Reference IDOD[protected] for two sets of Glowflow Uplight wall lamps returned to Flipkart as one set of the lamps was found broken. However, one set has been replenished whereas the other one still not sent to me though I have already paid for two sets of lamps.
Concerned persons may be suitably directed so as to deliver the goods further loss of time.
This kind of delay in replenishment raises questions on credibility of Flipkart.

    I've bought a dining table on Flipkart and its been delivered to me on 27th of August 2018 and it is supposed to be installed by them by 28th of August 2018. But till now its not yet done. Regarding this, I've already raised a complaint with them 31st of August. Till now they are saying that they are working on it.
    I said I will return the product when you can't install the product, they are saying that return can't be done without installation happens. If I ask for do the installation, their answer is that our team is working on your complaint since a week. No progress till now. Everyday they are saying that give us 24 hours more.

      The courier service ekart logistics picked up the product and flipkart and the seller has still not refunded the my payment for rs 643 and they keep on cancelling my return, i have been following with them since 23rd august but i keep on talking to different customer service executive who have been of no help. Please could i get help on the same. This has become very stressful nsice the refund policy is valid till 21st sept 2018.

      Customer raised complaint regarding product pick up, customer says 2 products picked up but refund is done for only 1 product, we have interacted with customer and confirmed that refund is processed for both the product now customer told issue has been resolved hence closing the case from our team

        I purchased mobile Lyf water 7 S of Rs 6999/- on 22/7/2018 same mobile received but same was already sale other customer and said mobile has used and activated on dated 13/5/2018 then after might be he found defective, dead mobile so returned back the mobile, said mobile delivered to me, which is breach of trust by your company
        You and your Company agreed to Sale new mobile LyF Water 7S of Rs 6999/- and delivary Charges of Rs 49/- 0rder accepted on 22/7/2018 Packed on 25/7/2018 same received on 30/7/2018, I found that, , defective mobile i.e. dead mobile. unable to start mobile send by you., therefore, I went to service Center, They have not response and only time to time they avoiding service, So many time they stated that you came Letter on, I came Letter on Then they stated time is off, I attend service Center Nanded so many time but nothing any response.lastly on 7.8.2018 I again visit JIO service Center Pawade wadi Nanded, I asked them along with Written Letter then they cheque mobile disclose that, mobile already activated on 13/05/2018 you send second hand pre used and defective mobile, you breach the Contract and Send second hand mobile then I request them to replace the mobile but they denied, I recording the said fact on other mobile. CC TV Camera also in said Jio service Center.
        I suffer from Physically, mentally, Financial, my regular work also disturbed, Communication through mobile also collapsed which can not compensated any manner
        I humble request that, you and your company refund amount along with interest, damages within ten days,

              Today, 6 sept, 2018 i purchased a mobile nokia x6.1 plus at at 15, 999 from flipkart flash sale.
              I booked mobile and first payment is done by debit card and payment is done by bank account. Money is cut from my account but flipkart has cheated with me.
              Flipkart show my payment is not done and it is on cash on delivery.
              What do now??
              Flipkart cheated me..
              How to get i my money back.

                      Camera not work. I want to replace or refundable of this product.
                      Purchase date 28 sep, verification date 3 sep, now 9 day over out of 10 days replacement.
                      My previous phone dead. So I have no choice, I order new phone.
                      It will be helpful if you either replace this motorola phone with ordered phone sumsang on 6 or replace moto phone with same new phone. But do it as quickly as possible.

Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by mails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill whereas I tried to open my account for last 2 months which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. Now tell me without opening the acount how can I pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal. Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? I mailed them several times but they didn't replied for that...

                          I have bought a mi note 5 pro on 26th august 2018 on your flipkart. When started to charge the mobile i came to know that the charger is defective. I reported complaint to flipkart and on 1st september 2018 they assured me that i would get a gift card worth rs 400 to buy a new one, which will reflect in next 24 to 48 hours. But the gift card worth rs 400 have not been received till date today is 05 september 2018. I really surprised how could they do like this.

