Dear sir,
I umesh singh kushwaha purchase a reebok shoes od no.[protected] on dt 15.10.2017 approx. Rs 7221 (Mrp 12999) by flipkart but recieved a reebok shoes mrp 2999 with diffrent style and colour so i contact flipkart customer care and tell about my issue they say for return request, after many time wait no one come for reverse pick up and automatic cancell reverse pick up 2/3 times.
After many time contact with customer care then they courier guy come and pickup my product but next day return to me my product & saying it is not match with flipkart description and tell me kindly talk and update issue flipkart customer care.
When i re-contact with customer care then say - we update to courier & now pick up compelet no issue but after re-pick up and cancell my pick up after reach on office... Till time my parcell put courier office w/o refund/replacement after copleted approx. 2 month.
Also my account suspended which is i can't login...

Kindly look into this do needfull.. I want refund/re-placement as soon as possible.

fraud by flipkart to raise their sale. Coz they knew Mi phones are in high demand. So they played and fooled people.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      My return request for Redmi Note 5 Pro has been unjustifiably rejected and deceptive communications are being made by the customer care dept of Flipkart to evade the subject matter. There was an inherent defect in the screen with light oozing out of the phone when I received it on Aug 27. The replacement request was placed within 5 days of receipt of the phone (well within the policy) and was accepted after the tech visit on Sep 03. However when the replacement product was sent on Sep 04, the return request was rejected on the ground that I need to mention a case of breakage for the request to be considered. I was at my workplace though tried to have a word with him but he left quickly from my place of residence.

      There was a mishap in my family and I was out of Delhi, thus raised the counter complaint immediately on return on Sep 10 but the behavior of the customer care team was highly mischievous and unpalatable. I was being told by your executive, Mr Rohit Sharma on first call that everything is fine and the request will definitely be taken, it’s just that system has an issue so he told me to call after 2 hrs so that the complaint can be registered. My next call, was attended by Mr Aman and he said (after deliberately and playfully putting my call on hold several times & testing my patience) that the counter complaint must be filed within 72 hrs for any action to be taken which came as an absolute surprise for me. The matter was then escalated to Ms Rupali in the team but without finding any solution. She even disconnected my call while I was still talking which was highly disappointing and disrespecting. I am clueless as to where did this clause of 72 hrs came in which I was completely uninformed about earlier and amidst serious personal exigencies I could not call back before 10th when I came back.

      Finally I’m being directed by the customer care team to take the phone to the service center which is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. What would the service center do in case of an inherent defect in the screen of the phone.

      This has diminished the value of online shopping with Flipkart in my eyes and raised serious concerns making me believe that faulty gadgets are being sent to the customers with no responsibility whatsoever after sales. The situation has already crossed the threshold of my patience and I am even willing to expose the incidence loudly on social media but thought it would be appropriate to route it through you.

      Also enclosed herewith is the following for your better understanding:
      1. Snapshot of text message from Flipkart wherein the return request was accepted
      2. Snapshot of text message from Flipkart wherein the replacement product was shipped
      3. Snapshot of the website tracking wherein return request was approved
      4. Snapshot of the website tracking wherein the replacement shipment was cancelled.
      5. Snaps of the side view of Redmi Note 5 Pro handset I received with the light oozing out from the sides which reflects an inherent defect.

      I would request an urgent attention and a serious intervention from you on this matter at the earliest.

        Hi, this is regarding my order OD[protected] and OD[protected] . I cancelled the first order and instead of it, i purchased a second order to gift to my special ones as they like sumsung phones more and unfortunately both the phones are delivered to the given address and accepted as it was a gift and the person was not familiar. I would request to take one order back as i have received both of them which is of no use. Flipkart team has denied to do so as i can clearly see the return policy with flipkart. Would be looking forward to your reply or need to take it to consumer court.

            I ordered lotto sandal on flipkart. Size is not fit. I didn't use this product.               I ordered honor 10 mobile phone three days back. The charger that came with the phone stopped charging after 46 percent.

                There was an offer from flipkart offering cashback of 8000rs when purchasing certain mobile phones. The offer came out in may 2018 and they guaranteed the cashback will be credited back to the account by 30-aug-2018. The cashback was never credited back to the account and upon following up with flipkart they assured that it will get credited in the next few days, the next deadline given was 10-sep-2018. As expected, the cashback has not been credited and after calling their customer support again, the same "we are looking into it, it will come in the next few days" is being repeated by their customer support team.

                I feel that the company is dragging this out so that the customers will get tired of following up and give up on the offer which was sold to them and not upheld by the company.

                    I have purchased a vu tv on flipkart e-commerce site. When i received the tv, found the picture quality and built quality is sub-standard.

