I bought a google pixel 2 xl which was delivered on 27 th april 2018, the fon had a cashback offer of Rs 10000 on hdfc credit and debit cards.

Then after almost 3 months complete i made a query regarding the cashback then they are saying there was nothing like that.They said that offer was only for hdfc credit card, but not for debit cards.They also added to that there is no such offer for debit cards till date .But even now...

I had ordered a mobile phone in exchange of another via flipkart order OD[protected]. When the delivery boy came for pickup and delivery, he verified the following
- TOUCH was working
- IMEI was verified
- NO major cracks on body, bezzel, screen
- Show TRUE color on display
- HOLDS battery & worked without charger
- Delivery boy inspected for good 2-3 minutes and found it working

Hi,
I have placed an ordered which was damaged by flipkart delivery person and not delivered to me.
Only status was updated that your product is damaged and please cancel it and place it again.
But now the price of order is increased by 27000 Rs.

I want flipkart to take the responsibility of the order and replace it. I wont pay extra Rs 27000 cost for which I have already played 74000 RS.

I ordered shevonic floor cleaner in 2 nos on 26june 2018. On 2 July I received only one set of Shivonic magic mob floor cleaner, but I paid for two as per the bill attached. I have placed an order on Flipkart order No. OD[protected] on 17th July, 2018 with the exchange of an old mobile. I was denied the delivery of the product because the delivery agent rejected my exchange giving the reason that my phone had scratches despite that the policy of exchange at Flipkart only rejects phones when it has cracks on screen and body. I had fully paid for the product and now My card is blocked...

Above product received by me on 13-Jul-2018, in spite of n number of calls to customer care of flipkart, till today, installation has not yet been done.
Scheduled installation was on 15-july-18 and again escalating the problem after talk with supervisors of flipkart, nothing has happened.
Hopeless results after calling so many times and talk with supervisors. Another date of 19-jul-18 was given but no one attended the installation...

When i login to my account on flipkart, it shows an error "Login unsuccessful, please try in a minute" (On PC). I tried changing my password with the registered email id and that was also showing error message that "Unable to change password. Please retry". I've been using this account for the past 8 years and now suddenly this happens! Resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why I can't access my account in flipkart.br...

I have purchased three lumx 1.5 ton ac all three were received defective from company side replacement was order for same after 25 days I received replacement product in which all procedures like tech visit and all was completed after same I called the person to install ac in which charges was taken again for installment as it was flipkart mistake no wave off was given after this two ac were again sent defective to me after creating refund...

Placed with flipkart for Kechaoda K116 model mobile but the model delivered is of different model, trying for replacement but after few mins of placing online & offline replacement request it shows as cancelled. Also IMEI mentioned in the invoice is different from the rec'd mobile. Kindly arrange replacement with my ordered item or refund paid amount.

I am Mohammed Mohsin and i was using flipkart before sonce long time but from last 2 years i was not using it. now I am trying to login with my email id and phone number and submitting forgot password then a code is coming on my mobile and when i am entering this code this says "already a member set a new password" but its not happening".

Yesterday 4 unknown money transaction was done from my ATM card and that transaction was done by FLIPKART its shown on my mini statement.I got 4 message which contain OTP and even though I didnt shared that message with anyone and after that within a second money was deducted from my bank account.
