We waited on the same day till night but not delivered.

Message received from tx-ekartl on 27th at 07 20 am
Delivered: asus zenfone max pro m... From flipkart.com was delivered.

Immediately call to above wish master delivery person, he told that not delivered but unforunately it is showing, will check in office and revert you shortly.
Next day again called the same person/number he told iam on off today, will check tomarrow.

Again called next day, he is not lifting and not responding till 29th and product was not delivered..

Since my existing mobiles are not working i ordered new one, but it was not delivered. waiting for flipkart response for 1 week, I do not know what should i do now. Atleast they should respond immeadiatly for prime customers even i have provided all the details. plz confirm if flipkart is helpless... and it is cheating ...

    I orderd ac from flipkart.

    It was expected to be delivered on 20th aug 2018, after complaining to customer care n number of times still i am not able to exact status of my ac. Whenever i call to customer care they ask me to wait for another 24 hours. They also don't know the status and reason of delay in deliver.
    I need its solution asap.
    Please look into tjis matter.

      4 incidents had been created and flikart closed them with out resolution
      Sending standard template email responses. I seriously do not understand why bank or buyer shall be responsible for failed transaction? Its clearly mentioned in my case that amount is not refunded after 20+ days and response says "amount should have been refunded by now"

      Below statement is listed in flipkart website. Not sure why flipkart staff are not aware of same wasting customers time to chase them up

      Up on my refund flipkart staff are doing time pass 4 incidents closed. I will post it on some consumer forum with email chain if refund not issued immediately

      Amount debited from my bank account, payment done on flipkart site. If seller received or not received is not my problem. Why will bank address this problem? Did flipkart staff check whether refund is made or just replying some template responses? Do you have any transaction reference for refund made to me? Check with bank and ensure refund is made.

        The rakhi which i ordered, was not delivered instead of that some other low price rakhis are delivered. The payment was made with order by debit card.

        I request you to look into this matter because this type of carelessness is not expected by such a trusted platform. And i request to compensate my lost by refunding my amount.

        Flipkart customer support hasn't contacted me. So how could you state this "Customer said she will not be able to return the product" such type of explanation. Very much disappointed by this type of service by Flipkart.

          Against order : od[protected], product : samsung 275 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator on 17th august i have paid rs.26, 498.00 through bajajfin but flipkart not able to deliver product in time, so i cancelled my order and claim my refund but my amount not refund till now.

          My finanser m/s bajajfin will deduct money from my bank account from 02.09.2018 on-words.

          We already informed your representative and she assured me refund will be initiated and will reflect in my account before 02.09.20

            I have placed an order of Kobo 24kgs adjustable dumbell from flipkart on 16th July 2018 and my order status has been updated that the product has been delivered to me on 8.aug.2018 11:59pm and I have not received any of the products from the delivery service, i called the flipkart customer service and they told me to wait till 20th Aug and I was waiting for the product but I did not receive the product till today, i have asked them to send me the courier name and invoice of my order via email, but they do not respond, i dont know what to do with it, i want you to please help me out, my order ID-OD[protected]

              I bought honor 9 n from flipkart on 16 aug 2018 through order id:- od[protected] i had given my office address for delivery. On sunday 19 aug i received a call from delivery boy that your courier has come. As it was sunday i was not in the office so i asked delivery boy to deliver it to guard and after delivering to guard he should connect the call to me confirming that he has delivered it. I received an sms regarding delivery of my courier. As i didn’t receive call from delivery boy so i called my guard to enquire about delivery. He said no one has come to deliver any parcel. Then i contacted flipkart they asked me to wait till 9 p. M.
              I started calling the courier company’s number, phone was switched off. I continuously tried calling. Next day morning i came to office and checked the cctv footage but can’t see any delivery boy coming and delivering it. Then i again called customer care number of flipkart to report the matter and i also came to know that my false signature have been made to show that it has been delivered. Since then i am continuously following up with flipkart but there is no response.
              I was asked to wait till 24 august 2018 but there is neither any call nor any resolution of the problem. If we call them they keep our call on hold for a long time and every day they ask for 24 more hours to get it resolved.
              As i have already paid money for the product and product also not delivered to me i have no option just to listen to them whatever they say. I am feeling cheated and i can see my hard earned money being fraudulently taken by flipkart. I request you to kindly look into matter and save my hard earned money. I want either my phone or my money back.

