy essential items from flipkart whenever i need and to whatever address i feel for my relatives to order.
                            I request consumer forum to help me to get my funds as i had gift voucher with flipkart now i cannot use that since my account has been blocked.
                            Please re-instate my account
                            Let me enjoy my rights and according to RBI guidelines no online e commerce companies can hold customers money and block their accounts

                              I have purchased a Google Pixel 2 from Flipkart on Date: 13 May 2018. During purchase, flipkart promised me to credit Rs. 8000 by end of August 2018.

                              I'm still waiting for it to get credited. I consistently contacting Flipkart Customer care from 28th of August 2018. They are just providing dates.

                              As per recent update (6 sept), they said, the cashback will be credited within 7 working days. I still didn't receive any cashback. It doesn't look like Flipkart is taking this issue seriously. They are just providing new dates.

                                  I am again and again asking you people same thing i dont understand why do you people dont reply with the proofs what kind of purchase history you have seen even i want to know what history was there and additionally i have an gift card in my account of rs 2000 which i have purchased it so i need that back or else transfer that card to some other account or transfer it back to my bank account.

                                  You people dont know the customer problems or their history what are they facing from your technical errors you have also blamed me that i am resealing the phones how many times i have purchased it you are not even ready to reply that and just a computerizes reply copy past i am getting it.. You have to reply my questions as an customer i have to know it why and how..

                                  I have send you all your history and what problems i am facing from your side all your emails 2 times my money has got blocked after making payment which was credited in your account.

                                    September 12th 2018 i have place a butterfly cooker "od[protected]" the amount (Rs.2399) was debited twice for a single product.

                                    I have raised a issue via flipkart customer care on the same day. The issue is still not resolved.

                                    Initially they gave estimate date to resolve 14th september 2018, later it was postponed to 17th september but still the issue was not resolved.

                                    I lost my hope, i m frustrated on the service provide by Flipkart, getting solution from Flipkart customer support team is the worst thing in the world, they are the fake promisers, they simply said be assured. But they never assured and follow the promise which they given. Without provide the solution they simply update issue is resolved. They keep postponed their estimation date of the issue resolvation.

                                      Ordered vivo mobile 2days before. Today I received the product in a sealed pack. But while open the pack to get the product find that the headphone was missing. Please take the necessary step as soon as possible, either I will be bound to returned the product.
                                      At the time of order given I checked thoroughly and there was no such clause given that I am not able to get the headphone or earphone with the product. So please check that why the headphone was missing.
                                      Request you to please check and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
                                      Either I will be bound to return the product.

                                        Recently[protected] i ordered poco f1 (Steel blue, 6gb/64gb) on flipkart through cod option.

                                        The same day i chose to pay the bill amount using "short on cash (Pay now)" option, in the payment section i used internet banking for the payment, the payment was shown successful (On flipkart, through sms), the money was deducted from my account and i even got a sms with transaction id included.

                                        The very next day[protected], i recieved a message saying that the my "transaction was failed, try again" (Both on flipkart and in sms) but still my bank account shows transaction debited 20, 999 to flipkart inb.

                                        Now today[protected] my product is about to arrive, i don't know what to do next

                                        Cx complaint as amount debited but transaction was failed. Spoke to cx and he confirmed received the refund and closing the complaint
                                        I buy this product today but not working.

                                        Ssid no not showing and Wi-Fi is not working. So Pls do the needful urgently.
