4 incidents had been created and flikart closed them with out resolution
Sending standard template email responses. I seriously do not understand why bank or buyer shall be responsible for failed transaction? Its clearly mentioned in my case that amount is not refunded after 20+ days and response says "amount should have been refunded by now"
Below statement is listed in flipkart website. Not sure why flipkart staff are not aware of same wasting customers time to chase them up

Up on my refund flipkart staff are doing time pass 4 incidents closed. I will post it on some consumer forum with email chain if refund not issued immediately
Amount debited from my bank account, payment done on flipkart site. If seller received or not received is not my problem. Why will bank address this problem? Did flipkart staff check whether refund is made or just replying some template responses? Do you have any transaction reference for refund made to me? Check with bank and ensure refund is made.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the amount has been reverted back to the customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