                  I was out of town when the ecart executive called me on sunday. I asked to give it to my neighbour, but he hasn't received it still.in the meantime it is shown as delivered in the order status.

                        I have ordered a cardigan t-shirt worth 586 rupees on july 27 th, i have cancelled my order with in few hours on july 27th. They popped me a message for refund money, you will be getting your money with in 8 business days. Bt i didn't get my money on july 6th. Then i contacted the customer care and asked for my refund on august 9th, they said u will get your refund on aug 10th. But i didn't get the money till now, and i called the customer care on 26th aug, then the said our customer care will contact you on 30th aug. But they didn't even give any clarity about my refund, this is just an ignorance of flipkart dealers and customer care. I didn't get this type problem in amazon or other e commerce websites, and i have ordered a bracelet worth 498 rupees on 23 rd aug, and cancelled on 24th aug. They popped me u will get ur money on 6 business days, but i don't believe these bloody flipkart dealers and i don't want use this flipkart, but i want my refund back very soon

                          My account is blocked mentioning too many returns placed by me.

                          As i can recall the exact products which i returned were of 2 orders.

                          1st: 4 books in a single order. When i opened the box it was not having any books in it. But when tried returning the products, flipkart was not raising the return for the entire order, they were raising request for 1 book at a time, which made me to call them for atleast 4 times...

                          I have bought a phone in flipkart which had 10 days of warranty. I submitted a complain on 6th day because i was facing os problem.

                          They said they will send person to repair the phone but they did not send for 4 days even i was kept on calling them. They were just waiting for 10 days to get over.

                          Finally person came to repair and said it's os problem it cannot be resolved to contact flipkart customer care. When i called back flipkart they are telling 10 days warranty is over!!

                          I complained on 6th day, if they wait for 10 days is it my problemp?

                          I have paid my money and got defective mobile with no resolution to my complaint

                          Flipkart is cheating people. Also their customer care executives are so unprofessional and unable to answer the queries.

                                  I have order 2 different pairs of JBL headphones though flipkart. Money debited but it got cancelled. After i tried again but it happens again, i got a message saying it is cancelled due to bulk order. Why can't you guys check this before money get's detected. Now my 4k is stuck because of your stupid process. Now i need to wait for 6 days to get it refund. What is this process, what kind of standards you guys are having.

                                    Hello team flipkart.. On 16th of august, i ordered an iphone se gold 32gb with order id - od[protected]. It included a one day delivery charge too. It is 27th of august 2018, still the product isn't delivered. Whenever am calling up the customer care which is totally vague, they are saying that backend team will come up with a resolution. Well and good. So earlier the resolution date provided to me was 21st of august, which stretched to 22nd of august, den on 25th i got a call that the product will be delivered by tuesday and status will be updated thereof. Today, still the status is same. And the customer care is asking me to wait for resolution. What would i do with your resolution? And you guys even changed the meaning of the word resolution. I want my product by tomorrow. I don't know how and when. It is really pathetic to think that such inefficient people are working with an ecommerce giant. I want my order update on [protected] by today. And i want the delivery by tomorrow.

                                      I bought sparx & flying machine sneakers on 13 august...& flipkart stated that my product will be deliverd by 17... But till date 27 august.. I have not recieved my product.. If i check the status of my products.. They say they reached the nearest delivery point.. But in vain... I couldnt get.. Every day i get msg that my products would be delivered today.. But i couldnt...& if i call customer care. They say.. It will be deliverd by that day. I[censored] cant deliver the product just dont post them... Wasting customer time by making them wait... I thought of gifting them to my sister on rakhi.. But due to ur failure.. I couldnt... Till now i havent recieved my product. I[censored].. Flipkart really care for customers make sure i get my products asap.. If not let me know. I can get them in other sites. Amazon & shopclues ;club factory... They are far better then u.. Atleast feel ashamed... U just made

                                      I make order Look ethnic copper jewel set, but order was not placed and RS.757 was debited in bank of India account, I used net banking option.

                                      I am fully disappointed with Flipkart service, can you give me a solution immediately
