In terms and conditions it is mentioned about dent and u rejected my phone on the basis of scratches i want to know about the dent in this phone. I[censored] use phone with cover only after 5-6 days there r dots on the back side of the phone and what u want for exchange a brand new phone from the market because the only phone that don't have a single scratch. I bought grocery from flipkart on offer sale, 5 packs of 5 kg dawat basmathi rice (Broken) for 29 rs each, but when they came for delivery the gave me only 2 bags and asked to accept incomplete order. I said to reschedule the order and get back with all the items, they agreed at my home and left, later after an hour i got a message stating that my order is cancelled. This is for your information that I purchased a washing machine from Flipkart against order No.OD[protected] on 18th July which I received on 23rd July, 2018.
After that technician visit on 26th for the installation then he found that machine is damage internally & suggested to us for the replacement.

when i have complaint about this to flipkart they said the order was cancelled by seller side and they can't contact the seller.

I have order a product from flipkart and it was delivered on 2nd july. But due to size and personal reason i requested for return and refund. Till the date i haven't received any refund. I have request for same for 4 times. But nobody from flipkart came to pickup the product and also no proper intimation from flipkart.

I want complain against it.

I cancelled my mobile on 29/07/2018, and it's approved showing in my order list.. But a man from filpkart called on my number [protected] n miss behaves with my sister and talk like stupid man.. His name is pawan singh from jaipur and number is [protected] and the is 01:22.. If you nt do smthing i will complain in consumer court and never bought any thing from filpkart...

The smart band got dameged within 1 week and service centre refused to replace, saying that it is duplicate. Now it is almost 2 month and didn't get any solution. The team gave me seller's no and they didn't pic my call and didn't reply for my message. I orderd through flipcart not from the seller. I think flipcart is waiting to end the warranty period....

I have ordered a smartphone moto e4 plus on 16th july 2018. It delivered on 18th july. I have two issues related this - 1. The item delivered seemed to be an old and 2nd hand product because when i checked the warranty status on moto website (With the help of imei number) it shows warranty up to feb 2019. But it should july 2019 as each smartphone has one year warranty. Why? 2. The product is too much defective having the software issue....

Please provide details of Lenovo p2 stock availablity as i want to buy the phone.. even though after sales service is not that good still for phone specs want to buy desperately..

I ordered 19 july hitachi ac on flipkart and received on 25 july and one flipkart jeeves engineer come for installation between installation he notice the product is defected and reinstall it when icome home i notice product is also not same what they are showing on website mostly remote control
It is like last model
I complaint aganst it to flipkart and request to issue my refund
But they are only promising and harrashmanting...

I have bought boat basshead 220 earphones from flipkart, just looked flipkart assured service & purchased.

I didn't like the product and try to return the product there is no return option and when i complain about they said there is not return policy.
Flipkart adverstise that it has hassle free return policy. Look what is done today.

Ordered for titan 1773sl02 karishma watch - for men, on 25/07/2018-order id: od[protected]. But delivered titan 1773yl03 karishma watch - for men on 28/07/2018.
Return request was rejected stating that the"reason for the return request is incorrect". Once again i have sent return request on 29/07/2018 return reference id:[protected].
If it is possible rectify the mistake and re-send the ordered model titan...

I had ordered a phone on exchange. I went to the delivery hub to drop my old phone and pick up the new phone. The ekart delivery guy took the old phone started inspecting it and he took some photos and sent it to his supervisor.
