No reply, no call, no one have dare or guts to update on my complaint...the worstest worst service ...faltu n cheap company ...flipkart, kodak n jeeve the fake n worst service provider...you all have to shut down your company...i[censored] not capable to solve issue and dont have to guts to satisfy client...THE WORST WORST COMPANY AND CHEAPEST CHEAP SERVICE ...JUS GO AND SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPANY
How many time i have to mail for same complaint, and strange their is no reply from your side. even you dont have courtesy to call n update client.
The thirdclass service you have. shame on you and you say we are brand.
Try to fix issue as soon as possible, else i have to go to consumer court.
Reminder... The problem is not fixed yet...still facing same issue...its almost 2month now
So worst service... After 40day of complaint raised...and so much followup my me, engineer came and replaced the main board, the TV is start and seems ok. But on the next day the smart tv is getting hangs and automatically gets swichoff with some sound. The issue is still same, smart tv gets hangs with some weird sound.. I thik its worst product from kodak with worst and shamless service... Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible I am very much fed_up