                    I asked the team to return the tv and refund the amount. So that i can order some other tv having better quality.

                    But flipkart has denied to refund the amount, though they agreed to replace with same model of tv.
                    How the other model can have better quality when flipkart service personal said the delivered tv quality is as per vu model standard.

                    How one can understand the quality of picture ans device unless customer see physically. They should allow the consumer to get the refund amount.

                        Despite of my countless efforts, flipkart fails to deliver resolution to my installation issues.
                        No email communication from flipkart since my last email, no call back from care team as they promised to call by 10th sept, still we didn't get any sort of mails or call regarding installation issue
                        Why flipkart is selling tv if customer can't install tv by themselves and flipkart is unable to priovide services. My issue is escalated and i have spoken to anoop, sushant and everyone did fake promise that our team will contact you by 10th sept and no called us back.
                        Worst things happened to me that executive put me in hold in order to connect me to senior executive and disconnect call without being transferring my call. From my number i am unable to make call while all other numbers directing me to flipakart. Sr executives told he is raising an alarm so care team will contact me and other executive next day said that there is no such alarm facility at flipkart. Why so many lies told? What do flipkart expect after giving such bad customer service. I have purchased this tv for my father as i am going out of india and requested flipkart to please get it installed before 10th as. I wanted to check everything before i leave which is my fault. The requested date is 29th august and everyday i have promised that your issue will resolve in 24-48 hrs which never completed.
                        This is mental torture to my father. That at this age he is dealing with flipkart.
                        I am not sure if in future i suggest anyone to purchase from flipkart after such bad experience. Even i am not getting responses for my emails. I can't expect such bad bad services after your tie up with prestigious walmart. Flipkart is not even 1% of walmart service level.
                        I have tried my best to install tv infront of me but no support provided by flipkart since i am going out of country. Since 29th august i have been promised that my issue will resolve in 12-48hrs which never resolved.

                              I have purchased samsung s9+ phone on flipkart on 15 mar 2018 with hdfc credit card and there was an offer rs.6000 cashback on hdfc credit card and the cash back should be credited within 5th sep 2018 as flipkart promised and given date is over still i have not received the cash back amount of rs.6000. i raised a complaint to flipkart customer service, they are responding or providing any information regarding issue even after calling many times.

                              Yesterday we bought Bajaj food processor but grinder motor coupler was broken so that jar are not perfectly fit in the coupler.For that reason we want exchange this food processor.

                                I had ordered the redmi 5 (32gb, gold) mobile on 02 august 2018. Which was delivered to me on august 06, but there was no mobile in the mobile box. Mobile was missing. I was contacted by flipkart customer care, which was given to me first 5 days but after the expired of deadline, i was given the next time, on the day the return window was closed, my return was rejected, then my on the talk, they talked about sharing my bank details and photo id proof that i also shared,
                                But since after then i have been constantly making excuses and given a new time. But i did not recover my money nor any positive help after more than 1 month. There is always given a time to time.
                                I request you please investigate it at your own level with help me get my money back.

                                flipkart team has ignore this issue after delivery, flipkart has given a next new time after expire the previous timeline on many times, even all timeline had failed. and now flipkart team has saying this product is not eligible for return after return window is closed but fact is that delay reason is flipkart because they have given always time on time .Please get help to recover my payment from flipkart

                                  I bought a new lenova z2 plus moolam on jan month 2018...But after 3 months i came to know that this mobile does not have warranty and it was already closed by jan month 2018...
                                  Also when I checked with lenova service center they confirm that this was a refurbished mobile or used old mobile ..
                                  After that when I checked with flipkart customer care they are not responding properly...For the below issue already i waited for 10 days from 1st september to 10th september.But no one give any solution to resolve this problem ...

                                  Customer's complaint : Cx purchased the mobile in Jan. Now after visiting service center they are denying for any kind of service because the IMEI no associated with the mobile shows that this is a used mobile and no service is applicable on this on lenovo website.

                                  Resolution provided : Informed him to send a email to [protected]@lenovo.com with the details of the service center, his issue and the invoice attached. Contact the service center after the updating the extended warranty on lenovo website. If they still deny for any services then contact the brand via toll free number. If they still deny then get back to us with a job sheet from the ASC. Cx agreed. Hence closing the complaint.

                                    I purchased av brand pants from 9/08/2018 after my first wash the product is unstitched and the colour is fully changed. I think it's very old product.                                       In the product description on the site it was mentioned about deep bass but when I received the product it was stereo based and poor sounding headphones. So I placed a return request on 6th of September 3 days after the delivery and it got rejected on 9th of September.
