I have ordered oriflame optimals even out night cream from online website flipkart.com. I have started apply on my face on 26 june till 16 aug. I have noticed lots of visible changes on my face. My face has become darker day by day.. I have noticed some changes & changed my face completely... My face featurers was changing day by day... Jawline area has incresed, near nose area has become flat, my cheeks bone become flat... I dont understand... What is happenning with my face.. Then i stopped applying the cream, my face has swelled... Within 63 days (Due to apply cream on my face) my face become horrible.. I cant see my face in the mirror.. Its become terrible.. My face structure has changed... I dont know... What kind of the product they are selling... This is the worst experience happens with me... I am facing lot of troble due to my terrible face... After applying this cream... I cant explain in the words... My age is 26 year old, i am looking like 36 yr old... My face structure has complety changed, my cheeks has become flat... I will fire the complain against oriflame or flipkart...

    I ordered for 2 hand bags on 18 aug and delivered only 1 bag on 23 aug and now refuse my complaints showing me invoice copy. In invoice copy qty 2 but in pouch there was 1 qty. The boy was came on 22 aug for delivery but i not went to office because bank holiday then they confirm the undelivered item and next day deliver it. Payment took 760 for 2

        Dear sir,
        I ordered black colour sparx shoes from Flipkart company order id no - OD[protected]. But i received only single piece i.e right side old shoe of power company without laces and condition was very miserable.They sent me 20 year old piece of shoe. After complaining about the same they are not picking the wrong product nor refunding my amount back. I am being harrassed by Flipkart. Please help me.

        I tried returning item 4 times but wishmaster is not picking the item as he says he has no approval from Chandigarh office. Wishmaster contact no - [protected], [protected]. They are harrassing me . Please take appropriate actions against Flipkart. They are looting people by sending wrong products.

          I bought this mobile on 19th August. I feel some slowness in the mobile and. Contacted customer care and I told them abt the slowness and will raise a request if I have any issue. The next day evening mobile got switched off and I can't switch on it.. Raised return and they sent tech also he done reboot the mobile..Again my mobile continuously restarted on next day so raised again for replacement..But they keep on sending tech but I scare to use the mobile bcoa from the 1st day I had face the issue.. Really I am very disappointed in Flipkart.. My previous mobile was bought in Flipkart. I hope the will help for the good resolution like replacement or refund.. But they simply closing my issues.. I am fed up with Flipkart..

            I am Sree from Chennai. I ordered the mobile on 05th July 2018 and received the product on 07th July 2018. Due to various issues faced in the mobile in an hour o[censored]sage or two (Camera Stability, Face Recognition, Over Heating while charging and Hanging while using web browsers.) On the same day (07th July 2018), I placed it for replacement.

            It is 23rd of August today and still the REPLACEMENT IS NOT DONE BY FLIPKART.

            They just provide various reasons everytime and cancel my replacement request. I placed it for replacement again and again and again... For 5 times during the 10 Days Replacement Policy... And everytime FLIPKART cancelled it without giving proper Justification.
            No proper resolution is being provided by the customer care team too.. They say that they are just back end team and can't help me with the issue... When I ask them to transfer the call to a senior who can help me with the issue, they hesitate and never transfer my call... Or Everyday they ask me to wait for 4-5 days...for the issue to be resolved...

            This has happened for the last 2 months... And I have contacted Flipkart team atleast 50 times but there's no proper response...!
            And whenever I try to reach Flipkart Team, a World war happens where I give a Call back request and they would give a missed call as a Call back... I would receive only one ring and the call will be disconnected... Even if I try my best and attend it in the 1st ring... The call would be blank or get disconnected within a minute...
            The number from which I receive a call is such that Even I can't call back to it...

            When a Mobile has so many issues on the 1st day of receiving the mobile itself.., WHY SHOULD U HESITATE TO REPLACEMENT.

            Now I have Understood from the Technician visits and others that this version of the mobile is itself a failure.. and that's why FLIPKART is not ready to replace and Try to Cheat their customers by selling out the available stock somehow...

            As I have already waited 2 months of the same product and never got it.., Now, I want REFUND OF MY MONEY.. Or replacement with a different product...from FLIPKART.

                Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
                Dear Flipkart India head
                Your immediate attention is drawn on following urgent points:
                a. On 7th JUL 2018 @ 10:16 AM after going thru your advertisement on your web page, I placed an order for Brother Brother?? DCP-2520D Multi-function Printer color laser.
                b. 100% advance payment was done for the same while placing order and I received a parcel on 11th JUL 2018.
                c. Thus it’s established that seller FLIPKART on its web site offered a product for a specific price and after making payment of that price, we both entered into a valid contract.
                d. The proof of order is attached as ANNEX-I with marking of the advertisement of flipkart.
                e. I was dispatched the material by flipkart and parcel was received with lot of thrill and excitement, my son received it.
                f. While opening the above parcel I found that I have been sent a laser black brother MFP, which was not my order and I immediately raised the issue with flipkart thru the cell.
                g. I was promised that my product shall be delivered to me thru a replacement by 17th July 2018 and I have to wait though I have paid money.
                h. Since 11th JULY till 16th JULY every day I called flipkart team over phone and explained that please see I get the right product as per my order only.
                i. On 17th JULY 2018 I received another parcel and earlier one was picked back.
                j. It was shocking while I opened the parcel as I found an old and used box of canon brand with QUAKR tape in torn condition with top sealed and I did not open it further.
                k. To support point J, attached are pictures as proof, which were sent to flipkart also.
                l. I again spoke with customer care (which was useless as even after speaking for an hour neither cse nor supervisor Mr. Rizwan as he told me his name) did not give me any answer except sorry which does not mean anything.
                m. I was promised that by 18th JUL 2018 around 09:00 PM someone from flipkart would call me and give resolution.
                n. On 18th JULY I called twice one at 07:30 PM and other after 09:30 Pm to your CSE’s but no resolution came in.
                o. I received call on 19th JUL around 01:00 PM someone from flip kart will call me but this also did not happen, proving the connivance of flipkart with seller.
                p. This crisscross call between myself and flipkart continued till 06th AUG and finally I was communicated that I can go to court or anywhere, flipkart max can refund me my money which I had paid.
                q. I have undergone lot of mental pressure, trauma and harassment by flipkart and I allege that it looks like flipkart is hand in gloves with seller for cheating and doing fraud with customers.
                r. Thus I hereby give legal notice to flipkart thru its CEO and MD for immediate action as suggested below:

                a. Thus its further established with above points that:
                i. Flipkart is well aware that I have been cheated, harassed, being given mental trauma and agony by flipkart.
                ii. Flipkart cant runaway that they have given their platform to vendor and vendor is responsible as if this is the case someone may sell prostitution/stolen goods thru their website, thus this company is accountable for all advertisements published on its web page.
                I therefore give legal notice to flipkar India for following:
                a. Immediately the refurbished, torn, used with Quaker tape canon printer (the box is sealed and I do not know content), is replaced in next 72 hours after receipt of this notice, with my order or equivalent product.
                b. Though no money can compensate the harassment, mental trauma and agony I have undergone due to irresponsible and cheating behavior of flipkar, I feel that an amount of 70, 000 would be adequate towards compensation and must be paid to me by flipkart in next 72 hours.
                c. Incase flipkart is not able to do justice, I shall be free to move to various platforms available for justice in this case..

                  I've purchased mobile phone on 15 march 2018 with buy back guarantee policy, so according to that on 154th day i'm eligible to upgrade to a new phone with a value of rs 4, 500 by returning my old phone, so exactly on 16th of august 2018, i could not avail it as it gives out error on both desktop and mobile platform saying abb is not enabled for your account / imei / warranty details as undefined,

                  Nearly 10-15 conversations have been done so far over phone/email/facbook messenger, they have promised me twice that issue will be resolved within 23 august 2018 within 3.30pm,

                  No response yet!

                  By far i've missed all the offers running on website and couldn't get my new phone for the policy that i was covered during the purchase period,

                  After having lot of calls with them, I was able to get differemce amount to my bank account, but still I lost ₹1500 during the period as I could not avail maximum buyback value so I was able to get reduced value which is ₹3500 All these frustration and loss due their technical problem which they failed miserably to get it solved. till today the actual problem do exist

                      I've been following the flash sale for 4 weeks now and i was able to add the item to cart 3 times but each time item goes out of stock before i can complete the payment. This is ridiculous. Does flipkart understand the concept of otp for credit card transactions? The bank takes at least 2 minutes to provide an otp and sometimes 5 minutes. How can i complete payment under 10 seconds to get the item? Every other e-retailer gives a 10 minute payment window. Mi gives 15 minutes to complete payment on their site, amazon gives 10 minute window, so does snapdeal apparently. Why is flipkart not doing this and resorting to "dishonest" flash sale model of removing items from cart within 10 seconds?