                            I have bought nokia login last year in november 2012 and have never used since its a smart phone age and i bought key pad phone just as a back up. The speakers are defective and i read the reviews every one has complained whoever bought. I called flip kart they asked me to contact service center and they said we don't entertain key pad phones and flipkart is only selling these defective pieces. They asked me to contact flipkart only, i have called thrice every time after taking fresh details and service center address they have not reverted. I will share this with all competitors of flipkart and will take legal action. Hopeless organisation cheating customers

Customer wanted to create returnon 17th September as customer is unavailable at the location.                                 On 31st Aug i have ordered thomson TV order ID, od[protected] i was received display defect item and i placed a request for replacement post too many escalation on the next day on 1st sep the guy came and uninstalled the TV. Till now its been more than 5 days i havent received the replacement product, when i booked new order with same tv and same seller its showing will be deliver on the next day but for an replacement it is taking 8 days i have sent too many mails to ceo desk and chairman and cs and i have spoke to more than 3 managers in customer care there is no single resolution, Being prievelage customer, flipkart peoples making the customer to frustate and harrasing, customer care is very very worst they are talking like a parrot and there is no single ownership from the manager worst then ever. taking money from the customer but not giving resolution and not making customer happy

                                  While i booking an order YU mobile on 21.08.2018 at 01.16 PM, i have make payment by net banking for this (Bank Statement and Reply from Bank enclosed).

                                  After this not completed order, i am again make an order on the basis of COD on 21.08.2018. and second order was received on the date 23.08.2018 and paid by debit card to instacart. (bank Statement enclosed)

                                  From the date of 21.08.2018 i make the request for refund of amount for order not successfully made i.e paid by net banking on customer care number [protected]. and replies received as follows.

                                  Call 1 Reply - It will take 8 Working Days for refund.

                                  Call 2 Reply - Please call to your Bank for Refund.

                                  Call 3 Reply - it will take 4 more days for resolve.

                                  Call 4 reply - Amount not reflect in our account so please contact your bank.

                                  Call 5 Reply - we email to you for non receipt of amount in our account.

                                  But till now i am to getting any satisfactory reply from your side. So i am again requesting to you please refund my amount (Rs.5499) as soon as possible/if you not getting the amount in your account then please provide me confirmation letter that the amount is not received in your account for the purpose of Bank.

                                    On 4th September 2018, I placed an order on Flipkart. I made payment of Rs 10, 990 through Internet Banking of State Bank of India. Money deducted from my account but the order was not successfully placed. Then after a few minutes, I called customer care service and ask about the order, they said that money has received by Flipkart but order not placed successfully and seller will return your money within 8 hours but I didn't get any refund by the seller/Flipkart.

                                      I have placed the order of MI LED TV on saturday dated 1st Sept 2018 .Post placing the order and making payment i have changed the address .I immediately called customer care number and they confirmed that it will be changed within 24 hrs.

                                      Today 5th Sept 2018 I got call from logistics team for delivery where they confirmed that old address is reflecting and if we get a email from flipkart customer care we will deliver on new address.

                                      The customer care executive (Pooja/Rahul ) and their assistant manager Prayag Singh told me that the Ekart logistics has misguided you that the address can't be changed.

                                      Now because of all this issues I have been forced to cancel the product.

                                      Need immediate intervention as the company should look forward to provide solution and ease the hassles for customer rather increasing the same.

                                      I have proof of recording where the Ekart logistics is ok to deliver basis email but the customer care is creating issue (Names mentioned) due to which I will be forced to cancel the order.

                                      Need solution in terms of delivery of product on new address.Also, to highlight I have placed address change request on Saturday 1st sep 2018 and it is showing denied today 5th Sept 2018 post call.

                                        Trying to login to
                                        @flipkart for first time with my new number [protected]
                                        1) setup new account - phone number already registered
                                        2) enter mobile no - mobile registered but password incorrect
                                        3) tried recovering password - getting error (Unable to process request. Please retry)
                                        4) as account is aldredy created no option to update mail id..

                                        I order 25 pcs of prostar ultimate nutrition prostar but they first delay than cancel my order .if they want to canceling ordered than why they are providing offer buy more than save more . please take action on flipkart.fraud company