                        Then i got fault battery of order number od[protected] again sent request for replacement of battery they again came with another battery which was not compatible for my battery again i called to customer care now they are telling that we can not change your battery, i am thinking to complain in public grievance so that they can not full us by next time if they will not return my money back before 30th august then i will do complain in public grievance.

                            I was ordering a phone, when i placed the order, i received a message saying, "we have received a request for your order and are trying to confirm the payment with your bank. If your amount has already been deducted, your order will be confirmed shortly". But i havenot received any update on confirmed order.
                            Hope you will resolve it soon and not let your customers suffer.

                              I am sending this information to inform you about liv water purifier, which is not yet working exactly. It was fitted on 13.07.2018 by your supplier but after a week it became switched off by it self for 2 or 3 days but now its totally has been stopped working. It is in warranty period so i would request you to change it as soon as possible.

                                  Hi i n praveen i ordered samsung galaxy on8 exchange offer, exchange value accepted rs of 3200 but one persone came from ekart telling some scratch on screen he not accepting exchanging... Its lightly small blurred om screen its not a physical damaged also y u people not exchanging my mobile y u people wasting my time, in app after all physical seting then u people decided value for exchange... On my mobile its small blurred on screen its not physical damaged its happenly by him self and its 1 year 3 months old look like new mobile, u people wasting my time and ill go on court case on flipkart u people irritating to coustmer i am so disappointed from flipkart...                                   Customer complaint that his screen exchange product screen was blur as per the seller policy's seller will not accept the product if there is any blur in the display screen that might be due to internal damage hence denied to to accept the exchange product informed to place fresh order without exchange discount closing the complaint from our end.

                                    I bought a product called "aqua sure instant with kitanu magnet gravity" from flipkart online shopping website. It was delivered to me on 4th of august 2018. Order number[protected]. It was written on the website that this can clean 850 liters of water.

                                    I have used it two or three times only in the last few days and now it has stopped working.in place of cleaning water it's coming out from sides that means it's not solving the purpose.

                                    Today i called flipkart to return the product but i was told that return window was for only 10 days so they can not return the product. They told me this product does not come with any warranty so i should contact the company service center.

                                    Aquasure is a small product and the company does not sell it directly. They can not repair it either. When i told flipkart that it's your responsibility to take it back as i am feeling cheated buying it from you. I got no support from flipkart. They have sold me a defective product and now they are not ready to return either. Kindly help me in this regard as i am sure this product is either not original or used. If it says it can clean 750 liters of water that should be taken as warrunty. It's a lie selling a product saying it cleans 750 litters of water when it could not even clean 50-60 liters.

                                    Kindly help me in this regard. I would like to take the matter to the consumer court. Kindly guide me the way.

                                    Dear Consumer complaints Team,

                                    After contacting Flipkart several times I did not get any resolution. I was called today on 28th August saying that it is not possible to return the product. I have written many e mails to Flipkart telling them that the product stopped working after few days of buying and it is defective. The product do not solve the porpous hence it should be returned. I requested them many times to take the product back and return my money. In return I was only assured that they are contacting the seller. But they never sent me any communication between Flipkart and the seller. I was never provided with any resolution. I am only told that they can not help me returning the product because their return window is closed. Kindly help me and guide me to take the matter to consumer court. Flipkart had a very very poor customer service and simply rejected any help. Not only me but many other people have written very bad reviews about this product. They are also facing similar issues like me. The porpous of the product is to provide clean water and if it's not doing that means it's defective. I am really feeling cheated. Kindly help me as I am really annoyed with Flipkart and will take any legal action to make all this correct. Please guide me further.

                                      I have ordered acer predator laptop on flipkart on 10th august... Just because there was a tagline saying that 2 days assured delivery.. So they promised me that they will deliver by 12th august (Also according to tagline)... Still i didn't get my product and any information about it... When i called them they again said that they'll deliver my product by 20th august.. Still no information about my product... They are telling me the same thing and just postponing dates... I have called them more than 10 times and texted them but still no information and they didn't deliver my product... Help me with this please... I need that laptop urgently as i'm a student
